Landing through the wall of the studio Mia’s momentum had her skip like a pebble across a lake, a few skidding hops to come to a complete stop, turning to her side to directly face the blonde leader of this little horde of zombies, her harsh red eyes narrowing into a fierce glare as she raised her arms up a little, still low to her sides but tense, claws bared like an animal ready to move. Perhaps not an efficient fighting stance but that was very much Mia all around, focusing more on sheer strength and brute force mentality to solve the problems of the day. A sharp idea could slip through at times but she was very much an animal at heart.
“What can I say? Seems we’re rolling out the VIP treatment for you. We got an armoured car out there to take you to your destination an’ everything. Food’s shit but, hey, we can’t get everything right.~” She smirked and teased back, hardly one to be opposed to a bit of banter between herself and a villain, ready to move at a moment’s notice all the same. Her eyes shifted briefly to the flags and let out just the briefest of chuckles… she hated to admit it but she did love these flamboyant ones. They were so much more satisfying to punch… “Thirty huh? Couldn’t go for like, a solid number like 50? Damn I’m gonna need another zombie apocalypse to round that out or it’s gonna annoy me lookin’ at that bullshit number on my record…~” She chuckled a little though, slapping her outer thighs and making a ‘come at me’ gesture to follow. “By all means though. Throw ‘em at me. If they’re all like the dipshits outside I’ll be done in a few minutes!~” She was ready for a fight here of some kind but was disappointed at the signs that back up was being called. She reached down to her side swiftly, grabbing a bit of rubble, fine and small from when she’d crashed through the wall and with a sharp reaction time hooked it like a puck towards the villain, aiming for her radio device rather than the villain herself. It was too late to stop her command but she was hoping to disrupt her abilities to communicate with her crew as much as possible.
She didn’t get to see the results of her efforts sadly, a harsh sound coming from the wall beside her, catching her while she was still mid throw and completely off guard. A hand large enough to envelop her head and quite snugly at that. A grunt escaped her before feeling her body slam through another wall only much more against her will this time, crashing into her shoulder and rolling to find her feet, fingers digging into the ground to stop her momentum and her red gaze meeting the creature facing her. If she was honest he seemed far more typical mutant than wretched Zombie, but she wasn’t about to complain about a challenge.
She felt the back of her heel tap the concrete wall behind her… seems she’d barely stopped herself before she’d had to eat concrete again.
“So… you’re the fresh meat I get to face eh…?” She rose to her feet, spitting out a wad of blood, her tusks having pierced her upper lip from that violent grab, though she didn’t really mind the taste that now lingered on her tongue. She could feel the thick, leathery, red coating of her rage state starting to form in patches. She’d been taking a lot of abuse one after the other today and her realization that she didn’t need to hold back meant it was spreading a little more easily than normal… she just had to control it. Use it. And heck… if she went red rage on a bunch of Zombies, who was really gonna complain at the end of the day. “Gotta say you’re not exactly hitting the days themes but… eh. I’m hardly an insightful critic of the zombie genre.~”
Despite the beefy state of her opponent, and for once in her life being the smaller of the fighters on stage, Mia remained confident, lowering her stance into a ready position before charging the distance between them. Despite her side she was a quick beast when she started to build momentum. Without halting she hooked her hand into the earth at her side, wrenching up a handful of concrete shards from the ground itself, launching them like a blast of shotgun shrapnel, only thicker and chunkier, but the force not really anything less. With that initial attack acting as cover, she’d throw her momentum into her front leg, turned side on, carrying it up through her torso, across her shoulder and into her back most arm. The knuckles of her fist turning a deep red as her mutation continued to spread, trying to slam a full power punch through the zombies torso!
…she assumed it was a zombie at least. Be hella awkward if it wasn’t

With so much fucked up shit going on, Jasmine was glad she'd made it to the scene as quickly as she did. With her prowess in combat backing them up the group of heroes managed to make good progress clawing up the freeway. Caldera, her hero name, naturally implied that Jasmine was spent. That she wasn't the same as she once was, rather only a giant and empty hollow cauldron left behind by a volcanic eruption. Yet that wasn't entirely correct. Symbolically, it fit the bill because of Jasmine's change in personality. In reality, though? Caldera's explosiveness dwarfed that of Ember's. She whizzed around the highway much alike a bullet, streaks of explosions following every single one of her maneuvers. Gun fire, grenades, explosive melee - you name it. She used whatever she could in her attempt to protect the heroes, showing off both her arsenal and the fluidity of her obsessively nurtured arsenal. They had managed to reach the massive gap in the road. "Caldera," Jasmine nodded to the girl who flew up to joined them, introducing herself as Chase, a student. Second year? Probably. Fair enough, they could use the help. Things were going smoothly, yet Jasmine wanted to hurry it up so she could join Mia out by the studio. Because of Chase's arrival Jasmine found enough time to help with the transportation of building materials in between fighting off the undead, urging the rest of the heroes on as she did so.
The wolf surveyed the situation and her mind immediately went into overdrive. While she was no construction worker nor architect, the girl was an engineer at heart. Her focus was mostly on machinery, yes, but even she could work with this. All of these materials Buildmaster was creating acted like pieces of a puzzle the ashen haired lass quickly materialized in her mind's eye. Yeah, this could work.
"Chase! I'm going to help out with the bridge. Lend a hand where you can but please keep these damn zombies off of them!" Jasmine would ask as she approached one of the larger steel beams Buildmaster had spawned. Huffing, the girl grabbed it as best she could and planted it firmly on top of her shoulder. The damn thing was heavy. She was glad she trained her body as much as she did.
Through the use of her explosions the wolf was able to hover in the air for long enough within the gap to slam the beam into the street below with all of her strength. Angling herself properly, she connected it to the ever extending metal road above, using both the tools Buildmaster provided and her own flames to join and sear the two constructs together firmly. When one was done, she moved to another. Then another and another, connecting a total of four beams together for support.
Quickly bouncing around in the air and launching herself towards the other side of the broken freeway. "Oi!" she shouted across. "I'm going to connect this end to the rest of the freeway! I need someone to test how much weight this thing can hold and bring me more materials!" More support. If they were going to allow for whole ambulance cars to drive along it, this makeshift bridge needed to be proper sturdy. With more counterweights and assistance from the other heroes, Jasmine was able to properly connect the broken highway together.
She groaned, "Oh, fuck me. Never thought I'd be playing construction worker during a damn zombie apocalypse, but here we are I guess," the girl commented dryly as she wiped the sweat off her brow. Even before this she'd used quite a few sizeable explosions. Now with all of this zooming around the air, the use of her fire, and the heavy lifting to boot... the ashen wolf could only guess how close she was to burning out.
Her crimson gaze drifted towards the studio momentarily. A bead of worry manifested in the wolf's mind for Mia's safety. A bead she squashed as quick as can be. This was Red Horn they were talking about. The strongest damn hero she'd seen in her years. Mia would be fire on her own for a little while longer. Jasmine needed to make sure these civilians were safe.
"Buildmaster! Are we ready?!"

Chase was about to move to help with the construction. Moving around things was basic enough for her to do. But before she could even get her Quirk to fire off and start moving the building materials around, Caldera had gone ahead and started moving them herself. She froze for a second before nodding at Caldera. “Roger, prioritizing defense of civilians and structure.” She breathed out, almost coming out as a huff. “Construction isn’t my strong suit anyways, very well, I’ll leave the building to you.” She stepped up to the side of the freeway and surveyed the area for threats.
She looked down and saw nothing but more undead swarming below the freeway. She paid them no mind, the equivalent of fodder couldn’t reach them with how far up the freeway was from the street. If she felt like it she could mock the horde below by sticking her tongue out and blowing a raspberry at them. What worried her more were the zombies that apparently had the motor skills and intelligence, or maybe some kind of preset instruction, to fire rockets from their rocket launchers. She’d already been targeted by a few rockets over her journey to the freeway and she’d dealt with all the fired rockets the same way, an abrupt turn towards their own forces.
“There’s one.” She could see a zombie with a beeping rocket launcher on its shoulder, aiming up at the freeway. With a flash of smoke and sound, a missile emerged from its barrel and flew in the direction of the freeway. “Annoying, disappear.” The rocker entered her range and was immediately hit by the wall of energy that was Vector Redial, the rocket, suddenly reversing back into its sender and exploding, scattering the nearby horde as an added bonus with the resulting detonation.
She could hear a faint beeping coming from the other side of the freeway and immediately sped over to the other side. She kept her annoyance hidden as she spotted multiple launcher toting zombies aiming for the freeway from below. Without speaking she hopped over the edge and hovered, waiting for the rockets to fire so she could turn them back. Then she heard a faint beeping coming from the other side of the freeway. “Oh shoot oh no oh noooo!” She quickly dove down to get closer to the firing squad and forced the launchers to point down before quickly crossing under the freeway with her flight.
She found the zombies on the other side about to fire and blasted the debris below her with Vector Redial. The fragmented remains of the freeway that lay beneath rattled briefly before shooting at the rockets as they left the barrel. She didn’t have time to look at the multiple explosions as she returend to the top side of the freeway. “That was... very close.” She managed to say between panicked panting breaths. She straightened herself and smoothed her clothes for a little bit before looking down to see what her rocket denial was doing. She could see parts and whole zombies scattered from the many blasts, even a few pieces of what was once the rocket launchers.

STORYTELLER Panzur watched the sight of Red Horn egtting pulled in with a satisfied wide grin, the villain had saved the best ones for last, and she sure was happy for doing that! She can't let a big shot just waltz in and ruin the operation, the wild haired villain had the entire night infront of her and this was crucial! However, she noticed a sudden pebble soaring through the air, and it hit right at the remote! She widened her eyes and let out a subtle screech, the darn horned beast just sniped her controller over Torn! But she tosses the broken controller to the side, grinning to herself.
Well its not like I need to control him anymore, he is on the offense side and will not stop anytime soon!
Inside the building, the muscled freak stood completely still with it's eyes locked towards the horned beast. It lightly opened it's maw to speak, but Red Horn came in with her own attack which crushed way deep into the torso! The large shark beast hunched over and got his chest smashed inwards, Red Horn's fist dug deep and snapped the many bones located in the upperbody. However, just when it felt like she could pierce the fist right through, her momentum stopped and got stuck in place. The torn muscles, skin and bones slowly but surely pushed back, moprhed into their original shaped and slowly pushed back Red Horn until his chest was completely fine, only within a few seconds. He growled out, his eyes shun brighter and clenched his hands together above his head.
''T-too, tooooo, weak, too weak, TOO WEAK!''
With a great difficulty with speaking the large shark mutant had a hollow echoing voice, but once yelling out the last two words he slams both of his hands downwards against Red Horn's head, even letting that horn of hers pierce through one of his hands upon impact. The slam was swift and powerful, while he may have seen to be sluggish after getting hit by Red Horn, he gained a sudden speed to his muscles, the kind that seems nearly instantaneous.
The impacts and crushing shocked through the thick concrete walls of the building, whatever was happening on there was ought to be one brutal fight. Walls cracked, ground trembled, the very few windows shattered. Panzur watched amused at the building and planned on sending her next batch of troops out. But then a large row of explosions occured at a centered location between the studio and the freeway! The two vigilantes, who was out of Panzur's sight, created a chain of explosions where the many hordes got torn into pieces by the many rockets. But a bit further back, Chase propelled rockets back at the zombies surrounding the road below the freeway. Her effective defense made it possible for those at the freeway to construct the temporary road with effeciency! Caldera proved to be quite useful with her powerful explosive force from her quirk, able to mend and shove heavy objects together. Caldera's strength was enough help to give the group a baseline to work on, hammering and melting large metal plates into a slight curve upwards, and within minutes the construction soon looks like a miniature bridge. Buildmaster was still on his hands and knees and continued to materialize, but he then meet his limit and falls almsot limp on the ground, panting hard with sweat rolling down on his face.He heard Caldera's words, and quickly he forced himself up on one elbow to look up to her, then at the group going at it with the construction.
''Ngh, its not enough, give another minute and I'll make the last dozen! You!''
He called out on one of the men working on the bridge, Buildmaster then slowly gets up to one knee and began to produce another heavy plate.
''Run back and, huff huff, warn the medics and those in need for evacuation to prepare for departure, and you! Kilo Lass!''
He called out on one of the fellow heroes, who's heroname being Kilo Lass. It was a fitting name considering what Caldera was looking for. Kilo Lass knew what he was referring to and nodded, she jumped onto the middle of the bridge, where the support pillars has been planted below. She stood on them and clenches her hands, activating her quirk!
''Okay here I go! 200 kg... 300 kg...''
Quirk: Weighter! She has the ability to manipulate her own weight in large numbers, however the heavier one gets the harder it is for her heart to pump blood through the veins!
''2100 kg... n-ngh! 3000 kg!''
The futher she went up on those numbers the louder the construction got, the long heavy metal pillars creaked, but ultimately stood strong and solid. Kilo Lass was now reaching to the weight of an ambulance car. As long only one went at a time, it should stay up!
''I think it holds! But it can't be interrupted, until then we can reinforce it with extra layers on the sides.''
While the evacuation group brought a bridge into existence, in the far distance Panzur watched them all work with her binoculars, she did not pay attention to the crumbling building near her as her priority was to make people SUFFER! She gritted her toothy grin and felt a strong feeling of irritation grind her from within. Here she thought she had all the power needed to cause an endless destruction, but they still are up and kicking! Not only that, she could already see the end of her army at this rate, with premature explosions happening to the hordes outside going off from left to right the numbers dropped fast. Panzur felt the need to bring up yet another one of her toys, and from the looks of it rockets would do no good, seeing Chase do a wonderous job at defending the freeway.
''If I can't blow you up, then I'll drag you down!''
Panzur opened her heavy coat once more and pulled out a similar remote controller as the previous. She looked over at the neighbour building to the one soon collapsing, pressing a button she talked into the device.
''Initiate take down, aim for the girl in the air~''
And thus a arm bursts through the rooftop of the one floor building. A slim arm with clawy fingers rose up and dug onto the roof, pulling themselves up and stood up with their back bent forward. A slim figure with a metallic armor loomed on the roof as they took sight on Chase who was soaring through the air. From that long distance the looming slim monster raised their arm up, bending her hand back to aim with their wrist.
It happened so fast, but Chase suddenly felt a piercing force going through her thigh, an invisible object went through and hooked onto her limb with a ruthless force. The creature pulled and dragged Chase down with great power.
''There there, get down here so you can get gourged! GYAAAAA-HAHAHAAA!''
Panzur's laughter echoed through the air once more, alerting those close to the studio of her presence.

Maybe he shouldn't be smiling right now?
[break][break]
Oh but he couldn't help it! The woman of his dreams was going absolutely ham on that zombie and he just redirected the teeth from going for the missiles so they'd remain in tact. Motioning them to just further stab the zombie with a love sick sigh since he couldn't help but love the way she took command of the situation. This is it, as she watched the usually gentle woman crush that zombie's skull in her hands...mmmmhmmmm he was all the more smitten~! Not even offended that his suggestion wasn't necessarily taken.
[break][break]
With a love sick sigh passing his lips, he brought a hand up to his cheek and let himself live in the moment for a second here that she was absolutely stunning amidst the chaos. OOP! When she came back to him, he had an uncomfortably wide smile practically going ear to ear, fluttering his only visible eye into several blinks. Ooooo she had some goodies too~! It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas~ "Ooo hoo hoo hoo~! I think I might~" Cooing those words under his breath, he was soooooo eagerly listening...
[break][break]
Brutal? Oooo...the way her words toyed with his curiosity~! "Try me~" Playfully whispering those two words in a damn near purr toward the kaiju woman. Enda certainly liked where she was going with it cause haaaa, that fireworks festival was nice and parades were fun! That grin across his lips definitely hinted off some madness itching to crawl on out, "Ah haaaa~! There it is, the reason you're My Queen, eh~? Let's do this~" Leaning forward, he almost seemed a little more sinister in his tone, "Vlad the Impaler, I've got some experience in that field~! Might as well put it to use~"
[break][break]
Did she know what he meant...heh...certainly she did....
[break][break]
Narrowing his eye with a coy smirk, he let her place the bag upon him as he couldn't help but chuckle since...well? It wasn't a mystery to her...she knew more than most. Adjusting the bag for a moment before trailing his finger along the makeshift strap so that the ball of teeth would line up and clamp down in little bullet shaped clasps. When he felt her scaly palm upon his face, the smile across his lips seemed to ease more into one that was more intended for consoling a loved one. Moving his hand over hers, he nuzzled it a couple of times, not caring whether it was covered in nasty zombie goo or not. "I will, can't go dyin' on you now..."
[break][break]
Feeling her hand slide off his face, passing his fingers...all this chaos around them, he had to do this right.
[break][break]
Closing his eyes for a moment exhaling as he hovered about, reopening his eyes, only one being visible thanks to the eye patch, he gave her a quick salute with a confident grin. Flying off, weaving among the crowd, playfully sing songing as he went, a fun way to keep them from catching up with his lovely Teruko, "Iiiiit's beeeeeeee-ginning to look a lot like muuuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrder~!" WHOOP~! Stabbing zombies with missiles and making it so that it would be like a chain reaction, an explosive domino effect. "EEEEEEEEVERYWHERE I GOOOOO~"Shanking zombies around and about with precision and grace, making sure no civilians were going to be in blast radius danger... Stabbing em' here and there~! OOPS~! Almost missed one over there~!" YUP! His little musical with that lyric was polished by flipping in the air and yeeting a missile right into the face of a zombie to fix up a gap.
[break][break]
"With missiles all in place, all about to blow~ WOOO~! NOW I GOTTA GO~" Holding onto the now empty bag, his dancing and prancing about while avoiding grabby hands, the musical zombie murderer weaved right on out of the crowd humming the rest of the tune before speeding up. Going from a hum to whistling out the the tune, garnering the attention of some stragglers and aiding Teruko in keeping the herd together. Overlooking the massive group so that the FREEWAY HEROES could hopefully carry on with their efforts! Hovering above, he gave the lovely baker with a knack for kicking ass a confident thumbs up after he noticed there wouldn't be any collateral damage with a big ol' grin.
[break][break]
Zipping right through the air, he was pretty damn quick to reunite with Teruko before narrowing his eye slightly and looking toward the sound of laughter. The studio again...shit...something was definitely up. Enjoying the little chain reaction of explosives for a moment, it was absolutely stunning...all those limbs and what not flying in a blaze. Woooooo made him wish he brought a pair of shades to be hella extra, but nope! "Hopefully my little musical number helped with the parade portion~"
[break][break]
Seeing that they didn't have anything to get in their way as he looked over the area for good measure, he gently pat her on the shoulder before thumb pointing toward the studio. "Welp~! Wanna see if we gotta play clean up in there~?" Thankfully, he was pacing himself since he wanted to keep himself in tip top reliable condition...so at least he was more or less doing alright. The pain tingling through his nerves from earlier on begun easing up as though it was that peculiar, prickly pins and needles feeling. He'd listen to any instructions or concerns she may have had and hear her out so if she wanted to look into something elsewhere, he'd definitely follow her lead!

maybe the real monsters were the friends made along the way SOMETHING ABOUT THE WHOLE ARRANGEMENT made Teruko’s heart stutter—which was… concerning. Had the dire situation given the woman a heart murmur? Did she need to see a cardiologist after all of this was said-and-done? Maybe it was the throngs of zombies that Teruko was about to lead—or perhaps it was the dopey way Enda was looking at her and calling Teruko “his Queen”, but… something thrilled Teruko, about all of this. Made her heart skip a beat.
She chalked it up to nerves, though, and focused on the task at hand. Having draped the bag over Enda’s shoulders, and having patted his cheek (with her non-brain-goo hand, thank you!) and wished him well, the woman took-off heavily hop-skipping towards the front of the line, lobbing her taunts at the mindless creatures.
Enda, all the while, was… singing?... as he went to work? The kaiju’s confusion was momentary—whatever helped him keep a level head in the midst of all this craziness. Although she was eager to put these undead fuckers down, she wasn’t nearly so jolly as to sing.
Teruko, rather, banked towards the front of the group, shouting whatever taunts at them she could muster.
“Couldn’t you have waded through the ocean before swarming the city?! You all stink!”
“If I was half as ugly as you, I’d stay buried!”
“Betcha wish you went for cremation now, huh?!”
And so-on. Irreverent as her shouts were, the sound was doing well to draw the zombies away from the freeway and into the studio area… good…
So preoccupied was Teruko with the horde that was currently stumbling after her, that she didn’t notice the very-much-alive girl taking refuge underneath the freeway where the pair had just cleared. Admittedly, the zombies posed a more immediate threat… at least, to the vigilante pair, anyways.
Now where the fuck was Enda? Not that insulting the mindless dead wasn’t fun, but… oof, Teruko was so winded from yelling-while-running—and she was ready to light these zombies up, but wouldn’t dare try while Enda was somewhere in the ambiguous fray.
Finally the boy returned, offering the woman a jubilant thumbs-up.
“Alright… let’s blow this taco stand,” Teruko muttered. She inhaled deeply, the humming spines along her back pitching upward in magnitude, charging-up—then all at once she leashed the blue flame, the smell of not only burning flesh but undead burning flesh filling the air.
Somewhere in the throngs of zombies, one who was stuck by a rocket finally made contact with the roiling blue flames from Teruko’s maw—the incendiary chemicals in the rocket itself blew, taking the zombie’s skull, and the zombies in the immediate vicinity along with it.
*BOOM!*
That section of the throng was leveled, in rapidly expanding gas, heat, and fire. This triggered another explosion, farther back—then another.
*BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!*
One after another, like the demolition of an old factory, the sound of a dozen or so explosions filled the air one-after-another. Each one tripped the next, working its way down the line of unsuspecting zombies. Teruko curled her tail in front of her and ducked her head, hopefully shielding herself from any debris (human or otherwise) that might be sent outwards from each consecutive blast.
Would it be enough to stop—or at least slow—the shambling hoards? Or was it an exercise in futility from which the dastardly pair would need to flee?
“Your music number was very inspiring,” the reptilian woman assured her companion, once the noise had settled. She lifted her head, surveying the throng that they had just bombed, trying to catch her breath. She surveyed the former, unwitting parade participants ahead of her, hands on her hips.
H… holy shit, that actually worked!
A self-satisfied grin broke the kaiju’s features. That’d show those undead jerks, trying to use rocket launchers against them!
A tap on Teruko’s shoulder pulled Teruko from her pleased posturing, and she glanced towards Enda, her grin fading to something more reasonable.
“That was fucking awesome,” the kaiju remarked, “Good job with the shishkabobbing, Vlad.”
She glanced towards the studio, from whence laughter now rippled raucously.
“Can’t be good,” the kaiju agreed, “But that’s why we’re here, right?”
She nodded her head towards the noise, and would follow Enda in their approach, doing her best to step lightly as they crossed from “city streets” to “studio”. As per the usual, she kept her gaze trained skyward, and towards their immediate surroundings, scanning for any zombies (rocket-toting or otherwise) or any other threats that might present themselves.

Mia felt the typical satisfactory feeling of tearing through one of these undead creatures. She maybe shouldn’t enjoy it as much as she did but the sensation of not having to hold back or resist definitely came with a thrill she’d never really be able to describe. At the end of the day she could do without the blood guts and gore but… even that had it’s own ‘doom esque’ appeal. So long as she kept reminding herself these things were long since dead she didn’t have too much to worry about, mentally speaking.
Of course, with this particular example just as she thought she’d landed one hell of a devastating blow, the… shifting, malleable flesh started to grow back around her arm still impaled through his gut, her eyes turning wide, surprised enough her reactions where a hair too slow and as she tried to draw back his arms his bones started to grow into her flesh, piercing it and holding it in place. If she truly wrenched herself she’d be able to free her arm sure but the dark laugh and the shock of the situation didn’t have her thinking clearly, her stunned red eyes looking up to the beast standing twice her size.
“… Don’t suppose I get another free shot hu-?!GNNGH!!!”
The joined hands slamming down on her head certainly hurt like a bitch, not just from the force alone but the creatures disregard for their own wellbeing thanks to their regeneration factor meant that Mia’s horn slammed right through the middle of their club like fists. One might think this would do more damage to the zombie creature, but thanks to the inside of it’s palm brushing up and healing against her horn-scar, Mia was left feeling like every nerve in her body was on fire for a brief moment before her jaw hit the floor and filled her with a whole new kind of pain, groaning deeply as her muscles felt briefly weak as she lay there in pain, a harsh series of breaths flowing out of her, trying to get angry, purposefully, feeling the red rage spread over her skin in the hopes of outweighing the pain.
“Okay… so that’s how we’re doing this…”
She began to push off the ground but rather than make the full rise to her feet, she latched onto one of the zombies ankles, wrenching it back along the floor so any of it’s fins would scrape against the rough rubble and concrete from when mia was dragged through the nearby wall. She used the momentum from ripping his legs out from under him to roll over and rise to her own feat, hurling him across the room and hoping to embed him in a wall or something. Regardless of the success of her plan, she’d take a moment to look over herself. Her arms had turned red up to her elbows, she could feel it spreading up her legs and a few itchy patches of dry skin were present across her torso and her neck, breathing deeply as she rose a hand to her ear.
“Jaz kid I got a Muramasa situation here… big guy, ‘bout as tough as me, regenerates faster than any quirk I’ve seen. I could use some back up if you’re done out there.”
Mia might realize later Jaz was probably the only person she could request backup from without feeling a twinge of shame in the act. Later though, right now she still had her eyes on the monster ahead of her.

Beyond the fact that explosions not of her making were going 'round pretty much everywhere you could think of, Jasmine took a few brief seconds to catch her breath in the midst of all that chaos to catch her breath. What felt like a blood moon hung over the wolf's head as it quickly neared midnight, the sun having long since hidden behind the horizon. As Buildmaster and Kilo Lass did their thing to test her little creation, Jasmine strolled over to the edge of the freeway towards the general direction of her U.A. peer, ashen hair illuminated by the moonlight. "Oi, Chase! Good job over there, let's-" her words died in her throat. Time had seemingly slowed as crimson eyes widened. Blood. A pained yelp of surprise. Something had pierced the other students' thigh cleanly through. Something... invisible. She couldn't see a source. "Chase!" Jasmine quickly yelled out as she exploded into a mad dash towards the edge, ready to jump and assist. She heard the maddening screech of a laugh and the words that were said and it did nothing to stop her momentum. Hopping over into the darkness below, Jasmine used every acrobatic skill in her arsenal to shift her weight mid air and angle herself towards the ground. A bright flash in the form of a quick release of an explosion sent her towards the ground much alike an air-to-ground missile. The wolf's teeth were grinding against one another as she pushed her body to accelerate as fast as she could, all while her eyes had indeed noticed... nothing. Absolutely nothing. Whatever seemed to be pulling Chase didn't even fucking exist. In her peripherals, anyway. Trying to grab her hand was likely a bad idea. Jasmine had no idea how the damn thing had gripped the girl; for all she knew trying to pull Chase out could've resulted in her whole damn leg being ripped off. In the split second that she had to process the situation, Jasmine could only come up with one feasible solution... which felt like a shot towards Mars with a BB gun at best. The creature she heard screech. What it said. She thought it unlikely, but the risk was too great. If it did in fact have some form of invisible long-range ability, then the whole damn freeway was in danger. "Aw, fuck it!" Jasmine roared as she released a large explosion above herself, further increasing the speed of her descent. She flew right past Chase at blinding speeds, seeming like an ashen blur. Hands suddenly stretched out the moment she was below the falling heroine as Jasmine released a plethora of explosions that forced her to spin much alike a disk of fiery destruction. Her eyes weren't able to make out what had caught Chase, but if they managed to actually grip her, that meant they had a physical form that could be broken through, regardless of its visibility. As such the third year student began to fire off explosion after explosion as she descended, betting on the fact that she could hit and actually destroy whatever the hell it was. There hadn't been many explosions, though, as Jasmine was quick to hit the ground. Because of her agile reflexes Jasmine was able to crash into the pavement with her foot and knee, biting back the urge to scream out as incredibly sharp jolt of pain coursed through her entire skeleton like she'd met Yumi's quirk going haywire using her face. Even her muscles had temporarily locked up... but she knew she had no time to spare. "Chase I'm leaving the freeway to you!" The wolf managed to stammer out before she threw her hands back and released another series of explosions to launch herself along the street. There was still very little feeling in her feet and as such maneuvering had been a little difficult... not to mention the fact that she hadn't practiced flying at her top speed as much just yet.
Within but a few moments Jasmine picked up the sight of her target. Some lean looking fucker cackling on top of that huge goddamn studio. She zeroed in and continue to accelerate, formulating a plan in her head... ...until that plan had to be thrown out the window when Mia called for her. Or did it? Mia having mentioned Muramasa was troubling. Jasmine didn't have to think about it much to realize the Oni had meant that she was slowly drifting into her Red Rage. If that was happening, then who-whatever she was fighting against was strong. Really strong if Mia, of all people, was asking for backup. The plan she had before? Yeah, she'd still do it. With a twist. An explosive one. Feeling was slowly coming back into her legs as she rocketed along the street, quickly adjusting her trajectory so the wolf ended up above the studio in the blink of an eye. Whether that zombie-thing spotted her was irrelevant. There was no stopping what came next. Large amounts of energy concentrated around Jasmine's entire body, so much so that her hair suddenly caught fire. Her entire body was engulfed in a bright golden flame as her crimson eyes glistened in the darkness. A hand went up to release an explosion or incredibly chaotic proportions, sending her directly into the roof and, subsequently, her opponent.
The girl roared as she flung her arms in front of herself, both palms pointed in the direction of her target. The move was instantaneous, and the moment she reached point blank range she unleashed two of the strongest explosions her body allowed her, one from either hand. The blast ripped through the roof of the studio like it'd been made of LEGO. Jasmine couldn't help but roar out in pain as the recoil from her attack wreaked havoc on her limbs, the realization that she could only use one or two more of those quickly making itself apparent. Eyes, a little foggy, quickly scanned the immediate area as her body fell along with rubble. Muscle. A horn. Red skin. Through a series of explosions, Jasmine angled herself so she'd land beside the Oni, her back to the larger woman as she faced the direction of where she thought that other freak landed. "Figured since you of all people were asking for backup, I might as well make it a show..." Jasmine joked through a weak chuckle, still reeling from her arms aching up a storm.
She glanced back at the Oni over her shoulder. "How bad is it?"

Pain.
She had been hurt before. She’d been bruised when her grandfather first trained her to the best of her abilities. She’d been roughed up whenever she participated during training. She’d been beaten during the festival. But this was a new kind of pain. She nearly screamed the moment her mind registered the shooting searing pain in her thigh. What should have been a scream was stifled into a really loud yelp of pain as she felt herself slowly being dragged towards where the attack came from. She’d been caught like a fish on a spear.
Her normally tight lid on her emotions came loose for a moment as she struggled against her attacker. Her mind flooded with pain, desperation, and rage. Her hand slowly aimed in the direction that she was being pulled as she mustered all her focus into doing one thing. Before she could do what she was planning to do, Caldera had gone past her in response to her getting attacked and had dealt with it for her with several explosions. She felt whatever was tugging at her slacken and she could move her leg without encountering resistance, it was still painful though.. “...Thanks.” She thanked Caldera, her hand dropping to her side as she took a moment to compose herself.
She hovered as she watched Caldera blast off towards the studio. “Good luck.” She called out to her. She’d just left the care of the freeway to her. “Okay.” She said, wincing as she took flight once more, landing on top of the freeway, stumbling a bit as she landed.”I can do this, this is doable.” She stared down at her leg, at the hole that now claimed a spot on her thigh. She was bleeding, her blood dripping down onto the freeway. She took off her jacket, ripped off one of the sleeves, and tied it around her leg tightly, and put on whatever was left of her jacket. It would have to be a temporary solution for now, she still had work to do.
She limped over to the heroes working on the bridge, specifically heading for the material maker Buildmaster. Each step brings a stinging pain to her thigh. “Sir, I’m a bit roughed up from an altercation but I’m still able to help defend the freeway in case more rockets come.” She reported. “Caldera went to aid the hero-one moment.” She turned away from her reporting and blasted her Quirk at an incoming missile, quickly ending it spiraling down once again. “She went to help with the studio.” She continued her reporting.
“Sir, I would like to request something from you.” She began. “It looks like your Quirk allows you to create materials for stuff… I’d like to request a rod made of tungsten if possible. They would be of great help in helping defend myself and others should the situation call for it.” A rod made of tungsten would give her swings the crushing bluntness that her attacks needed, and if need be, she could pair it with her Quirk for a projectile attack. “If some materials can also be spared, I can use those as projectiles for anything that tries to get too close.”
While waiting for a response, she turned to look towards the studio to try to see what was going on there. She could see the hole that Caldera had made getting in but not much else. She wondered what was going on in there, tempted to go in and check but stayed because her presence was needed more in defending the freeway. She looked away and continued to wait.

STORYTELLER To recieve such a devastating blow from above would crush any skull ever, the fact Red Horn are able to withstand that kind of pressured made the zombie like hulk shark to tilt his head in curiousity. He watched Red Horn slowly arise back up, he flexes his hand that got penetrated by the horn, quickly sealing the wound up within two seconds.
''No..pain, no gain... horn no pain, you're no gain!''
Unable to form proper sentences the beast cracked his neck idly, his jaw spazzed and was unable to close properly, if anything he had the appearance of a mutant but behaved half brained. Raising his fist up he took aim at Red Horn, wanting to penetrae through her beck with his blutn yet piercing fist, however with quick manevour the Pro Hero ruined the balance for the beast, proving to be easily tossed across the room like a ragdoll. Torn crashed through the concrete wall with a bang, large cloud dusts forming around his laying body, but not a single sound came from him other than 'pain' or 'weak'. He sat up and got back on his bare feet emerging from the cloud of dust and spreading his arms wide open and face turned upwards to let out a menacing scream.
''I DON'T FEEL A DAMN THING! GRAAAAH!''
His shout was enough to cause a slight vibration through the building, even Panzur who stood a decent distance away on her steel platform could sense the vibration through her heavy coat. She eyed at the building which was on mere edges to fall into pieces. But she could not spend too much time focusing on Torn causing havoc, she wanted to watch the soaring girl get pulled down and butchered on the spot.
''It is unfortunate really, the building walls are blocking the view for me to see the glorious action of the former free fighter champion, can't believe such a body could keep its quality so many years underground~''
Panzur moved her eyes back up to her second toy, the slim yet lean built feminine figure kept pulling down Chase with some kind of invisible snare, however, nearby in the dark sky, flashes of medium sized explosions went off one after another, Panzur had to bring her Binoculars up to her crimson eyes, seeing an ashen haired girl flying with the power of explosions! Panzur grinned with excitement, she thought that kind of quirk is marvelous, something she'd love to have for herself! But what tore that grin of hers off from her face was when Caldera shot down towards the hunter. The impact got the entire structure of the building they stood on to crumble, the snarer got smashed down through the roof with one nasty blow! Panzur gritted her toothy frown and smacked her binoculars down to the steel floor.
Bastard child.. you trying to act funny?
Speaking for herself she watched the scene of Jasmine landing quite hard against the pavement after that blast, Panzur stood there and watched the ashen haired lass preparing for another launch, but quickly noticing that Jasmine changed her focus towards the shaking building. Panzur frowned at the idea of two power based quirks going up against Torn, specially if one of them had explosive element on their side. Panzur held up her radio to the second beast.
''Initiate take down, now!''
However, among the piles of concrete debris the slim lady barely rose up, half of their body was sorched and had issues regenerating, but rest of their body is completely fine. With a great enough focus the beast slowly regained flesh and skin to their left arm, although not fast enough to take aim towards Jasmine. Jasmine came down on the busy building. At that point it had pretty much began to fall apart, punches and headbutting were given and taken between the two until the entire building fell ontop of them. Panzur huffs out frustrated knowing that building had a bunch of her rockets in there, what a waste! But she stood quiet and watched Caldera joining up with Red Horn, who are quite frankly difficult to not notice among the rubble.
If only I had my radio still then I could've crushed them both!
But her hypothesis got proven wrong as Torn suddenly emerged right behind Red Horn and Caldera, he snuck under the concrete debri like a genuine shark and gave the two girls one nasty surprise. His four meter tall presence casted a looming shadow above Jasmine, which answered her question; pretty fucking bad.
''New opponent!''
He shouted and swung his left arm with his entire upperbody, crashing his forearm against the side of Jasmine's torso. Whether she used her damaged arms of taking the hit directly, it forced her off from her feet and getting shot across the Studio like a torpedo. He was unreasonably quick for his size, and very much precise to where he hit. But he did not stop there, after crashing his arm against Jasmine he turned halfway around to deliver a heel kick against Red Horn's back, intending on crushing his heel against her spine like a dirty fighter. Panzur held her eyes widened just witnessing what was happening, she did not expect Torn to suddenly fight as if he was in his prime era.
''Well if you look at that, I didn't even have to worry~''
Meanwhile back at the freeway, Chase got a safe return after the sneak attack, the blood was covering her thigh, quickly getting the attention from Buildmaster who was on his very end of his quirk. He was sweating, panting and on his knees while clenching his right fist against the pavement. He wanted to comment on her wound, but clearly there was other demands at hand. Like that rocket approaching them from behind! He got frigthened for a moment, but Chase's redirection got him to calm himself and sigh relieved.
''T-thank you, but tungsten? This will be a hard one... but I trust you.''
He nodded and stretched his left arm out, focusing on it and sure enough, a heavy metal rod slowly emerged from the arm, and just as he finished materializing it he fell on his chest against the floor along with the rod.
''D-drat.. I think I reached my end, my body gets limp when I procude too much under a certain amount of time. Please ensure the safety of the rest..''
Shortly afterwards the ambulance cars began to arrive to the makeshift bridge, two from the group helped Buildmaster up on his feet with one on each side. The first car began to drive over the bridge, and very much succesfully get over to the other side in which it sped right down the freeway without hesitation, time was crucial and these injured people neded the medical attention only the hospital could provide.
With the help from the two vigilantes, the amount of rockets being fired has decreased dramatically to the point there was moments of silence. Hordes becoming thinner in quantity and buildings with people in it properly barricaded from the roaming freaks. The situation has gotten a whole lot more calmer than previously, however, with whats going on inside the studio the hordes of zombies was far from the worst to come. Panzur specifically took notice of the lack of rockets being fired off. It made her raise her eyebrow and peered over to the side where the space between the studio and the freeway is located. She leaned down and picked up her binoculars, one of the glass lids being broken. She squinted and watched near the large hole of the wall, seeing two figures approaching, one being awfully bigger than the other!
''Hmph, even more unwelcome guests? I already got Red Horn, Torn is busy with her and this bomb girl, and Headhunter is still recovering, don't blame me for using my last resorts!''
She cackled under her breath and slid her remote controller for Headhunter and pulled up a third one, but this one was simply just a a device with an on and off switch. She flicks it and opens up a gate on the box platform she stood ontop.
''I got Torn who's a legend among fighting sports, I got Headhunter who was an infamous poacher from Australia, and my third and most unstable toy, a grotesque quirk that turned a wealthy actor into an image of horror~ C'mon out Gigas, its time to consume!''
Monolouging all by herself she lets out another one of those hysterical loud laughters upon Teruko and Enda entering the place. From within the metal box, a few limbs reached out and dragged their body out, a hunched over reptilian body slowly forced its growing mass of a body out from the frame, revealing a creature that are all sorts of wrong. No symmetra, overgrowing limbs and body parts, multiple eyes and enough amount of teeth to make Enda jealous, although Gigas's teeth are all crooked and spiky.
''I didn't think I needed to, but guess its time to show off! Go and kill them all, my precious toys! GYAHAHA!''

It was strange how part of him just wanted to grab Teruko's hand and treat this like some normal, casual date among a pair of lovers in the park. As if they were simply on their way to have a cute little picnic and the zombie apocalypse wasn't upon them. As if they weren't surrounded by a mess of mangled corpses, more like flowers and sunshine rather than the grim reality they reside in. Considering everything...he still felt his heart skip a beat when she complimented his little musical moment and...smiled so sincerely. Not crazy, not insane, not someone who needed to be thrown into an asylum...but inspirational.
[break][break]
The air was riddled in smoke...but still, somehow, it felt like such a breath of fresh air and a nice treat that felt like the cycle was finally breaking. If only he could live in this moment forever with her...but alas, that wasn't the case right now. With his grin widening, every second ticking by right now felt euphoric. "Mmm, well you were the brains behind the operation, My Queen~" Cooing out those words, the vigilante gunning to become a hero knew where to give credit when it was due.
[break][break]
Honestly, his original plan was shit compared to hers! Taking a moment to trail his finger along her shoulder with a smirk before turning his attention back to the sinister studio, he spoke with an eerily calm air gracing his few words, "Exactly, let's go, hun~" Gliding along in a low hover with his hand resting upon the makeshift pouch, he kept his blind side facing Teruko to assure nothing could easily sneak up on him. That lone, visible golden eye accented by blue glancing around and about as they approached.
[break][break]
Something about all the commotion caused his grin to offer some twisted, grim undertones as figures were slowly coming into view. "Ooooooo~! Well, well, well...what do we have here~?!" Tons of ammunition, that's what! ...but why did the reptilian creature look so...familiar? Not like a friend or anything, but like something from a distant memory...fuzzy and left in fragments....
[break][break]
"...it's not important, heh...ke...ke...!" Muttering those words quietly beneath his breath as his lips peeled back to flash off his very own pearly white grin full of questionable sanity. Why, his mind kept toying with the thought of ripping the teeth out of this creature's mouth. Yes, that would be rather fun now, wouldn't it? No...wait no, he couldn't do that...it would just feed into that part of him he tried to keep under lock and key.
[break][break]
So what did he do?
[break][break]
Do his damn best to keep those thoughts from pulling out that old side of him, the one that felt a sense of joy from the suffering of those who crossed him. Keep it together...he had to for Teruko's sake and his own. Brushing his finger as it was licked by the azure flames along the teeth clamped upon the fabric of his bag, it was coated with the peculiar fluoride fire swiping his hand toward the creature. A creature who...kind of...sort of...reminded him of Teruko, but no where close to being as attractive or cute for that matter.
[break][break]
Huuuuh....
[break][break]
Weeeerrrrrrid coincidence....
[break][break]
The bag flew off of him and went right for that scaly creature's head to cover it with the bag holding his hand out, if it succeeded, the flames would flood into the mouth of that reptilian fellow who looked like some science experiment gone horrifically wrong...aiming to take control of the teeth and hold its head in place. If he missed, he'd try to loop it around for an empty bag bitch slap!

maybe the real monsters were the friends made along the way THE SILENCE WAS EERIE... no explosions, barely enough zombies to warrant a concern. Rather than a hoard, there was just… a straggler here or there. It was just… weird. Really, really weird. And even if she and Enda were at the cusp of having “a moment”, Teruko couldn’t let herself relax entirely. The quietness felt more like a “calm before the storm” particularly with the distant sounds of battle. Positive reinforcement seemed to really work for Teruko’s eccentric accomplice, though—who crooned and called her “his Queen” and tried to loop an arm around her shoulder like some teenager making a move on his date in the movie theater. “Oh… how’d that arm get there? I was… stretching. Just stretching.” What an absolute ham. Teruko only inclined her head at him and smirked slightly. Just like that, he was floating ahead, and Teruko followed. She felt the creature’s approach before heard it… and heard it before she saw it. A tremor in the earth beneath her feet, as if her legs were weak and about to give-out, that grew into punctuated, laborious footfalls. Something big was coming. Something bigger than her. “Where the fuck-?” Teruko began to murmur, her gaze swinging upward, swinging around, sweeping he entire area for the enemy as it made its approach. She didn’t finish her sentence—something green… reptilian… malformed... eclipsed their view. This was no average zombie in a shambling hoard. It was a mutant—like Teruko--except it was like its entire body was virulent and cancerous, supplying more body parts in lieu of its increased size. Something about this new arrival knotted her stomach, and froze her in her place. Something about this new arrival was like seeing an old friend from decades prior, after they had grown much, much fatter. Why was that…? Enda moved first, exclaiming in barely-contained excitement as his flames engulfed the bag, attempting to muzzle the monster. The creature breathed a bestial roar, the sound thrumming against Teruko’s ear-drums. Oh.=== The year was 2040. Teruko, aged 13, was standing with her fists clenched, her face scrunched in concentration. “No, no, no-“ a clipped, baritone voice buzzed around her like a wasp, “You’re just saying ‘roar’ in a loud voice! That isn’t how you roar, Serizawa-kun. It comes from the stomach—the diaphragm—like a scream of terror.”“I’m trying, Yamane-sama!”“Try again!”Frustrated tears pricked the corner of the girl’s eyes. If she’d known becoming an actress would require so much training—so much tedium—she wouldn’t have been so eager to leave the island. Voice training to hide her Okinawan accent, followed by a strict workout regiment, and then rehearsals with Daichi Yamane. “Serizawa!” Yamane barked. And, when he received no reply, his tone softened, but only marginally, “Teruko… come on. I know you can do this.”Her shoulder was warm. Heavy. The weight of a hand. At the ends of each finger, a delicate white claw. He was the first person Teruko knew that looked like her—not exactly like her, mind you. He was green—his face was thinner, more crocodilian—he’d begun his life as a human and mutated shortly before Teruko was born, following the advent of quirks. But still—Daichi Yamane was the first person that Teruko knew who was like her. An uncle, just not by blood. The first real Kamirex—who would later come to be known as the “Gigas” era Kamirex. Teruko wanted to do right by him. To make him proud. Teruko opened her eyes, he was standing beside her, now, rather than flitting waspishly about the room. His golden eyes glinted with a smile. “You gotta roar from your diaphragm,” he insisted, patting his hand against his stomach, “Here, just below your ribs, see?” Teruko mirrored his gesture, “You have to take a deep breath—like you’re gonna scream, or sigh loudly—and then press on your diaphragm to project. Sometimes making a mean face helps, too. Watch.”Yamane braced himself, digging his fist into his diaphragm. A snarl curled at his lips, completely transforming him, and he roared—powerful, furious. The sound rattled the mirrors of the dance studio and made Teruko clap her hands over her ears. By the end of it, she was grinning through her tearfulness. === She would know that roar anywhere… how could one forget, after months of rehearsing and refining? After delving into all of the old films and studying them front-to-back for consistency? Daichi Yamane… Gigas… long-since dead, loomed before them now like some freakish clay-mation puppet that had been warped by a furious creator. Not the thin, graceful man that Teruko had known all those years, but… a monster. An actual, legitimate monster. And Enda was going to rip his teeth out. “Enda, wait!” Teruko pleaded, her voice cracking. She caught-up with him, her taloned hand desperately clenching his sleeve, “I…”Her voice died in her throat, her brain barely processing what her eyes knew to be true. “You’ve watched other Kamirex films… besides mine… right?” she pried. Her voice was thin, now. Borderline dismaying, “You know… Gigas-era Kamirex… the first actor…”Her hand trembled. How had they done this to him? Warped him, made him that big, made him that… feral? Who? Why? “I… think… that’s him,” she concluded, “…my teacher.”She hadn’t even gone to his funeral. Late-stage cancer, terminal, took him in his sleep, is what the news-reports said—Teruko saw snapshots of the funeral alongside reports of his death and a smear on his protégé, Teruko Serizawa, for not making an appearance. She hadn’t been welcomed, there. How quick they were to forget. “We’ve gotta take him down… but let’s… I mean… I don't want him to suffer too much.” | ft. enda, mia, jaz, katsumi, + st!risaka quirk: e-rank durability, strength, range; f-rank wealth, culinary arts |

Watching her protege rush down through the ceiling with a zombie under their strike, Mia wasn't even in shock. This was par for the course with that little badass, shooting them a wide grin as she settled herself on the ground, seemingly suffering from the recoil of their attack but Mia knowing she still had plenty in her if she hadn't been going too reckless while the two of them were seperated. "Heh, guess I'll take that as a weird compliment." She returned to the comment about the backup, rolling her neck to either side and heading a satisfying crack each time, lifting her hands into a more ready position for a fight, the dust cloud Jaz's arrival had kicked up making it hard to lock onto the shark guy again.
"Long story short, this guy heals faster than anything I've ever seen. He's about as strong as me and twice my size. One of his hands got impaled on my horn and he just brushed it off. Same with a fist that ploughed through his torso. Best I can say is we gotta tear him apart before he has time to-"
Mia was cut off by the sudden burst of earth behind them, gritting her teeth as the titan of a mutant rose up out of the ground ready to attack them both. She was sharp enough in her reactions to manage to raise her guard, her arms engulfed in Red now taking the brunt of the attack, but the force of it still enough to send her flying across the room, skimming twice and feeling the friction burn of the rough flooring and littered debris against her skin, managing to catch herself before she went too far. With Jaz likely flung her way too, she'd reach out an arm to catch them before they went too far. While she trusted Jaz to catch themself with their explosions, she was also a LOT lighter than the horned Hero, so best to stop her while she could, setting her back down on her feet quickly enough.
"A'ight... Gotta make sure he just dosn't get back up..." He red eyes shifted around the environment, grinning subtly and elbowing Jaz as she caught on to something. "Most of their zombos come from here and it's about to come toppling down... what say we help it along huh?~"
With the two of them hopefully in quick agreeance, Mia would lower her stance, pounding into the earth once as she psyched herself up before breaking into a charge. There was a fair chunk of distance between the two girls and their sharky zombo which gave them plenty to work with. Reaching out, she'd grasp the much slimmer arm of her companion, grasping her tight as she dug in her own heel, throwing all her strength into a titanic spin. Jaz would turn the two of them into a blazing tornado of explosive force, ringing out throughout the studio. Briefly Mia considered naming this glorious combo they were creating on the fly but all that came out was a bellowing roar as rage flowed through her. With a precision throw she released Jaz, sending her hurtling towards the Shark man.
But of course, good heroes never finished until the job was done. Expecting Jaz to rush back to her Mia kept running, picking up momentum again before leaping into the air, calling out to get her attention and spreading her arms out so Jaz would have something easy to grab onto. "JAZ! MY TURN!"
God if they pulled this off Mia was gonna be so sorry they didn't have a camera for this.

You know all things considered Jasmine would've definitely preferred if the answer to her question had actually been given by Mia, not some four meter tall lard-ass making the wolf look like an angry chihuahua by comparison. Her first mistake was to assume that this 'Muramasa big guy situation' meant slow and easy to spot. She'd been caught off guard. His sheer size utterly dwarfed the ashen haired lass as his shadow darkened her vision. Eyes suddenly widened to the size of saucers as every single instinct she had sent red flags spiraling throughout her body. Fight or flight immediately kicked in. Her arm went up in defiance. Muscles as tense as stone. She'd managed to block the attack, yet the sheer force of it still ended up sending her flying backwards uncontrollably. To make matters worse, had it not been for the adrenaline coursing through her veins Jasmine would've likely passed out from the sudden sharp jolt of pain in her shoulder and side. It was this pain which despite her highly alert state had momentarily locked her body up. If Mia hadn't saved her ass when she did, Jasmine was pretty sure she would've gone through a series of walls, and that would've likely rendered her useless.
"Son of a fucking whore..." she stammered out as she got back on her feet, the taste of metal on her tongue. A stinging pain pulsated through her shoulder which she quickly realized ended up being dislocated from having taken the surprise hit. "God fucking-!..." Clenching her teeth, Jasmine quickly grabbed her injured arm and forced her eyes shut. There was no time to lag behind. Not here. Not now. She wasn't here to slow Mia down goddamnit! With one quick pull, a sharp snap and a muffled growl through her teeth, the wolf managed to pop her arm back into place, breathing out a harsh breath as the sharp sensation spread through her body like a jolt of electricity.
...a breath that ended up making her cough out blood. Shortness of breath quickly followed. That's what that pain in her side was. "Fuck...!" She cursed under her breath. That motherfucker broke a rib and to make things even more fucked said rib ended up piercing her lung. Judging by the pain in her side and chest, the blood in her mouth and the slight shortness of breath, Jasmine surmised the damage wasn't that bad. She'd definitely need treatment later, but for now all she could do to be able to continue fighting is to under no circumstances allow another blow like that to reach her.
"Doesn't get back up...?" The wolf growled, crimson eyes beginning to radiate with unrestrained fury as the degrees around her suddenly soared. "Screw that. Let's grind this fucker into dust."
"What, dipshit?!" Jasmine yelled out as Mia started her stride, answering Torn's statement about a new opponent. "You wanna go?! Let's fucking go!" The wolf blasted herself forward, quickly following Mia, side by side. She'd recognized what the Oni had suggested the second the words left her mouth and if there's anything absolutely nobody could question it was Jasmine's ability to be a goddamn demolitionist. Jasmine stretched out the arm her healthy arm and firmly gripped Mia's as the woman spun her around rapidly, all while releasing a large array of explosions from her free hand, making sure to engulf everything around them in a deadly wave of flaming, chaotic shockwaves intent on bringing the whole place down. With all of her might Mia launched Jasmine towards the behemoth at speeds which Jasmine doubled with a release of her quirk at her feet. Golden fire engulfed the wolf's entire body as she rotated on approach and left sheer explosive destruction in her wake, maximizing her stopping power with the intention of utterly obliterating this shark finned asshole. The power of the attack was unquestionable as Caldera's entire body tore through Torn's torso like a blazing javelin, showering the four meter large mutant in a blaze of fire and destruction. Teeth clenched and brows furrowed, Jasmine pulled out every trick from her arsenal to slow her momentum when she heard Mia call out. Groaning, growling and then finally roaring, Jasmine's feet planted themselves against the wall behind Torn, her strength enough to keep herself from being squashed. A large crater etched itself into the wall and almost cracked it open, but somehow the wolf had managed to slow her momentum just enough to keep that from happening. Yet when she then explosively kicked off from the very same wall, it fell apart regardless.
Headed straight towards the airborne Oni like a meteor, Jasmine quickly extended her arm outwards to grab her hand. Her other arm quickly came up above them, releasing a sizeable explosion to begin another series of rotations in tandem with the momentum the wolf had already built.
"One burning demon woman coming right up!" Jasmine roared out as her golden flames stretched out into every direction, engulfing both herself and Mia in her entirety as the two of them rapidly spun in the air, building momentum through the use of dozens of the wolf's explosions. In the heat of the moment of this combination attack the two women MacGyvered out of thin air, Jasmine found herself thankful she focused on strength training as much as she did. It was a miracle this maneuver didn't outright rip her arm off given the Oni's mass.
"Eat this you sack of shit!" The wolf's roar echoed throughout the immediate area the second she reached what she deemed to be the maximum velocity they could and subsequently launched the Oni directly at Torn with all of her might.
With all of the explosions going off everywhere, her previous attack landing, and the blazing meteor of a titan that was Red Horn being launched at Torn like a fucking nuke, it'd be one massive goddamn miracle if this asshole managed to survive.
Even if he did? Yeah, this whole studio was definitely gone.

“I will. It is my duty as a student of heroics to ensure the safety of others.” She assured Buildmaster as she set down the poles she had and picked up the tungsten rod. She gave it a practice swing and nodded in satisfaction. Compared to a metal pole, the tungsten rod was denser and heavier, making it a preferred tool to use for applying blunt force onto objects and if needed she could always use it as a projectile, or better yet, send it down from above with great speed. She nodded as she held the pole in one hand as she watched the first ambulance go by in silence, waiting for the next vehicles to go by and ready to spring into action if something came up that would require her action.
While she watched the freeway for any threats, she gazed down at the ongoing fight down at the studio. She was tempted to join the fight going on there but if she did she wouldn’t be able to react to an assault on the freeway if one ever happened so she remained to stand guard. She watched with growing worry as another creature entered the fray, growing larger and larger. “That’s not good. That is very much not good.”Then a thought occurred to her, while she was indeed far away, she could still aid by sending projectiles at distant enemies. Her mind wandered to the debris that was all over the area, prime ammunition for her Quirk. She still had screws and nails to add on. “This could work.” She mumbled to herself as she walked to the edge of the freeway facing the studio. She would have to be careful to not exhaust herself
Her left arm stretched out with her hand wide open, and aimed down at the debris below the freeway. She could use her Quirk without gestures but she found that using them helped her focus. The bits of debris rattled before shooting up in the air in front of her and freezing by shooting her Quirk with her other arm pointed in their direction to hold them in place. She did this one more time, gathering a respectable amount of debris, frozen in air in front of her by her Quirk as she assessed the situation there.
“Hitting as many as I can from this range should be acceptable.” Hands waving like a conductor she began to shift around the frozen debris with Vector Redial. The debris sliding into their places like a hard to understand puzzle. By the time she had to hold them in place once again, she had three lances made of the debris she gathered.“Fire one.” The first line surged as a sudden blast caused them to move at her highest speed at the shark creature, aiming slightly above it to compensate for gravity. “Fire two.” The second line surged like the first, aiming at the downed creature. “Fire three.” The third line rocketed forward towards the downed creature once again. She was aiming to remove a hostile element in the battle and reduce the number of enemy combatants.
She didn’t wait to see if her attacks had done anything, her arms was already moving down to start gathering cebris again.
