As soon as she said his 'name', he looked at her. She continued to speak and he would just stay and listen. He didnt know she disliked Halloween. She should've told him. Did she feel pressured by him to put on a brave face? He felt bad. But now she would leaned against him, with her right hand on his chest, tiptoed to kiss him. That was so cute. He gently hugged her and gave her a small kiss on the lips
"I'm sorry too" he didnt know what to say. But perhaps he should explain himself. Maybe?
"I dont know about you. But I never properly celebrated Halloween. I can't even remember if we did it together. As far as I know this was the first and last time I dress up. This just killed my joy for the festivity"
That did upset him. Halloween was an american holiday. And he was american. One way or another that was part of his identity. Not something like Culture Day or Respect for the Aged Day. Japanese holidays. Halloween was american. But, after this, how can he enjoy it? He felt like he had to give up a part of himself there.
What else is there to do. He stopped hugging her now. He felt there was enough hugs.

She lowered herself again but kept close, which was only logical as he hugged her, she was hiding her face in the crook of his neck and kissed it softly once. She was also glad that he apologized, it did not matter to her anymore how many times she had said it. It did not matter because it was just a repeat of the first time. She did not fight him, man she had already hated that afternoon when they were disappointed in each other over the actions of a cigarette. Which made her frown, when was the last time she had a cigarette? Not that she really remembered, perhaps today at work, clearly not planning to tell G that. She thought about celebrating Halloween, "I don't think so," She chipped in when he said he couldn't remember if they celebrated it before, "No wait, we must have gone trick or treating at some point." She couldn't help but chuckle, "I dare to say, officer, that I had my fun yesterday afternoon." He must remember that and she hoped he could see it separately from the prank or the failure at the Halloween House, when she had arrived in her super short nurse dress at his place, well yea, things happened, only because of the Halloween outfits and perhaps because they were alone at his place as well but beside the point. She felt as if she was playing with fire and if he would complain, she would immediately shut him up with another kiss, it was just meant to be fun. "I only celebrated Halloween the last two years at my work, which was nothing special, adults, coming up dressed as whatever shit they could think of, drink too much booze, have sex in the bathroom stalls and go home as if nothing happened." Surprisingly she never participated in that. Keep her work, her work. For as far as necessary. "Do you want to sit down or will you forever lean against the doorpost of my elevator?" She decided to say.
Their first fight and Hanako was afraid to say they came out unharmed, she did not want to think about it, she hated it still, the air was still filled with words that perhaps should not have been spoken in such a way and she still had not dared to say what had been bothering her most. He was still by the elevator? He hadnt even noticed. As soon as she brought it up, he went to the couch and sat there. Then he spoke "Well... at least you had some Halloween. I had none. This was my only." then he remembered the afternoon which made him smile a bit "But yea... That afternoon. It was fun"
For a while he stayed silent. Honestly, even if she said sorry and how she loved him. Those words prior to the pleasantries still stung. He decided to change the subject
"You know how I said I adopted another kid? Well...it turned out the kid was already adopted..... by ThunderShock. She was forced by him to hack and do bad things. So I went to confront and stop her, after which I told her that her final hack would be to just wipe my record. Techno things happened, and she killed me on paper and fried her computer before the cops could trace her. After a while. Days. She came to be with an envelope of a new identity and legal papers that say that I am her and Miku's legal guardian. Father. I am free to find a job. I am finally free to go to a doctor"
He was happy, but still sort of somber. He wishes he could forget this and wipe it out of his memory. But that'd be too easy, wouldnt it?

This would probably not be their last fight but hopefully, they could just understand that the other did not agree with their point of view. She wanted to know and she felt bad about the ideas popping in her mind, to go behind his back but she wanted to understand and was that not better than just not understand and perhaps fight about it again and again. "Honey, Halloween isn't everything and we can try again next year, that is a lot of days before we have to decide." That was big of her, next year, a lot of days, perhaps they were not even together. Which gave her a dreadful feeling in the pit of her stomach but she ignored that for now. It was at least good that he smiled a bit, "You should think about that, who knows what I will wear next year." Hanako couldn't describe the feeling but she tried her very best to not let them drag back into a fight but every word that would cross her lips felt dangerous and that made her afraid. If they were like this and their future ideas or prospectives were already different, would it be fair to try? She stood next to the couch before but decided to sit down, at the edge of her seat and not all too close and not too far away from him. She wasn't sure if she should go around and pretend it did not happen. She looked at her foot, stupid graze. Stupid herself for accidentally slamming a glass off the kitchen counter. She looked up from her foot to G as he decided to speak again, forgetting their previous subject and go back to the original discussion before someone became a subject. She felt a bit uncomfortable with the idea that this kid was adopted by ThunderShock. Who knew what that weirdo did to people. However, she did not want another fight, forced by him, so that meant the kid did not want to do that. Fried her computer, interesting choice but she did not know enough about hacking to actually be able to understand if there were other ways, it was fine. Finally free to go to a doctor? How did that work, did he escape prison or something? The thing was that she understood that if a person finished their punishment they should be able, but perhaps it was not that easy as she always assumed. She decided because he looked a little happier, that she would be able to get a little closer, so she scooted over and smiled at him. "I am happy that it is possible now." What she wanted to do was just lay her head against his shoulder and be close but she did not know what he wanted, yes he had allowed her to kiss him shortly but what just happened, would the tension leave at some point or would it be ruined right now? Hana tried to cheer him up and say that there's always next year. She was so sweet now. He sat beside her on the couch and gave her a hug. He was sorry about upsetting her. While he didnt say this part, he decided to avoid using his Quirk around her. He knew his Quirk disturbed some people with its appearance. And after that prank, G doubted that Hana would like seeing Goliath any time soon.
The subject later changed as he explained his story about his identity change. He just hugged her and held her in his embrace for a while. He felt they talked enough. They just need peace and quiet to enjoy the moment. After a while he just said "I love you" and held her more. He just wanted to forget all of this and snuggle with her. Maybe another time
Later he finally freed her from his hug and noticed her foot. It was hurt
"Hey wait. When did this happen?" he exclaimed when he saw the cut "Wait there. Dont move" he then went to get the bandage.
After getting the item he put it on the place of injury. The least he could do was treat her. He caused so much trouble. After putting the bandage, he gently kissed the wound where the bandage was. It was like kissing a boo boo, while at the same time showing her loving affection.
He had to make amends for their earlier scuffle

Was that not the best thing she could do out of love for him, he deserved someone that would work on his future, would understand his future. But you two have a future, dammit Hana you are only 25. Her conscience, good she had one at some point. It wasn't fair to make a choice between this yet, they were only together for two weeks but she needed to pick what was right for him. She felt like crying, even more, when he hugged her again. She bit her lip firmly, she would not cry, not now the fight was over. She took a deep breath, as soft as she could as he said he loved her. She loved him too, obviously. She felt like a child, things she did not understand. She buried her face in his chest, to be as close as possible, she could not reply at this point but he knew right? He knew she loved him. When she was freed from his hug, which she did not mind at all, she leaned a bit back and looked absent-minded at her foot, "Oh I accidentally swiped a glass of the kitchen counter." She did not move as he said that and ran off to get the bandage, silly, she could do that. She couldn't help but smile at him as he kissed her foot softly, it was so strange, so caring, so lovable that she did not know what to say, she waited to pull him closer by his shirt to kiss him softly. "I am going to ask the obvious, but, I need to know." She felt her mouth say before her brain had decided and her heart yelling at her brain to make it stop. "You don't think that I like him more than I love you, right?" She absolutely did not plan to say his name, but she needed him to know that she did not, not for 1% not for more, she loved him the most.

After he treated her foot, she asked him if he thought she liked Akio more then she loved him. G answered her honestly
"For a second, the way you talked. I thought you did. But now I know better" he said as he sat beside her. If she wanted she could rest against his arm or chest. Anything. He just wanted to hold and cuddle with her
"It just hurt me. It was like a stab with a verbal knife... I thought you did like him more..... So I just wanted it to stop and I yelled at you. I wanted to leave so I dont have to hear it." he told her truthfully how he felt. But didnt go too deep into it. He bit his lip when the thought of his father came to mind
He shook that dark thought out of his mind and focused on Hana and her eyes. Her beautiful eyes. He kissed her on the forehead. He just wanted her happy. Not everything had to be sexual. Love is not lust. He just wanted her, her presence, her happiness. He couldnt bear losing her. Thats why he had to make sure she was happy and satisfied.

"I did not mean to say it like that, not for a second." She said in a hushed voice because she did not want to discuss it too much, she looked up to him as he spoke and she felt bad for what she did. She bit her lip softly as she listened to him talk, she felt more guilty, she was very aware of that knot in her stomach, it hurt. She did not want to disappoint but she loved him so much. Now already, for the last year perhaps it was just the jealousy that she had not known or understood. She kissed his jawline softly, "I wouldn't want to hear that if I were you either." She replied to give another kiss before she snuggled back into his arms. "But I love you." She said in a sing-a-song voice, why she did not know but it was good like this now. "Will you stay tonight? I can cook something for you?" She said actually she changed that question soon enough into a sort of lovely command. She kissed him again before just staying there, happy and satisfied.
