Fumbling and stumbling, wiggling and woogling Perry lightly stumbled down the side walks of some of the nearby stalls and shops of the town not far from UA's grounds. His head aching and lightly icky stomach holding strong in his stomach as he wondered his way about the side streets and shops. Looking for food or a place to snag a bite be it with money or quick hands. But in any such circumstance he found himself just chased off by either angry or confused vendors or people who didn't know how to feel about such a animal wondering so freely about.
He'd eventually managed to snag and run off with a small paper boat of fries with cheese scurrying off before the large cook at the stand could stop him. Making his way down a few side streets and sidewalks to freely eat his treats while his headache slowly subsided and the cool breeze in the air helped ease his aching stomach and head.
He slowly ate the sweet potato goodness. Only to realize shortly in with his drunken state he'd grabbed not cheesy fries! But tater tots! To which he didn't really mind for the cheesy potato goodness was something that in turn would just brighten anyone day. For who on such a nice cool day with a bit of alcohol in there belly not smile at the idea of truly cheesy tater tots!

Kota was having a bad day. A really bad day. As it's stood not only was he soaking wet and walking down an alley, but he had lost his job. They had said he was radical, that he was insane. But Kota had big ideas. So what if his methods were ethically grey, so what if he had experimented on animals without consent. He was at the forefront of a breakthrough in genetic and bioengineering. He was going to level the playing field between humans and quirks, he was going to change the world!
Kota continued to rant, sometimes out loud, as he meandered through an alley. That's when he found a gold mine. There was some sort of marsupial creature, a North American Opossum, drunkenly eating some sort of potato snack and…. Was it talking? This was the perfect opportunity. Carefully pulling the some potato chips out of his bag he laid a trap using a garbage can and some twine. If he could capture this creature it would be the perfect experiment.
He sat, waiting patiently, after laying the potato chip trap. Soon enough the booze-soaked creature would smell them and hopefully wonder deep into the trap. At that point he would capture the creature and take it off to his basement, where he would continue his experiments.

He stuffed himself but the cheesy taters weren't enough to sate his hungry tummy as a small paw patted and scratched as his belly as he let out a rather lough belch into the air. Perry wiggled lightly scratching just above his tail as he sniffed the air burping again after a moment as the taste of old liquor puffed out in a stinky waft of bad breath. He shook his head even sneezing at the displeasure of his strong snoot having smelt his own burp. "Ugh... Why cheese burps gotta smell so bad." He'd say coughing scratching his belly flopping on his back nearly about ready to just pass out as his drunken state overtook him. But just as his body began to fade into a sleepy state his nose wiggled as he smelled softly some chips nearby. The sweet salty flavor hitting his nose and his small mouth salivating at the thought of them already as he slowly rolled to his side rising up shortly after wobbling a bit side to side on all fours to still hold somewhat of balance.
He sniffed the air nearing a trash can but climbing up he could see the back of chips within and in his drunken state and the fact they looked fresh... he couldn't help it as he climbed inside slowly at first carefully wondering if anyone was around by he eased closer as the scent was to tempting to refuse.
