An Unlikely Meeting (Thunder)

"Aooooooooooo, you saw me already!?"
A female voice sounded from behind a shrub, the voice sounded like it could be from a girl around Miku's age, and honestly just as innocent as the U.A Student herself. As Miku turned around and called her out, a blond head would peep up from behind the bush, a taiyaki perched in her mouth as she looked like a deer caught in the headlights. The young girl would bound to her feet, gasping as she nearly dropped her precious treat and sighing heavily when she managed to catch it. For a stalker, this girl looked like a complete klutz!

"Hey hey hey you don't need t be so jumpy, okaaaaay? I'm not here to hurt anyone. Here, want one? I promise it's nt poison or anything."
She would say as she extended one f the still wrapped treats towards Miku, smiling kindly towards the girl as she nommed on her own piece simultaneously. She would then speak, her mouth still half full of the treat.

"He told you we would be following you didn't he? To keep an eye on your development. So so, tell me any new powers hunh?"
She asked eagerly, swallowing the yest of her treat before walking towards Miku with a completely innocent look to her eyes. In fact, her smile hadn't dropped the whole time and the way she wore it was enough to weird anyone else, as her smile was really misplaced.

"H...heh? I was sure he mentioned it~ I mean why wouldn't he? This is pretty important right? But then if it was really important he would send brother wouldn't he... hmmmm"
She tilted her head curiously as she thought about it. Her father did send her on very important work most of the time, but this really wasn't her thing... tailing people like this really was her big brothers area of expertise. So why did Thunder send her if she wasn't meant to maul the girl to an inch of her life?

She instinctively opened the package of the treat she had offered Miku and stuffed the Taiyaki into her mouth once more, stuffing the wrapper into her bag absent mindedly. she didn't seem to be paying Miku any attention actually, lost in her thoughts, munching away on her treat.... That was until Miku asked to be taken to her leader, which only caused Kana to raise an eyebrow.

"Easier said than done you know. Papa's not just going to walts down the street to meet you. People are after him you know? How do I know you haven't told the cops or pro's that you can meet up with him hunh? Oh… I guess I was following you… So there’s really only that G guy. THAT was pretty funny to find out by the way! Are you into older men? That’s kind of weird you know?”
The girl continued to babble away nonsense as she finished up the Taiyaki before walking closer to Miku, same smile and creepy ditzy look about her. She got close enough to Miku that she could touch her if she wanted too, close enough to be in her bubble, but made no move close that gap.

“I don’t like you thinking you have a special relationship with him, just because he shocked you like, one time. Why should I let you meet with him when I can get all of the info I want just watching you~?”

Miku's foot would connect with Kana's shit with a *thunk* as the younger girl would feel like she just stubbed her toe against a cement wall. There was absolutely no reaction from Kana besides the fact that she placed her hand on her hip and raised an eyebrow. There was the slightest electric shock that was discharge from the point of contact where miku kicked her, flashing over Kana and for a brief moment, exposing her true figure behind the mask of that innocent girl munching away on snacks.

It was very brief however, and the Demonic looking girl as gone once more, replaced by the ditzy blond with her hand on her hip. Had that been a trick of the light, or truly a demonic apparition? The girl didn't let on to anything as she would just chuckle at Miku's ridiculous request.

"Okay okay, you know I figured you'd be clingy. Just remember you're nothing but an experiment, okay? He's nt making you one of us. Jeeze. As if you'd get in any trouble, you just deny the whole thing and walk away scott free. As if they'd condemn someone like you fr not attacking papa. Come on"
She instructed Miku with a lazy wave of her hand, walking by the younger blond girl and walking into Kabuchiko, the exact place Miku was hoping to avoid.

Should she follow, Kana would lead Miku to an older arcade. She's walk through the automatic doors, earn a few glances from the young adults gathered there but walking right by them and towards the back desk. Off to the left there was a full length Ranger powers poster. She flipped the lights witch next to it, and the poster moved, revealing a hidden door behind it. There she ushered Miku in quickly, the door closing behind them and exposing a long downward spiraling staircase.

"Papa already figured you'd come looking for him at some point."
She said as she pulled out her cellphone and began to rapidly text with her left hand as she led the way...

Kana's phone would vibrate again and again as she walked, each message returned as promptly as it had arrived. As they walked down the steps to the very bottom of the stairwell they would find a large metal door with the smallest of electronic keylocks next to it. Kana would place her hand on the lock, waiting a moment as the machine did it's check, then stepping forward as the large metal door began to slide open. Behind them, while one would expect to see another room, was a rather high view of what looked like an entire city! They came out onto a cement ledge, the circular architecture indicating this might have once been a sewer pipe, and would be able to see the rather depressing city from one end to the other. Various homes were build closely together, some apartment buildings stacked only 3 stories high. To their left, roughly a km away, you could easily make out what looked like a feudal era Japanese mansion. It was one of the only well maintained buildings in the area.

They however did not make their way towards the mansion at all, instead they walked down the ledge and into the looming city itself.

"Surprise~"
Kana said sarcastically as he led Miku towards one of the establishments. The closer they got to it, the more clearly you could tell that it was a bar. The outside looked pretty run down, but as Kana opened the door to walk in they would be greeted by various sweet scents of elegant foods. The inside was decorated like some of the fanciest restaurants on the surface, and at the back corner of the restaurant you could easily make out the form of Thundershock sitting with two other people. The first, a man easily in his twenties, also blond and a rather snooty look to his face, one that only a businessman would wear. The second seemed a little younger, maybe 17 or 18 years, a young woman with pale skin, dark hair and fuzzy ears perched atop her head. Unlike Thundershock and the other man, she wasn't dressed up in anything fancy, in fact she wore nothing but a plain white cotton dress that made the collar around her neck that much more visible. While the girl had been allowed to sit, she was sitting further from the table than the other two, head and eyes down so as to not disturb the men around her.

Whenever the bell rang, indicating that someone had opened the front door, Thundershock looked up from his current companion and the papers scattered on the table. He would raise a hand to him, indicating to stop, before he would then bring it up, motioning for Kana and Miku to approach them.

"If you'll excuse us. I have other business to attend. I've given you the Devil's Advocate's number, we can formalize our business with him."
Thundershock informed the man who nodded, stood up (the girl standing up simultaneously) and both of them bowed to the Lord of the clan before stepping back and turning to leave. The look on the man's face as he passed Miku and Kana was of disgust, though it was more aimed towards Kana than Miku...

Finally, with their business concluded Kana was able to approach the table with Miku in tow, stopping short of the table and bringing herself down to one knee, showing her father the utmost respect. She didn't say a word, their intent already sent prior via text... she knew her papa hated listening to her anyways...

"So you were caught hunh? Tch."
He looked down at the girl with disdain, his eyes then shifting towards Miku, making a motion with his hand for her to sit at the table where the other man had just left.

"Miku, right? Have a seat. We serve a fine assortment of drinks and foods if you're hungry, order what you want."
He said simply, sitting back in his chair and watching her closely.

What did she want?

Kana didn't move from her kneeling spot in front of Thunder, only wincing when he "tch'ed" her, his disapproval clear with just the one sound. She sucked in a deep breath as she listened to Thunder turn to speak to Miku, offering her something to drink and only then did Kana stand up, though now only bowed the top half of her body.

"Allow me papa~"
The girl pleaded with the man, barely giving him a chance to answer before darting off towards the bar to fetch their drinks. She didn't like Miku, but she did want her papa to notice her. So, anything she could do to get his attention was fine.

Meanwhile, Thunder poured himself another small cup of sake as Miku sat down, saying how she didn't need anything but then accepted a glass of water, what caused him to laugh though was the fact that she'd offer to 'pay him back'. Even he wasn't so greedy he would harass anyone over a glass of water. He just gave a wave of his hand whenever Kana ran off to go and get it then brought it down to take a sip of his own drink.

"Relax. You aren't going to be paying me back for a damn glass of water. So."
He paused as he leaned forward on his chair, setting his glass aside and resting his large elbows on the table, getting a closer look at Miku.

" What brings you all the day down here hunh? You're a really brave one to come here, not sure yet if I'm letting you leave or not~ Imagine my surprise to find out my little test subject was a budding Hero? So, you better have good information, or good news for me to make up for this~"
He said calmly to Miku in a tone that he tried to keep un-intimidating. This girl was special, and he didn't feel he needed to scare her, but he did feel the need to remind her of what he could do should she try anything funny.

"mhmmm"
The man would murmur as he listened to Miku speak, giving her explanation as to how she caught Kana stalking her and how that prompted her to meet with him. In turn that landed her here... while it was incredibly dangerous to have the little Hero in training down here, it was also to Thunders benefit. He wasn't worried about the Heroes finding this place... what would they do? Attack the homeless and addicted just to get to him? Heh yeah right that's some great PR. No, he felt completely safe in his little hive of scum and villainy.

When Miku then asked him what Thunder knew about her, he knew the question was more loaded then it first appeared. He'd gathered up quite a bit of intel on Miku, but he guessed she was specifically curious about what he knew of her quirk. Well, time to see what else he could get out of her.

"I know that you like to play with your little plants~ It's cute really, like a little forest nymph. Beyond what's on your file, that's about all I know about your quirk. The rest of that file proves pretty interesting however, it says you were adopted? If you have anything on your birth parent's, that is something I would need to know for the sake of this experiment. It wouldn't do for us to find out later your father could generate electricity, and that's the sole reason that power awoke inside of you.

Anyways, We'll talk about that in a minute. Show me what you can do~"
He asked of her, pointing to the solitary tree near the bar that was attempting to grow with a complete lack of natural light.

Thundershock brought his hand up to his chin, resting his head in said hand as he watched Miku grow the tree by the bar. He had known another woman back in his youth who was able to do something similar with plants... blooming flowers and using the effects of their pollen. So far though Miku's seemed to be straight forward. Up until she threw a seed into the pot of the tree, and dropped another by her. He was able to sense the faint electric charge in the plant and knew what it was even before Miku told him. An electric plant hunh... how rare. He didn't really know if there were any naturally occurring plants like this...

Then she even managed to create some little plant looking minion to which Thundershock raised his eyebrows. Interesting... Though the minion could be explained as an offshoot of her actual quirk... the electric plant though....

He would stand up from his chair, walking over to the tree and crouching down in front of it, bringing his hand close to the plant but not touching it, letting the electricity from the plant flow out of it and into his hand, draining it slowly of it's charge.

"Plant and electricity hunh... I honestly didn't really think the two would mix. Interesting, maybe she wasn't so wrong back then. Heh."
Thunder muttered to himself as he pushed himself back up and turned to face Miku now instead.

"What does it do? I can feel the electricity in it but what purpose does it have?"
He asked her in hopes of learning a bit more about it. He really did want to know more abut Miku though, and not just what she could do... she reminded him so much of her... His eyes shifted to the glass of water in front of her for just a brief moment before returning to Miku and waiting for further explanation.

"Ultimately I'd say the experiment was a success, after your interaction with my electricity you've developed this new type of plant. I just need to be sure of one final thing before we say that out business is concluded. You say you have no memory of your parents, but I need to be sure of who they are. The easiest way to get around this memory loss would be to do a DNA test, if you're willing to give me a little blood sample of course~"
Thunder asked, trying to remain civil with Miku, showing her that he wasn't the unreasonable beast she no doubt saw on television. He wouldn't let her know that he'd be taking that sample one way or another~
