Holy shit have I slacked on this. Well, to those that remembered, I started doing this YEARS ago, but I dropped all of the badly edited art and copied rules for the game. I started over, so I'm gonna be updating this entirely. This was meant to be a In-Character card game, which also functioned as a trading card game with heroes and villains on it with varying popularity, as well as random includes, like students and civilians.
TO BE ADDED:
HEROES is played with two decks, and a lead Vanguard (Guardian). The main deck houses the user's vanguard and item cards. Their Guardian cannot be placed into the deck. The Guardian is always in play, and their abilities can be activated only on the owner's turn, unless specified otherwise. Awakened Guardians are placed on the field after their requirements are met, however once removed from the field, they go back to their Guardian position.In this case, a Guardian may no longer battle, and their effected are nullified. They can still be tapped for Power cards. The main deck can have 50 to 60 cards in it. No card can have more than 5 duplicates of the same card in the deck.
All Monster cards, including Guardians=s have both an elemental Power-Type, as well as a Race Type. These stats can effect the game, just as Attack and Defense Scores.
The Power Card deck is separate from the main deck. There are no limits to what power cards can be placed in the deck. They can all be entirely one Color of power, or it can be mixed. In total, there must be 30 Power cards. Only 5 cards maximum, may be Special Power cards.
A user cannot have more than 10 [Summons] at a time. A user cannot have more than 10 active items at a time. If all slots are filled, the user cannot play a corresponding card unless they have the proper zone available for play.
Power Cards are not discarded, and at the start of a user's turn are they considered "untapped" and may be played again. Power cards are not discarded unless an effect says otherwise. At the start of a user's turn they also may draw one more power card to their active Power Cards. All discarded Power Cards will be returned to the Power Card Deck.
To draw from the Power Card deck, the user's Guardian card must be tapped for the turn. In that case, unless specified otherwise, they cannot use their other abilities until untapped. All cards are untapped at the start of a user's turn.
