Meiko was a certain kind of Villain, who loved the thrill of the hunt. She loved it so much it actually made her feel things, funny things. Hunting people, hurting them, killing them. It felt amazing.
Now, as Lady Lavande, she chased one of her preys into an alley, which was a dead end. Pun intended She wore her white hand, her black tank top, her white shorts, black socks, white shoes, her skull necklace and a bandana. In her hands she carried a bloodied baseball bat. She did not want to use her Quirk on this poor soul. She enjoyed tormenting innocent people. Sadly, her beloved wasnt here, but she respected him.
They needed to do some things solo, they could not be around eachother 24/7
"Challenge accepted" Meiko thought to herself, at the idea of two of them being together 24/7. But alas, there was now another matter at hand. And that was finishing of this beat up, male prey she hunted and lead here.
She decided to be cheesy and have fun while she slowly approached the future victim. Like a true villain, she sung
"I knew I was right to think I would find you over here. Hahahahah. Well isn't it intriguing that, you seem to be just a little bit weary of batty and me" she sang and yes indeed she called her baseball bat 'Batty'
"Well there's no need. We know you want to seperate us, but we just can't let that happen. Every time the result never changes. Because we can make accidents happen" she sang, the lyrics were debatable, did they make sense or not? Debatable, she was a crazy villian
Then as she got closer and closer, she just repeated in song "We can make accidents happen. We can make accidents happen. We can make accidents happen"
And as she approached the man, she took a swing with her bat

If only he wasn't a greedy idiot, he wouldn't have to be out here, in the dark night, scouting the unsafer areas of this blasted city in search for villainous activity. At first, he really only came here to keep an eye out for Alaster: the suspiciously violent, intimidating man that he had met in the military camp and, instead of giving him to the authorities, he stroke a deal with him: Maxi wouldn't do anything with his suspicions and he would teach him how to be intimidating. It helped quite a bit, though it did come at a risk -- he had no idea if Alaster truly was a villain and, thanks to this deal, he let him free to go terrorize and, god forbid, possibly even murder someone!
To make sure that this never happened, that he'd never be indirectly guilty of someone's murder for simply letting go of his suspicions he, just like a man possessed by paranoia, roamed the streets with open ears, always waiting to hear a scream, a plea: at the first sign of this, he'd dash and save whoever needed it, all without using his quirk, no, he just used his martial arts techniques, once or twice a sneaky use of his "Freshet Drive". Flagrant use of his quirk was illegal and, of course, he was a strict follower of the law, it was beyond him to actually disobey.
'Course, as it always is with this kind of shit, of god putting in his lap either immediate oppurtunity or immediate challenge when he thinks of certain things, he heard a scream. A guy. As he ran towards it, he also heard a girl eerily singing. Strike one, he had to actually stop a girl, which was always harder: mostly because they were often sexy.
Turning the corner, he saw her getting ready to slam into him. Strike two, not even his drive was fast enough to get him there safely. God damnit. As he slowly got closer, his presence was first announced to Meiko as a passing breeze, nothing of importance. For Maximillian, imperative: he was now within eight metres from her.
He has to do it. There is no other way to save that poor soul, he has to do it! Focusing his mind as quickly as he could, a block of ice created itself in the way of her bat and even pushed back against it, nearly at the last second, as it always is with these heroes. "YOU, GUY! GET OUT!" He ordered, his frankly scared mind even forgetting to tell him to call the cops. All he saw was the man move his injured body away from the fight, while Maximillian prepared his powers to stop Meiko should she try to give chase. Not attack.. since he really couldn't get his mind off of her ass. Or god forbid, those small, yet firm breasts. "D-Don't move.. an inch."

Just as she was gonna finish off the poor sap, someone distracted her. An annoying Hero. The man slipped away and now Meiko turned around as she expected some Hero, only to meet a lil boy. A scared lil boy
"Oh my~ Is this a new trend. Little boys stop me from having fun? First Niso and now...." Meiko thought to herself as she smiled behind her mask
"Why hello there cutie. What'cha doing there at this time~" she asked him with a sort of flirting and teasing tone as she slowly approached him.
One thing she liked to do with young boys is prey on their teenage hormones. And thus she would try to be incredibly flirty and sexy with them to flush them. As such she made sure to walk like a sexy model when approaching him. Her baseball bat was almost more like a prop rather then a weapon.
"Last one was a necromancer. But from that block of ice that appeared. I think its safe to say we have an ice boy. How fun~" Meiko thought to herself while she approached Maxi with a big fat smile on her face, which was luckily hidden behind her bandana

Distractions right now will be your doom, you daft idiot! No matter how hot or seductive she is, there is absolutely no way that you can forget that BLOODIED BAT. Some head shakes and a light, cold tap to his face was all that he needed to snap himself out of that trance, he had a villain to restrain. Think, something to get your mind off of a hot girl! A hotter girl! His Levi! Focusing his mind on the meatier parts of her body, he managed to gather his thoughts for long enough to grit those teeth and nail those feet to the ground. Clenching his right hand, his powers began creating a well, tightly-packed clump of sharp ice rocks, his eyes staring at hers.
"Making sure villains like you won't kill a soul because of me!" Maximillian exclaimed, raising the clutter ice orb up in front of him to Meiko. He pointed his right hand to her, his palm right behind the orb while grinning. He wanted to give her some time to back away, since that was basically what he was desiring. Wether she backed away or not, he was pretty quick to activate his ability. "Scatter Bullet!" Maxi yelled out, even knowing that a hero should never name his attacks before actually attacking, since the Villain would just become aware of what he was trying to do, more or less. This time, honestly, he kinda wished for her to know, for he feared that if he didn't give her a chance to defend herself, he'd just be needlessly injuring her. Either way, he slammed his hand forward, a "command" that made the clump burst violently, sending several sharp ice fragments in a cone in front of him, intended to keep her at bay.

Sadly, he got to resist her alluring moves when he said he would stop her or whatever. Perhaps she needed to up her game. She saw the boy raise a clutter of ice infront of him up to her. She sighed, threw the bat far away behind her and high in the air ass he jumped back. Luckily, the boy started announcing his attack and even naming it, which gave Meiko the time and the knowledge on what to do. She took off her shirt and by extension her necklace so she could quickly pull out a shield from her stomach. When she did that, she blocked the boys attack as the clump bursted violently and sent a few but very sharp ice fragments infront of him. She blocked those with her shield. Once the attack was done, she moved her shield to the side. And since Meiko needed to take off her shirt, she was standing infront of Maxi with basically white shorts and a black bra, her face was still covered by the bandanathough. But now Maxi had a clear viewing to her assets. And he even saw a partial lavender tattoo on her lower stomach that he could probably not make out, since the tattoo went down the you know which area "My my. Are you sure you want to fight still?~" she asked as she once again started walking closer to him "Why do you wanna fight me, cutie pookie?~ We can have a fun time together. Why dont we play a game of 20 questions. Question the first. What's your favorite posish?" she asked an innuendo question as she used her free hand to reach toward her cleavage. One might think she wanted to take off her bra. But in actuality she pulled out a whip from her cleavage And in regards to the question. She asked how he wanted to be tied up, although, she did not mind if he misunderstood her question |

He had to remind himself, several times over at that, that she was a villain of the worst kind. She was a cold-blooded murderer and no amount of shirt taking and cleavage showing would actually stop him in his tracks. In fact, just to make sure his mind was clear, he just remembered Yumi's breasts, which were more bountiful! If he kept those heavenly bags in his mind, nothing could shake him enough to really get his focus off of her, not even her weird question.
His favorite position? His favorite method of being tied up? Well, he clapped his hands together, a grin slowly forming at his face while cold, visible steam jetted out of the space between his hands. It was purely visual, though he found it sometimes worked for the intimidation of the opponent. After all, he got to be taught how to intimidate by the very own "villain" he was on a stake out for.
His smile changed into a frown quite quickly, since he had to get serious in the face of what could be his death if he wasn't smart enough. Still with his eyes laid onto her, he separated his hands and began dashing forward, only running normally for now.
"You know, I only ever get tied up by one girl in my life!" Maximillian announced loudly, deciding to surprise her with the technique he had been using to stop any thugs he had encountered, wanting to test the waters first: rule of fighting, never show your opponent everything you can do if you can avoid it. From his very core, close to his heart, heat burst through his entire body, the excess energy and air being released from his body as a cold, windy mist that could even whip around his free hair a bit.
Greater speed than before, he knew this wouldn't be enough for her. What he thought would be enough was that, as he got close to her, he froze the very ground below them, to make an already hard place to navigate even harder for her.
"Favorite position is DOGGYSTYLE, BITCH!" Maximillian announced loudly and proudly while he tried to use his heightened speed and martial arts skill to land a proper quirk, strong roudhouse kick to her jaw, hoping that the ice below her feet would make dodging or even counter attacking not work out for her.

The boy mabaged to figure out that she wanted to tie him up. How lame. But suddenly, somehow this took her by surprise that he froze the floor. This was a drag as this meant it was slippery
"Reeeaaallly wish I took those ice skating lessons now" Meiko thought to herself
Nevertheless she had a shield in one hand and a whip in the other
She then noticed that the ice boy actually went for an attack, he was quick on the ice and went to kick her in the face. Meiko stood her icy ground and swiftly blocked the attack with the shield which took the brunt of the attack. But still, she received slight damage as the force of the attack did push the shield back, making the shield lightly hit her
"That stung. Note to self. Practice more with the shield and be like Murica" she thought to herself
Now it was Meiko's turn to counterattack. She used her whip on Maxi, and if she was successfull, the whip would wrap around his leg and thus she would use her full force to try and slam him into a wall. But in the case of failiure, she'd try to skate back to gain distance
"Ok. I've decided. You bore me. You're not a fun toy to play with. You gonna die, Ice Boy"

Oh, that was not good, he didn't factor in that she might actually be more skilled with the whip than what he thought. Trying to struggle out of the whip before he even had the thought of trying to use ice to cut it off, he was pulled with surprising force, getting slammed straight ahead into a wall, his ice barely being enough to stop the full brunt of the attack, ice shards flying around him that, quite quickly enough, he controlled to slice at the whip to get her control off of his leg.
Free and proper mad now, he stared directly into Meiko's eyes for a second, only to begin dashing at her directly. If there was something that people that weren't skilled with moving on top of ice, it was dodging. "I'm not Ice boy, I'm Maxi!" He announced loudly, completely proud of his sarcasm disguised as an "oblivious" nature, using his speed and quirk to do something better. A better attack, a better offensive. With his fist, down to his forearm covered in ice, he used not only his body's speed and strength, but also his quirk's to land a blow on her chest with enough power to leave a normal person winded. Even blocked, it'd easily force her to slide back with the impact.
He wasn't playing games anymore, specially with his life on the line.

He charged at her with an ice fist, luckily her shield was there so she blocked the attack. But, the floor was slippery so she slid back and crashed into a wall. Meiko quickly got up. She hated the fact that Ice Boy had the home field advantage with his ice floor. And frankly, she wasnt in the mood to kill him.
She thought of 3 options. Option 1, wrap him up with her whip and escape. Option 2, throw her shield at him to distract him and escape. Option 3, summon the spear, throw it at him, distract him and escape.
Meiko went with option 3, she dropped her whip and pulled out her spear from her forehead, it was much more frail since she overexerted her Quirk by now. But luckily that could not be seen visualy. For all the Ice Boy knew, this was a whole new weapon and a whole new dynamic. Meiko quickly threw her spear like a javelin. She did not look nor care if Ice Boy was hit or dodged or blocked the weapon. She just started slowly and clumsily skating away and out of the alley. She went to make her quick escape, thats all that mattered

Clever bitch! She was quick to find out just how deep in shit she was when trying to fight him at close quarters in his own field advantage truly was so, she tried to distract him by throwing a spear right at him like a Javelin! Thankfully, he was also not slow by any means and his reflexes were tippy top from experience, shown when the boy panicked just a little, though nicely dodged it by throwing himself to the right, even sliding a bit.
Now she had done it, he was really gonna give her a damn hell of a beating! Stretching out his right arm towards her quite quickly, the boy stopped for just a very short moment, his eyes spotting some redness along his fingertips. Frostbite. His body's temperature was already relatively cold thanks to the continuous uses of his "Freshet Drive", so now using ice and the drive again, even for a relatively short time, was more than enough to start the onset. Sighing and knowing he couldn't push himself further on a fight he had already won, if her retreat was anything to go by, he decided to bluff on the fact that he could barely use ice anymore. "NOW YOU'VE DONE IT!"
Instead, he began skating as quickly as he could towards her, looking quite angry, his right hand already letting out the visible mist of being about to create ice, a little ruse to get her.

She skated slowly and clumsily, while doing so she saw her discarted shirt which she picked up and continued to mosey her way out. But then she heard that Maxi was angry when he yelled out to her NOW YOU'VE DONE IT, she peeked behind her and saw him skating towards her. Being a woman, she only had one choice, an emarassing one she hoped not to use. Her Secret Woman Weapon. And thats what she did, she took off her bra and flashed him. Humiliating yes, but it never failed.
Hopefully now if he is stunned from seeing her Secret Woman Weapon, she made her escape. She skated away while putting her black shirt on so she wouldnt be nude in public, the last thing she needed to be arrested of is public indecency aka indecent exposure.
Once she got off of the ice, she ran away and got herself lost in the crowd
"I swear I will have my vengence upon you Ice Boy. I'll learn to skate and then beat you up and shove a spear up your arse" she angrily thought to herself as she already made plans for revenge in case she met him again

He was so close, he was about to hit her with a proper haymaker come directly from his speed and technique! She would be seeing some fucking stars by the end of this! Just as he was getting that close, she turned around and, against what he was expecting, she simply took off her bra and flashed him. FLASHED HIM. Smaller as she was, being flashed in that situation was still incredibly bewildering, stunning and ever so slightly arousing. Not only that, he was weak to nudity, specially boobies.
God knew that was really the best solution she'd ever get in such a short notice to make him fail.
He wasn't stunned, though he was so surprised that his haymaker actually missed completely and, of course, since he didn't want to use his quirk anymore until the early onset of frostbite was gone, he couldn't control the ground to really stop himself so he could try again. Instead, he just kept on sliding forward, almost falling from the dash he did. His face didn't wind up on the ground or on the wall, but she did get to the crowd and escaped. ".."No deadlier weapon than tits." -- Gonna put that on my fucking gravestone." Sighing while simply surrendering him to the feeling of having someone escape, he hoped that with her in the middle of the large crowd, possibly for the rest of the day, he has at least saved people from her. Obviously not forever..
But for now.
