Tyson yawned as the cloudy sky above heralded a cold windy day. Thankfully, the early morning wouldn't be freezing him for much longer. His partner in crime was always on time, almost freakishly so. She was...much more skilled that what he thought at first. He didn't think the younger hero could be able to beat him but there she was outperforming him in a some tests here and there. Humbling, really. He was surprised a hard worker like her was not given much recognition compared to other pompous hero wannabees he knew.
Spotting the white casket of hair coming his way from down the road, Tyson would raise a paw to salute her. "Good morning, Sunshine!" He teased, playfully booping her nose with a grin on his face. "I hope you had a good sleep. Today is the big day, we gotta bring our A game! Can't wait to see the faces of those idiots of the Board when they'll see their precious AI proven wrong!"
It was hard for him to not be excited. If there was something he loved doing was showing the suits up top how little they understood about heroes and hero business. That was the main reason he was in charge of the Hero division there no? Make sure everything went swimmingly.
Flipping is ID on the reader, he opened the door for both of them to enter. Past Greg the ground floor security check, the jackal hero would turn a right instead of a left, walking Ion to a different section of the compound. They would have two flights of stairs to descend and another security checkpoint to pass through before reaching a large freight elevator. Hopping on it, Tyson happily bumped the screenpad on the wall and started their descent to floor -10: the Bureau's secret laboratories.
"So...are you excited as I am?" He asked as the whirring of the elevator in the background began drfting them further and further below ground. "How you reckon is going to feel? Being linked together I mean." He would add, tail flicking left and right. "I heard a couple engineers talking yesterday, they say they have made some last minutes modifications to make the suit more responsive and light. Considering I like mobility and you are a true shinobi, that is a good thing yeah? Wouldn't want to lumber around in a hunk o' junk..."
