"Land mine hunh... interesting, I'd like to see that in action actually. Hmm..."
He pondered aloud, bringing his hand up to his chin now as he thought about how well something like this would work... Did Miku have to stay nearby the plant for it to keep it's charge, or once the plant grew it could be left alone? Honestly Thunder thought it would be a pretty neat security system... set up a few of these plants by the entrances to the underground city for the eventual day the Heroes found and raided this place. Maybe he'd get her to plant one by the entrance of his mansion just so that he could keep an eye on it?
"Hold up. You used plant seeds for this one right? What kind? Do you need more?"
He wondered aloud again, smirking though whenever Miku suddenly started to stutter. It seemed the fear of needles outweighed her fear of him. If she was anyone else he would have made sure to make a display to fix that misplaced fear... but Miku... let her think she had him wrapped around her pinky. It was fun to play around with these kids. He just wondered how long it would be now for her to tell the Heroes about his little lair.
"Right, well come with me. Lets get that sample and send you on your way before you're missed. Oh and if I told you I wasn't going to send spies, I would be lying. Like it or not, you've gotten involved with me, you interest me, and that means I'm going to keep tabs on you one way or another. If you FIND any more spies I send you though, you're welcome to do with them what you please~"
He said bluntly, moving away from their table now as he headed for the door. It wasn't as if he carried medical supplies with him everywhere he went 'Just in case'. He wasn't expecting Miku to come down here to meet him... so he had to take her to the lab to get this sample.
Meanwhile, the minute Miku would turn to follow him out, Kana would make her way to the table and pick up Miku's glass carefully, slipping it into a plastic lock bag and dissapearing into a back room...

"I'm sure you'll see it... one day" Miku said, remembering that she got this just in time for an upcoming event. And then suddenly Thunder was like 'hold up' and asked how she made the electric flower. But as soon as he asked if she needed more, she hatched a sinister-ish idea. She manipulates plants. Drugs in their natural state are plants. Thunder is infront of her. Thunder is a drug lord person. Miku can get crazy illegal plants
"Well, I usually use seeds from a lily and use my Quirk to mutate and change then, but. I could try and use something else. I mean... erm... yeah. I could tell you later that" Miku said
Brains and mouth did not cooperate today. She was still scared, for obvious reasons. She isnt all relaxed and alike with Thunder. Then again its hard to be calm with the number 1 Villain. As much as she'd love some druggy plants. She sadly has to wait as Thunder said that she could come with him. Miku got up and went to follow him, but as she left, she heard some noise and just as she turned her head, she saw a glimpse of that girl and her glass
"Figures" Miku thought
She listened to him speak, and after he finished, she tried to form a counter to that
"Cant I just tell you stuff you want to know myself. I mean, if you dont want me to come here, I could just text you on the erm...Tokyo site place I sorta found? B-Besides, you'll see my Quirk in action... on TV. I heard about this televised event thats upcoming" Miku said, still trying to persuade him into backing off with the spies. She'll tell him on Tokyo Underground about Quirk and progress for his dinky experiment. He'll get to see stuff on TV how she fights or competes. No need for spies!
But then again, beating spies into a pulp is tempting. But what if G catches a spy!?!? Both Miku and the spy are dead!!!

"Right... There's that Hero Festival coming up isn't there. You'll have to make sure you show it off to it's fullest then."
He stated non nonchalantly. Of course Thundershock would know of something like the Sports Festival, it was the perfect times for the Villains to spread out over the city and take hold while everyone was distracted with the festival. It was the perfect time for Thunder to plant the seeds of his next plan, all puns intended.
An actual gentle smile appeared on his lips as Miku mentioned that she used the seeds of lily's. That was a name he hadn't heard in a very long time...it brought a genuine, although small, sadness to his heart to hear that word.
"A lily hunh. Seems almost fitting. I knew someone once... never-mind."
He pushed the thought aside, immediately changing the look on his face back to it's passive state. There was no way he was going to show emotion of a woman who'd died over a decade ago.
Finally he would let out a sigh however as Miku once more expressed her wish not to be spied on. He wouldn't grant her that request, but that didn't mean he couldn't lie about it. Seeing as she was so adamant about not being followed, that only told him she had something to hide. This girl, Miku... she was his now. Not in the literal sense that he owned her but she had delved into his word pretty deeply, and he wasn't going to let her go free unmonitored until he was sure of her commitment and could trust her. As of now, she was just a hero student stuck under his thumb.
"Tokyo Underground. Not exactly a place for a U.A Student is it. You get found on there you're most likely going to juvy, and as much as I like you we aren't at the point where i'm sticking my neck out for you just yet."
He warned her, rubbing the back of his neck as he led her to the lab. Thankfully it wasn't far, so he led her right inside and up to one of the Technicians who just stared at him in awe for a moment.
"I need a DNA analysis, now."
He ordered him before turning back to Miku once the two were left alone.
"Listen kid, if you want me to leave you alone, you're to report to me by 1200 hours every saturday with regular updates. Anything new that crops up, you report to me immediately. If I don't hear anything, then we have a problem. Fair enough for not sending a spy after you?"
He asked flatly just as the technician came back with the appropriate vial for the blood draw. He got everything ready, never looking up and daring to look at Thundershock again as he let them finish their conversation in peace and waited for Miku to sit in the chair next to his setup.

"Yeah...." she said, as she really didnt wanna lose. Especially if he was gonna keep tabs on her. She had to win no matter what. Or at least one battle or event. She broke out of her qorried thoughts when Thunder asked what plant seeds she used to make these new electric flowers. Miku honestly answered. Lilies, because a lily was a common plant flower she could use or change or practice on. What she didnt expect though was an actual genuine and pretty gentle smile she saw on Thunders face "I didnt think that was possible. I feel like this should be immortalized, like in a picture, because this sight... I dont think I'll ever see again" Miku thought Seeing a villain smile like that? A ruthless killer like Thundershock, smiling gently like that... it feels like one of those events like once in every blue moon or like when some rare comet flies by the earth. She feels its like a super rare moment. But then again... she just aint ballsy to do something stupid, she'll let it sly "I-If you say so" Miku said as Thunder soon changed his tune. He mentioned some Lily person. But quickly dropped the subject. Was it someone he liked? Obviously he wont say. Men liked to appear tough not sensitive. Later when Miku still requested not to be spied on, he sighed. She suggested Tokyo Underground, but he... didnt want that? "as much as I like you we aren't at the point where i'm sticking my neck out for you just yet" Wait, ... he likes her.... wait. WAIT...he said YET. We aint at the point where he'll stick his neck for her YET. DOES THAT MEAN THAT HE WILL. Well, there's a chance that she wont miss. But wait... wait wait more. He said that she doesnt go to Tokyo Underground, because she'll go to juvy if she's found out "Is this like person number 2 who wants to shelter me?" Miku thought
"Um... ok, I thought I'd you message you directly... but if you dont want to..." she said
The two soon arrived to the lab area.Thunder gave her the ultimatum or orders that she has to report to him and stuff
"Yes sir... But, how do you want me to report to you. How can I contact you if you do not want me to use that chatroom. Should I come here every Saturday then?" Miku curiously asked
Answer or no, Miku knew it was time for her to sit and do the thing. She took a deep breath and sat at the chair. Of course for someone who hates needles, she will look anywhere but at the needle. She couldnt stand to see a needle pierce hers or anyones flesh. Not even on TV.
Sure she can do that, but the question was HOW.

As son as Miku sat down, the technician quickly went to work. He bound the tourniquet around her arm, sanitized the area he was targeting, palpated the vein, and with a soft countdown he gently pressed the needle against her skin to penetrate it. It was barely a minute and actually pretty painless, before Miku knew it the whole thing was over and the technician had the blood sample Thunder had asked for. He pressed a little cotton swab t her arm then promptly put a little bandaid over top.
He backed off, giving Thundershock a small polite bow before leaving the room with the blood sample, ready to send it downstairs to be tested. Meanwhile, Miku asked about how she should contact him and Thunder rummaged around the inside pocket of his coat.
Finally, Thunder retrieved an older model smart phone. He popped open the back, checked the battery for a moment then put it back together before handing it over to Miku when she was done with her blood draw.
"Use this burner phone. You'll have a direct line to me. It'll only work for about a week before the battery fries. I'll have new burner phones at the Arcade. It shouldn't be too weird for a kid your age to visit an arcade should it?"
He asked calmly, eyeing the technician that left with the blood sample for just a moment before looking back down to Miku.
"Don't come back down here unless I have someone accompany you again though. Not only is this place my home, but it's also home to quirkers who wouldn't survive on the surface. There shouldn't be any attention drawn to this place, understood?"
Thunder felt the need to clarify this... this place was home to many people who were addicted to drugs, homeless and abused quirkers, the poor and overall those that were just not fortunate enough to live topside. Yes some avoided the law for major crimes, others for simple crimes like theft to feed their families. It was a perfect cesspool for Thunder to watch over. He took care of everyone here in a way, and he wanted to be sure that his little hive wouldn't be bothered by any more heroes.

The scary moment came, the needle. She did whimper a bit, albeit VERY quietly. She had to be strong and brave. Luckily the moment of torture ended soon enough and the guy who drew the blood was actually very... nice? Efficient? What was the right term? Good? Whatever the case, she was done and got properly patched up bandaged.
Thunder then answered her question. She got a burner phone, something that lasts a week. She just has to come to the arcade to get a new battery easy peasy breezy lemon squeezy.
"Yeah.. no problem." Miku said
And of course, the expected part. Miku thought of it, but Thunder confirmed it. She cant come here ever. Or at least not if he didnt request her presence. Shame
But that just meant she needed to use her chance.
"Understood. I wont, I promise. But may I request one small thing before I leave forever? It's something that I feel only you can kind of do" Miku started...
She asked
"You're the number 1 Villain, you make drugs. And you did the QED thingy, right? I dont know the details. But, I know you do drug stuff. And well... my Quirk is controlling plants. I was wondering, can I get some druggy plant seeds? It can be anything like Salvia Divinorum, peyote cacti, Banisteriopsis caapi vine or anything. There are some things I just cant get normally..." Miku asked
Drugs can be great weapons. Thunder of all people knows that. Miku knows that normally as plants that they're useless. Most of them it requires some sort of transformation process to make it psychoactive or hallucination like. But Miku, if she trains her Quirk, she can make those plants useful for her. To be able to make a plant emit spores that make people hallucinate or high as a kite. It can help, surely! If her Quirk was to be strong and useful, she had to use every aspect of it!

She really didn't need to know that Thunder would have people following her anyways... they'd just be a million times better at spying than Kana was. So for all Miku knew, their business for the time being was complete. Thunder would let her know what came of the DNA test, and otherwise it would just become a question of what other type of abilities Miku would develop thanks to the jolt from his quirk.
However, Miku then made another request of him, asking about the drugs he handled and if any of them originated from plants. Thunder raised a curious eyebrow as she rattled off the name of what he could only assume her plants in hopes that Thunder might have them available for her. Did she really want to start building debt with him now? Just what was this girl playing at...
"I'll see what I can get, but I make no promises. What I find will be sent to the arcade on your next pickup."
He said very simply as he honestly had to look at what he actually had in supply. His scientists were the ones who dealt with all this stuff, he just pushed the right buttons to get them going and supplied the paychecks to get what he wanted.

Maybe she shouldnt have said it. Maybe she jumped the gun. What to do? What is the smartest thing to do?? She had no idea!! But he still said he'd do it... crap in a bucket and crap baskets
"T-Thank you. B-But if its too much of a bother, you dont need to do it. I shouldnt have asked... I wasted enough time. Maybe I should just leave and do what you said" Miku said
She couldnt relax with him. Miku had to remember that he could smite her only with a blink, in a blink of an eye. She can just be poof, ashes and burnt bones. As much as Miku wanted to be a master plant manipulator and use all kinds of trippy plants. Maybe going right now all out was a bad idea. And hell, if she does see a spy spying on her, Thunder said she can do whatever she wants with them, right? She can force em to give her the rare plant seeds.
"Besides, I should train for the event. I'm thinking of signing up for the battle tournament. You could see my Quirk in action that way. And I'll try and use my new powers effectively" she then also added "Im sorry"
She didnt wanna be a bother to him. If she was to get on his good side, she had to know what to do and what not to do. Learn her limits. She doesnt own the place. He does

Thundershock would just just let a small grunt escape his lips as Miku began back peddling hard. The tough exterior the girl had been putting up until now was wavering, and he'd started to see that the moment he said he'd be taking her blood. Of course she still co-operated, but she was starting to act like just another mindless minion of his. So much for that promise he saw in her the first time they met. Maybe his presence was just finally getting to her? Oh well... their dealings were almost done anyways, and with that business wrapped up he'd at least have a slightly corrupt little spy within U.A. Of course he couldn't fully trust her, but being able to influence any one of their students at any given time was a success for him.
"I'll look forward to watching your performance at the festival. Don't let anyone know how you've developed such an ability though, understood? Do well and I might make the extra effort into getting you those seeds."
He noted as he would then guide Miku back outside and back towards the building that Kana had first taken her through. This would guide Miku back up to the arcade.
"Stick to our agreement and everything will remain well. I'll let you know what the result of your DNA test reveals, that shouldn't take too long. Train hard, and perhaps I'll see you soon."
He said, insinuating that they would be meeting again sooner rather than later.

Yeah, she knew she fucked up. But she just didnt know what was the right thing to do. She figured she asked too much and gave nothing in return. Asking him to get the spies off of her back and then drugs!? Yeah, thats too much. If she was gonna get drug plants for her Quirk, then she'd have to do it another time. Today she got spies off her back by agreeing to Thunders lil blood DNA test. She had nothing to give him for the drugs.
"I apologize. I'll do my best at the festival and I'll try to develop the power you gave me, sir. I will pass this even if my own limbs end up broken and withered" she said as she calmed a bit and slowly started to think rationally again
Thinking about the event, she was determined to show everyone how strong she was. She was sick and tired of being a weakling that gets bullied and not taken seriously. She wanted to be strong and yes, she accepted an offer from the devil to develop her Quirk. She was willing to do anything. If she withstood his lightning, she can withstand anything a student throws at her. And that lightning....it hurt like a bitch, just like how he said.
She had to show the world she's not weak. ESPECIALLY now that Thunder would watch
"I pray that I do good" Miku thought to herself
She nodded when Thunder spoke about their agreement
"Yes, sir. I'll stick to our agreement. I will report to you by 1200 hours every Saturday with regular updates." she said and repeated his words to show him she remembered. "Thank you once again. And I apologize for before. I misjudged. I didnt think it was right of me to ask you 2 things at once"
She needed to justify her nervous backpeddling when she calmed down. She's just a kid, she cant be smart all the time, even she doesnt know whats she doing half the time. But still... its not like she had a voice of reason who'd tell her that she's doing crazy stuff. Oh Akio, were you scared off by G?
