Closed doors [G & Hanako]

"Nooo, I want only you, forget a job." She muttered, turning her face into the pillow, "you should love me and stay here." She turned  to look at him again and pouted, "pleaseee." Man, she never had trouble with getting out of bed but today seemed very tiring and just cold. She shivered as she went back to the edge of the bed and set on the edge. She checked her schedule and mused, they had time. Where G moved to the restroom, she stood up to her make-up table to fix her hair into a ponytail and fix her make-up. When she was done with that, she went to the wardrobe to pick out a skirt and another blouse, she put a sweater over the blouse because it was too cold and she wouldn't be surprised if there was snow but she had not had time yet to watch the weather outside through the windows. 

Once done, she picked up her little socks and took her bag, throwing everything in random. "Do you want coffee?" She asked when she passed the bathroom into the living room and shared kitchen. She still had to get her heels on, so she was still small and she needed the bathroom too but she switched on the coffee machine at first, She brushed lose ends of hair away and looked at the clock in the kitchen again. Okay, a few more extra minutes. She finally had time to look outside. Snowfall, shit, that meant more cabs would be taken. Maybe she should walk? With this weather that might be difficult. 

Actually, she was a bit proud of him for saying no to her. To be honest, she was also kind of disappointed, imagine cuddling in the morning in this almost empty looking house. She fixed up herself for as much as she could and went on to make coffee. "With milk?" She laughed surprised and went to look for it in the fridge, she must have something left. She drank hers with nothing, so it was a bit of a guess but she found it. As soon as the coffee machine gave the sound that it was done, she took two cups from the cupboard and put the coffee in it as well as the milk. 

"I am not sure if it is enough." She meant the milk in the coffee and looked up when she heard G get into the room. She smiled as she looked at her boyfriend. She stepped around the kitchen island, "Oh, I suddenly feel very safe." She crossed her arms in front of her chest and couldn't stop giving him the smug smile. Even if he already worked there for a couple of days, Hanako had not had the time to just come and talk. Not smoking made it easier to not go downstairs and apart from that, she also did not have the time, she had to yell at her boss because of the Lady Scandal issues they had and how the whole sixth floor was on their toes for that. Willing to point fingers, catching the money that made it hidden. She had to make sure on a few things. Hopefully, today would be normal again. "You don't look very satisfied?" Maybe she should just ask him for breakfast not too difficult. "I got cereal." Oh that's why she had to buy more milk, she did not eat breakfast, very bad, she knew but that didn't change much. 

She leaned against the kitchen island with her arms crossed in front of her chest, asking him why he was not satisfied. "Why do you worry?" She asked like nerves were normal so she was not going to tell him that it was weird. She walked closer and gave him a kiss by tiptoeing. "I bet you do fine, I bet your job will be very boring, nothing will happen." She wasn't sure if he wanted to hear that but well it was more control if the right people got in and with the Lady Scandal issue at this point, there needed to be good security if they wanted to make sure no one would harm her or eh... the anonymous writer according to everyone their knowledge, apart from her boss and herself. There was even a questionnaire going around on her floor, she pretended to be just so interested, there was basically a price on her head. She shook her head lightly to get back into the here and now. "I also have other things if you don't like cereal." She turned back to the fridge and tried to figure out a good answer at the next question. "I eh, I eat at work." She said, which was true like she had yoghurt with her but mostly she would be so busy that she skipped breakfast. She took the yoghurt cup from the fridge and went to grab a bowl and cereal and the last remaining milk. 

It remained silent for a short while, Hana trying to fix everything for G his breakfast and not knowing his own track of thoughts. She looked up when she finally got the spoon and frowned, "Anything else bothering you?" He simply stared at her and she wondered what was wrong, she looked at her sweater, "Or did I spill coffee over myself?" which was a normal thing to be able to happen, so she wouldn't even be surprised but she could not see the spot, so maybe he was just worried about work, again, of course. 

She fixed everything so G could make or eat his cereal. She went to sit down on the barstool that she had with her kitchen island and simply looked at her phone. She would casually scroll through the news with keeping an eye on the time, she would mostly read the papers and the outlay of her magazine or well the magazine when she arrived at work, casually with eating her so-called breakfast either an apple or yoghurt. She looked at G, "I like it that you are here." She said happily because even if he did not have to stay over all the time, it felt calmly pleasant. "Yet it would be nicer to stay in bed." She said with an amusing smile. 

She smiled happily again when he said he was thinking about her, "Me? I feel flattered." She gave him another kiss on the cheek before checking her bag if she got everything and put on her shoes. Well, that was something. "I am also happy, we should hurry now, I am afraid with this little bit of snow, taking a cab would be difficult." Because everyone wanted to take a cab and she should better calculate that it would take some time. Now figuring out that she might have spilt coffee because she took the last sips before they were leaving, she looked at her shirt. "Oh, my hero." She stuck out her tongue shortly to let him know she was kidding but it was true, she felt safer, especially with the hectic at work. "They do treat you nicely, right?" She said as she clicked on the button for the elevator, waiting for G to join her as she put on her jacket, "Are you ready?" She did not want to rush him after all. 

She bit her lip as she thought about, maybe she should give him a key, to the penthouse. She was sure he would not come here if she wasn't here because he didn't like the building right, but would he understand, would he be okay with it. She wasn't sure what to say but it could be a nice small gesture. She finally decided what to do with it and she was okay with that idea, a small sinister smile appeared on her lips. She had an idea for Christmas now. She would finally get outside and wondered how people were chatty, she wasn't sure that her colleagues were ever chatty but that was okay. 

She would just go downstairs with the elevator and try to get a cab, walking towards the tall buildings for her work, to make sure not to lose any time. Finally, they managed to get a cab and she placed her head on his shoulder when they were in the cab. She was amused by how much she liked a setting like this. She would get out of the cab, gave him a short kiss on the lips before she headed into the building, greeting the other security man that was here and hurrying along to the sixth floor. She wasn't late, she was for her doing even very early that some of her colleagues even looked up at her for surprise. She took off her jacket and waltzed into her own office and threw it over the chair. She had a few things to do and read up on some pages of the news and things she wanted to prepare. 

She mostly left her office door open and as the day went on, she was surprised about how much the noise increased. She had not noticed the last couple of days as she went to other locations for information. She was close the balcony and the glass that could clearly look downstairs. What the hell where they talking about. Finally, she stepped out and noticed how they were gossiping, gossiping was her job. "Have you seen him, he is so handsome." She narrowed her eyes and saw the binoculars, what were they doing? "I talked to him yesterday, I only don't dare to ask for his number." Whose number, she walked to the window and looked down, wait. Security was downstairs, mostly outside waiting for people to come in, to check up on them, or be inside with the desk to check the cameras and such. "Do you think a guy like him is still single." She felt it, green splinters of jealousy, there was only one new guy who you can maybe see from this angle with binoculars. "Spying upon the new security guy, ladies I expected better from you all." 

She crossed her arms in front of her chest and listened to her colleagues going on about the hottie downstairs. Oh yeah, they totally didn't have to tell her, after all, she had seen that hottie hours ago in her bed. Hanako sighed as they went on how they had to decide who would take him or take it upon her to ask a cellphone number. As if G was just simply a toy who didn't have an opinion for himself. She didn't say anything but saw one of the other female co-workers look at her as if she was something disgusting. "What?" The girl first shrugged but when Hanako asked her again, she gave a filthy answer saying that Hana would easily get someone just by taking her shirt off and that it was not fair if she would go for him as well. She felt a twinge in her right eye and stared at this one, what was her name again? Yuuki? Whatever it was, it did not matter. She grabbed one of her other colleagues, who wasn't interested in the discussion by the forearm, "Nagisa, darling, would you get me the Metropolitan from week 42, 43 and 44." Because she could not darn well remember when her story was published. She turned back to Yuuki and her ridiculous gang. "Okay, if you think it is that easy, I suggest you pick one or all of you and go down one by one to ask him. If he refuses or something, then the next go and well I will go last. How about that?" No one seemed to agree but also not come up with a better idea, so they did. 

She leaned against the door of her office and hid her face with her hand. What did she do to annoy G on his job. "Also, don't distract him too long, we don't want him fired because of us." Ugh, if they wanted to have him in the closet or the toilets up on the first floor where no one came, they had a long journey to go. She walked back into her office shortly to grab her apple and just wait, sort of amused about the whole idea of the girls waiting. Her boss came by but she waved him away, she might use this to strictly get to know them better, enter the games of the hidden identity of Lady Scandal, now they might not suspect her. She really needed an office elsewhere. 

While the six girls fought for G's attention downstairs, Nagisa brought her the magazines and she went to find her own Lady Scandal article that she had written about her and G weeks ago before they were actually a couple but now it worked out well for her.
