Mizuki landed on top of the command deck next Hayate thanks to Haichi-sensei. She gave out clear, concise instructions on what to do next. "Yes, ma'am. We're on it," Mizuki said, answering her teacher. Karen asked if one of them could go make the announcement. "Sure, I can take care of it. Using her water and wind portions of her quirk and her mobility, she moved and dodged between the falling crates as the boat rocked back and forth. However, there was one crate she could not dodge as it sped towards her, seemingly not stopping. As a reaction, Mizuki put up her hands and she felt the same cold feeling she felt during the riots. I am with a few of the other heroes to get you to safety. Whatever has a hold on the ship won't let you steer away easily. But my team and I have a plan. We just need you to tell everyone over the PA to get to the upper levels, carefully and calmly, and away from the thing wrapping the ships and the crates. And crew will always listen their captain, even while they are panicking."
