Fion had heard rumors earlier in the day about Yuhiko being in the training grounds who was someone who Fion could tell looked down on him which honestly really annoyed him and he wanted to prove him wrong. So Fion decided he'd make up a plan to ambush Yuhiko and force him into a fight with him and show he's not a joke. It's pretty obvious Yuhiko thought everyone was beneath him at least based off of what Fion saw of him in the group chat.
Fion couldn't hate him for that though honestly all it did was inspire him to make Yuhiko his rival or try and soften him up and make him his friend even if that was very unlikely to happen. Regardless Fion decided to start looking around for the blond boy and challenge him to a sparring match to try and prove he wasn't just some chump he could take lightly. Honestly it didn't take too long to figure out which area he was in though since most the training grounds seemed fairly empty today so not like there was many people around.
Fion soon came across the blond boy and decided he'd make it more interesting and find a place to hide and ambush the guy well at least hope he could. Regardless Fion made sure to prepare by summoning out his go to weapons against unknown opponents or people he doesn't really know how to fight. Which is this case was a segmented spear which was a fusion of his spear weapons and miscellaneous weapons he went with it since if his opponents think it's a regular spear you can surprise them with it's increased range when it segments.
Fion then waited to see if he'd be spotted or not if not he'd jump Yuhiko if he was spotted he'd just rush him and hopefully catch him off guard.

♔ It was just supposed to be a simple day of training. Yuhiko wished to get stronger, to continue his goal of becoming the best hero someday. And naturally, he needed to train. He could not become stronger by just sitting idly and wasting time doing nothing productive. A fact that certain fools in that school chat apparently failed to understand. Honestly, the only reason he even took the time to see the foolish chat was due to his responsibilities. He took his position as a member of the Disciplinary Committee very seriously. Even if the fools there were content squandering any potential they may have had, Yuhiko still needed to keep an eye on those plebeians in case any of them tried to step out of line.
But even Yuhiko could not grasp just how far one of those students felt that they needed to go.
Right after class, Yuhiko would head over to the training facilities. Hmm, I wonder just which aspect of my quirk I should focus on today? He began to approach one of the training dummies as he began to think. There were several possibilities. Perhaps he could work on his physical strength. Or maybe try to extend his quirk's range. Try to become more agile, perhaps? Of course, Yuhiko wished to do all three. However, he knew how important it was to try and take it one step at a time. Trying to do too much would just overwork his body. He neither needed nor wanted to have to return to the nurse's office yet again. He had no time for lectures.
But it seemed someone had other plans for him. From out of nowhere, someone began to approach him in an attempt to ambush him. Normally, such an obvious ambush would be easy to see coming and thus avoid. But with how lost in thought he was, Yuhiko did not even see the student until it was too late. At the very least, Yuhiko was able to grab the weapon before this idiot could skewer him.
Note to self: Work on reflexes to disarm and crush troglodytes who try to attack for no good reason. With a sharp glare, Yuhiko stared at the student, speaking in his usual annoyed tone. "And just what do you think you are doing? Really, I want to hear the excuse you have on why you thought attacking a UA student was a brilliant idea. And with a weapon, no less. In what world would you even think ambushing me could ever be anything but foolish?" Yuhiko did not have the patience for such idiocy. Perhaps he could just report this idiot for daring to do something so foolhardy. Unless this guy could somehow subvert expectations and actually intrigue Yuhiko.
Why can't I ever have peace around here?

Fion decided to go in somewhat slowly so he expected his weapon to be caught and honestly it worked for him since now he could do something really fun with it. He could tell Yuhiko would say something rather annoying here but Fion just needed to not be bothered by it which wasn't too hard takes alot to really annoy him. Fion let out a sigh since he was dissapointed that Yuhiko couldn't understand what Fion's goals were you'd think he'd be smarter then that. Fion decided he might aswell explain what was going on there exactly so the moron would understand. "Well isn't it obvious I'm challenging you to a sparring match you think im not worth your time so I'll prove to you how wrong you really are. Not like you'd refuse like a coward would you?"
Fion expected a rather annoying response but he'd wait to hear what he had to say then he'd react next based on the response he received from Yuhiko. Fion would use his strength to pick him up what he was holding onto Fion's spear and fling him towards the wall something that would be rather unexpected to most people. Fion had a feeling he'd be able to recover from something like that but didn't care he was hoping it'd give abit of a shock being on the ground one moment then flung through the air the next.
"Honestly I'm a little dissapointed in you, you'd think someone like you who wants to be number one would see the appeal of training with others." Fion expected a fairly smug response to that but didn't really care he'd try and prove his point somehow. Though all he could really do for now was try and beat the blond and make him think maybe he isn't above everyone but it might backfire.

♔It did not take very long for Yuhiko's mood to shift from annoyed to extremely annoyed. A fraction of a second, in fact. Just who was this moronic barbarian? "Who even are you? Seriously, this school is filled with so many commoners with wasted potential, I don't have the time or desire to memorize every single one of them." But it took only a few seconds for this idiot's face to click in Yuhiko's mind. "Wait, I know you. You're that one boy in my class." He was drawing a blank when it came to remembering this guy's actual name. But Yuhiko neither cared nor wanted to know. To him, this guy was nothing more than trouble, someone who seemed to want nothing more than to annoy him.
Something that this boy would very quickly accomplish by having the audacity of flinging him.
Naturally, Yuhiko was not about to let this moron have the satisfaction of successfully tossing him around, landing on his feet at the last second and just barely avoiding falling down on the ground, adjusting his glasses slightly as though he was not nearly as fazed by that as he actually was. "What is your problem? Have you never learned how to ask someone for a spar before? Troglodytes like you need to be taught basic manners."
Fortunately for Yuhiko, he never expected to receive a reply that resembled anything close to intelligent and rational. Otherwise, he would have been extremely disappointed. "Okay, first of all, look at yourself. What part of anything you just did makes any sort of sense? Attacking not just an unarmed student, but a member of the Disciplinary Committee! And with a weapon, no less! Are you trying to get yourself expelled? Seriously, are you even trying to train to be a hero? Or did you somehow think that this was a school for barbarians? Even if you had done the sensible thing and asked me for a spar before proceeding to attack me like a madman, I never even said I accepted your challenge in the first place." If this fool was going to use his weapon to attack Yuhiko, then Yuhiko would use his own weapon to fight back: His words. And he had no intention of holding back.
Yuhiko crossed his arms as he continued speaking. "Even if I did have any interest in fighting a nobody like you, have you even asked a teacher for permission? Did that thought even cross your mind, or are you just a mindless barbarian who strikes first and asks questions later? Did you really think you could just attack me without consequence? Really, if you don't have any proof of having a teacher's permission, then the only thing I plan to do right now is report you for reckless behavior and lack of adherence to the school's rules."
But then a thought came to Yuhiko's mind. Seeing this idiot get expelled for his own stupidity would be rather cathartic. However, if by some fluke he did manage to ask a teacher for permission to spar with the Yuzuki heir, then it would be even more cathartic to beat this fool down and show him first-hand that weaklings had no place in the world of heroes. The best way to get pests like this boy to go away was to completely and utterly crush their spirit. And honestly? This plebeian was asking for it.
"But don't misunderstand me. I have no intention of breaking the rules with you or for you, but I also have no intention of using the rules as a means to refuse your..." Yuhiko then grinned smugly. "Well I would say 'challenge', but that would imply you would actually pose a threat to me. Really, the reason I always train alone is because the rest of you are so weak, you'd only hold me back. There is no benefit to me in training with others if they cannot even keep up with me. I see no appeal in wasting my time with those who are essentially living training dummies. Are you even able to comprehend that, or are you going to start insisting on the whole 'power of friendship' ridiculousness that the rest of the school seems all to eager to spout?"
Yuhiko then dropped the smug grin, looking down on the boy with a cold and stern gaze. "Anyway, if for some reason you can provide me proof that a teacher gave you approval, then I may be willing to consider overlooking your stupidity and be more than happy to demonstrate why any notion of you ever hoping to best me is nothing but complete and utter delusion. Well? I'm waiting."
This boy had already wasted enough of Yuhiko's precious time. So he would be given two options. Either have a teacher's approval of a sanctioned fight ready to be shown to Yuhiko, or get reported. Either choice was fine with Yuhiko.

Fion had a feeling he was going to get slammed with alot of pointless words after he had flung Yuhiko which of course was what happened after what to Fion looked like Yuhiko barely pulling off the landing which dissapointed him someone saying how perfect they are should surely be capable of a perfect landing. Of course began the pointless nonsense from Yuhiko him calling Fion a nobody then on about being part of the disciplinary committee something Fion found fairly useless with all the awful thirds years around facing zero consequences for their borderline illegal actions.
Oh something he expected getting asked if he even asked a teacher along with of course more words of Fion being useless which he expected of course and even Yuhiko claiming he doesn't train with anyone beacuse they were too weak for it something which actually caused Fion to burst out into laughter. "HAHAHAHAHAHA y-you actually think everyone is too weak to train with!? That's hilarious thanks for the laugh do you even know who I've sparred against? Funnier guy then I thought."
Fion laughed abit more at how silly Yuhiko sounded he really was that stuck up thinks he's above everyone guy Fion was mostly joking about thinking he was but having him actually say it out loud and smugly just was making it hard for him not to maintain his laughter did he think he could beat teachers aswell or something or maybe a second or third year what a joke. "Whew that was a great laugh anyway as for the teacher thing Hinata approved it I even have video proof he made sure since he felt you would skeptical if I didn't."
Fion then pulled out a video given by Hinata to show he had permission it was basically what you'd expect he was fairly laid back but basically just said yeah he has permission to fight you and it might be good training for the two of them. "Anyway anymore problem's? If not good my lesson on humility cant start soon."
