Mia Kearney
BASIC INFORMATION
Hero/Vigilante/Villain alias: Red Horn
Player Name: Yumi
Faceclaim/Series: Hoshiguma Yuugi Touhou
Age: 23 (aug 10th)
Gender: Female
Affiliation: Pro-Hero
Height: 2.25 meters
Weight: 102 kg
Hair/Style: Blonde and rough. Typically long and messy with a sort of wild spikiness to it. Flows wildly in combat.
Skin/Scars: Typically peach, but with a bronzeish tint to it. Notably NOT a tan. Freckles on cheek, mysteriously fade when she gets into the action.
Eyes: Purple when entirely at rest. Red when even slightly focused / agitated. Slit pupils.
Notables: That thing on her head? Big? Red? Horn? Okay to be serious, it reaches outfrom half a foot at rest, to a full foot when fighting, pushing to a foot and a half when truly enraged. The gold mark on the horn is actually a deep scar from a previous fight, digging into the horn and revealing a golden shimmer beneath the surface, rather than the surface mark of the FC.

APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance:
A large and strong woman, depending on her level of rage Mia can go between a more softer, feminine appearance, to a bulkier, strong appearance, but even then she's decidedly female and never crosses the line into true masculinity.
She tends to wear Tomboyish clothes, and her hero costume might not always be worn to combat, and even then, her hero costume has finally been settled on, whether because she actually likes the design or out of just being lazy and falling into a comfortable habit with it. A tube top and wrist warmers designed to look like bandages and fit well despite the chaos she gets into as a hero, with very roomy pants held by a thick red rope belt. Again this is mostly cosmetically designed and not an actual belt, as it fits perfectly regardless of the situation
POSITIVE
✔ Confident, Good, Big heart, Heroic, Fiery, Energetic
NEGATIVE
✖ Ego fueled, Rambunctious, Short Temper, Grudge holder, blunt, Exciteable
LIKES
✔ Beer, Fighting, Rum, Meat, Sake, Sex, Scotch, An audience, Did we mention alcohol?
DISLIKES
✖ Boredom, Grapples, Meditation, Monotony, Pineapple pizza
Personality:
Mia is rambunctious to say the least. A lover of a good brawl and a boost to her ego, she makes a show out of every fight she has and makes sure to put on her best show. A good strong flex of her muscles to make the ladies swoon is the best way for her to end a fight, and the cheer of a crowd can make her do more things than she'd truly care to admit.
Despite that, she is good hearted at her core, and while she dosn't respect the rules too much, she always tries to be 'good', never working with vigilantes that border on villainy, and only skirting the rules when it truly works to a true sense of good in the end. Even if its a risky concept of 'good' in the long run. Sometimes she can just be a little too focused on short term good than long term.
When calm, she's still got a lot of energy, and is a very loving person. Despite not being the type to settle down, she treats all lovers like royalty, and all friends like family, and it ain't hard for her to consider you a friend, just...never make her consider you an enemy.
She finds promise in the upcoming generation of students at UA, and is really looking forward to seeing them in the future, hoping to see them not lose their personality to the UA training system.

HISTORY
Despite her quirk, Mia is actually of american decent, and with that kind of history, developing a red horn as a child didn't exactly get many good reactions from those around her. Luckily, she had a more than loving family, her mother fairly quiet but extremely motherly, and her father extremely loud and proud. If anything, the fact their daughter had such a prominent quirk brought them pride more than anything, and seeing it develop so early in her only brought them hope that it would be truly powerful.
Of course, in american society, the red horn brought fear from other parents, and thus bullying from other children. Because of this, from a young age Mia got into a lot of fights, but it seemed this was something just in her blood from the beginning, as even after everyone learned to leave her alone, she was always dying for a fight, even instigating with her younger brother just for a chance at another rocking battle. Before she was even out of school, she was acting as a vigilante, one specifically that made no effort to hide their identity. Nights in jail were worth it for a good fight against some jackass that deserved it, and the adoring audience she earned online as she perfected her brawling showmanship as she took down these heinous crooks.
One particular battle was just a little beyond her, dealing with a much more refined opponent who could cut so fast it created slices through the air, Mia put up a strong fight, pushing herself beyond her normal limits, but when her opponent slashed fast and struck true, a scar formed on her engorged horn, the damage to the solid appendage forcing an intense pain through her forehead she'd never experienced before, leaving her to pass out, and awaken much later in jail.
It was in this one of her visits to jail that she was approached by the japanese government. Looking to be one of the first to make motions in introducing quirkers as a form of law enforcement, they talked to her long and hard while they knew she couldn't go anywhere, explaining everything from taking down villains, to the laws she'd have to abide to, and, something weirdly enticing to Mia, the media support. She never wanted to truly sell out and advertise something she didn't enjoy, but the idea of the media supporting her and helping her build her ego...ooooh yeah.
Moving to japan with her family to be one of the first heroes from abroad, she proudly displayed herself as the Red Horn...though she may still feel that name needs some work.
Sometimes she thinks of the man who dealt the scar to her horn...but being a hero is keeping her in Japan, and it'll take her a while to consider leaving it behind just for revenge...even if she can't seem to ever truly let it go.
