APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance:
With slightly tanned skin that betrays his Israeli heritage, a slimmer figure, and full bodied neck length black hair that he can often be seen mindlessly twirling, Fox is actually a rather good looking kid. His eyes are a eye-catching mix of blue and green, mixing into a stunning sea foam, that compliments his sharp face.
He's mostly wirey, not having much built up muscle, having the figure of a figure skater. And much like a figure skater he has a certain gracefulness to him, almost as if every movement were part of a dance. Unfortunately, he also manages to come off as unnerving without even trying, whether it be those seafoam eyes that almost look like they're glowing, to the smile on his face that often comes off more as unsettling than warm, one word that can easily describe Fox is creepy.
Thankfully this doesn't extend into fashion choices, where he enjoys vibrant colors but more or less normal styles, beyond his strange attachment to capris.

Personality:
The first feeling most people would have when meeting Fox is a sense of unsettlement, whether it's the gleam in his eye, unnerving smile, or just his general demeanor there is something noticeably "off" about him, and this assessment would be correct. Fox is someone who instead of seeing life in a black and white type of view, or even just grey, instead sees it in the dazzling burst of colors that comes with a theatre troupe. His sense of morality, instead of being based on personal values and beliefs, is instead ever morphing, ready to fill whatever role he deems need filled, whether it be a heroic one, a "villainous" one, or anything inbetween. What determines whether the situation needs a villain, hero, or any other possible part he deems necessary is almost unfathomable to a normal person, as Fox follows directions and cues in his own head that no one else could hope to follow. This ever shifting morality makes him extremely unpredictable, able to get along and play nice with someone in one moment, and then turn on them and expose an embarrassing secret the next. However, at the same time, he's very easy going when it comes to people's flaws or quirks, being very accepting of any differences physical or mental, and doesn't seem to really judge people based on their views alone, believing all roles have a part to play.
This lack of an actual an inner compass almost definitely suggests he suffers from some type of derangement, which becomes especially clearer when he's actually fighting. There he genuinely let's loose, fully embracing the role of villain and gets progressively more ruthless and deranged until the dance is done or someone pulls the curtain. That isn't to say he can't control himself in battle, and he often seems to be aware of what's going on and doesn't seem to become lost in his madness even as he becomes seemingly more psychotic. He seems to be walking a tightrope between madness and self-awareness, seeing the battle more as a play and himself as a player, along with everyone else who is simply playing their own role. This type of viewpoint however also makes him an absurdly good team player, playing whatever role the team needs him to be, and committing full heartedly to fulfill his part in the dance.
Thankfully for everyone, outside of fighting he doesn't usually play the villain, suggesting he might not see himself as a villain outside of when he thinks he needs to play one. Instead, he usually comes off almost as a jester, quick on quips and sarcasm, and having no particular issue making jokes at people's expense and having people be the butt of his pranks, even if most people would consider these things as going too far. He's not always mean-spirited however, sometimes deciding that someone needs a hero, and that it's his duty to play the role. This is also where he can come off as most vulnerable, sometimes coming off as sad himself as he tries to help, and seems to think of himself more as a clown than a hero, even if that does seem what he wants to be. This sober self-awareness also tends to reveal a loneliness about him, not able to make connections easily.

HISTORY
Fox's father was a member of the attache to the Japanese diplomat to Israel, where he lived for several years alongside his boss. While stationed there, he met a woman there and quickly hit it off, and soon enough they ended up married and with a child. But eventually, Fox's dad had to return to Japan alongside his boss at the end of their term, and with him came Fox and his mom. Despite having been born in Israel, he only lived there for two years before moving to Japan with his family, thus he doesn't actually identify as such, instead considering himself Japanese as he got older. But unfortunately, despite considering himself Japanese, he was seen more as a foreigner by his classmates when he finally got old enough to start school, and thus also seen as an outsider.
And this label only became more reinforced when his quirk developed, having been in the middle of class when suddenly dandruff started to excessively fall off his head and cover his desk before seemingly withering away. But as it withered away, in its place his desk would become covered in frost much to everyone's surprise. And soon it'd get even more severe as a mist would spread from his body, soon enveloping the entire classroom. However, everyone in class would soon realize this wasn't just a regular mist, as they'd become colder and colder the longer they were in this mist. This led to a panicked evacuation of the room, the last person to leave being Fox, who was unaffected by the mist covering the room.
He'd be taken to a doctor afterwards, where he'd be diagnosed with what had become rather obvious, having a quirk that absorbed heat. Soon after this, Fox's personality seemed to change as well, becoming more unhinged, though whether it was related to his quirk awakening or this was simply a part of his personality that had just been overlooked until it had gotten more and more prominent as he got older remained uncertain. But either way, his morality would become based not on what he sees as right and wrong, but instead based upon what he himself deemed fit the situation best, treating everyday life and interactions as a play and himself and everyone in it simply as actors. Yet while home alone, he'd become melancholic, retreating into himself and showing just how fickle his personality and emotions had become. When at school though, his parents would receive multiple reports going over how he'd treat people, sometimes even backstabbing his peers the few times they put some amount of trust in him simply for his own amusement.
Naturally worried over this new development and believing that it was related to the loneliness he felt, his parents decided to enroll him into UA. A school not only famous for having students born from all around the world like himself, but students with quirks. Hoping such an environment would help Fox and be healthy for his unhinged mind, it was decided to send him to the prestigious school.
