Effect: Able to store and release great amounts energy through her legs. Enables user to: > leap great distances, It helps when getting to places at times. Also can be used at short bursts to gather up speed and travel. Her legs do distort and wind up like actual springs, so she can also pull some neat tricks with it. ( Rank E: One floor of a building )
> able to use flat surfaces as boosting platforms. real useful when chasing after targets moving a high speed. Also can be used to launch others into the air, both allies and enemies. Can be used in succession so it can rush down enemies. Its an enhanced wall jump/dash to be blunt about it ( Rank E: Two car lengths)

APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY Appearance: - She is a tall for people in her family but is overall an average height compared to her peers.
- Her hair actually black which came from mom side of the family while the big hazel eyes came the father side. She wears the pigtail in her day to day life and changes up with baby buns and or a bob cut occasionally.
- She dyes her hair as a result to make herself standout more and regularly dyes her hair to keep up the look.
- She has a well-built frame since she started training at martial arts at a young age, but she slacked a bit in middle school.
- Her arms and legs are the most defined but keeps it under baggy clothing so people wouldn't stare. Wears glasses in her day to day life and switches to contacts when it’s time to suit up. She stresses about over her lack of fashion sense at times.

Personality: Feng is a determined young woman, but she easily gets careless. The type of person who would rather let her actions do the talking. She can be very honest but also be very blunt with her words. Rarely seen with others, she prefers to spend time alone and honing her skills when she can. She is above average in academics but is more focused on the hero part. She is someone you can count on when in a dire situation when time comes for it. Though she hides a bit of a sadistic side when certain requirements are met, and she is known to be somewhat battle crazy when certain buttons are pushed. When battle is involved, she goes into overdrive and no matter how strong the opponent is, she will find a way to win if there is any way at all. She is a quick thinker, coming up with hasty solutions without giving it a second thought. She works well with others when the time is appropriate, but she often acts independently while working. When with others, she takes on a very light-hearted persona, comedic in her ramblings and the like. But she doesn’t know her own strengths and gets emotional at times when provoked.
HISTORY A third generation child of Chinese immigrants who moved to America from Hong Kong before quirks became widely known, her upbringing was normal despite her quirk since her family was prepared for it. Many siblings before her were more troublesome as the quirk wasn't exactly easy to work around, but she was the exception. Her elementary school days were uneventful since kids would call her quirk useless, but she didn't pay them no mind to them as she took up martial arts. Eventually the bullies just stopped as she would always thwart their attempts at pranking her. It was only when she started middle school where she came to an impasse on what she wanted to do. Nothing ever stuck for a while but the idea of becoming a hero was something that really appealed to her what with her quirk and everything. But whenever the idea of becoming a hero came up, her father would shoot it down immediately and would always mention a alternative, for her own safety and not wanting to see his own child get hurt.
Her relationship with her father wasn’t the best since he was against any kinds of violence and was stubborn at accepting new ideas. A man who saw the world at a young age and grew accustomed to its dark side, causing him to view the world in a pessimistic way. This sort of mindset would get him into all sorts of trouble. One faithful day on his way home after picking up his daughter, they were attacked by a small-time villain who used his quirk for theft. He tried to talk him down, but it had the opposite effect as he came at him with a killing intent. His daughter promptly took down the villain, but both ended up in the hospital as she came in with a broken leg and the criminal had several injuries including: 5 broken ribs, a broken neck, his arms and legs were bruised in several places. A lengthy court case happened that ended with the arrest of the criminal and a small fine for the daughter for improper use of her quirk. It wasn't until her father almost getting killed and her saving him that he opened his mind to the idea of her becoming a hero despite it being such a foreign concept to him.
Her last years in middle school was rather exciting since her class year was full of determined individuals that shared her same vision. She had a small group of friends who all supported her goals and wished her best of luck as she was accepted into Yuuei. She promptly moved to Japan as an exchange student with her parent’s approval, first generation hero of many more to come.

Mixing her quirk and her own fighting skills into a style that follows the beat of a dance, using an odd rhythm to throw off opponents as they are struck in a flurry of blows in erratic succession.

Enhanced Strength Rank: E Effect: Feng’s Strength has increased due to her constant training and pushing her limits. She does strength training to make up for the fact that she may be fast, but her hits lack the impact they need to take full advantage of her speed.
Unbreakable Body Rank: E Effect: After getting beaten down time after time by stronger opponents far and wide, she is now focusing on training her body so she can take hits. As a result, she can now take hits that would knock her down easily. Her body is now sturdier and could take strikes that are as strong as concrete. The pain tolerance has gone up as a result so her mind stays in the battle for longer.

Benefits:
- (Speed)
She can move at great speeds via use of her quirk. Can use it in rapid succession to build up her momentum to get even faster.But a burst of speed of 90 k/m is useful in tight situations, a powerful asset in fights in both close quarters and long-range combat.
- (Agility/Air Maneuverability)
Allows her to jump amazing heights and gives her good control of her movements. Useful when getting to high places or fighting flying opponents. Most noteworthy feature is her figuring out that she can jump for a good number of times without the need of a solid platform. An “Air-Jump” in its most simple terms. Jumping at the moment right after the first jump is how it is achieved and this process could be repeated until user is exhausted.
- (Fire Damage)
She can “ignite” her springs with a huge burst of energy, giving her kicks a Red-Hot bite when they land on an opponent directly. It takes a bit for the temperature to go down, so best be careful when a fight is done because it may look fine to touch but burns like a hot pan after a meal. A miraculous discovery and a valuable ability for the young woman.
Downsides:
-(Major Weakness) Requires a lot of oxygen and thus needs to keep her breathing up. Constant training is required to keep this up if she wants to keep using her quirk. To summarize it, it puts an emphasis on her stamina and thus she needs to be smart about timing and going all out.
-(Minor Weakness) Using too much energy at once will result in an injured leg depending on how much energy was used. Also holding in so much energy would also result in a minor injury due to no way for the energy to go back in.

Damage and a Burn ailment are considered two separate benefits; as in, the up-front damage and the damage over time cannot both be included in one benefit. Clarify to correct this, and you should be good to go!
