feel the light shining in the dark of the night | Toma sat on a railing, legs dangling over a precipice five stories high. With him he had a black case, his disguise ready to go. The past few weeks he had been talking to this girl. At Least she said she was a girl. They had met on this app for people interested in the current stories about Heros working in society. They had talked back and forth about goings on in the world of superpowers, until she revealed to his that she herself was a crimefighter. He didn’t necessarily believe her at first. ‘Come on, I’ve never even seen you. How am I supposed to believe your some sort of hero?’ That's when she said something that caught his attention.
She offered to prove it to him. She gave him an address and told him to meet her at a certain time. At first he blew it off, but something kept bothering him. She knew too much. She even had details on some events involving his alter ego. She had to have some sort of inside connection. “Or maybe… he thought to himself as he kicked his legs through the air. “Maybe she’s the real deal?”
That though had him make up his mind. They had gotten along well over text, so what was the harm? At worst she didn’t show up, at best she was who she said she was and he would finally have someone to talk to about work. He spun around on the railing, facing back towards the rooftop, and gently kicked his black case. If she was who she said she was he would don his alter ego’s mask and show her who he really was. It would be a relief to find someone who new the struggle.

Aeris Leon Teacher 1-A || Fantasy || Danse de Fee I Can't Stop Anymore Like a Spinning Wheel The high pitched yet bass notes of an engine revved up on the ground below. It was the unmistakable roar of a 2078 Tenmori Shika. The gutteral 400 CC engine of the Dual Sport Motorcycle. Hosting beautiful black fender style of an off-road bike with the raw unmitigated power of a Roadster underneath. The Shocks were definitely built to handle rough terrain, yet they were a beautiful bright blue. The front of the bike, between the handle bars was 16, which in Japanese was sometimes pronounced 'Hi Ro.' Riding the bike was a female form clad in a form fitting leather suit. A Dark blue sparkling helmet on her head. She looked up the building where she expected her encounter to be as she was surrounded by a mob of low level thugs from a local gang.
After a few moments, the brakes were released and the cycle took off, but only far enough to slam the front wheel into one of the thugs. The rider slammed her left foot on the ground while revving. Her right fingers clutching the front brake as she pulled off a donut. Her foot and front wheel serving as the pivot point. The back wheel burning out, throwing out a cloud of smoke and pebbles which shot at the rest of the thugs like machine gun fire. After two revolutions, she launched the bike forward and moved to stand on the seat. She made a flying leap into the air, doing a split legged kick to two of the thugs and landing as the bike smashed into three that huddled together to stave off the covering fire. The motorcycle activated the kick stand on its own as the rider landed on her feet. The helmet looked back up to see if there was an audience on the rooftop.
That show should be fine. Now the hard part. There was no graceful way to walk a motorcycle over to a parking space, but she didn't want traffic halted any more. She then got back on the bike and pulled a small paper bag from one of the two saddle bags on the back. The figure then fell limp as the paper bag could be seen flying up the building. After a few seconds, the bag landed on the other side of the railing, pulled up by the strings of a fairy hovering over head. The fey flung two strings into the bag and pulled up wildly, causing a black and blue outfit that was her more well known heroine outfit. Her butterfly wings tucked back as she entered the neck opening of the suit. And almost instantly she appeared, full sized, wearing the outfit. Her feet in the bag. "Pardon. Had a bit to clean up first. I'm Fantasy. Aeris Leon." She extended one hand to shake her friend's as her other hand swept under her hair and along her neck, releasing the locks from thier fabric prison.

feel the light shining in the dark of the night | ‘Boy, she makes an entrance.’ He chuckled and shook her hand, wearing his usual crooked smile. “You don’t like to disappoint do you?” Her entrance had been unnecessary, but flashy, the opposite of everything Toma did on a nightly basis. ‘Perks of being a Legal Hero I guess.’ He thought to himself.
“I’m Toma.” He jumped up from his railing and popped open his black box. Pulling out his helmet, a black full face helmet emblazoned with the red hawk over a yellow sun, he held it in one hand while holding his other hand out and away from her face. His free hand started to glow then arc with small coils of solar plasma, nothing too dangerous mostly a fancy light show.
“But you might have heard of me as Sunhawk.” He doubted she had actually heard of him, most people never did. Since he tried to cover his tracks pretty well, and mostly dealt with small fry crime, the only reason she would have heard of him as if she was frequented obscure super-nerd forums. So far that was the only place he had really heard evidence he existed, and no one ever referenced a name when they did bring him up. ‘She is a Pro-Hero though, and one would assume the police had noticed traces at some point.’ He pondered. ‘Who knows.’
“You know I was starting to get worried you might not show up.”

Aeris leaned back on the railing as he showed off his identity. A small smirk on her lips. "So that's what you call yourself. The files have a few other names for you. The Glow of Hibiya. The Shadow of Chiyoda. The Luminous Crow of Toyomi. The police have been in debates on what to put on reports when they get anonymous tips." She rocked back and forth on her rear a bit letting the info she easily revealed float into the ether. She then looked right to him and the outfit.
"Might as well put it on if you are showing off. I'm not going to tattle or anything. I was thinking maybe we go for a patrol around the town. See if the claims are true." She took a moment to fish out from her vest pocket a couple butterfly winged hair barrets, tucking them into the hair behind her ears to finish up her super look. Her identity was public knowledge. Secrecy wasn't really a part. One should never have to wonder about who was the Goddess that descended into the war.
"Here's a question." She brought up as she pulled out a tube of lipstick. "Melee or ranged combat?" She pressed her lips as she applied the light blue coloring to them. She always tried to look her best where ever she went, and they did find each other on a Quirk dating app. So might as well look presentable. She was certain they would be hot and sweaty soon.

feel the light shining in the dark of the night | “Shadow of…” Toma let slip a snicker. He had thought Sunhawk sounded weird originally, but man the police sucked at making names. “Yeah. Sounds better than some of those doesn’t it?” Toma figured that now he would have to work harder to make sure they didn’t give him some dumb name in the news. If he wanted thugs and common criminals to fear him he needed to make Sunhawk something whispered in fright.
When she asked him to get suited up a crooked smile lit up his face. There wasn’t much Toma liked more than dispensing Justice so it looked like he was about to have a fun night. He leaned down and started to get suited up, the suit was a all in one piece designed to be slipped on like pajamas. Thankfully his pants were easy to deal with since he could tuck the ends into his socks. But when he started to zip up he needed to take off his shirt. He turned, mostly out of fear of questioning, only letting her see his exposed back. It wasn't that Toma was body shy, he was in great shape after all, he just had some recent wounds he didn’t want her to know about. The still healing wound across his gut looked nasty and the twisted bite scar on his clavicle didn’t look too good either.
Once he got zipped up he turned back to her as he slipped his head into his helmet. With his costume complete he answered her question “A little of both to be honest.” He stretched, the leather creaking in the quiet night, limbering himself up. “I usually try not to use my quirk on people until I feel my life is threatened.” He held up his left hand and let loose a tiny strobe of light. “At Least not the hot part of my quirk. My powers are a bit destructive and painful. If I can avoid scorching someone I will try tricks and traps. Intimidation works great too.” Part of the design of his costume was meant to facilitate intimidation anyway, with the mirrored motorcycle helmet erasing any glimpse of emotion his foes might see.
Toma jumped up and down one last time, ready and raring to go. “What say we boogie?” Behind his helmet his pirates smile grew wider. ‘The villains of the night were in for a wild ride.’

Aeris Leon Teacher 1-A || Fantasy || Danse de Fee Quote Here She watched him change and barely gave it a second thought. She was nude commonly through out the day. Part of the drawback of her quirk. Sure she had her own tiny clothes when transformed but those grew out of her. So even then she was naked. She pulled out her cellphone and started to flick through it. "Well SunSpot. I hope you don't mind assisting with a little government mission. The Azuma Clan of Yakuza have been seen casing Betterman's Jeweler's for a week now and the Government thinks it will try something tonight. There has been whispers of a Quirker finally in their ranks. So they are dispatching me to handle it."
Standing up as her counterpart was bouncing to adjust his suit fit, she smiled. "Reports of previous incidents show that they never do a job without at least eight people. So, you get four I'll get four and who ever gets the Quirker is owed dinner. Sounds fun?" Her heels clicking on the rooftop as she moved for the first time since meeting. She walked right up to him and stood just a few centimeters apart from Sunhawk. "The jeweler is four blocks to the north, how do you want to travel there?" She gave a soft smirk looking up towards the faceless helmet.
