There was various ways she was able to distribute some of her organizations left overs of weapons and man power here and there for the union. Several areas would have had a few of the Narumi lower soldiers taking on plain clothes leaving their suits and jewelry behind for a time. Signing up to work a normal job for a time and help out with the union acting well as if these woes they suffered were their own as well. The various places these men took hold with would eventually come with small gifts donated to their new 'brethren'. Rifles and various other small arms with a small supply of ammunition to help them store away. Slowly arming men with small arms but nothing in to large quantities to arouse to much suspicion. The cost was low over all for her family as a whole. A few men would get good at training to hide among a crowd with discretion and at worst they'd lose a few old rifles and small fire arms, Maybe a few bundles of swords here and there. But the little bit of arming and men she'd aid in secret descretion would mean the more the rival Yakuza family in this region would suffer. The weaker her rivals the stronger she could rise without risk. She wasn't the strongest family but she knew how to be the snake in the grass slowly nipping at heels. Till eventually the larger beasts would fall poisoned and allow the name Narumi to only continue to rise. But what all this was, The excitement and craziness of it all. It had a way of constantly swaying her and her family was run so well things were always set ready on the off chance she didn't come back one day from her times of leisure being part of the game. But if she wanted to one day be on top! She knew she had to be like her enemies and in the fray. A leader that could feared as much as respected. Not just from their power of extension but also personal power. She had to be the lead for them all... Her disguise had been created and she wore it well, Dark leather and tight black cloth worn along her body smooth and tight against her body. Her firearm secured on her hip and the tight outfit allowing her easy movement to defend herself should she need. Not far off in one of the Alleys of Nakano checking several fire arms stored in the trunk and back seat of a old lightly beat up but hefty muscle car. While it looked a bit beat up fit to move at strong speeds and keep the heart pumping each minute. She wasn't sure if anyone would meet her or had caught on that she would be taking more guns around to various points of interest to the railroad staging as a vigilante seeing justice for the workers she really carried very little about. But in some ways she still... respected their plight. " This is gonna be... delicious. I can't wait to see their faces, like kids on Christmas I bet." Slamming the trunk shut and opening the back door checking the guns in the back seat as well as the ammo. Slightly bent over as she did leaning into the back seat checking what all was there to be soon passed out to various people. Some expected her some not.... Curious why she hadn't met any others helping their plight yet though. She'd expected... more perhaps. Worried this whole thing might end up boring or something sadly. ~~Disguised as Vigilant Flame. With the news that Nakano’s police had been inviting heroes to the area to try and retake their streets, Niso had been enjoying the few days of lawlessness he had left here and doing his best to ensure anyone BUT the heroes won the streets here. If the vigilantes took it, so be it, the place still wouldn’t be held by conventional law, and if the yakuza had it with their protection money and silly laws, again, so be it. He’d rather anyone be in control than than the dumb boring police. And it wasn’t like he feared the Yakuza. Most of them were too dumb to make sure he was dead, and those that preferred torture didn’t understand his humerous relationship with pain. Bottom line, so long as he didn’t die? He didn’t care.
As he wandered through the streets, idly smashing and looting as he so cared so long as no heroes were patrolling the nearby streets, he found himself growing bored. Following his own whims could only be so entertaining when he began to run out of ideas. It was like eating with every craving. You got the briefest sense of satisfaction before feeling bloated and lethargic. He needed something more engaging, more entertaining, more-
OH hello.
Leaning down over the edge of the fire escape connected to the rooftop he had been wandering across, Niso spotted through the back window what appeared to be a nice selection of weapons being stored in the back of a car. Now, certainly this couldn’t be legal, and Niso’s interest was instantly had. He glanced down to the woman peeking into the car, sorting out her supplies or something, and deciding to follow one last whim before engaging in whatever this was, Niso hucked himself off the edge of the building to land on the car.
Again, just because he couldn’t die did not mean he was IMMUNE to pain.
“HO THERE CRIMI-GAGH!” His mockingly heroic entrance was ruined as his feet hit the car and instantly he keeled over, blood spots appearing even through the black color of his pants, Niso gripping his legs and whimpering before bursting into an odd series of giggles as he held his legs into his chest on the hood of the now dented car, rocking back and forth as he tried to ignore the pain radiating from his knees where he’d managed to rocket his bones up through his own skin from the impact. “Ah fuck ah fuck ah fuck GOD THAT HURTS HAHAHHAAHAH!~ HOW DO HEROES DO IT!~”
He glanced to the likely confused woman who he’d just leapt onto the car of, clearly still in pain as his muscle fibres dragged his bones back into place, but managing to hold a reasonable tone despite the pain. “H-heeeeey…what ya doing with all dem guns there missy?” His eye twitched in agony as the pain clearly radiated through his body. As much as he used to go through and heal through at the orphanage, daily beatings so other unfortunate kids could take out their frustrations, none of them ever forcibly shoved his own bones through his knee skin. Shit hurt.

She'd snap lightly to a attention nearly hitting the top of her head into the roof of the care out of sheer surprise and sudden shock of the loud thrash and crash she heard above her. She felt herself almost instinctively reaching towards one of the stowed guns. Only her instincts and quick wits as she leaned back pulling out of the back car rear first before straightening up in strong posture was she able to resist such action. Her fire arm was always kept hidden somewhere on her body even with this disguise so if she needed a weapon she was never truly disarmed.
She raised a brow just lightly a bit confused at the almost familiar sight but she wasn't quite sure. Some bells seemed to want to ring but didn't go off quite fully in her mind. But still she remained at least in apperance as cool and focused as ever. Her dark stare one of cold calculated intensity even with only one eye under her disguises mask. Some of her scars lightly peeked out of her mask but makeup and careful mask selection thankfully hid most of that as well.
She was silent at first with a raised brow even if the mask hid it. This strange boy really did have his own way about things didn't he she'd think to herself briefly. "Well for starters I don't think most hero's leap directly onto the vehicles... And if they do they probably have some abilities to help with the landings. But I'll give you a solid three out of ten for at least trying." She'd say in a almost snarky tone letting out a light and brief snort in her mocking expression. "Arming decent folks that wish to defend themselves. What else would one be doing with such weaponry?" She'd say smiling with a sly grin that seemed to lightly glide up the side of her cheek. Not exactly the truth but close enough to it. After all this was all part of one clever game to merely put extra pressure on the rival family here in Nakano. The more she weakened them the better it might play out for her in the long run of this race. But in some truth she really didn't care all that much either. The strife of the railroad wasn't truly her own merel'y one she could mildly sympathize with. "What exactly are you doing though my adorable little hero?" She'd ask curiously pressing the matter lightly as she watched with a sly expression at her busted up little friend. Scowering her mind for why he seemed familiar.

Niso was on his side, just letting his legs heal, the bone retracting into his flesh slowly and that healing over the wound his own bones had created. Ultimately it’d take a lot longer to heal his bones than just to coat them back up in flesh, so while he looked fine his legs were still in agony as he rolled onto his back, glancing across his shoulder to the woman who was talking to him. If he even cared, he may have described her as ‘fine’, but he didn’t exactly have an eye for that so the most he noticed was her confidence in the face of intrusion. He tended to find that very…boring. Her preferred fear, natural instinct, shock, confusion…this was just boring. It was the cool guy act of the real world, trying to show control of a situation like this. Many had tried to argue that reacting like this was rarer, and technically more chaotic…but not all chaos was worth worshipping.
“Right, right. Maybe I should grow more bones to prepare next time. That oughta do it…” He groaned as he rested hjis head back, feeling his bones pull back together and re-fuse thanks to his bone marrow forming stem cells and turning into connective material for the bone itself, allowing him to heal naturally despite the horrendous wound he’d just given himself, and quickly to boot. His eyes dipped back to her as she said she was delivering the guns to the masses, sitting up a little and showing interest that overpowered the pain in his legs.
“What? You’re just gonna hand out guns willy nilly? Like a criminal santa clause!?” He scoffed in disbelief, but by all means he hoped it was true because that sounded absolutely amazing, leaving him grinning ear to ear, his lips looking like they could actually pull that off as they pierced his cheeks higher than any natural smile ever should. “Oh oh! I’m no hero, far from it! Couldn’t you tell by the failed landing? I’m an agent of chaos in all it’s forms, and if you’re tossing out guns to the public, that’s definitely something I can get behind if criminal santa decides they need a little helper!~”
Should he really be jumping on the bandwagon with someone he’d just met? Probably not. Through that mask he couldn’t even tell they’d met before, but to him that hardly mattered, The idea of just throwing guns at people already filled him with glee.

She watched carefully as the boy seemed to pop a few things back into place. Her masked fact and what expression was shown giving little expression beyond mild intense silence. With a vague whisk of irritation that seemed to settle in lightly as she kept a stern gaze upon him almost like a raven eyeing its prey as it considered how to move on it. But she didn't attack and her arms remained calmly at her side as finger tips seemed still even as they stiffened lightly. Like a snake ready to strike she had no qualms with drawing her weapon if she had too... But she'd prefer not too. Especially given the need to keep this little incognito disguise for the time being.
She would give a sly slightly curved grin though at his way of rationalizing or explaining the situation himself as he saw it as she explained to him in her own way. She couldn't help but find it amusing to say the least. He definitely had a special way about him to say the least. The boy sticking out above the normal type she expected to encounter running about. Finding the little idea of agent of chaos sorta cute in its own naive little way.
"I suppose if you wish to phase it like that... But it might not be as amusing as a Santa at play. Think of it more like donating to a few select locations. There are people out there working against the Yakuza family in this area of the city that could very much use this in their plight against the darkness." She'd say as she hoped to remove that darkness to simply possibly bring about her own control in the future when things were less complicated. At least weaken the rival family as her secret motives. In either case the little cost she put into it all would at least make some dent in her enemies. An she could enjoy the front row of the fires to come thanks to her playful little disguise. A hand on her hip as she stood up straight the good eye forever focused on her little visitor. She saw little fear in telling him after all he saw the guns for himself so it wasn't like it'd do any harm that wasn't already done after all.

“Oooooh. You’re working against the yakuza? Ain’t that interesting!~” He smirked nice and wide, guessing from the fact she was issuing out guns of all things that the people fighting against the yakuza she was referring to where in no way the police or the like. Rolling off the hood of the car, he let out a light grunt as he hit the floor, but jumped right back up to his feet as his leg had now fully healed, shaking it out a little before relaxing completely and rubbing his hands together. “Handing guns to the people so they can rebel against their shitty little rulers?~ Sign me up! I’m all game little miss death-claus!” He smirked wide at his playful jab at her being a santa for guns, before leaning on the side of her car, eyeing the cargo in the back with a hum.
“Stiiiiiilll….if you’re going against the yakuza it could be a verrrry dangerous thing to do…the offer for backups there if you want it.~ Something tells me I’d survive more bullets than you anyway if the Yakuza did get the drop on you, so why not leave the footwork to someone accustomed to being on the verge of death hm?~”

It was amusing in several ways, So much so her cold demeanor and cold calculating aura couldn't help but break. A hand lifting over her lips as she chuckled into her palm her hand briefly covering her masked face. The leathered 'vigilante' trying to compose herself but this boy had a way of pulling the chuckle from her that even she couldn't hold the cold daring composure for very long while playing this little game.
"Got a problem with authority do you? Or is danger just what gets your little rocks off?" She'd ask rolling her eye sand scoffing lightly as her grin couldn't help but remain even if she wanted to appear colder. He amused her... Normally that wasn't easy but with how extreme he was in his own way... Well he just seemed to hit just the right spots to pull the chuckles from even one such as her.
"Crushing down into the car and jostled as you are... An the idea of being shot at at screams like fun for you? If I didn't know any better I'd think you were trying to get yourself killed with how crazy you are jumping around and people in dark allies with dark jobs like that. You're cute in a little hero sorta way but are you sure you're not being a little brazen about this?" She'd ask really having to ask almost taken back. But he made her curious so much so... she was actually willing to hear him out. After all in the grand scope of things to her this was a game she was just playing a part for. Why not hear him out if he could liven the game up for them after all.

“Can’t it be both?~” He smirked in response, waggling his eyebrows with an almost cartoonish level of flexibility to his facial muscles as he did so, but ultimately puling himself up straight, gesturing over himself with a flourish as he further explained. “An agent of absolute chaos at your service! Forms of control and servitude are absolutely abhorrent to me, be it the laws of society at large, or the rules inflicted by those who believe they have power. True anarchy is my favourite approach!~” He grinned proudly as he gave out his usual manifesto…or, motive? Whichever word was more accurate. Being oddly well read Niso knew a lot of fancy terms and such but only half knew how to utilize them correctly.
As she suggested he was trying to get himself killed, he scoffed her off and waved a hand dismissively. “Far from the truth. If anything I simply know how unkillable I am!~ I may be built like I’m made from paper mache, but I’m self repairing paper mache at that!~ Besides, when you’ve lived the life I’ve lead, and know you can heal from anything you throw yourself at…pain starts to become a very null concept. I’d just rather put myself in the line of fire because I know I can survive it, no matter how much agony it might bring me!~”
Niso gestured rather openly over himself with a very lax nature about his continued claims. “Trust me, I have a lot of safety measures in place should someone even come CLOSE to killing me!~ Its part of why I feel so little fear. I don’t believe most people have the tenacity required to ensure they’ve killed me!~” A wide grin spread across his lips, but he began to move now, rushing around the front of the car and sliding across the bonnet, landing on the other side with a hop to his step as he started to open the door on the passanger’s side as if he knew he was already invited. “Well? I trust you realize I’d be plenty helpful already. Can you really pass up on the aid of an immortal little nutter like myself?~”
He held a cheeky grin, again looking very assured of the fact that he was already ‘in’ on the whole thing, but more than ready to let go of the car door if extra convincing was needed. He did very much want to earn the right to come along on this little santa clause gun ride.

She couldn't help but hold some cheer and amusement from this strange boy. He kept his wits and his cool even in such a situation as this even while injured as he seemed to be not moments before. He was one of those one in a hundred types of people that mused the mind when one tried to think of the proper words to describe them. Although even how he described himself she knew better then to believe anyone was too unkillable. People were always killable it was just a matter of finding out just how to do it and execute it was all.
"Well if you want to accompany me you can... We have a few specific drop offs but it needs to be done quick. It shouldn't take more then half an hour. If you can toss out what I ask you to quickly and punctually as we make 'quick' drop offs I suppose I could use the company. Just... don't try and go falling out of the car or bashing yourself around please if you do! It's better to 'not' garner such attention as such things as that do when handling rather illegal fire arms and the distribution of said fire arms after all you know?" She'd say nodding her head and moving closer near the car again closing the gap between them as she looked down at him with her one good eye focusing softly upon him. He really was a special sort wans't he.

“Oof. All these guns to deliver and only half an hour to do it. You really are santa if you think you can pull that off!~” He grinned extra wide at his cheeky little comment, hopping into any spare space in the car. If the passanger seat was taken up by more cargo, he’d genuinely just squeeze himself into the foot space beneath the dash board, contorting himself to do so with ridiculous ease and flashing the woman a smile. Of course, he’d just sit like a regular, normal person if it became clear there was space to do so instead.
Comfortably situated wherever he’d ended up, he’d just wait for the car to start up and give a two fingered salute from his seat / foot space. “Absolutely! I’m proooobably clinically insane but I’m no idiot! You need me to keep a low profile? Don’t worry about it. Somethimes even I’m aware that the grand plan of chaos can need a subtle approach and a strong plan to be pulled of.” Of course, chaos was a lack of plan in itself, but to truly get a mass amount of chaos out, maybe a little bit of organization didn’t hurt!~

It felt strange at first getting in the car and getting everything prepared. At least even though he was a interesting stranger it was her car they were getting into and not the strangers car. Although thinking about it she wasn't really sure that made it all that better or not. At least he could make her laugh which wasn't always a particular easy feat for one to come by nor achieve. The engine revving up as she'd give the boy a playful wink. Hands on the steering well as the engine roared a few times powering up. The rattle of fire arms in the backing adding a set of clanking small sounds moving along with the hum of the singing engine under the hood.
"Guess we better get started then, It's gonna be a wild night." She'd say in a sly tone and grin accompanying it as it painted across her lips. With that speeding out of the alley way. Heading towards their next destination ready to meet up with several people that believed the guns could truly tip the balance in the upcoming hostilities. Eyeing her friend next to her with a warm grin and the engine revving as they continued down the road curiously into the dark night ahead of them.
---- I think this might be my last post. You can post another if you'd like though.
