Wealth is a specialist skill, not a life skill. Therefore I have to deny this as you have not enough experience.

After talking with a few people, swapping a few things around and tidying up the quirk. Have plans for personal transformations so that part will be removed. Swapping around Engineering and Speed. So like this.
Quirk Rainbow Effect
Type: Transformation Rank: E Description: The name of this quirk was dubbed by Niji's father, Kenshiro. The quirk is unusual and rare. The user body hosts and produces rainbow-colored nanobots that produces huge amounts of energy that can be only describe as alchemy. This seems to enhance the user cybernetically due to the following effects. The nanobots are laced within the user's blood stream and organs, giving them a rainbow metallic color. This also enhances the user's brain and allows her to store information and understand complex things she can create. Although Niji's skin appears to be normal, it is also interlace with these nanobots, making normal needles hard to pierce through due to making her skin hard as metal.
The true power of this quirk is a multitude of things the user can create. The nanobots respond to the user's imagination and creates items, such as armors or weapons, from what seems to be rainbow-like liquid (up close it is the cohesion of the nanobots and the energy it outputs). The weapons and armors are capable of shooting our energy or elemental attacks, such as fire or ice.
Niji use the Rainbow Core her father develop to send commands to her nanobots to replicate and create the items she needs. In honor of her friends, she has created eight personal transformations. These transformations are named after her nickname her father gave her and the seven friends that she lost in the Uta Incident. They each have their own personal set of weapons and color scheme. They also change her hairstyle, hair color, and eye color to the armor's color. They are as follow (name of transformation, color, weapons):
Song of Ki- Yellow- Gauntlets and Greaves
She is not limited to just these armors and weapons. However, she has stated she needed more training before she could attempt any of the others or anything bigger. She can create anything she imagines, as long as it's reasonable. Each transformation lasts up to four hours and for right now she can only use one at a time.
Benefits (All quirks get 3 benefits that follow their quirks theme! list them here.) All transformations share the same benefits.
Enhanced Strength- Niji can create weaponry with the nanobots, which produces and powers her weapons. This output of energy is enough to shatter through thin concrete. Not only, but the hydraulics she imagines into her armors are also strong enough to lift a cow (600 kg) and throw it without any issues. Enhanced Durability- Thanks to her nanobot lace skin and the armors she produces on top of it, Niji is tough enough to withstand being knock through thin concrete as though it was paper and get up as though nothing has happened. Enhanced speed- Niji can create Jet propulsion systems that give her enough speed to outpace an Olympic Sprinter. This helps her cover distances in short periods of time. These speeds can reach up to 30 km/ph.
Exhaustion and Weakness: For every blessing, there is a curse. Niji's quirks have a number of drawbacks that needs her constant attention. For starters, her Rainbow core cannot be damaged under any circumstances. The core is meant to control the replication process and put the nanobots at rest when not in use. If it is, she has 2 hours to get to a new one before the nanobots rapidly replicate and cause serious damage to her body, such as overheating. This could prove to be fatal to her.
Another thing to watch out for is poisons and anything that could damage her nanobot process such as electricity and magnets not created by her quirk. This can cause her quirk not to work properly and even turn it off completely. On top that, her organs and skin are still human in nature, she is still affected by poisons and diseases like a normal human being.
Stamina has to also be watch while she uses her quirk. Holding a transformation takes a lot of energy to use, along with the usage of her weapons. Increasing the size of the weapon and even firing huge blasts drains her even faster and could shut her down. She has stated she could go up to four hours, transforming between each one. However, this is if she does not use a lot of energy through her weaponry.
Although she can create anything she wants with an unlimited supply of nanobots, there are still drawbacks. One, the items she creates must remain in contact with her at all times (due to the cohesion of the nanobots and its transfer of energy). If a piece of armor or weapon she creates leaves her possession, it dissipates within 5 minutes.
Two, she must use her nanobots to create more pieces of armor or weapons she lost in order to function. This takes a great strain on her, as her mental and physical condition must be in peak condition to handle the energy produce by the nanobots. Creating even larger items takes more energy and could quickly tire her out.
Third, she can only create things within reason. This means she must imagine how that item works and the systems within it. She can't create things that do not make sense or have no meaning to it (in other words, she couldn't create a whole new element that doesn't exist). Also, she can't create a way of using said item and must train in order to use it properly. For example, if she creates a sniper rifle, she must have marksmanship training in order to use it properly. )

- Engineering- In order to have an understanding of the tech she can create, she has to be able to understand how the item works. Thanks to her quirk, she is able to create high-tech and complex armors and weapons with her nanobots. She can understand the inner workings of some technology and replicate with it with some ease.

Spending 300 exp out of the 384 exp to create a flex slot. (100 + 200 = 300). She will 84 left after this.
New Ability
Martial Art Module: Wushu Program (Martila Art/Flex Slot) Rank: E Effect: After some time and hard work, Niji finally had done it! She had finally developed a piece of technology that allows her to use a multitude of weapons without having too much training. This was design in mind for people to defend themselves with basic martial arts that did not have the time to learn one. She had made herself as the perfect test subject. To the normal eye, it looks like tiny animals. One flick of the switch, it turns into a ball that she uploads into her core, granting her wide array of martial art talent that comes from the Wushu art. Note: This does not make her better than another user of the art. Hence the flex slot. Ability: Polearm Proficiency: F-rank Ability: Sword Proficiency: F-rank Ability: Kung-Fu Proficiency: F-rank

Spending Niji's 1 EP (250exp) and 150 of her exp to upgrade her quirk from rank E to D (Total 400exp). This will leave me with 58exp.
