Otsuno Saga #1 - Invasion of Athena

As the restaurant is starting to serve it's large house, the Loki event begins and Tokyo is thrust into a zombie apocalypse, a disaster the likes of which it has never seen. While the Heroes are busy fighting in the streets, the Athena restaurant is invaded by these zombies, which forces Head Chef, owner and minor celebrity Otsuno Akuma to action to protect her guests and her staff, using her Quick to defend them.

Ultimately, she fails and the restaurant is destroyed by a villain under the sway of Loki, leaving her six year long struggle to maintain the restaurant in tatters. Angry, frustrated and hopeless, Otsuno turns her rage against the Pro Heroes who failed to protect her or her customers, deciding to become one herself.

NPCs:

A lot of low-level zombies, with customers providing a backdrop of people for her to protect from their attack. Eventually a villain following Loki appears who has some sort of explosion Quirk (Any level that is appropriate). After a very brief fight, Otsuno is knocked unconscious and the restaurant is destroyed.

Other Characters: None.

Notes: First of three threads for Otsuno's Saga. The first two can easily be done by the same ST if they want but I intend for these to be quite long and involved threads, might be better to split it between two of you. Hence why I've submitted both separately.
