Spending 1 EP from @alastercorvus and 1 EP from @tony for Miyami's starter pack, bringing her total EXP to 2000. With that, it's time to spend it all on some upgrades!
Putting the tl;dr here first, and then the upgrades themselves afterward to make things easier.
First, spending 400 EXP to upgrade her quirk from E to D (2000 - 400 = 1600 EXP remaining)
Then getting four new combat abilities, all at E (1600 - (300 * 4 = 1200) = 400 EXP remaining)
Finally, two new specialist abilities, one at E and one at F (400 - 300 - 100 = 0 EXP remaining)
And while not getting any change or upgrade on its own, I'd like for the name of Miyami's Speed ability to be changed to Speed (Miyami). This is so that it can match the names of the other combat abilities Miyami will get, to help differentiate which abilities belong to her and which belong to her summon.
First up is the quirk upgrade:
See No Evil, Hear No Evil, Speak No Evil
Type: Summon
Rank: E
Description: Miyami's quirk can best be described as the representation of the phrase 'See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil.' Hence the quirk's name. While her quirk does let her summon a creature, that summon is not a monkey as the quirk's name would imply. Rather, it is a 2 meter tall skeleton that curiously wears a business suit and loafers. More importantly, its eyes, mouth, and ears (or at least where the ears would be if skeletons had ears) are all sealed shut by pieces of metal, rendering the skeleton completely blind, deaf, and mute. Miyami calls this skeleton San'en (三猿), as the name contains the Japanese characters for 'three' and 'monkey', which is rather fitting. San'en is summoned from the gem-like birthmark on Miyami's forehead, pouring out of it in the form of a dark violet blood-like substance before materializing as the tall skeleton.
Despite being unable to see, hear, or speak, San'en is able to feel the presence of others thanks to being able to sense Miyami and 'see' through her eyes, though San'en's 'vision' is more limited compared to Miyami and can only perceive the world as blurry hazes and shadows. However, San'en does have a way to make its surroundings more clear to itself. By touching and maintaining prolonged contact with a person (even Miyami herself), it can begin to gradually drain energy from that person. The more energy it takes, the clearer its surroundings become. Naturally, prolonged contact with a person does leave a few temporary side effects on that person due to San'en's abilities.
Benefits: As San'en represents the phrase 'See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil', it naturally and fittingly has the ability to dull the sight, hearing, and/or voice of whoever it touches and can maintain contact with for at least four seconds. Naturally, this is not permanent, only lasting anywhere from a few minutes to an hour or two depending on how long the target is held (and thus how much energy is taken), and how many senses are dulled. The more senses that are affected, the shorter the length of time the target must wait until their affected senses goes back to normal. Likewise, the quicker the target escapes San'en's grasp, the quicker they can recover their lost senses.
Exhaustion and Weakness: Naturally, San'en's abilities do have their limitations. Prolonged physical contact lasting no less than four seconds is required for the quirk to have any effect. Simply touching someone is not enough to trigger the dulling of senses or the draining of stamina. In addition, San'en is bound to Miyami, and is unable to get too far from her. This means that San'en is at a major disadvantage against those who are able to keep their distance from it.
San'en is linked to Miyami, and this link does present a few problems. First, any form of damage or pain inflicted on any of the two affects the other as well. Miyami is not immune to the effects of her own quirk. In fact, San'en's quirk effect is much stronger on Miyami compared to anyone else because of their link. So rather than having to deal with only dulled senses, Miyami actually goes completely blind, deaf, and/or mute for a while if she cannot escape San'en's grasp on her in time. In addition, San'en's very presence drains Miyami's energy, with the skeleton not needing to physically touch her at all to drain her stamina. She can't have the skeleton out for too long, or she will feel drained and weak, needing to rest and eat to replenish her energy. This drain is not enough to actually kill her, as San'en will make itself disappear to preserve Miyami's life (and by extension its own). But if San'en stays out for too long, Miyami can run the risk of becoming unconscious, or even ending up in a coma.
However, the biggest drawback of this quirk is the simple fact that Miyami has no control over her quirk at all. The most she can do is forcefully summon San'en, as well as forcefully desummon him by quickly moving far enough away from it before it can stop her. Otherwise, she has no control over the skeleton's actions, as it has its own will. It is able to summon itself whenever it pleases (assuming Miyami is not low on energy). Due to their shared link and the fact that San'en cannot exist too far from Miyami, she is often the first person the skeleton will target. However, it does not necessarily aim to harm her (as it would then just end up harming itself). But it has no problem with inconveniencing her, temporarily taking away her sight, hearing, and/or voice just to make its surroundings clearer to itself. So besides trying to protect her at times, her quirk is often more hindrance than help.
The birthmark on Miyami's forehead is what allows San'en to be summoned. If this birthmark gets damaged, it causes San'en to disappear instantly, and it cannot be summoned again until the injury is healed sufficiently. However, Miyami cannot do this herself (at least not without consequence), as the birthmark contains extra nerves, and thus she would feel immense pain if the birthmark got struck in any way. The pain is so intense, that the best case scenario is a migraine and vomiting, while worst case would be immediate unconsciousness.

Next are the four new combat abilities:
New Ability
New Ability
New Ability
New Ability
Stamina (Miyami)
Rank: E
Effect: Miyami has more stamina than the average person, being able to do more before getting exhausted. When going all out, she can do things at max power for 3-4 posts before tiring.
Mobility (Miyami)
Rank: E
Effect: Miyami's agility and dexterity when it comes to moving around is better than average. She is skilled at parkour, wall-jumping and climbing, and maneuvering past obstacles that would hinder less agile people.
Weakness (San'en)
Rank: E
Effect: In addition to the other afflictions San'en is able to inflict on its targets, making and maintaining contact with the summon for at least four seconds can make the target feel weak due to their energy being drained. The target's strength and damage output is weakened, being reduced by two ranks for a duration of 3 turns. Afterwards, San'en must wait 3 turns before being able to inflict weakness on its target again.
Strength (San'en)
Rank: E
Effect: Despite appearing to be all skeleton and no muscle, San'en is actually very strong. At full strength, the summon's power is enough to lift a cow (600 kg of weight) and damage thin concrete with its attacks.
And finally, the two new specialist abilities:
New Ability
New Ability
Stealth
Rank: E
Effect: Given what Miyami does, being silent and stealthy is essential. That is why she has trained in the art of stealth. She is skilled at hiding herself, covering her tracks, and moving as silent as a shadow. Currently, she's skilled enough to be on par with a professional.
Lockpicking
Rank: F
Effect: Miyami may not yet be a professional thief, but she's still more skilled at picking locks and breaking in than the average person. There's always room for improvement, but at least most regular locks stand no chance against her skills and tools. While she's not breaking into high security vaults anytime soon, breaking through less complicated locks such as most common household doors is easy pickings.
And a simple name change for an ability to match the others. The ability itself remains unchanged.
Speed
Rank: F
Effect: Constantly having to run away from San'en, from law enforcement, from criminals, and pretty much anything else has made Miyami quite fast. She is able to outpace the average person. Currently, her top speed is about the same as that of a fitness instructor (30km/hr).

- (Blindness) By dulling one's sight, San'en is able to cause annoyance to the target's eyes (in the form of a fog-like shadow covering their eyes), lowering the range at which the target can be precise by the length of a car.
- (Silence) Whether San'en chooses to make its target deaf, mute, or both, it is able to cause a distortion of spoken word and/or perceived sounds for the duration of three turns. The target's ability to speak coherently and/or hear properly will be lowered during that time.
