PERSONALITY
Victor is a cheerful boy. He enjoys being around others and has a lot of energy when he is comfortable. But when he is alone or by himself he tends to shut down and become very frightened and untrustworthy. Due to his neglect, he tries to please others as often as possible, even to his own detriment. And given the nature of his quirk, it becomes a cycle that is extremely easy to abuse with the boy. He loves cute things and actively enjoys cross-dressing. He finds girl's clothes to be very cute and stylish and will wear them often. However, if anyone asks him, he'll always answer that he is a boy. If he is misgendered, Victor will make no effort to correct them since he finds being a cute girl a compliment. Victor is afraid of addicts and dislikes them. Like his parents, he knows that they are abusers and came help but try and help them. But with how gullible and naive he is, he ends up being fooled by those types of people and finds it difficult to not want to help them. He likes both boys and girls for different reasons. Though he is shy about his emotions, he'll do whatever he can to please the person he likes for fear of them running away.

Victor is a short slender boy with blonde hair and blue eyes. He is lanky and doesn't have a whole lot of weight or size to him. It's hard to even call him athletic and he has a very feminine frame. He wears a different mix of clothes featuring both masculine and feminine clothing. He will wear dresses and skirts if he finds them cute and likes to have a cute style to whatever he wears. He likes the color yellow and tries to incorporate them into what he wears. Aside from that, he'll don whatever look is appropriate for the situation and likes to dress up for different ones. He isn't afraid of teaching something new and is always ready to dress up. It's not uncommon for him to change outfits multiple times a day.

HISTORY

Victor's history shaped a lot of what made him become a villain and follow in the path of the Abyss Syndicate. Like many children, he was an accidental pregnancy. His parents were perfectly happy together and did not want children. But when Victor was conceived, things became troublesome They chose to have him, but instantly regretted their decision after doing so. Raising a child was far too much trouble and effort for the carefree life they wanted to lead. What was freedom in being together was now tied down and restricted by this anchor they had created was gone. So all throughout the time Victor was being raised, there was a subtle background contempt for his existence. He had ruined their lives.

Growing him, Victor was neglected pretty often. Because his parents were responsible for him, they were obligated to at least make sure he didn't die in their care. They did what they needed to keep him fed and housed, but that was it. They never engaged in the boy or cared for his interests. He was like an unloved housepet, left to just exist around them. Often they would go on trips or out for the night and leave him alone by himself. They made sure he had the food needed to survive while they were gone, but they did all they could to interact with the boy as little as possible. With the way he was treated, he developed slowly. He not only manifested his quirk late but hit puberty late as well. ANd when his quirk did come out, it changed everything.

The chemical the boy first produced was a potent euphoria drug. It first manifested itself as a power that just poured from his hands. And this powder was addictive and powerful. Just touching it gave his parents a high they had never experienced and all of a sudden their child was the most important thing to them. They begged and asked for him to use his quirk as much as they possibly could and Victor did what he was told. After all, he was finally getting the attention from his parents that he always wanted. To him, he had finally gained the love from his mother and father after all this time.

He used his quirk so much that it affected his health. He was always tired and often passed out from overuse of his quirk. He had numerous hospital visits because of dehydration that resulted in its overuse of the creation of the chemicals he made. But his parents did stop. In fact, the few times his did try to hold back, his mother did all she could to convince him to keep going, even going as far as to molest the boy.

This pattern of abuse would keep going until he met a young man by the name of Akira. He was found crying over how his parents were treating them and wished to be loved for something more than his quirk. This Akira offered him salvation. A place by his side and protected in a group the man started called the Abyss Syndicate. This group was going to change the world and change how quirks were viewed by society, and Victor happily gained his cause. He was going to have a new family, one that actually cared for what kind of person Victor was.
