Kyoko had found another person who was interested in joining her organization, eternity. This person however was different than the others she had talked to, she didn't come to Kyoko with incoherent nonsense or ridiculous demands. Instead she was cautious, asked for details, the person was patient. She was strange because she managed to behave herself unlike the other colorful characters in the chat who begged her. When Kyoko tried to find out more details on the person by hacking into her account she was unable to find out anything either.. Particularly strange since it had been a while since kyoko had a challenge when it came to technology. She went to their agreed meeting spot, she wore a gray baggie hoodie to hide her whips as they were attached to her back in their deactivated form, making them small enough to fit in the space there. She had the hood pulled up and placed both her hands in the pocket of her jean shorts. Her feet kicked up on the bench she was sitting on as she stared at the night sky awaiting this stranger.
She was using her internal computer and her wifi hotspot connected to her phone to browse through the chat, while she verbally sighed. "This is gonna be harder than I thought...controlling these colorful people is gonna prove troublesome." she said as she scratched her head, was she really being smart right now? Meeting a stranger alone here? Her whips were strong but she was still inexperienced when it came to using them. "Hopefully the next one isn't a crazy bitch." she muttered to herself as she looked at news of the Painter had highlighted her timeline once more. Social media was abuzz once more with villains acting on their own like fools. Did they not know there was strength in numbers? she sighed sitting up looking around to see if her new friend or foe had arrived yet.

The overlook of the view bellow was simple enough to find. Her driver able to get her to the destination almost spot on time for when a meeting had been set. She wasn't quite sure what to expect as like so many times before it was hard to get a straight answer from most if not all her options as far as people of similar work or business style seemed to be. The black car with its tinted windows pulling not far off but leaving a short distance. She could see just vaguely the shape of someone not far off sitting at one of the benches looking out upon the vista or perhaps upon their phone as she barely caught some glimpse of a small light out of the corner of her eye. " Keep a eye on everything just encase anything happens. I'll get back here quick if its fishy at all." She said simply enough loading the small pistol she had and sliding the spring mechanism down her sleeve on the arm she had hidden under the small side cape of her dress. The pistol hidden up her sleeve able to pop out with the mechanism right into her hand should she need a quick pop. For a brief moment as well holding a small bit of white powder on the side of her thumb up to her nose snorting it hard. For a moment her eye rolling in the back of her head as she let a momentary rush settle within her to calm her nerves. Even with the chill in the air she wore simply a blue dress that covered most her body but lightly short in its length. Her cloth eye patch covering the missing eye as well as most of the scars on her head. Her legs covered by long dark stockings and a small clack was hear as she made her way over with her heels clacking lightly against the terrain of the path. One dark yellowish brown eye looked down upon her when she got close enough. She looked lightly down upon her standing at six foot even in height. Her slender and agile frame perhaps not intimidating but her gaze had a chill to it like vipers gaze mere moments away before striking. " I assume you're the one who was talking about organization and wishes? Although you don't look much like a professional dressed like that." She'd say lightly with a mild scoff to her voice. Her dark glare looking down on her as the cool night air didn't even seem to register to her. Kyoko wouldn't have known why but her body even in its normal state always carried a constant heat to it as well. Almost like a permanent fever without the ill effects. " I'd prefer to see the face of someone who wants to discuss such a deal. Who are you exactly..." |

Finally, she arrived. Kyoko turned to look at the woman who had arrived at the meeting location, well she certainly looked the part..eye patch..the robe, she was dressed quite fashionably actually. She liked the outfit, but the first words out of her mouth spewed forth doubt. Kyoko didnt blame the girl for doubting her, after all kyoko did look like a bum at the moment. "I can wear outfits that bring attention to me at the moment till it's dismissed as suicide." she said in an attempt to dismiss the girl's worry "If they have proof that I allegedly murdered Christopher clear water they're gonna hunt me down, so I went into hiding." she said lowering her hood as her golden locks spilled forth.
Kyoko's face was now in full view for Nori to see, "I'm exactly what I said I was, Nori Narumi. An Oracle." she smiled at the woman, Kyoko had dug a bit into who this.. "Anthracite" girl was. There was not much, the only thing she could really was information on her last name. The Narumi family, it took a while to find out about them but the most she could find out was something thunder did actually.. thunder burned her after killing her dad at the end of the Gang war before forcing them to work for him..They deal in drugs imports and sex business
..Kyoko would have to check in with Nori on that in the future...if they were slaves she fully intended to buy them and free them all, but if they did this willingly there was not much kyoko could do on that front. It was fine with her as long as it was their choice. "You have a wish though? What could you possibly want that you cant achieve on your own?" she asked curiously, typically the ones who saw her before were poor people who didn't have the means to achieve their wants or someone who just wanted someone to follow.
But Nori didn't seem like the type to want either of those things, she dressed nicely, hell the girl showed up in a limo so she was not driven by money. She wasn't even driving it since there was a limo driver.. so it shows she still has some power from that money... Revenge? Kyoko's interest was extremely piqued at what Nori thought Kyoko could offer her.

A glint hit Nori's eye as she for a brief moment she failed to hide the excitement as the women claimed to be the one who ended that old ex pro not long ago. She'd heard about it briefly but had no idea this woman would have had anything to do with it. She couldn't help but feel her already unusually high body temperature kick up a bit more. Perhaps this girl was more exciting then she had expected to begin with. Assuming she was telling the truth at least. "I'm not too informed on that killing sadly. But assuming you're not trying to trick me... I'll admit it impresses me. The old fool's better off in the ground anyway an heh..." She'd briefly pause and walking around and sitting next to Kyoko on the bench tilting her head trying to get a good look at the woman's face as she did so. "I like a strong woman, You had my curiosity darling, Now you have my attention." She'd sitting somewhat close to the girl. Not touching her but the heat coming off Nori would have been easily felt at such proximity. Liking almost feeling like a small heater at such a close proximity.
"First thing's first, I should make it clear that rat's don't make it far when they turn on the Narumi family. The last person that tried to open their mouth after a private meeting for me ended up having six different addresses in four different regions Tokyo all in separate dumpsters." She said in a calm tone but to be clear. They had a way of making examples when they had to and the idea of not only killing someone but dicing their body up in disposal to make sure people worried about crossing them was only the smallest bit of her creativity when it came to dealing with such things.
"As for my wish its more of a set of requests, You see my family has recently become swallowed by Thunder's in the past few months. We've went from running out own business to having to pay percents and keep respects with his. As you can imagine such being unable to prevent this from happening and how it happened if you're aware of the story left me with a lightly bruised pride." She'd say feeling the missing eye itch lightly. The empty hole where the eye had once been boiled from its socket into muck always itched when she thought of that bastard.
"I don't 'work' for anyone. But I'll partner with you in mutual buisiness interest but I don't like serving. So part of my request might imply removing Thunder from his place above us. I'll deny if you repeat that to anyone as well. An believe me I have people who can find you if you try and use it against me..." She'd say perhaps threatening to much... Trying not to let it slip how she feared thunder. His was a wolf at the door always inspecting ready to strike. She wanted him gone but was willing to accept that was a long hope and goal.
"That to the side I know such a ideal of usurping him to the top of Japan's crime families with me is a lofty goal. So consider that more a plan for the future if you want to work with me. But I was able to find out you have some connections with him? Hopefully this isn't a issue for you? I also have a personal ax to grind with him that goes for beyond the business interests. I want whatever you're giving him." She'd say knowing full well they had some sort of high connection but she wasn't sure what. The small victory over thunder would be a victory she'd take for now.
"I don't know what you do for him or give him, But I want it now. I'd love to look him in the eye next time I see him secretly knowing I worked something away from him. Whatever it is I want my cut..." She'd say softly and curiously as she seemed lightly irriated from speaking of thunder. "Your connections, your power, your foreign contacts, Whatever he gets I want it too. As far as you should be concerned you treat me as you would him. Sound fair? Partner?" She'd say curiously reaching out with a dark gloved hand trying to pull the girl's hood down to get a proper look at her. "If you don't mind, I prefer a clear view of my possible partner." She'd say in a suave tone.

Kyoko sat on the bench staring towards the view of the city, at the mention of kyoko's still fresh kill she glanced over at the woman. Huh, so she knew it was her? Kyoko did talk about it in the villain chat so it must be public knowledge at least that the "Oracle" did it, not kyoko Hiromasa. She wondered if she should cast away that name, just becoming Oracle.. dismissing the thought she manifested several screens of light with different news articles on the death, some claims of suicide, some claims of murder, and just plain accidents those were quite rare however. "Glad to hear you're ACTUALLY taking me seriously now." she said with some sarcasm in her voice, that was quite rude of her. but kyoko let it go lest they stay there all night making silly comments. She DESPISED being looked down on, even the mere thought of it made her blood boil a bit.
She began her exposition to the terms of their deal, she began with a threat? Oh hell no, this was already off to the wrong start kyoko hated being threatened and or told what to do. It's what caused so much friction previously in Osiris between her and their leader, oddly enough she was already starting to forget his name. 'That's what happens when you burn yourself out quickly huh?' she mused to herself in thoughts. Hmmm this girl seemed to be under the very wrong impression of what Kyoko was offering it was one request with the promise of loyalty..however this woman must have had the wrong definition. Kyoko would gladly fix it for her after she was done with her rant, Oh wait this was great she had NO idea what her and Thunder's relationship was, she only knew there was a connection between the two. Oh this was going to be great "The only thing I gave him was a means to an end for things and information he wanted, and in return I got money and connections." She then smiled at her "As for what he gave me recently I think he'd give to you more than willingly, that is I don't think it's something you want with your obvious disdain for him." She said "For lack of better words, lets just say he and I were rather intimate and I don't like women, so sorry but that request will need to be denied on that end."
she said smiling since she obviously might fluster the woman. "And to remind you of something you seemed to have forgotten. My request was for LOYALTY in return for my services. I'm not really interested in "partners. I want subordinates who are loyal to me and me only." she claimed out loud "What can you provide me with that thunder cannot? The only thing I really need at the moment is man power. I have money and connections, hell im wondering if it's even worth burning a bridge with him for you." she asked curiously since the girl was so bold to make such high demands despite the fact she came to Kyoko, not the other way around. She was also testing Nori to see how the girl would handle being looked down on as she had so eagerly done to her, Kyoko was in an advantage here and wanted to remind her. She held her phone in her pocket and actively was using her quirk on it to hack it, she was going to make sure emergency services were dialed in-case this Nori was a total nut job and tried to kill her. "Lastly I want to make one thing clear. He is NOT above me." she said letting her anger spill a bit, whoops.

The girl had attitude and strong moxie, The kinda gruff and strength that would have put most people off. But even if Nori gave a serious if also defensive look in answering her she did in many ways respect if not become enticed by such spirits. The girl wasn't a nobody she knew that clear enough but also she had power in the way she carried herself. It was something she could respect.
The information seemed to be what she expected being lightly vague on her works with thunder but as she continued Nori's eye went wide a bit mild surprise. Blinking casually for a moment as she looked the girl up and down briefly. An sure while she was ample and quite the sight to look at she couldn't help but be surprised Thunder went for one so young. She was a bit lost for words briefly as she tried to quickly get such a image out of her head. The only thing way she'd like to imagine thunder being near her with something like 'that' would be if she was able to cut it off before he could use it.
"Business and pleasure usually are best to be kept with some divide. But I can see you march to a beat of your own drum it seems. Does this mean if we become partners you'll find your way in my bed sometime?" She'd say curiously. She wasn't as old as thunder so she couldn't help but jest and play a bit as well finding it a funny retort to toss back given the conversation.
She snorted a bit but seemed to look amused if not glad about this girl proudly stated she was not bellow Thunder as well. "I am loyal that's for sure as long as no one disrespects me. But the Narumi family will rise again it has no boss but me. But when it comes to your business I'll concede to say your in charge though. But in business that isn't yours I'm still my own boss. I have a few soldiers all loyal to me that can always help if you need man power. If you concede my business is my own I'll concede to the same for you when it comes to our work. Mutual business relationship so yes you're 'above' me when we're dealing with your business. But only in those cases, An just check our history we're far more loyal then Thunder is. We only look to push past and maybe be rid of Thunder for his ways of handling things. He doesn't have honor or loyalty..." She'd say her eye with a light of anger within it. "Help me destroy thunder, That's my wish, An as I said... I want what he gets. I won't allow him to beat me in any shape or form." She'd say as it was clear her hatred and vendetta against thunder ran deep in her blood. So much so even small victories like the dark or arousing ones she suggested even small victories were things she strived for.

Kyoko was wondering what to do, she had a flash back to the time her and thunder had spent in the hot-springs.. "No I can promise you that line of business and pleasure will stay separate with you. Sorry. Girl's aren't really my thing...unless im drunk, then maybe." she said playing with her a bit, seeing how Nori would act with sudden humor thrown into their rather serious conversation. Kyoko however was stalling a bit after Nori had told her exactly what her wish was...she didnt know what to do, she was honestly in turmoil.
She wanted to take the number 1 villain spot, and with Nori's help she could do that. Being the number 1 villain would be a very good thing for her, people would respect her, she'd have power, she'd be able to do things that she couldnt do now. But striking down thunder? Was it worth it? What the hell was she even thinking at the moment, old kyoko wouldnt have even bat an eye at an offer like that..did she even really have the means to do that yet to agree to Nori? "I.." she said as her words began to trail off.. "I need time to think about it. It's not that im not interested but I have to think about what kind of position I'd be putting myself in." she said as she walked back over to the bench and sat down. "I'd be declaring the number one villain right now an enemy, and he could fry me with just the snap of a finger." she said with a montone voice.
What would the others think? Her allies obviously had to agree with Nori or else she'd lose them too if they ran off at the sheer utter of the idea. "I can bring it up with my allies and see what they say, I'm afraid I cannot give you an answer tonight Miss Narumi." she said honestly, she was not going to lie to her. "Is there anything else you want instead? Someone else you'd like to crush? Someone you want to vanish aside from him?" she asked to see if there was any other hope.

She'd watched carefully her gaze going from a lightly curious and impressed one to a half open gaze of perhaps disappointment. A sensation if not irritation behind them carrying a gaze as if she suddenly seemed to be looking down on this one. "That's a shame... I expected you to be a bit more ambitious then this. Without a desire and ambition one can get stuck in the underclass in this world of ours. Maybe I expected too much..." A slight bit of scorn carried in her expression as she snapped her fingers. The gesture held up so the others could see not far off in the car. A couple men getting out and staying close to the doors. Not approaching but their hands near their chests of their suit jackets as if to show they were prepared for anything.
"I'll assume you can find a way to reach me if you and you're allies decide to join me. We could truly make powerful partners and become the top of this underground and fix what Thunder brings mockery too. He's not a man... He's a dog that's gone wild to our organization and pure Yakuza. He need to be put down and will be with time..." She'd say coldly rising from her seat and waiting for Kyoko to do the same before offering a simple hand shake. But where it was accepted or denied Nori would show little reaction. But the cold look in her good eye casted a feeling she was not impressed nor was she pleased. She was not happy in the least with the answer she'd received. Shortly after as she'd start walking off to leave she'd stop turning back briefly to speak some final parting advice.
"Try not to think to long... You're not the only one with gears in motion. Soon when things are in motion make sure you know whose side you're actually on. Cause I won't forget either choice people might choose to make." She'd say turning away and shortly after taking her leave with her men driving the dark tinted black vehicle. Things were going to get spicy very soon. It was up to Kyoko where she wanted to be when that happened.
