With mr spider man apparently joining the cause Mia actually felt a little calmer. With no cops around and helicopter crews with cameras being sparse she’d maybe went a bit ape shit on the guys taking advantage of the situation, but even a vigilante was enough to keep her in check and she visibly seemed to deflate, if only a little. Her muscles became a tad smaller, shifting from ‘beefy monster’ to ‘wow does she live at the gym’ levels for her size.
Hearing the question about what was going on, Mia was immediately frustrated, though the way she looked ahead made it clear it wasn’t at him. She shook her head, ready to answer. Tell him how despite the way she was trying to raise her importance in the hero ranks they hadn’t told her jack. How most they knew was some asshole and his crew decided they were going to claim a few city blocks for a night of mayhem, and for some reason on top of it all, they weren’t supposed to do jack about it. Nah. Didn’t feel right. It stung in her gut and while she wasn’t the one to get to the bottom of it, she sure as hell didn’t plan on letting this night pass without making a good dozen handfuls of punks regret their decisions tonight.
She would have said all that, but sadly it seemed they had an interruption. Her eyes turned briefly to try and answer him directly when she watched his own head turn down the length of the street, watching the boulder hurl towards them and grit her teeth.
“When do they learn…” Weirdly enough her groaning comment ended with a light smirk teasing at the corner of her lips. Digging herself in like her companion had, but also, much differently, as instead of dodging to the side or even above, she tanked the thing like a champ and met it with her open hands, gritting her teeth as the force managed to scrape her feet back a few inches against the pavement, before hoisting the whole thing over her head with an almost wild grin.
“Oh honey if you’re gonna step up-“ She started, hopping forward like a pitcher lining up the shop as she tipped her weight to her side, shifting the weight of the boulder to one arm and grinning wide through her teeth. “Bring you’re a GAME!”
With that the boulder was hurled back down the street towards the sender, Mia shooting her companion for the night a shit eating grin. “Ya don’t mess with an Oni!~” She slammed her fist into her palm, eyes back on her opponent to see how they handled it.

A few minutes later...
The sound of breaking stone drew Serperior to the battle; the lure of a disaster more exciting than simple looters. He’d left Darkshine behind to escort civilians to a safehouse, pressing onward find more people need of rescue. He wished they’d had time to talk longer, but the circumstances were unkind. Every hero worth their badge in Kabukicho had to be on edge--forbidden from leaving, but with no sign of help forthcoming.
What were their bosses thinking? Had the training camp massacre paralyzed the government into inaction?
Iff that was the case, the less any heroes in Kabukicho talked to each other, the better plausible deniability they had.
Which meant the scene before him presented a problem…
Serperior twisted around the corner of a building, and spotted the source of the rumbling immediately. Another rogue quirker. More powerful than the last few, if the destruction around her was any indication. He found himself smiling at the site, blood stirring with excitement. No civilians nearby, a criminal--perhaps even a villain before him, yes, this could be fun.
Unfortunately, there were two problems.
The Stone quirker was facing off with two other quirkers. And while he could have dismissed one of them as another criminal, he recognized the other.
Redhorn. A pro hero. An acquaintance. Perhaps even, by some measure, a friend.
If she’d been caught here, that was one thing, but Serperior knew she was the type who wouldn’t have obeyed the order not to get involved. He could get her in serious trouble for this.
Or she him, perhaps.
Then again, that made the bladed man next to her a Vigilante. So that was two rules of their trade broken…
Well, it was best to handle things one thing at a time. All of them knew what their job was.
Serperior sprung out from the cover of the building, zig-zagging between cars, circling to approach the stone-quirker from a blind spot. As Redhorn’s boulder flew at the rogue quirker, he rose up behind the stoneshaper, flipping open his quarterstaff with a flourish, and jabbing it at the back of her knee.
“Pro Hero Serperior on the scene. Drop your weapons, and play nice…” He lilted, grinning. “...Hmm. I think I should have said that first. How are you, Redhorn?”

The beast named pulse flung himself high in the air, his sticky tentacles launching him off the ground ind into a high arc above the bolt of lightning that had been hurled at him. As he started to fall two of his ghastly appendages lashed out and grabbed at his surroundings. One of the tentacles grabbed a window air conditioning unit while the other wrapped around a fire escape in the tight alley. Hanging in the air like a disgusting clothes line he smirked nastily down at G.
“Predator?” Hanging several feet above G he cackled with a nasty laugh, whet with phlegm and saliva dripping from the gross hole he called a mouth. “No… Your prey… you smell like the sea. A Delicious dish of fish and flesh.” He was excited, like a dog on a leash he had been held back his whole life. He had been restricted from the murderous urges inside, but now he could kill kill kill.
While suspended in the air his third tentacle fired towards G at high velocity, the meter thick mass of ooze and fat flying towards his prey with intention to kill. Pulse wanted to wrap around him and strangle the life out of him. If it succeeded he would pull him in to squeeze the life out of him.
-
High above the streets he watched with glee. Everything was going nicely. Sure he hadn’t planned on richter acting so quickly but the chaos was half of the fun. Pulse was working out nicely though, the disgusting cretin sand his murderous lust split a wide grin across his face.
“Please be patient…” He called over his shoulder at the last two figures standing in the shadows. “The appetizer has been served, soon it will be time for the entree.” With a few strokes of the keyboard he switched the camera over to a drone and took control of it with a small joystick. It would be a great way to keep an eye on the events unfolding.

The mass of fat flung itself high in the air, which surprised G. He didnt think he could do that. He used his tentacle flesh things to grab his surroundings. And now he looked like a clothes line..... Barf. The lard man made his quip at G. He somehow managed to sniff the Hawaiians scent of sea. G made the most ingenious retort to his words "Sharks are apex predators" G said
While suspended in the air, the flesh man fired his 3rd tentacle at G. It was very fast. Using his martial art training and sheer real life experience, he managed to narrowly dodge the tentacle grab. He then quickly used his Quirk and summoned hiw Spirit Animal Goliath, who jumped up and lunged at the fleshy man. Goliath was going to attack the fat man with his sharp claws, to slash and slice him. Both he and his Spirit Animal thought this would be easy. They had a HUGE stationary target. And Goliath had such powerfull claws that could cut through iron with ease, while this thing was flesh and bone. This is a one and done. Hopefully after this, G could catch up to Yuri and Kenshin with ease.

As Kenshin kept on running, he noticed that he was getting out of breath rather quickly. Rather than stopping to catch his breath, however, the boy ignored it and kept on moving, making a mental note to work on his stamina the next time he went to the gym. Kenshin had no idea just what it was Toma had to deal with. For all he knew, the situation could have escalated by now. Or maybe it didn't. Either way, Kenshin was not about to slow down and take any chances. He needed to meet up with his fellow vigilante as soon as possible. In addition, he did not want to slow Yuri down. Breaks can always come later. To the boy's surprise and relief, there was nobody else coming in from out of nowhere to greet the two vigilantes. Not at the moment, anyway. Good! The less distractions and delays, the better. Still, Kenshin wondered why that was. Were the rioters in this area already taken care of by someone else? Were they elsewhere at the moment? Or were they here and merely hiding, waiting for an opportunity to strike? Kenshin was not sure, but he would remain cautious just in case. Gripping his wooden sword tightly, he continued to run, focusing on the task at hand and remaining quiet unless he was spoken to. After a while, Kenshin finally saw it. In the distance was a van, with some people hiding inside. There were also several people nearby. One of them was Toma, of course. Kenshin was pleased to see that his comrade had the situation handled. From the looks of it, it seemed that he had some help doing so. Kenshin did not recognize the person, but seeing that Toma was not fighting her, Kenshin assumed that it was safe to say that whoever this person was is an ally. Perhaps a hero or vigilante? Kenshin then glanced towards the others there. The ones on the ground were presumably the rioters causing trouble. Making his way to his comrade, Kenshin tried his best not to sound too out of breath as he spoke. "Hey Sun! We got here as fast as we could, though from the looks of it, it seems you already have things under control. Oh yeah, G told us to go on ahead to meet up with you. He'll catch up to us once he's done dealing with a dumbass." Kenshin then turned to face Bashira. "I don't know who you are, but thank you for helping out."
Speaking of helping out, Kenshin looked towards the van. The people hiding in there could use some help getting out of here safely. Kenshin would of course be willing to help ensure their safety. After all, it was too soon to say that it was safe here. | Word count: 470

Lightning Strike Yuri Kobayashi - Pop Star
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH hahahahahahahaAAAA!" Yuri qouls squeal as she ran, without her vigilante costume, running was an absolute pain in the ass! She wasn't even running that fast and POOF her newly acquired clothes were on fire! She ran at high speed past kenshin and made it to Sunhawk and Tenpin first... though she ran right by them as well. There, just across the way was a fire hydrant that had been struck by a vehicle, splashing water all over the street in waves. Lightning Strike would literally dive into the fountain and pitch herself onto the ground, rolling in the water long enough to have the flames put out.
She lay there panting for a moment, the water flooding on top of the ruined gangsters clothing. She raised one hand, giving a thumbs up to the others to indicate that she was fine.
"I'm okay! Still better than a freaky Tentacle Hentai monster..." She called out then muttered to herself as she pushed herself up to her feet, drenched in water but she supposed that was the best thing right now... it would take longer for her body to heat up that much again...
"Sunhawk! Rando! Any idea what the hell's going on here? We need to find out what the source of all this crap is instead of just focusing on the symptoms. " She called out, approaching the group now looking like an absolute soggy mess. She looked at the van and at the people inside, raising an eyebrow as she then looked at the thugs on the ground...
"The hell are you people waiting for, get the hell out of here before they wake back up idiot." She called out to the civilians, going over to the side door of the van and pulling it open. Frankly if they didn't get up and leave she didn't really care...

The situation grew weirder by the minute. First, the revolt. Then the weird commotion all round. Suddenly, quirker attack. This was basically a war zone. What was the government thinking? Where the hell did the Swat go? Hell, where did the freaking Army corps go?
Now, He would actually have dipped before the entire area got strafed by 30mm cannons, before the foxes would be dropped as well. That was until that new face showed herself and proceeded to hurl rocks at him and the other quirkers around. He was about to jam a ink needle in his thigh to transform when a familiar face actually reflected the attack back at the offender. Well, about damn time. Took them long enough. The snake guy he never met, though he guessed more help with the situation at hand was nice.
Now, what would the best course of action be? His body was aching to fight, especially so after the rock lady taunted them. He knew the feeling all to well and boy was it hard to resist. He'd love to just let Deathclaw out and snap the little girl's back in half. He had to remain cool and think things through. If she went out of her way to attack and boast, that would probably mean she was just a distraction. Or she could just be the first of a series of meatshields the guy behind all of this threw at them. Perhaps they were trying to wear them down. Playing the game of attrition. That would be really bad.
Then, he had an idea. Thankfully, the weird blue guy with crab legs on his back fit the bid. Walking over to Kou's side.
"Yo, spider guy." He called for some of his attention, twirling his ink needle in his hand. "Is that the responsible of this mess? You mind if I punch that shit eating grin on her face in? Don't worry. I'll let her keep her teeth so that she can tell us all about this nice shitstorm she caused."

Bashira didn't have much time to get rolling with her introduction to Toma, before Toma's teammates emerged and joined him. Their appearance made it fairly simple to tell them apart from criminals, thankfully... one was a small boy and the other was a bit of a goofball, flopping around in wet clothing. The girl was about her age (although Bashira would have guessed up to two years younger), but the boy was a good bit younger. In her mind, they both looked like kids compared to her and Toma, which made her a little worried about how they'd hold up if they ran into more hoodlums. Still, dull as she was, she still knew that there were a lot of kids running around with super powers now like hers, even if they didn't wear them on their sleeve like she did.
She waited for a bit, scratching her itchy white hair, before opening her squinting eyes like. "Yeah, we got it here," Bashira grunted. "But uh, these guys have got just about none of the tools they'd need to get the government pissin' themselves like they seem to be. They're small fries, but they were also bastards, so we had to take care of 'em. The next step is to get these guys somewhere safe. Unless you guys got an idea, I know an old TV store where I left a couple of other guys and an old man hidin' out. We can bring the family to 'em. They're uh... well, they're kinda lowlifes themselves, but they're lowlifes who are just as eager for whatever's happenin' here to blow over as that family is."
At this point, Bashira turned to approach the van, only to see the family struggling to lock up and hold the doors. She released a low, guttural growl, realizing that watching a giant red ogre who'd just ripped the tire off your vehicle, stranding you, was probably not comforting, even if she'd cleared out the actual bad guys. As such, she walked back and raised her hands, letting Yuri take care of it instead. Yuri's bedside manner left something to be desired, but it worked; the group was a lot more willing to let her approach and listened to her. "Hey, ya'll ought to head down through that alley- take a right at the bend and look for a store with a mattress and a little canopy behind it. Leave all that stuff alone, especially the old gym bag, and go inside the store! There's a couple'a guys there who'll watch out for you," Bashira instructed them. Assuming nobody told them different, the family would follow those instructions and eagerly run out of the combat zone... or perhaps further into it. Nobody really knew where the enemy was coming from.
Bashira slouched her shoulders, resting both fists on the pavement, while she turned her horns down to face Kenshin. "You can call me Tenpin. I'm a... uh..." she paused, rubbing her chin with her thumb and forefinger. She hesitated to call herself a vigilante, given that, if these guys were all heroes like Christopher Clearwater, they could jump on her case as soon as they found out. Instead, she came up with what was, in her mind, a cerebral and cunning move: she'd make them show their cards! "Uh, what are you guys? You some kinda heroes?" she asked, not clearly explaining her own affiliation. Her eyes were peering, shining yellow, over her knuckles as she clenched them in front of her mouth in a brooding expression. It was maybe the world's worst poker face, showing she was clearly ready to be disturbed if they gave the wrong answer, namely that they were either heroes or villains. "Also, what the heck is goin' on this part of the city? Any of you got any idea?
-------------
WC 643
-Bashira tells the family where she thinks they ought to go once Yuri lets them out of the van. The family runs off where Bashira says to if the others don't disagree... if they do, they instead follow those instructions. -Bashira introduces herself to the Knights but doesn't say she's a vigilante... it's pretty obvious she is, though.

Richter kept her gaze firmly on the two standing before her. She didn't quite appreciate the lack of effort the pincer guy put into his insults, however. Really? Was that the best he could come up with? The girl made a clicking sound with her tongue as she glared at him.
"Ooh, so scary. You come up with that all by yourself, bud?"
As she spoke, the girl's eyes widened ever so slightly at the large girl who caught her boulder with ease. Holy shit! What is that girl made of? Wait...is she- Oh fuck!
Richter tensed up with the intention of dodging the rolling boulder that was now careening at her. She would jump to the left, but she had been so focused on both Asura and Redhorn that the villain had not noticed Serperior slip up from behind. The jab at her leg had thrown off her momentum just enough for her to trip over herself and, as the giant rock came hurdling toward her, Richter made an attempt to stop it with her quirk. However, despite her control over the element, it was not stronger than Redhorn's own strength.
The girl fell over, throwing her body off course from the attack as much as possible. But the rock still rolled over her right foot, crushing her ankle with a sickening crunch! She let out a blood curdling scream of pain as she looked down with widened eyes at the awkward angle of her foot, dangling uselessly from her ankle. Blood was gurgling profusely from a particular gash and the pain was beyond comprehension as her leg trembled.
It was his fault...it was all that fucking snake's fault! Where the hell did he even come from anyway! Son of a-
Anger bubbled up from inside her. She grit her teeth, grinding them with such force that it caused her gums to bleed. Blood trickled out of her mouth as she reached out to her foot and called upon the rubble around her. They answered her call and formed a cast of earth, sealing and crushing her useless appendage.
"N-Nice...? Play...nice?"
She rose up, awkwardly testing her makeshift foot for balance as she tilted her head toward Serperior. She swiveled back toward the others and then back to him, her eyes wide with pure uncontrolled rage.
"I'll show you fucking nice." She spat venomously.
Her body shook slightly at first as the smaller rocks lifted up into the air but, as she built up power in her body, Richter soon became a gravitational center for a flurry of varying rocks that all flew to her body and swirled around her form. Small at first, but within a matter of mere seconds she was kicking up a serious dust storm within the radius of a large school bus! The dust would be so thick that it may cause the heroes difficulty to see, but they would also need to beware the random degrees of rubble that tossed and flung hap hazardously through the air as Richter tightened her arms around herself.
Bits of the rocks would slow begin to cover her body from head to toe until she would be fully encompassed in earthen armor so compact that it would actually become stronger than it appeared. The intensity of the storm would be quite the task to penetrate and Serperior himself would be at the eye of it!
What would these so-called heroes do to stop her?
-Lost balance from Serperior's attack -Ankle crushed from the boulder -Loses her sanity from the pain -Summons up a rock/sand storm. Rank D Range(18m radius) -Creates Rock Armor(Bronze durability)

Post by Nakamura Kou on Apr 15, 2019 20:21:50 GMT -4
A boulder and a familiar face, and the kook lost her balance. Kou wouldn't lose a second in darting forward, the two piercers from his upper right darting forward to jab towards the fallen foe. He wasn't about to pass up a chance to get a free stab in- Or perhaps he was just more bothered by her disparaging his insults than he let on. In any case, with his lances even able to penetrate iron, and the other's preoccupation with her injury, it seemed unlikely to fail.
However, it also meant that the vigilante was left in the middle of the villain's sandstorm, his body battered by the flying rocks, and his outfit receiving more than a few tears. While his quirk-appendages were armored enough to weather the storm- The rest of his body was merely flesh and human blood. Blood which spilled from a rip on his cheek, ruining the motif of his Asura mask. Swiftly, his remaining six arms pull in tight to his body, protecting his vitals from the storm as best he could. "Tch." the vigilante clicked his tongue at the turnaround- A mistake, as dust blew into his mouth the second it opened. So much for the combat banter as seen in the movies.
Ah, well, that sort of thing was always Naga's forte anyways.
In any case, on the receiving end of this, Kou was naturally not in the best mood when yet another stranger popped up out of the blue and began running his mouth. Wisely covering his mouth this time, he bit back- "Why are you asking me? Just go ahead and do it already." before coughing and hacking slightly from the sand which slipped past his hand. This storm needed to go.
The masked vigilante would adjust- No longer were all six limbs being used to guard. Lowering his guard to four meant the storm hit him more, but there was no reward without risk- And this freed up another two limbs- The topmost two on his left. The four limbs would pierce the ground in front of him, pulling him through the storm the same way that they had pulled him up walls earlier that night. A rock struck him in the side of the head, and even with his mask, some dust managed to slip through and sting his eyes. Not to mention the lack of visibility- The only clue he had to his target's position in this was the strike he had made at her earlier. Still, a blind strike was better than no strike, and this time the second lance from the top on each side would lunge towards his best guess at where she was.
Hey, even if he was completely off, at least no one could see him look like a fool.
- Kou takes advantage of Richter losing her balance to attack with two lances - As the sandstorm starts, Kou is buffeted, but uses his other six piercers to guard his vitals. - Fuck off, Aiden - Switches to a four pincer guard, taking more damage in order to pull himself through the sandstorm to where he thinks Richter might be - Attacks with two pincers again.

Mia pulled her arm in with a pumping motion at her side as the boldore landed firmly against the bitch who'd even dared to throw it at her in the first place, but as things moved forward it was clear the woman wasn't a one trick pony, not only obscuring vision with her little sand storm trick but creating a danger zone in the middle of the street. Luckily Mia wasn't too close to the center andf could quickly pull back from the affected area, her eyes narrow, trying to look through the mess of earth and sand but finding little more than silhouettes.
"Hey spider back you got this!?" Not really too sure of the vigilante's field name she just called out their defining quirk trait, making sure to keep some distance and not make things worse by charging into the fray here, hissing a little as the sandstorm caught their skin but making sure to at least remain close enough to still charge in if things went south. After a certain point you could only make things so much worse afterall, even a bulking behemoth like her had their limits on how much space they could take up in a brawl.

So many thugs undervalue good banter.
It seemed like Serperior had won his battle of wits by fiat. A shame; anyone who couldn’t trade barbs while they fought was hardly villain material.
Not that Rocky was any more likely to surrender for that fact. Instead, as he’d more or less expected, his strike had only made her more dangerous.
“You can surrender to me--” Serperior hissed, gliding back as the woman turned on him, and stones starting to swirl around her.
Full area protection. Someone won the lottery.
“--Or the man with cutlery on his back.” The naga finished, hunkering down--coiling his tail around his body in a cylindrical shield. His heart was hammering with excitement; as calm and dry as he words were, this was what he’d wanted.
The first spray of smaller stones skittered off his scales, the impacts dull and painless enough he was sure they wouldn’t even bruise. Mikhail closed his eyes. The dust was going to be blinding. He could weather the storm though. Redhorn and her new friend would find an opening.
Larger stones started to slam into his hide, and he swayed, letting out a hiss of pain from the bruising force.
How much rock can she handle?
Serperior felt a jolt of excitement--or perhaps terror--at the thought that if he’d misjudged his foe, he’d be crushed. How large was that rock she’d thrown at Redhorn?
No. Brute force wasn’t his forte--he needed to leave.
Serperior flatten his body, then uncoiled like a spring, bouncing into the air through the storm. He twisted himself in midair, letting a rock strike him as he flew, using the force to carry him further away--pain flared in his stomach, he'd have bruises now--
Ha!
He caught himself by the tail on a streetlight, twisting around it like a tetherball, his stomach in his throat, adrenaline and nausea spinning in his heart.
“I’m dropping back! Give me a mark!” Serperior yelled, slowly turning the spin into a coil, so he could slither up the streetlamp to get a better view of the rockstorm.
[[TL:DR: Serperior coils his tail around himself and hunkers down to absorb the first few hits of the storm. As larger rocks start to join it, he leaps back, taking a hit to his middle, but using the force to hurl him away. He catches himself on a streetlight, and climbs it so he can overlook the battle and prepare his next attack.]]

It was an irritating sensation to see his prey bob and weave with all the moves of a wild cat. The beast at hunt stabbing his fatty tendrils with all the gusto of a hungry fox biting greedily at the hare's cotton tail! Two large tentacles of fat slimy thick mucus like covered materials. He snarled heavily as his nostrils flared the two larger tentacles lifting his emaciated form after his large tentacles held most the fat and meat of his body upon them which gave their mass and power. Although the large meaty tendrils while carrying a hefty mass to smash and crush most anything that unfortunately may have found their way in their path. They weren't as quite prepared to encounter such a creature as this man could summon.
A loud hiss roared out past lightly yellowish green teeth as the pulsating maggoty looking tendril is slash and sliced briefly and in one swipe even being sliced clean through as the large twisted meaty thing would the ground with a sickening wet audible splat and thud. The severed tendril spewing yellowish brown blood from the separation point as well as what little remained of it sliding back down Pulse's throat like a rotten fatty noodle. Gagging as it almost appeared like he swallowed it and briefly his body seeming to regain a severely minor amount of it's mass. Now supported by just two large tendrils holding his still sickly looking body as the majority of his mass was taken by his two remaining tendrils.
His mouth grimaced as he watched with an angered and pain sneer. His tentacles moving wildly and in light shambles as they walked him a few paces back. His mouth dripping if not pouring slick shining blood mixed with fat tissue and other strange bi products of the strange twisted quirk this man did possess.
Unable to get far as shortly after a second tentacle had slashed after as well as he let out a hellish shriek as if all the damned souls he'd sent beyond life's veil came hurling out of his jowls in one united scream. Falling briefly on one side with a single tentacle remaining but a goal still in mind.
"You bastard silver haired son of a whore! You may have got the better of me!..." He'd shriek out roaring with grimy bloody lips and sharpened misshapen teeth. Taking a hail marry in attempt as his final tentacle while he lay on the ground leaving himself perhaps defenseless to the larger beast the man had summoned. Risked it all as the last large fatty tentacle shot straight for the silver haired main trying to skewer his prior though would be prey. "Even a rat will turn deadly if you corner it! Now diiiiiiiiiiiiie!!!" He'd roar out in his final assault and weakened raspy voice. Chocked lightly by both blood and bile gathering in his mouth and throat. --- -In Pulse's rush his main mouth Tendril was severed cleanly through even from one of the slashes. -Pulse stumbles back briefly as the loss of the mass and tendril took a toll on him. -Pulse falls mainly broken after his second Tendril is sliced free.

With great success Goliath managed to slice of one tending, G was glad and had his litle "Yatta" anime moment. The gross man then fell on the ground with a yucky thud. Goliath quickly followed to use a Slash that would cut off his other tendril. Which G just noticed came from the mouth. Yuck again.
The battle seemed over, but the gross fat man had one trick up his sleeve and that is to shoot the final tendril straight for G. But his Spirit Animal was way too fast as it got infront of the tendril, grabbed it and yanked it out. "Good attempt, but let me show you a real trick that comes from a mouth. Goliath, Hydro Gun" G said
His Spirit Animal then fired a powerul stream of water out of his mouth at the fat man. Nothing like a blast of water to deal the finishing blow. After the fat man was finally and hopefully done. G decided he needed to hurry to catch up to Kenshin and Yuri "Come on, follow me" he told his Spirit Animal and started running in the direction where he last saw Kenshin and Yuri take off. He doubted he'd catch up to them, but he had to try. He couldnt solo this place. If his Quirk runs out, he is a defenceless man

Kenshin could not help but feel bad for Yuri, seeing her dive into the water from the fire hydrant after her high-speed dashing made her clothes catch on fire. Fortunately, it seemed as though she was quick enough to not have sustained too much damage. She did bring up a good point afterwards. Dealing with the symptoms was not going to get the group any closer to finding out what the cause was. Just who was the one(s) responsible for all this? And why go this far? What was the goal? Sadly, they still had no answers there. They needed to get to the bottom of this mystery. In the meantime, Kenshin figured that the best thing to do in this situation would be to make sure that the civilians get to safety without issue. The coast may be clear for now, but who knew how long that would last. It was best to get them out of danger as quickly as possible. The boy felt a bit uneasy just letting the civilians get to the place Bashira mentioned by themselves, however. He did not think it was a good idea for the civilians to go anywhere without an escort or several. For all he knew, there could be any number of thugs hiding and waiting to ambush unsuspecting prey. For now, Kenshin would let the family begin to move out without voicing his opinion, but he would immediately run after them at the first sign of trouble. The stranger introduced herself as Tenpin. From hearing her next words, Kenshin figured that she was probably a vigilante but was too cautious to admit it. The boy couldn't blame her. "The name's Red Edge. Good to meet you. And I guess we could be called heroes, in a manner of speaking." To Kenshin, there really was not much of a difference between a vigilante and a hero. Both of them kicked criminal ass and helped to keep the peace, even if one was considered illegal for some stupid reason the boy could not fathom. "Eh, your guess is as good as mine." The boy shrugged after hearing Bashira's question. "You really think it's wise to let that family go on without somebody keeping an eye out for them? Call me paranoid if you want, but I have a bad feeling." Unless any of the other vigilantes suggested otherwise or tried to stop the boy, Kenshin would start to run after the family before they could get too far. Somebody had to make sure that they arrived at their destination safely. Once Kenshin could have peace of mind knowing that the civilians were safe, then he could start helping the others figure out who was behind all this so that the one(s) responsible could be served a healthy dish of ass-kicking. | Word count: 469
