The job was going to be pretty simple for his new delivery girl. She was simply to deliver the 'regular' delivery of cleaning agents to the town's water tower. Nothing out of the ordinary, nothing suspicious. Nothing would seem out of place even if they opened up the containers of cleaning agents and looked inside. The Quirk enhancer compound looked identical to that of the cleaning agents.
This time, Thundershock himself was the one waiting for his contact to arrive, a dangerous gamble as he could never be sure when the police or pro hero's might show up in his contacts place... but this was something he wanted to oversee himself. If this plan was successful, the entire town would become addicted to his Quirk enhancer drug in a matter of days. Those that could afford buying more of the drug would, benefiting the Villain directly. Those that couldn't afford it would go into severe withdrawl, benefiting his compatriot, and himself in the long run through hospital costs. As a little added bonus, Thundershock would also ensure one of his companies was supplying fresh bottled water to the town, further benefiting from those sales. There was absolutely no way for Thunder to lose in this endeavor, and no way for him to be the only one to take the fall if shit hit the fan.
Regardless, Thunder was currently waiting for his contact to arrive at the CleanNthings store stockroom, backdoor open and waiting for her...

"I need something delivered to a particular technology store near the U.A High School building. Me approaching myself would only have every Hero in Japan descend on me." That was the description told to Kyoko in the mysterious villain chat she had been added to. Honestly! how rude! she did not consider herself to a villain, sure she did what she wanted and sometimes it lead to a bad outcome for others, but hey! they had it coming! Since the only thing she knew was that she was going close to U.A and thanks to her age she could blend in perfectly! She threw on one of her gamer outfits to fit in as the shy gamer girl. Before leaving she tried to do some research on mr Thundershock and was only able to find out minor details about the man, mostly from the darker parts of reddit and rumors. Before leaving for her location she began to write a message down on their usual messenger to devon, he was the most reliable of the temple of osiris group and knowing his vindication should something happen to her, he would do what needed to be done. 'I'm going out somewhere to meet some people for some stuff, im sending you my gps location through my computer. I'll keep you posted.' anddddd send. Now that the message was out of the way she made her way towards the location that was sent to her. On her way there she took note of the area around this place. She had her normal items with her, her regular phone, her burner phone, and her favorite mr zapper the taser. As she got closer to the location she began to get excited because of how much she despised U.A, in her mind it was a school made to support those who had brought harm to her for trying to expose the truth of her family drama. She pushed those thoughts out of her mind and focused on the present. She arrived at a place called CleanNthings and took pictures with her flip phone and looked at them to assure their quality for notes later. She waltz around the back as instructed by thunder and saw that the back door was open. She placed one hand in her bag and grabbed onto her taser, this was beginning to look very very shady. She began to speak out loud "Hello? Thunder-san? are you here?" she said walking in slowly and observing the room around her. "Im here." she said aloud waiting for a response of sorts, kinda hanging by the doorway leaning on it a bit with her hands in the pockets on her jacket. ![]() Kyoko's outfit

Thunder wasn't trying to hide, sitting atop a sealed crate with a cigarette lit between his lips. The man would have been smoking away calmly as he awaited the arrival of his little villainess. He wasn't so naive to believe she would come unguarded though, and he had his men set up all across the shop in the event she had brought Hero's with her to raid the place. They were all working away diligently as if they had worked at the store for ages, leaving ThunderShock alone in the stock room, waiting to Kyoko.
When the girl finally arrived and called out his name, he would let the cigarette fall to the ground, stepping on it to extinguish it as he blew out the smoke into the air above him. He would reach into his pocket for a small container and pop it open and retrieve what looked like a large while pill from it's contents. He would stick that in his mouth before returning the container into it's pocket before standing up, stepping into the light that seeped in from the open loading dock.
"You must me my little Villain from the chat. Kyoko, was it? A pleasure to meet you face to face."
He would say casually, hands stuck in his pockets as he eyed the girl up and down. He wasn't looking at her in a perverse sense (At least not until she would be of proper adult age!) but more so taking in how well she would blend for the job.
"There's been a change to the delivery's location, if you're still up for the job. You'll be taking these cleaning agent's to U.A highschool. I'll make sure you're provided with a sufficient disguise to not immediately be recognised in case you have any ties to those students."
Thunder would assure her, still unmoving from his spot as he would wait for confirmation that she was still interested.

'Oooooo, he's a looker...' she thought to herself as he realized he was checking her out. "I could be that person, I could not be as well but regardless the pleasure is all mine. Not many people know my actual name." she shrugged, trying to be cryptic in case this was also a set up, after all the chat she was added too were strange for all she knows this could have been a set up to get her in trouble. Realizing that he was eyeing her up and down she looked him up and down as well and enjoyed what she saw.."Don't mind the outfit, honestly I don't really like it. Not my style but people are less likely to suspect someone who's young to be near U.A." she added looking around the room taking note of the area round her.
"ALSO, can you tell me the Wifi password for this joint by the way? I like being able to access wifi." She requested of him. Soon she heard the details of what he wants her to do. "So giving U.A some cleaning agents in a new location huh? sounds simple, im still in for now. What is the disguise you have? might be better than mine honestly, I don't have any connections with the school really but being like a ghost that no one can really spot is my kind of thing. After all heros can't spot you if they don't know you exist." she freely expressed to the man her thoughts she'd also have the benefit of still being able to roam around the public freely if no one would recognize her at U.A
"In return though I wonder what you'll offer me? You mentioned money but an estimate would be nice to know, connections are nice too. I like tech." she mentioned in an attempt to gain his trust through slight humor and wittiness, it was mostly an attempt to try and learn about what type of man he was. As she showed interest in the deal between the two of them she pulled out her burner flip phone, "you don't mind if i contact my boss right? Im part of a group called the temple of osiris. He gets his undies in a twist if I dont keep him in the loop." she added

He stated in response to Kyoko's note about not many people knowing her name. The perks of owning most of the underground crime often payed off for situations like this. He was still eyeing her when she started to look him up and down now as well, causing the older man to roll his eyes as she seemed to linger and stare at him far too much.
She then went off about the shops wifi password and it caused Thunder to raise an eyebrow. It seemed extremely childish of her to ask that... especially when he had asked her here to meet for a serious job that could get them both jailed, or worse if discovered...
"I hardly keep track of the WiFi password of all the buildings I own. So unfortunately no, you'll have to stick to your data plan. Now, the disguise is a fairly obvious one, but you'll easily blend in. A U.A school Uniform, if it doesn't fit I have a tailor who can adjust it for you. It has the student's ID badge in the front breast pocket, which will get you by any security the school might have."
He stated casually, reaching into a box to his left and withdrawing a smaller white box. He would then walk over to Kyoko and hand it over to her so she could have a peek at it herself.
"As for payment, 500,000 yen for getting the chemicals to their dropoff location, and another 300,000 for infiltrating the school for... lets say a week? There are going to be some students actively looking for a drug that can't be found anywhere on the market, or even on the black market. If you can guide those students to my contacts already inside the school, then you will get a further bonus of 100,000 yen per person you bring in. That sound fair?"
Thundershock asked her in regards to her payment. He seemed pretty confident that money spoke for itself, most people reeled when they had such large numbers thrown at them for a job that seemed so simple. It made it fairly easy to manipulate people into doing what he wanted... the world was a greedy place...
This girl however... this wasn't her first Rodeo, and he could easily tell this by her questions and how precise she had been with them. She wanted to inform her superior of what she would be doing and Thundershock nodded.
"There is a condition to letting them know anything of course. I myself must be able to speak to them. You understand how I can't let any information on this little job slip, yes?"

"Oh~? quite an impressive set of connections then. she mentioned in a sly tone, it was not meant to be disrespectful but more of a convoluted way to show that she was intrigued in the mysterious man, was thundershock his actual name? Wait what? How the finkle fak does he not know the wifi password? what a geezer..well whatever if he isn't willing to give it to her then her quirk would be extremely limited to non wifi functions, great.
As the two quickly moved onto the subject of the disguise for the school she began to listen very closely to his words, understanding the information he was giving her was critical, any fuck up on this visit to the lion's den meant certain Jail time for her, or worse "I see. In that case it seems like a waste that I wore this dumb gamer outfit. Let's stick with your outfit instead, does it come with a backpack? it may seem like a minor detail but I believe you should trust me enough to know that it is important." she asked curiously. The metal spine that protruded out of her back could lead to someone identifying her later on and blowing the cover on this entire operation and get them BOTH in trouble if she got caught.
As Thunder walked over to her with a small white box she visibly tensed up, while she began to trust him a small bit she was still messing with villains, and she was in his den, he could do whatever he wanted with her...(lewd) but as he opened the box that sensation of fear began to subside as she was told how much he was going to make...she got excited for a second but then calmed down, while she was greedy, she was also no idiot. "How do I know you'll keep your promise? Surely for someone who has so much power in the underground network and business deals from what I can see, you've already come up with a way to ensure your clients that they will get their money. Sorry if im being a ball buster but my boss won't be happy with me if i mess something up." she smiled at him in a friendly way. Blaming her questions on someone else was usually her go to method, Devon would be happy with the fact she's screwing over future heros but he also had some issues with gangs in his past that he was very cryptic about before so she needed to tiptoe around this subject with him in the future.
The conversation then moved on to thunder's conditions for letting his boss know about the information "Very well then, we can do the operation now and i'll take the backlash from him and set up a little meeting for you two later on if he doesn't throw a titty fit." she offered to him,he never responded to her initial message so he was probably still sleeping...idiot.. "Since you've thought of all these things for me getting into U.A, do you already have a route prepared or some blueprints or something? preferably an electronic copy? Maybe some gadgets?"

"A backpack? I mean it'll only take me a minute to get my hands on it. The kid I got the uniform from is still unconscious downstairs, and don't worry, she'll have no idea what happened when she wakes up, and she won't be missing long enough for anyone to notice."
He assured her, pulling out his flip phone from his pocket and promptly sending a message down to his son who was dutifully watching said U.A student downstairs as instructed. What Kyoko might find weird, was Thunder's method of texting. He was sporting a rather old school flip where you had to press the same number multiple times to get certain letters.
"Right, as for trust, you'd be an idiot to trust me outright, and same goes for me assuming you won't purposely screw this up for me. There's never any guarantee that who you're dealing with is legit, but being a businessman, it would just be bad business not to uphold my end of this deal. Name what you need from me to trust me that you will get paid, and will be protected in the event you are caught, and I will give it to you.
As for the plans to U.A, I have those here."
He'd state as he once more reached into his jacket pocket, this time taking out a secondary piece of ancient technology. A Floppy Disk. He would extend his hand towards Kyoko, handing her the square device that probably hadn't been seen in over a decade... or two? Hey, it was an electronic copy.
"If I'll be meeting this guy after the mission, then we will discuss those terms after this job then, yes?"
He asked, seeming completely oblivious to how dated he must look to this young girl now. Of course, he was well aware of how old the technology was and that was precisely why he used it. It was cheap as shit, easy to destroy and harder for anyone to decript as most of the technology needed to even load up a floppy disk was long gone.

"You knocked out a kid and held them hostage? Ou that's a pretty hands on approach, I like it." she commented on how he ran things, then she then saw an interesting looking device in Thunder's hand and became absorbed by it "DUDEEEE WHAT IS THAT." she said walking up fast to him and staring at the phone "This thing is so old! my burner phone is newer then this...I saw it in a museum once.." she said commenting on the status of Thunder's tech. In the year these two lived in this stuff was considered LONNNNGG gone, smartphones had a good rule over the world and this stuff was considered outdated, ancient, and just down right inefficient to use. "Can I see it for a few moments? I promise not to do anything to it." she promised which was a RARE thing for her but being able to observe such a relic of the past would be very important to her
As the conversation continued a 2nd relic of the past even more ancient then the flip phone had suddenly appeared in front of Kyoko, except she had NO clue what the hell this thing was "Hey is this a save button? I've seen these in games and document programs before but I didnt know they existed in real life." she said holding it in her hands and observing it closely. "You got this on a USB or something else? I dont think my computer knows how to handle these things.." Actually that's made her think of something pretty interesting ..could surgery to enhance her personal computer be a way to enhance her quirk? It certainly something she's willing to do but it would have to be on the black market since racism against quirk users still runs rampant and not many doctors would be willing to take such a risk. BUT these thoughts could be saved for later, how the hell was Kyoko going to use this...'save button'..

She said as she continued to try and figure out how the hell she'd get the info out of this ancient plastic..no matter if anything happen she could probably just have Alex let her into the U.A grounds and then she mysteriously gets lost, she'd probably have to play it by ear. "Is there anything else you need done? Just waltzing in and placing the drugs there might be a bit too easy, is there anything you can think of to spice it up?" she asked curiously wondering how she could cause more damage to the rep "I could stay around the campus after it happens and record the after effects if you want, should be a fun thing to give to the news outlets to ruin the U.A reputation even more, if that is also a goal of yours I hope...it's one of my mine and this is an EASY way to shake up the hope people placed in that sham of a school its more of a police academy raising their pigs." she said, hinting that that was one of her end game goals she wished to achieve. Heroes were stains upon society, they were scum, just liars who want to enforce their wills by using their quirks over others and extort a specified behavior over them. They were just pigs in bright costumes pretending to be better then the rest of the world. Vigilantes and heroes were the source of the girl's twisted mind as she had a momentary flashback to that incident which caused shivers to run down her spine suddenly and awaken her computer for a moment, he vents went off real quick before she quickly shut them off and laughed awkwardly. "Hehe~ ignore that please, my laptop turned on from sleep mode." she shrugged off the situation like it was no big deal hoping thunder wouldn't ask about it but she could tell he was no idiot and most likely would.

Thunder said with a light shrug, letting the girl take his phone even before she promised not t do anything with it. He was very overconfident right then, he had her in his facility with his family at the ready to act. Even if she did disable his phone, there was nothing for him to worry about.
She wasn't acting aggressively with the phone or anything, just seemed genuinely curious about it, and further thrown back by the ancient floppy disk that Thunder provided her. He couldn't help but laugh boisterously at her bewilderment, referring to it as a 'save button' which only furthered his amusement!
"A save button, seriously!? I get that it's old but come on kid! This thing is like... the USB's ancestor. It's a very very primitive information storage device and there are only certain computers that are able to read it. If you want, I have one here you can use to get a general idea of the information on it. Hahahahaha. "
He couldn't help himself from laughing, probably embarrassing the girl but he didn't care. She seemed to be fully on board, and even went on to say how this was the beginning of a beautiful friendship, and he honestly hoped so. Having someone like this working for him was definitely a plus for him.
"If you don't mind staying on campus even after all this is done I wouldn't complain about having an inside girl. The more information we have on the student and the teachers the better. The more information you send back, the more you get paid! If you can capture these stupid kids on video while under the influence of QED, it'll definitely be good to feed the media. "
He acknowledged with a not, smirking as he got to see a bit more of the girls ambition when it came to the U.A students. It was nice to see others share his view, and he felt he could trust her... at least a little bit.
"I wont ask, so long as you get your part of the job done."
He stated seriously, having other ways he could find out what her little vent out was about...

Kyoko was amazed, the USB'S ancestor huh? that was some jump evolution made when it came to saving data. The save button had a name? A flip phone, a floppy disk, what the hell is all this junk? It was kind of junk now due to the strides in technology made in the past years and while he was right that using old technology made it harder to steal data, it also means that it was more susceptible to issues that were famous back then that Kyoko was unaware of. "I see.." she said staring at the device, she handed back the phone to him "Thanks for letting me see it." she thanked him earnestly and now having answered all of her questions she was ready to go to U.A and do this job~ Kyoko waved bye as she walked out of the door in her disguise and to the U.A coordinates thundershock had sent her. "Ill text you when it's done." she told him .....time skip.... Kyoko had sent a text to thunder from a blocked number "It's done, pleasure doing business with ya." she wrote out sending several attachments of the drugs contaminating the areas that thunder had asked her to contaminate making special care that she was not shown being the person who was doing it. "send the money to this account for me please~ or cash, whichever is easier since you like older methods it seems  ." She wasn't fully aware of what she had done but to be honest she didn't really care since those stupid kids got what's coming to them, this is the reality of what it meant to be a hero, being a constant targets for anyone who is willing to do whatever it takes to get what they want. She was going to make sure that lesson would be burned into their brain, with her own hands. |
