There were a couple of goons waiting watching for for any incoming vehicles near a small dirt road that led to a overview to look out over the mountain at the vista of forests far bellow. They waited for someone expected who'd been contacted for a possible job the Narumi family wanted taken care of that needed a personal end though. She didn't have many contacts as she was still adjusting to being a proper boss. She'd held the position for awhile now but it still took some adjustment. She hadn't expected to get it when she did and how she got it was that much worse as well. She could sometimes still feel her electrical burn scars itch under her clothes when she though of the bastard that took her father from her.
She kept herself calm though looking out at the vista her car parked nearby and sitting on a bench put in place to admire the view. The night sky offered some light with the starts and full moon above. There were enemies that needed dealt with and deals that needed done. She was putting everything in order for her control of things. But there were so many contacts and possible contacts she had never met or organized properly. Her father had never finished her preparations before his untimely demise. But she tried not to let that bother her as she snorted a bit of power off nail. Wiping her nose briefly after and sticking the substance back in her bag moments after before lighting up a smoke and puffing slowly on a cigarette as she waited for her invited guest to arrive. Her red dress somewhat bright reflecting the light of the moon. The slit up her hip with gold claps allowing her to look both attractive and more more freely while in a dress without being restricted.
Her goons would have frisked the contact whenever they came and gestured them to join her on the bench where she was enjoying the view and a smoke. Allowing the cool night air to wash over her as her one good eye looked out upon the horizon. The burn of hot smoke flooding her lungs with each deep inhale. She was curious to see what this person would be like. So far a few surprised contacts had been quite the little joy to meet. She wondered if this would be just as fun as well.

What time was it? She didnt know. What was Meiko doing here? She didnt know. Well... what did she know? She knew that she was bored and thus willing to do anything to quench that boredom. Such a shame Alaster wasnt here with her. Damn it, why couldnt he just be a good master and command her to do his bidding. No, he had to give her options and what she wants. The indecisive girl who cant make her own choices.
Well, whatever. She soon arrived to the place and saw some goons frisk her, which made Meiko annoyed "Hey! Dont grope me!"
They soon finsihed with their touching, they gestired her to go to the bench. Meiko walking there, saw the person... smoking. Yeesh
"Smoking is totes bad for the health" Meiko thought to herself
As a fashionista by day, she couldnt smoke at all. It totally makes one ugly and dried up. Luckily, Meiko had her bandana covering her face. That would lessen the stink.
Now one of em had to start talking. Meiko thought she'd be the first to greet "Yo" she said. Now it was up to the other party, what were they like? She was curious

Her eye shifted towards the woman that had been summoned for this little meet and greet as well as a possible endeavor that needed doing. The woman in the red dress turned towards her with a rather dark if unempathetic expression on her face as she seemed to look the woman over from top to bottom just so briefly. She looked almost displeased by the style or image before her but didn't comment on it. A small puff of smoke leaving her ruby red lips before flicking the cigarette into the distance as he went flying off the edge of the cliff before them. Her hand lightly patting the bench seat next to her Leaning back a bit more and turned her good eye back towards the night sky and forest vista bellow the rocky cliff side.
"That's quite the getup you have. Not really what I may have expected when I heard about you." She'd say lightly in a curious yet mildly cold tone as well. A cool breeze blowing in around them but not seeming to bother the girl in her short dress all that much. The goons as well in their suits keeping their distance watching the horizon and distance to make sure their meeting went undisturbed.
It was the second more skilled at least as far as she was informed hit man she'd talked to recently. She wanted to work together the appropriate list of contacts she could have at hand when needed like her father once did. Making sure to get all her cards in order so if the chips were ever down she'd know who to call for what when it was ever time to show her hand.
"I might have a job for you, Not really to messy you'd just have to go find someone and bring them to me. No one would be able to know either. I assume you can insure anyone that does find out doesn't go on long enough to tell anybody?" Her eye seemed to drift along the girls body again as well stopping briefly at her hips and chest then settling on her eyes. "You seem a bit young for this kind of work. Are you sure you're up for this? You're not exactly what I expected." Her appearance and tone somewhat warm as well as welcoming. But her eye carried a cold darkness to it. Like a viper just before it struck out at it's target. Biting her lip lightly finding the girl intriguing though to say the least. She had her curiosity at least if not her attention as well. If everything went down well enough she may have had a new contact as well as a job taken care of to remove a small thorn from her side.

Meiko chuckled as she got a comment on her fashion choice
"Some people like being the cutting edge of fashion. I like to go over the edge" Meiko briefly said. She liked the look, it was very modern. And showed that she was deadly.
Nevertheless, after that playful fashion comment, Meiko listened to the girl, who luckily threw away the stink stick(cigarette). Whats her face wanted Meiko to do a job. Find someone and bring them to her. Sounds simple enoug- wait, did she question Meiko's capabilities? Oh she didnt!!
"I'm up for it. Relax. Now tell me, you want me to bring someone to you. 'Someone' is a very broad and vague term. And because Im efficient and specific. Can you narrow it down. Is it 'someone' specific or is it 'someone' i want. Does it matter who that someone is, or is it random? Do you have a preference for that 'someone'?" Meiko asked
Meiko had to check who was she gonna nab and bring to this chick. Someone specific, someone random, someone worthy? Someone can be anyone. Thats why she had to check, just to be sure. Or hell, if Meiko had free reigns to bring anyone, this chick can maybe get someone that matches her preference or descriptions. Meiko didnt become number 3 by being piss poor at her work

She couldn't help but get a light snrk at the idea of fashion. But she had to admit she liked this girls moxie. She knew what she liked at least and had a sorta flare about her when it came to explaining it. Nori like it when people kept strong appearances. She always found such a tough attitude sexy in its own right.
"Fair enough, It looks good on you so who am I to complain I suppose." She'd say with a soft chuckle. Her eye briefly looking over the girl's figure curiously for one quick glance before continuing with the meeting and problem at hand as well.
She snorted lightly however as the girl went about asking in her own creatively special way about who she'd be after. Nori found it somewhat brave in its own right. She'd expected more respect but she chose not to take insult. After all she'd heard before summoning this woman she had a sort of flare of a personality.
"Cheeky aren't we? But no nothing so broad. There's a banker from the US whose getting a little too greedy in his endeavors when dealing with our foreign accounts. Washing money is a intricate process enough without people getting greedy. He's already been replaced but he's not aware of that. I need you to go find him in Tokyo's buisiness district. I have some light information on his habits and what he likes to do when visiting Japan. He's expecting me in a couple days to meet with him so try and grab him before then. The meeting I had for him was on Saturday at nine p.m. sharp. I intend to keep that appointment just not how he may have expected it. You're not to kill him... Bring him to me. You'll find the address on where to meet me and the info I have on him in here." She'd say reaching briefly into her hand bag and producing a small envelope with various folded papers inside. The information she'd need should have all been enclosed. The sharp time table hopefully wouldn't be a problem. She didn't want to handle this messy so hopefully this girls skills would ring true.
"If he has anyone with him you can kill them too. I could care less just make sure it remains silent and no one sees you. I want to make sure he 'vanishes' by the end of this. Missing is better then a body in this case and besides I have ways I deal with such greedy pigs anyway personally after you get them." She'd say taking in a breath of the fresh air out here in nature. The view ahead of them a lovely one as well that relaxed her. It made even talking about possible kidnapping and murder as nonchalant as a Sunday conversation after supper. "Also might you remove that bandanna? I'd like to see the face of my possible new business partner. I like good work and tend to reward those well that serve me well." She'd say softly her one eye looking over Meiko almost hungrily. She saw something in her that was for sure. It excited her...

"Aye" Meiko said in response to the womans line about fashion and such. It DOES look good on Meiko, and Meiko will flaunt it. She will flaunt this look as much as she can, while she still has time.
The woman then explained that she was to get a banker dude to her, alive. Well thats a bother. Hopefully the american guy wouldnt be a heavy ass fat man. That'd be a pain to deal with. But she was sure she would get more info, like the name and a visual description of the american banker. There were plenty of bankers in the world and plenty of americans too.
"Sure, consider it done. I'll get that guy for ya" she said
And then after that business talk, the woman wanted Meiko to remove her bandana, to see her face. Well, thats a pain but Meiko decided to briefly fulfill this womans wish.
She smirked
"Alright. Then feast your eyes upon me as I will briefly remove my bandana. Get a good look because I'll get this maks back on me, and there's no telling if I'll ever remove it again" Meiko said and then removed her bandana to show her face briefly to the girl
She doubted the woman watched uTube or cared about fashion. So she wasnt the type who could recognize Meiko from her online career. After a few brief seconds, Meiko quickly returned her mask
"Did you like what you saw?~" Meiko asked playfully

Nori's good eye briefly watched observed the girls youthful face. Giving a coy grin as she did her best to mentally memorize the face. She liked to know who she worked for. To make sure she knew who to praise, who to scold, and who to destroy should the situation call for it. But she had to admit... She didn't dislike what she saw. If only she was a bit older was a thought that briefly raced to the Yakuza queens mind. She turned to face her more directly placing a hand on her hip standing tall with a grand posture of someone who was raised to be refined. But the business at hand and dark look in her showed the darker monster stirring deep within her bosom.
"Everything you should need to know should be in the envelope. The address to meet me at as well, When you bring me the desired soul. I need him breathing and lucid. Beyond that do what you have to." She'd say in some final words of conditions and commands. Before turning to face the view of the mountain cliff vista ahead of her. Drawing in a deep breath as she'd give a simple nod. "I'll have the payment ready then. Until then good hunting." Giving her a brief suggestive wink before watching the vista. Waiting for this one to leave before she herself would as well.
