Slaves P.O.V
The young green woman would audibly crack her knuckles as she issued her challenge to the dark haired man that would earn her freedom. Would she take the slaver woman’s work that she’d be allowed to go home? Hell no. Once she got rid of this punk ass bitch, she was going to hightail it out of here and catch the first plane back to Canada! Once she figured out where she was… once she got money… She shook her head, clearing her mind of those unnecessary thoughts.
“Oy! Enough with the fancy talk rich fuck boy! They ain’t got nothing to do with this aight!?” She called out to him angrily, darting from her current position towards the audience’s stands, and in turn towards Nick. She didn’t have a big fancy quirk that let her shot out fireballs, but she could sure as hell punch this bastard in the face!
She would try to close the gap between them, bracing herself as she lowered her body in an attempt straight uppercut his jaw.
Meanwhile… the red haired man stayed where he was, his eyes not fixated on the gre girl or even n Nick. They were focused instead on Thundershock and Tsukiko. He would wait a moment so that everyone was focused on the fight at hand before he would eventually push himself off f the wall, seeming to vanish into absolute nothingness as he did so…
Thundershock Oh how tempted the elder was to slap a slave collar around the boy and kick him into the ring. He remembered quite a bit about Nick’s mother, and neither of them were like THIS… at least as far as he knew. His mom had been one of the few he’d legitimately been attracted too, not only for her looks but her personality, strength, and drive. How such a brat had been born of the two of them was absolutely beyond him!
‘What a useless shit… Maybe there’s no point in telling him after all. Shit…’ Thunder hated this train of thought… while he was in no way the best father, he did care enough for those children he sired. They were still his line, no matter what… but as twisted as some of those children were, he couldn’t think of a single one who was as whiny as this kid… perhaps Yuri had been at one point, but the girl actually did something about what displeased her… Nick… Why was he so whiny exactly? How the hell did Thunder drive that out of him…
He had barely been listening to Tsukiko at all by that point, occupying himself by watching the slave girl jump towards his son… It wasn't until she mentioned their unified desire did the man start listening to her. He’d only scoff as she brought up his many love affairs, and smirk as he looked towards her.
“My bed still calls you, if you wanted to see what kind of power would be born of our strengths~” He teased her, though he would lie he’d enjoy finding out exactly how to tame this spider. A woman of this character while annoying, was honestly what Thunder desired most in a woman. A Challenge, not only someone strong but intellectual. Someone who would fight him back, someone to put him in his place, so to speak. But alas this was Tsukiko he was thinking about, there was no way in hell he would allow that woman near his mansion.
She then went on to explain however how she wanted to make that young girl become more powerful, and to that Thundershock could only laugh.
“You think SHE will turn into anything useful? If her masters done his job that girl won’t know anything beyond how to serve. A slave who’s in that sort of state, in that sort of containment is good for absolutely nothing but fodder. However, by all means, have your fun with her. She is yours after-all, and I look forward to seeing if you succeed.” He said in a rather derogatory tone. He in no way meant to belittle Tsukiko, but did mean to further break down the girl waiting to be taken by her new master. That was one trait he shared with Nick… he absolutely HATED weakness. While he did buy slaves and did keep them around for various purposes, he held no love for a single one of them. They were nothing but fodder, pawns to get in the way of him and those that would see him dead. Some well… their quirks proved stronger than them, and he took advantage of that.
However, Tsukiko’s assistant would soon provide them with a folder, and all of Thunder’s mocking would come to an end as it was handed over to him. Opening it, he would raise an eyebrow as his eyes landed on a familiar face. It was that young girl from Semper-Fi, the one that had taken time to come and see him when he was still imprisoned. He let a smirk escape his lips as he flipped through the reports provided to him, reading over every bit of information that might be deemed important in regards to this development.
He would soon find his gaze shifting towards his hand as even Tsukiko described how it was his quirk that managed t mutate Elise’s and make her more powerful. He mused over this fact for a moment, before following Tsukiko’s line of sight towards Nick. She said she was only joking, but Thunder knew Tsukiko better than that… She really wanted him to zap Nick to find out if his quirk really had the ability to evolve an existing quirk… no doubt she would use that information to her advantage, and it wasn’t one he was willing to give her… if that was indeed true.
Thunder would simply close the file, and hand it back towards Tsukiko.
“The brat is a strong one. The stronger she gets the more the world will notice her, and the more she hates me, the more attention that will be brought to me in turn. Good or bad, this girl is going to be a major part of the reason Hero society falls. Trust me when I say, my eye IS on her.” He noted as he would then step away from her, getting closer to the ongoing battle only to fall silent and watch.

Nick expected the green-skinned woman to simply charge at him. She was fast, he would give her that, but his Quirk activated and covered his body faster. The speed his Quirk granted him was more than enough to enable him to lean back out of the way of her uppercut. His leg shot out towards her own legs, only she sidestepped it.
Nick was mid-curse when she threw another punch his way. Fortunately it was a straightforward haymaker. He caught her arm and flung her to a painful meeting with the floor.
He stood over and leered down from behind his menacing mask. He could finish her off so easily, and by God, he was tempted to. The growth on his back practically screamed at him to do it.
But she had shown a willingness to be free and to fight for that freedom, and in a world where the Quirked were still kept in shackles by the Quirkless, such ideals were important.
He lowered his arms and the woman looked at him with such confusion one would think he had grown another head.
“Go,” he said. “Get out of here, if you can. You’ve earned the right to try.” She certainly did not need to be told twice, despite her confusion. She scrambled onto her feet and started to move, only for him to seize her in her tracks by the arm. “Remember, though: it was Abaddon who let you go free. And if I need you again, I expect you to remember that.”
The way her expression clouded made him expect a sarcastic remark in response, and perhaps she would have given him one had he not let her go then. She was smart enough to know not to waste time, even with snark, and bolted towards the exit, which she rapidly disappeared through.
Nick had likely drawn hateful glances from every single patron in the room, but all he cared about was the fact that, somehow, calling himself ‘Abaddon’ still did not feel quite right. It felt a bit like calling himself a king when he was but a lowly peasant. He was struck by the strong, overwhelming notion that he had not yet earned the right to call himself by that name. It was the same feeling he felt whenever he used it as his handle on certain seedy networks.
I’m not really Abaddon. Not yet.

What the hell did he think he was doing? Thundershock's gaze turned into quite the hate filled glare as he looked down on Nick, in both aspects of the word. His own blood, disgracing him so much in front of a gathered crowd he NEEDED to impress? It was s soon after his escape from Semper Fi, and one of his own was quick to try and make him look weak in front of his patrons.
"Nakamura" Thundershock called out quite simply, the name echoing off the now silent auction. Thundershock looked positively livid, as the red haired slave that was seen with the female Oni would appear in front of Thundershock silently, bending his knee and resting his fist on the ground as he bowed his head to the Kobayashi lord.
"Master" He said loud enough for anyone in the immediate area to hear. While the boy had not belonged to Thundershock, the man had been quick to realize his lineage due to the striking red hair and copper eyes. the Nakamura clan, once he himself had grown up alongside... a clan that trained assassins explicitly for the Yakuza. When one was disgraced, they were usually sold into slavery like this as warriors.
"Get her back, you belong to me now boy, do not disappoint me " Thundershock ordered him, his eyes sparking with electricity behind them as the sparks began to radiate from his body. The red headed man suddenly vanished after the Ogre woman, and it was at that moment that the lightning pulsated off of Thundershock, smashing into the walls around him and cracking the foundation the foundation of the room he was in, showing exactly how furious the powerful man was.
He stepped out of the room, taking a quick leap down to the stage where Nick now stood, aiming a powerful Lightning powered punch for Nicks face in an attempt to knock him out with the sheer force of the strike to end this farce. It wouldn't kill him, but he had enough of his wayward son for the day, and he needed to re-establish his dominance here. Should the punch succeed, he would then turn to face his patrons, leaving Nick unconscious on the floor.
"Do not be deceived by this fool, nor by Lady Fujiwara. I am still Lord of the Kobayashi clan, stronger than I have ever been. Semper Fi could not hold my strength, and the influence of the Yakuza, of the Kobayashi will never waver. The ridiculous actions of one, do not stand, those that think I've grown weak, are welcomed to step on this stage and challenge me." There was a deafening silence among all of the patrons present as Thundershocks sheer vile aura washed over them, instilling fear within them once more.
"Good. With that, I will let you all return to the auction. " He stated as the lightning surrounded his body began to lessen until it finally disappeared. He would pick up Nick, scooping him under his arm and walk out of the auction without another word to Tsukiko, taking Nick back to his own mansion so the boy could recover.
However, should Thundershock's strike not meet it's objective and knock out Nick, Thunder would still turn and give his speech and warning to the patrons, hoping to keep Nick quiet with his sheer furious presence.

Nick did not care how the situation looked to the dregs in the room with him. He kept his ideals, no matter what. He was not just another spineless pawn to be ordered around and trampled on – far from it, in fact. He was further above them all than they could possibly comprehend.
The furious crackle of electricity drew his eyes back to the very man who had brought him to this loathsome place. True to his alias, the look on the man’s face was indeed thunderstruck.
Ah. Perhaps I pushed my luck just a tiny bit.
This was confirmed when Thunder leapt towards him with a fist cocked like something out of an action film. Never one to back down, no matter how foolish it may have been, Nick crouched and then sprang off the ground, such force in his body that cracks were left where his feet had been. He pulled back his own to fist in a manner that to an onlooker would have looked suspiciously near-identical to Thunder’s own manoeuvre – but Thunder was faster.
The Yakuza’s boss’s fist hit only slightly less harder than an actual goddamn truck and sent Nick spiralling down in a maelstrom of pain. His armour thankfully absorbed the worst of the blow and the ensuing impact with the ground, but he was still left lying there in a daze for a good moment or two, the last of the shocks causing his body to twitch erratically and most embarrassingly.
He pushed himself back up somewhere in the middle of Thunder’s little speech. His legs were shaky and the room spinning, but he did his absolute best to stand still and maintain what fleeting shreds of dignity remained. He still kept his armour active in case Thunder or anyone else chose to attack him, but did not move.
It doesn’t matter. I made my point here...
