Her world, was the same as everyone else. But she did not see the colors of the world. Not like how others did. It was not to say she couldn't, it was that she wouldn't. She saw the faces, the minds that walked around in this world. Some were tainted, corrupted beyond any saving grace. Others were pure, only to find their own way, or to be corrupted by others. It seemed as if the ones that wished the most kindness, found themselves the most pain. Not everyone deserved this life. No one did. No one deserved to hurt... except those that wanted to hurt others. Those people, were the demons of this world.

Susumu had gone on to explain how she didn't really mean it before, but now she had. It was a strange world. She looked at the other one eyed woman, only that her wound was hidden behind the loose lids of her eyes and a bunch of cloth. Maybe this life wasn't as bad as she thought. If she made a mess of everything, it was only right that she tried to clean it up. In her own mistakes of trying to do right, she did so much wrong... but if she was going to be a new person, perhaps she had done the right thing. Maybe it was a good thing to try and kill her. . . . or maybe that's thinking too positive.

"I... Don't actually know how old I am." Kasey would admit, a sky smile appearing on her face. A smile like a child when they know they had done something wrong and were trying to not get yelled at it for it. An innocent smile. "No one kept a record of me. Everyone just guessed. I even have a few IDs that say all different ages." She pulled her knees in a bit closer. It was nice to talk. She felt more human. She felt normal.

"Is there a way for people to check?" she asked the question, her mind replaying her life. She could remember the night she was on her own. It wasn't so clear if it was raining that night, or if it was the day before. She remembered all of the wet and water. She remembered rummaging through all of the bins and dumpsters for her meals. She remembered the man who offered to feed her. She remembered the pain, the suffering, the blood. She remembered watching them do... all of those things. All of that blood. All of her insides... It was money to them. She remembered escaping. She remembered the orphanage. They thought she was too old to stay. How old was too old? How long ago was that? It was a few years ago. That was why she thought she was twenty three. But maybe they meant in size. How long was she in that facility? How old was she?

"It doesn't matter..." Kasey would go on, "I'm really happy you're part of my family now. I'm happy I'm part of yours. Our family... Our happy, happy family..."
