Radio wave manipulation
Upgrading From:

Rank: E
Effect: Control over the direction and frequency of radio waves. This includes being able to raise and lower the volume of radios, tap into GPS signals, connect wireless devices to each other while using herself as a conduit. There are many things that she can do while manipulating radio waves, such as forcing cellphones or any small device explode, anything that emits radiowaves, she can control!
Her limbs act as transmitters, so if she points in a direction, the signal will be stronger in the direction she is pointing too.
Drawback: Overuse of her quirk will give Haruuhi insane migraines. If she uses it too long beyond her limit her nose will start to bleed, and if she goes crazy she could eventually develop aneurysms throughout her body. Overuse consists of active use of her quirk for over 10 minutes at a time, or attempting to push the range of her quirk past its original limits.
Haruuhi is limited to a range of 10 meters around herself at her current quirk. Any explosion she creates is minimal for the time being.

There are many things that she can do while manipulating radio waves, such as forcing cellphones or any small device explode, anything that emits radiowaves, she can control!

With her Quirk, Haruuhi is also able to expel radiowaves from her body in the form of a pulse wave powerful enough to break a soft metal on direct impact (such as bronze) or push an object back equal to the length of a semi trailer.
Drawback: Overuse of her quirk will give Haruuhi insane migraines. If she uses it too long beyond her limit her nose will start to bleed, and if she goes crazy she could eventually develop aneurysms throughout her body. Overuse consists of active use of her quirk for over 30 minutes at a time, or attempting to push the range of her quirk past its original limits.
Haruuhi is limited to a range of 30 meters around herself at her current rank. Her ability to hack into a device is not absolute, meaning that Haruuhi has a time limit before her quirk gives out and she is no longer able to hack into that device. At her current rank, Haruuhi can control a device for 15 minutes.

She carries around a medical kit with her with enough supplies to be able to stabilize a hurt civilian well enough until an Ambulance arrives to take over. Her kit consists of various items such as splints, slings, bandages, saline, vasovagal solution, etc.

This allows her to get an in depth look of her surrounding, catching items that the naked eye might not be able to catch.

Effect: With the help of her watch, Haruuhi is able to create a disguise for herself when going out in public. This watch creates an artificial image of a completely different person. When activated, it responds to several transmitters found sewn into all Haruuhi's clothes, this way the image remains constant even as Haruuhi moves about.
On the downside, this is just a projection. If anyone touches her they will pass through the projection to her real body underneath. As any other projection, it is likely to flicker if overexposed to things like sunlight or overused that it heats up.
