Nakano, a place of rising contention and a brewing storm for power. All sides were willing to give their all, and some even went to great lengths to bend a few morals. If there was anything that the Inagawaro had in their favor, it was information.
Nakano seemed rife with hidden details and names, and yet Inagawaro, time and time again, seemed to get the first jump on news. This information proved...dangerous to Keishicho, who would need the leads if they planned on winning this war. Blackmail, in particular, was a rising factor that was frequently used against them, sealing away vital pieces to the game that would have otherwise complied with their efforts.
This made Keishicho risk a great deal more than they normally would have. After a bit of...coercion, had managed to get one of Inagawaro's loose tongues to cough up a name. A name that, little did Keishicho realize, was far more dangerous then any one side should hold domain over.
Yatagarasu. The name was riddled with mystery, as it seemed only some of the more loyal within Inagawaro knew Yatagarasu by anything else but name. Everyone else seemed hesitant to speak, or were involantarily silenced.
However, though they knew not the full details, a third party informant behind the lines of Inagawaro had managed to acquire an audience with Yatagarasu, at the cost that Keishicho be willing to provide a type of 'support' for them. The exact details on what that entitled to seemed locked behind private detail, but it was agreed towards in the end.
Keishicho wasn't foolish enough to send in a small band to make the trade, and the conflict over Nakano meant that Pro-Heroes were a source of aid they could rely on in these times of need. Unsure of how dangerous the situation would be, nor if it was a trap, the heroes Wagyu Utari and Arata Hayashi were selected to investigate and speak with the elusive informant that aligned with Inagawaro.
Deep within the territory, a small building resembling a pagoda could be found among the rising buildings and crowded streets and alleys, surrounded by four yakuza bodyguards surrounding the area. They didn't seem particularly potent, but on the obvious lookout. They were protecting something, and it would be clear to the heroes that planned on the meeting that Yatagarasu wasn't being 'guarded'. This was a prison of sorts, and Inagawaro weren't willing to give up them up so quickly.
The four guards ranged in sizes, but nothing stand out, and all appeared to be lesser ranks. Weapons ranged from chains, metal bats, and a sword wielder with no visible quirks. The two heroes, accompanied by two issued Riot Officers, were told to leaving a woman unharmed inside, supposedly the sole person in the building. For what reason though, was reason was unclear.
The two officers readied themselves for the raid as planned, preparing for the worst case scenario that this was all fabricated against them. After having scouted the location out prior, they deemed it as clear as it would ever be.
"We'll provide backup to you two as issued by the chief. Let's try and get this through quickly, in case our information isn't as reliable as we had hoped it would be.", One said through the visor helmet and adjusted his gear tighter, "Can't say I trust a bit of this though..."
-Wagyu and Arata are tasked with dispatching the four yakuza 'guards' surrounding the pagoda before meeting with a mysterious woman inside. The guards consist of two metal bat wielders, a metal chain wielder , and sword wielder. It is possible the guards might break into the building to take the woman hostage, so they best act quickly to take them out.
-The surrounding location is hectic, with busy streets and rising buildings of varying sizes. Occasional vehicles pass through, which are often hitched without question by those looking to get a quick ride. It isn't uncommon to be swept up with the sea of people and buildings, and might prove difficult for the heroes if they wish to avoid unnecessary injuries or property damage.
-Please leave a breakdown, especially once things begin to pick up, along with abilities in spoilers for the other players.
