APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance
Lukas is a small, effeminate young teen with pale skin and a lithe body. At one meter and fifty-two centimetres in height, he isn’t exactly the picture of a strapping young man. While he has the androgyny of a young child his body leans towards a more feminine figure than masculine, much to his irritation. His body, despite its apparent feminine softness, hides a hard and dense layer of flesh beneath, the boy being far sturdier than he initially appears.
His girlish face is dominated by his large golden eyes framed by thick and dark lashes, and his soft lips are often quirked into a small grin, while his long blue hair frames his pale skin and cascades down his back, though he does tie it up into a loose ponytail when the time calls for it.
Lukas tends to wear looser, comfortable clothing, however he has a fondness for flowing cloth as well. Long jackets and robes have an appeal to him, and even traditional Japanese attire is acceptable. Despite his appearance, he has no desire to wear female clothing as anything other than a joke.

Personality
Lukas is a driven young man, once he decides on something he goes after it and won’t let anyone dissuade him from his chosen path. Sometimes that goal is as simple as making sure he is the only one who gets to eat the ice cream in the freezer, and sometimes it’s as serious as his decision to become a hero. Big or small, the young German will always strive to achieve his goals to the best of his ability, and only rarely does he accept that his goal may not be the best use of his energy (like the time he was talked out of trying to swim to Okinawa).
Much like his sister, Lukas is generally quite cheerful, a small smile on his face in all but the worst of times. Unlike his sister, this cheerfulness can become a bit grating in certain circumstances, as it is often used as a weapon to taunt someone that has irritated him. Still, Lukas ultimately would rather things be fun and happy than serious all the time. To that end, he’s rather quick to accept apologies… once. While he’d rather things be amicable, he hates those who prove incapable of redeeming themselves or keeping their word. If someone continues to act in the same way or do the same things after apologising, he has no tolerance for their behaviour.

HISTORY
The second child to be born to the von Eisenberg family, and the second to be born with a quirk, Lukas benefitted somewhat from his older sister’s experiences. By the time his own quirk manifested, his parents had become accustomed to the abilities that Elise showed, and so were much more prepared to deal with a child with the unusual abilities of a quirk. His parents’ desire to be on the forefront of the medical industry in regards to the health of Quirked people meant that by the age of four Lukas had been uprooted from his home in Germany to settle in Japan.
At such a young age the change of country was not a huge hurdle to the boy, and he didn’t kick up much of a fuss over the relocation. He picked up the language and customs with the sort of resilience expected from a toddler, however he wasn’t oblivious to the pain his sister experienced with her own difficulties when it came to adjusting. Instead of showing off his ‘superiority’ in a fit of childish one-upmanship that siblings are so fond of, Lukas deliberately emulated Elise’s own difficulties, trying to mitigate his sister’s bullying by making himself a target as well. It was… perhaps not the most intelligent approach but it was the best he could do.
When Elise met Tetsuko, he was able to step back in his attempts to protect his sister and focus more on his own problems. Lukas wasn’t just the foreign boy in school, he was also very, very girly in appearance. This led to more bullying from a different angle, though it took quite a while for it to escalate from verbal taunting to fists of bigoted fury. It was when Lukas, sick of the taunting, fought back that his quirk first manifested. Instead of striking flesh, the bullies found themselves hitting something far less solid, a translucent blue substance that had once been his hand and forearm.
Having only just recently gone through the process of Quirk testing with their daughter, his parents found the process slightly less confusing the second time around. While he didn’t have the healing powers of his sister, it seemed that Lukas had a closer connection with his slime. The young boy vehemently fought against attempts to register his quirk name in a similar way to Elise’s, instead deciding to call it ‘Infernal Slime’, mostly because that sounded way cooler than something lame like ‘Slime Body’ or ‘Slime Boy’ as suggested by some of the testers.
The next few years went as normal, or as normal as could be for a child with a quirk in a society where discrimination from the older generations was still quite common. With his now blue hair, Lukas couldn’t really avoid being identified for a Quirked individual, and the harassment that came from that at times coupled with his earlier experiences of being bullied, meant that he came to have a strong distaste for those with anti-quirk sentiment.
More recently, Lukas’ life has been in turmoil, his father killed and his mother left in a coma for several months, on top of his sister’s injuries and hospitalisation, left the young boy in an unstable mindset. It was a lot of emotional upheaval in a short period of time, and it almost broke him to be basically left alone to worry for his entire family while mourning the loss of his father. With so much tragedy in his life a result of villains, Lukas decided he’d try and get into U.A. and train as a hero. He had been raised to follow rules after all, so he’d try and do things that way first. Quieter than he used to be, Lukas prepares himself to make sure that he is able to do whatever he can to prevent these things happening to other people.
He cannot protect everyone, but that doesn’t mean he can’t protect someone.
