"He's not going to go anywhere." She would lift her hand, as if to tell him to stop and leave her alone. She would not allow herself to check in another hospital. Her wounds would heal over the next day. It was something she was used to, but her body was exhausted. He had expelled almost all, if not all of her stored energy. She would begin to get herself up, slowly, listening to the words of that woman. It was such a good day. She was going to learn how to count. She was just wanting to pay rent. But since she got a job being a tailor it all went bad, it all went to shit. She had met the girl in his life, and as expected, she did not like Kasey at all. Maybe she would start a family, maybe because of Kasey his life would be what he wanted. She was a monster. She knew that. But maybe hearing someone close to her now, someone she had almost considered family say it, seemed to be the final nail in the coffin. "I'll go." she would say. Maybe her death would be all the more reason for that girl to fall in love with her brother. Maybe that was what she wanted. "You can just toss out everything I have. You can use my mattress to buy this house, and you two can live happy together."Right. She had eaten her own mattress a week ago. She had taken all of her pay, and withdrew it, but rather than try and sneakily bring furniture into the house, she just stacked bundles of cash, and covered them with the blankets. She was used to the floor, so wads of paper were already something better. "I'm sorry Gigi." she would speak again, rising to her own feet. She was just going to walk out that door and make a deal with her boss, if not try to get a bed at Seki's to watch over Levi and Miku. Or maybe it was better she did not speak to that girl again. She could just watch from afar, not saying more than her job needed her to. She wasn't someone who was supposed to have a family. A happy, happy family. ~ 381 ~ G Hajimari @keiran I suppose this means goodbye.

It was as expected that Susumu would not be calm nor happy about what has transpired. She said that Kasey was NOTHING like him and that she's dangerous and that she tried to kill her. Clearly forgetting that he too was the same when he just met her. And then she begged him over and over not to do this. G knew this is why he originally wanted Kasey gone whenever would Susu come. He had a feeling they wouldnt like eachother, but he never imagined this would happen.
He then gently grabbed Susu by the shoulders and tried to calm her down. "Hey. Hey. Hey! Are you calm? Are you listening to me now? Ok. Kasey IS like me. I mean look at it! Two people with bloodthirsty people eating monsters inside of them. Only difference is I'm an Emitter type and she's a Mutation type! And both of our Spirit Animals have some power unique to them! Goliath can use water. Setsuna can control bones or make her control bones. Its hazy there. But anyway...umm"
He was at a loss for words at how she begged and wanted him to live with her. She wanted to seperate him from Kasey so bad. Considering this mess, G thought maybe Kasey could live elsewhere, after all brothers and sisters dont live together as adults. They get married and get their own families. Maybe he could try and use this as a way to make Kasey an independent woman, it doesnt mean this is goodbye forever.
But then suddenly, he sees Kasey who was also pretty upset. She offered herself to be the one who leaves and even said to toss out her stuff. Now both girls were pulling at his heartstrings. She was getting ready to leave and even apologized to him. Oh no! There was no way he could let that happen. Not like this. They werent gonna leave and seperate on a bad note. So now he walked over to her and hugged her "Hey there. Hush! Just shh. Dont say some stupid things! Mistakes happen. And y'know what they say? Every cloud has a silver lining. It means that just because something bad happened doesnt mean its all bad. Some good can come out of it as well. Sure this was a sticky situation. But are you gonna let that wreck you? You gotta use it to make you stronger. You can grow better from this. We can use this chance to make you more independent, we can find you a new home and we can still see eachother and I can teach you still how to count, we can hang out and do all sorts of stuff. Maybe we wont see eachother every day, but I will come and see you. We are a familly you big dummy dumb face!" he said and kissed her on the top of her head
He had to do this to calm the situation with the two. It was apparent that these 2 couldnt live in the same space. Sure, Kasey had to go. But that didnt have to mean that their relationship would be cut off forever. Kasey could get a new home also near UA, she has plenty money for that. G could visit her and she gets to show off how skilled she is with her decorating and cleanliness, he could give her a chance to accomplish things and be proud of herself. He wanted to try and turn something bad into something good for her.

Susumu opened her mouth to protest G's logic that just because Goliath and Setsuna were blood-hungry, the two of them were the same. He was wrong. Kasey was a ticking time-bomb. She'd been unable to stop that beast from escaping her when it wanted to, and had Goliath not been thus summoned by G in the nick of time, it could have hurt her. The worst part, though, was that Setsuna seemed to be the intelligent one of the two. It had been going right for Susumu because of that cocky, teasing comment she'd made about Kasey calling her "big sister". Maybe Kasey suspected her. But Setsuna...
There were potential liabilities, and then there were deadly hazards. Setsuna was definitely in the latter category. Kasey needed to go.
But before she could get a word in, the still bleeding woman came out of her room and spoke up for herself. How nice, she was going to leave without any prompting. Susumu could move right in here, then. It was smaller than her place, but that was fine. Luzia could even have the room Kasey had now. Was that hypocritical of her to love one murderous, dangerous, pink-haired girl and hate the other?
Probably.
G didn't let her get away, though. Susumu crossed her arms and narrowed her eyes as he wrapped his arms around Kasey again. Gosh, weren't they all cuddles and kisses for two people who were only pretending to be related to one another out of sheer loneliness. Disgusting. Gil didn't need a leech like her clinging to him. He has a girlfriend right here! A loving, beautiful, sane-by-comparison girlfriend. Yet there he was, insisting that Kasey could live in another house but still visit and their relationship would stay the same. How fucking sweet.
She was going to kill her. Not with her own hands, of course.
But she was going to kill her.
"...I'll look up some nice apartments near here and send you their prices. Not that it'll matter with your pay," she spoke blunter than before. There wasn't a reason to keep the act up any more. Susumu could be cold to Kasey openly now. She did, after all, just attack her. "G-kun, I...I'm still not comfortable leaving you here alone right now. But I get if you aren't going to leave her here, either. So. I don't know what you want to do. And should I call an ambulance for her, or what?" tagged: @g @kasey || word count: 417 || notes: welp

He embraced her. It was more than people would ever do. That was why she connected . .. perhaps that is the wrong word. That was why she had cling to him, obsessed over him. To her, he was a hero, more so than any one else. It didn't matter what past he had, it didn't matter how reckless he had been before. Now, in this time, in this place, he was a hero. A hero, she saw fit to slay the demon that had poisoned her world. He had his girlfriend. Perhaps even soon he would have the children he wanted. He was someone who could have a family, a happy family. She was just someone he had met one day, and had allowed her to stay with him. They were both broken tools, but they were still tools of war. He would lay his lips upon her head, and it was then that she realized why this girl had hated her so much, why she was even more of a monster than Setsuna had made her out to be. She was someone who was between her and the man she now loved. Kasey didn't know if it was fake, or a guise, or if it was genuine. All she knew was it made him happy. And she would have to find a way to please the both of them. It was their own contentment that she would have to please. Her own, was just another feeling that would again be absent from her life. "No, I think I will find some housing near my morning job. It's where I commute anyways." she would say to the both of them. "My wounds will heal, I've been through more than this. It's fine, really. I'm sorry." She would place her hands over the front of her waist, only to fold them. Her head would bow forward to the both of them. She had been disfigured, dismembered, all for the sake of research. A project of a company driven to extract her quirk from her body. But unlike the other subjects, she did not fight back. She was fed, and as long as she stored her power, she could end it. She suffered, each day as they took her skin off her body, counting the hours it took it it to heal. They counted the days it took for her to grow back her limbs. The took her eyes from her body, wondering what else she could recover from. She was their prized subject, and with that value, she was subject to means that the others would never be able to fathom. She did not scar like they did, nor did she seem to scream when any of it happened. She endured the pain without a sound. All they had to do was feed her food. Even then they learned that it did not matter what kind of food they gave her, she would always permit their experiments. She knew that there were others. And she knew that every moment they spent on her, was attention that was not spent on the others. She did not know what they looked like, or their names. But they knew each other by the rooms and the sounds that came from them. They all knew of the one room that screams never came from. They knew the room that the scientists always went before and after they were tested. It was the room, of Subject One. "If these cases were far over what I needed, then my room should be enough to cover any of the damages, I've caused. You don't have to worry anymore. You won't have to defend me anymore Gigi. I'll be fine." she said it again, tears would form in her eyes, but they would not form. They would disappear just as soon as they surfaced. "Thank you for allowing me to stay." She would bow again, before heading for the door. With one new job to help pay her brother, came the downfall of her life. But she would never forget his kindness. She would continue to watch over him, just as she did before. And she did it, without the use of a screen. ~ 706 ~ G Hajimari @keiran I suppose this means goodbye.

This was not what he wanted. This was something he wanted to avoid. At first he didnt want Susu to meet Kasey because he'd think Susu would get jelaous of Kasey and think he was cheating or something. Never did he imagined it would be other way around. Setsuna attacking Susumu. He decided that he'd talk to Setsuna one day about this.
Sadly, it seemed like he couldnt stop Kasey from leaving. Among the 3 there were 2 votes that said Kasey should leave. Two votes being Susumu and Kasey herself. G was the only one who wanted her to stay. But sadly he was in minority.
Kasey explained that she does not need any ambulance as she heals good. And she told G she has a place near her morning job.
"W-Wait...come on. Take your stuff if you insist on leaving. They're yours. You should have em" it wasnt the smartest thing to say. But he didnt want to mess with Kaseys stuff, if he had his way, he'd preserve it like how he did Miku's stuff.
"Kasey... be sure to keep your phone and call me whenever" he'd tell her, still immensly worried about her. He tried to let Kasey know that he didnt abandoned her and that she's always free to come and hang out with him. He tried to tell her that this was not the end of their relationship as she'd be his little sister forever "This is not goodbye. This is NOT goodbye" he'd think to himself

And just like that, Kasey was gone.
Hmph. Goodbye or a good riddance.
Susumu successfully kept a happy little grin buried deep inside herself as Kasey left, leaving her and G alone. She almost said something--a final jab at the damn nuisance that was taking up her precious G's time and energy, to secure that she would not be seeing him again if Susumu had any say in it--but she bit her tongue. No, no, this wasn't the right time for that. Instead she would save those remarks for the chat. Big Sister had to dig up some more information on her, even if she left.
She would still be on G's mind until she was dead.
So rather than speak a word, she waited until Kasey was gone, then tenderly placed her hand on Gil's elbow, fingers pulling him at the crook of his arm to get his attention. "Gil-kun...I'm sorry," she spoke in a soft, sad tone, her eyes downcast and appearing ashamed, "I...God, I didn't want things to go this way. I don't know what I said to make her so mad, I was...I was trying to be family to her, just like you are. Because I love you so much. I'm so sorry. But she'll be in touch, so...that's good, right? She'll be a phone call away!" Her tone picked up a little more energy. Trying to make him happy. Just a little. Then, again, her mood deflated. "And...she won't ever need to see me again, if that's what she wants the most. Hell, if...if you don't...I would understand, given..."
Threaten the loss of you, as well as the loss of his sister. Threaten being alone. The feeling of everyone he loves leaving him. And then...
After a moment, Susumu shook her head and met G's eyes. They were still wet from the fear of Setsuna's attack, but there was real, manic energy in them now. Utter devotion, pure and simple.
"No, no, I couldn't do that! I won't leave you, Gil-kun. I'm sorry, but I won't. I can't! So...please, I'll do anything to make you happy, as long as it's not leaving your side. I'll never leave! I promise you, Gil-kun."
See? I'll make you happy. I'll stay. Everyone else can go, but not me.
You need me to stay. You need me to love you.
You're MINE and nobody else's.
Susumu held tighter to his arm. "I love you, Gilbert-kun. So, so much." tagged: @g @kasey || word count: 423 || notes: yan yan yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan

It was fine. She was going to live at Sato's estate. It wasn't where his business functioned from, but it was where his business mixed with pleasure. Every day she would head to his own home to assist him in getting ready for his day before he would go off to his day, and she would head off to the school. Moving into one of the many rooms of his home would only make it easier for her to manage her commute, as well as sleep in. It was ideal, and should have been how she lived prior. Why did she insist of living by herself if. . . Right, she didn't have the memories of what she was doing. She didn't have the importance. Now that she willingly came to work, knowing what had happened the day prior, there was no reason to fight it. She was cleaning up Japan, one scumbag at a time. Each day a few were wiped off the face of the earth completely. No body to bury, no records to dig up. They were deleted."I'll call you for sure, I'm not good at the texting thing. You should visit me when I get re-situated." she would tell him, "And just keep it. Pay for... my damages." There was nothing physical to fix. She was referring to the scars she left behind. They had gotten a glimpse of what she looked like behind her mask. They had seen the monster that was hidden behind boxes of cereal. With someone like Goliath to be so close, it was all of the reason for him to go all out. He was a hero, and he needed to save the day. Kasey would pull the leash on her pet, and he would be reduced to just a mad beast. But his own plan had succeeded. Kasey was away from that woman. He knew he could not end her, not there, but he made his presence known. That was all he needed to do. A quarter billion, or at least that's what Kasey believed, was the brick of paper she slept on every night. Her room had figures lined up against the wall, facing the bed, all of them representing people in her life. The girl who ran into her face. The man who gave her a job. The mysterious woman known as big sister. The man that let her move in. The girl that shared her face. That strange dinosaur. The butler. That carrot haired girl. That boy who liked cats. And her little sister. All of them watched over her, protecting her. And only one of them had a smile. She was happy. She was family. She was part of her happy family. But Not Anymore. But it was fine. /exit ~ 464 ~ G Hajimari @keiran So long, my happy, happy family.

If he could, he'd hug Kasey and never let her go. He'd keep her forever. But he couldnt. All good things must come to an end. And so that was the fate of his 'little sister' Kasey. She couldnt stay here and she had to go. He watched her leave and just waved. And after she was finally gone he turned to Susu. The way she talked scared G and made him think that she might leave, she said how she couldnt do that, that she wouldnt leave or abandon him ever. He just hugged her, he was silent and just held her in his embrace. After how poor Kasey had to leave. All he could do was hold Susumu and not let her go. First he lost Miku and now he lost Kasey. Two of Three most important people in his life were gone. He didnt know what would he do if he lost Susumu as he didnt know if he could find anyone like these 3 special girls "I cant lose you Susu. I dont think I'd be able to live if anything happens to you too" he thought as he held her. But as soon as he felt his hands were gonna be shaky, he left go of Susu and quickly went to his bedroom. He didnt want to deal with this. He needed to forget today

Susumu held as tight to Gil as he would let her, relishing his embrace and the pained expression on his face. It felt so good. The desperation to keep her, the pain of losing that pain in the ass child he called "sister", the hopelessness and fear that Susumu might make the same decision...it was like candy to her. Sweet and delicious candy. Even as he pulled away and went into the bedroom they would soon share properly, his hand shaking and more dread undoubtedly filling his thoughts, she felt nothing but pure delight. She had won.If there had been any doubt that her love of him was unhealthy...well...Since when have I ever worried about that?Forgoing those thoughts Susumu followed after her lover and caught him in another embrace, this time from behind, with her arms wrapping around his waist and sliding up to his chest, bringing the fabric of his shirt with them. Her nail dug softly into him. Possessive, and needy.
I'll help you forget her. That worthless, useless girl. That whore on the beach. Even your precious gilded chain, Miku. I'll show you. I'll make sure you don't need anyone else but me. Me me me me me me ME.
But I have to do it carefully. To sudden and you'll shatter, and you won't be the man I love. Too slow and you might catch me in the act, and then you won't want me anymore. You won't love me anymore.
How do I start making you mine, and only mine...?
Closing her eyes she nestled her forehead into the space between his shoulder blades and cooed. "Do whatever you want with me, Boss. So long as I can make you feel better, I'll do anything. Anything at all."
...ah. I know just what to do.

He didnt want this. The girls arguing. Setsuna attacking. Kasey leaving and now Susumu followimg him to the room after he wanted to be alone. Grated, he didnt say he wanted to be alone, but he thought he made it clear with body language and the way he just left and shut the door
Susu embraced him this time and she did it from behind. Learning from his mistake. He did his best to not last out and hit her. Instead he just took deep breaths. But as soon as she spoke he go surprised. "Did she say anything?" he thought to himself
When it came to stress relief, he only knew violence. But that was when he was alone. Now he has a woman in his life. A woman that followed him to his room and told him to do whatever he wants to her. And since he just lost a sister. What better way to remedy the loss of family, than to make some of your own. After all, she offered herself up to him. He turned around and picked her up bridal style and he knew already what to do since it was just the two of them, home alone, in his bedroom. He lightly tossed her on his or now THEIR bed "Very well... You know what I want. Strip" he ordered her
If he couldnt vent with violence, he decided to use an alternative method more 'romantic' or 'sexual' one. He wanted to make sure Susumu doesnt abandon him. So he decided to tie her down to him, by hopefully making her pregnant "One way or another I'll have a family" he thought

Notes: A thread with tons if inner dialogue that sorta plays off each other. The non-verbal almost interaction between Susumu and the demon is quite endearing. The inner dialogue is what's best about this thread. I'd have loved to see even more of what the characters were thinking. The duality of smiling to someone, versus thinking about killing them. Muchos gracias.
