Akio was laying in his hospital bed, recovering after his beatdown by Meiko. He still looked horrible, his face was bruised, he had stitches to close up the wounds that he received, his right arm was in a cast, the doctor also told him he'd had a pretty bad concussion, he was going to be in hospital for a couple of weeks. I can't even get anything from my dorm to keep me from getting bored, all I can do is watch this TV which doesn't even play anything entertaining he thought to himself as he flipped through the channels on the TV I wish someone came to visit me, I'm so bored here all on my own he thought to himself as he found a channel playing a marathon of crime shows Ooooo, my favourite he thought to himself as he watched the show on TV, wishing he could be doing literally anything else Dammit, I'm stuck in here when I could be training and getting stronger, I can't afford to lose to anyone else in training, especially after this incident he thought to himself as he became absorbed into the show that was on the TV screen

Miku was in her dorm room, text messaging her dad, asking him how he was, did he find a job, how his day went and all that fun stuff. Her day texted her back saying he had a wild time, writting that he saved his student from certain doom. They texted
Lil'P: Wait... student?
420GucciGang: Yea, my student got beat up by a Villain. I saved him and the ambulance then took him away
Lil'P: Oh...well.. thats good. I gotta go to class. I'll text ya later
420GucciGang: Kay
Lil'P: Bye bye
420GucciGang: Ok, see ya
With that Miku put her phone away and rushed to the hospital, she knew who was his student and as soon as she saw that he got beat to a bloody pulp meant she had to see him. And thus she rushed to the hospital.
Arriving there in a jiffy, she asks for Akios room and quickly rushes there to see him. Later, finding the correct door, she knows first and then slowly opens the door
"Akio?" she asks quietly and worried
She soon stepped in the room and closed the door behind her and approached Akio who was in bed
"W-what happened??" she asked him, very concerned

As Akio was watching the TV, his door opened and seeing the person that entered immediately made his day. It was Miku, she'd come to visit him. He immediately smiled, happy that she'd come to visit him "Hey cutie, how'd you know I was in the hospital?" he asked, he was glad she came but he hadn't sent her a message or anything, so he was curious how she knew where he was. She asked what happened to him "I uh, I had an encounter with a villain, she got me pretty good," Akio explained, he didn't know if Miku knew the truth about G being a villain so he kept silent about that part, "Trust me, it looks worse than it actually is," he explained to he reassuringly, notices the concern in her voice and face "Thank god you came though, I was starting to get really bored, there's nothing to do here, the doctors are saying they don't want me getting up and walking around yet, so I've been on bed rest the whole time," he said as he sat up, slowly so he didn't put himself in any more pain "You know what I think would really help? I think I need you to kiss me better," he said with a mock pout as he motioned for Miku to come and give him a kiss, he just really needed her comfort right now

When he asked how did she know he was here, Miku said "My dad told me... well... texted me that you got attacked by a Villain and said he saved you. So I guessed the hospital. This one made the most sense"
Akio confirmed to her that he did indeed meet up a Villain. He then said that its great that she came because he was really bored and said that theres nothing to do here. He cant get up and walk around yet, so he's just been laying in the bed. He then said that a kiss would make him better. Miku smiled and immediately went to him, gently hugged him and gave him a kiss
"Aww, I want you to get better, so you better do what the doctors tell you. Ok"
Miku then remembered school
"Oh shoot. Does anyone else know you're in the hospital? Should we text the chat and tell them that you're injured and absent from school. They might worry about you" Miku said
She was scared to think how UA could react, the staff as well if they hear that their student got attacked by a Villain.
"How does this keep happening" Miku thought to herself

G told her huh? I guess that's not surprising Akio thought to himself. Miku then came over and gently hugged him and gave him a kiss then told him that she wants him to get better and to listen to what the doctors say, Akio nodded "I will, I don't want to be here any longer than I have to," he told her, he then pointed to a chair in the corner of the room "Grab that chair and sit down here next to me so we can talk more," he said to her with a smile, he wanted her to stay here with him as long as visiting hours allowed. She then asked if anyone else at school knows he's in the hospital and if they should message the chat, saying they might worry about him, he shook his head "No, nobody else knows I'm here, although once they find out, Junko-sensei is probably going to kill me," he said, realizing what his teacher might to do him for doing something so stupid and reckless. "I guess we should probably message the chat, let them know I won't be in class until I'm out, I'll also need copies of the stuff we're going over in class, at least that'll give me something to do," he said before realizing now that Miku knows she could get some stuff from his dorm for him "Hey, do you think the next time you come visit me you could bring me my handheld game console and laptop from my dorm room? That way I'll have stuff to do if I get bored of or finish the school work," he asked her

As soon as Akio told her, she went to the chair, took it and placed it by Akios bed. She then sat on the chair and held Akios hand while looking him lovingly in the eyes as he proceeded to tell her that no one knows he is here
"We should message the chat." Miku confirmed his idea
Akio then asked if she can get some stuff from his dorm room
"Um, sure I can. Just give me your dorms key. But first we should text the chat and tell them that you're here. Otherwise they might think... who knows what" Miku explains
Miku wanted to avoid drama and she wanted to avoid putting Class B in any negative or weird light. And she thought UA deserves to know that their student or classmate got injured. There were so many problems with villians and UA that Miku quite honestly didnt know what was the best. She wondered if this was something accidental or UA targeted.
"Akio, can you tell me how did this happen? How come that Villain attacked you?" she asked Akio
"I hope this isnt another 'Villain targets UA' scenario. I still dont know why did they do the QED thing" Miku thought to herself

Miku grabbed the chair, sat down by the bed and held his hand. She said that she can grab the stuff from his dorm room she just needs his key, but that they should message the chat first, so he grabbed his phone and messaged the school chat, telling them that he won't be at school for a bit and if anyone could bring him the class work he misses out on. With that down he turned back to face Miku and to continue talking to her. She then asked him what happened and why the villain attacked him "Well, I was out for a run in the city and took a detour from my usual route, then I heard screaming coming from a nearby alley so I messaged G and asked him to get there ASAP and sent him my location, I guess that decision is what saved my life," he was glad he'd decided to message someone and not go in without letting anyone know, he probably would've been dead if he hadn't messaged anyone. "I turned the corner into the alley and saw a woman beating a man with a baseball bat, then....oh god, s-she killed him, right in front of me," he told her, squeezing her hand tighter and tears starting to form "T-then I charged at her, she grabbed me with her whip, pulled me into the alley and beat me with her bat, then I blacked out, I guess G rescued me after I blacked out, considering she said she was going to kill me...," he told her, omitting the part about her revealing G was a villain, he didn't know if she knew so he didn't want to drop that on her "When I woke up, I was here in this room," he told her, finishing his recount of the events

Miku hugged Akio as soon as his tears started to form. She ddid the same and her tears formed as well. Her boyfriend suffered through so much and almost lost him
"Im sorry that happened. I wish I was there to help you" she said and kissed him on the forehead
Miku did not know what to say or do. She didnt know how to support him or cheer him up. He just witnessed something terrible. And she was nowhere to be seen, Miku tried to remember and think what she did while this was happening to Akio. But she just couldnt imagine herself having fun in her dorm while he was fighting for his life. She was stunned, speechless

Once Akio's tears began to form he felt Miku hug him, using his one good arm he wrapped it around Miku and held her close, suddenly he felt water dripping onto him, he realized Miku was crying, she then said she's sorry that happened and that she wished she was there to help him, he held her closer "I'm glad you weren't there, I wouldn't want you to go through that, and I'm going to be fine, so please don't cry ok?" he told he reassuringly as he kissed her forehead and wiped a tear from her eye "Come on, give me a smile, one of those amazingly adorable smiles you always give me that always make me feel so much better," he asked her smiling at her I've got to get stronger, I can't let her worry about me like this, I don't want her to hurt like this again, no matter what happens I've got to make sure that I never lose this bad again, for her he thought to himself as he continued smiling at her, trying to cheer her up and make her happy again, he hated seeing her sad like this, it broke his heart.

Even after Akio attempted to cheer her up, she was still incredibly teary eyed "B- But I could've helped a-and scare the Villain off. Y-You know,... strength in numbers?" Miku said while still a bit crying Akio then kissed her on the forehead and asks for her to smile, so he could feel better. She knew it was an attempt at cheering up. But for him, she tried to smile at least a bit
Miku thought how they were both lucky that her dad came on the crime scene right on time
"Good thing he doesnt know about us though... Im scared what might happen if he finds out" Miku thought to herself as she hugged Akio more
"I'll get you that stuff from your dorm, I promise. D-Do you need anything else though" Miku asked as she changed the subject slightly for her own sake. She wanted to talk about anything other then death, villains, hospitals and injuries
"Wanna talk about anything else too... while we still have time?" she asked Akio, hoping he'd provide with a more harmless subject. She hoped it'd be something more optimistic
And after saying her piece, she once again just hugged him and kept him close to her
"I'll protect you next time. I swear" Miku thought to herself

Miku told Akio that she could've helped and scared the villain off with strength in numbers "I don't think this villain would've been scared, they were pretty crazy, I feel so much better just knowing that you're safe" he told her as he hugged her more. She then managed to give Akio a little smile "There it is, there's the smile I love so much," he said as he kissed her. She said that she'd get the stuff from his dorm room for him and asked if there's anything else he needed "Just for you to be here," he said while giving her a smile and squeezing her hand. She asked if there was anything else he wanted to talk about, he thought for a moment "How about, we talk about what we're going to do once I get out of the hospital? Because we're definitely going to celebrate when I get out, so how about we go to that family restaurant we were at when I asked you out? That was one of the best days of my life so far after all, just behind our first date," he said as he leaned in and kissed her again, after his near death experience he now knew he shouldn't take a single moment for life with granted, and that goes double for the moments he spends with Miku.

G finally decided to visit his student. Akio had a near death experience and G thought he was guilty, because he told Akio he was doing fine. But this showed G just how wrong he was. Akio needed desperate help to learn how to fight. And for the sake of an innocent kid living. G had to leave his mental baggage at home and accept the fact that he was gonna train an actual boy.
G arrived to the hospital, with a bit more time for visiting hours. After asking the directions to his room from a nurse, he made his way there quickly.
"I need to do something. He's my student. I have to treat him like one" G thought to himself as he soon arrived to the door.
He opened the room door, only to see... Akio kissing Miku
Miku heard the door open and looked to see who it was. Only to freeze
"Out" he said
Miku started stumbling and mumbling and fumbling before giving her reply
"OUT!!!" he yelled as he moved out of the way and pointed outside
"Yes sir!" Miku quickly grabbed her stuff and ran out the door
G slammed the door shut and looked at Akio
