♔The first day of school. The first day of being a part of the hero school. Yuhiko did not know what to expect as the limousine picked him up and drove him to his destination. He had everything he needed. His school bag with all necessary books and supplies in them, his school uniform (which looked far too plebeian for his liking, but at least this particular kind was replicated and sewn with fancier materials, so that helped a bit), his fancy phone, his earlier morning tea and breakfast, everything he needed to start the day.
Once the limo was close, Yuhiko could see the school building from the window. So this is UA? Honestly, I'm not impressed. Still, he was far from one who judged something solely by initial appearances. Covers could always be misleading, so it was important to check the book to make sure that it was worth a read. Same with this school. It was important to first see what classes were like, how the teachers ran their lessons, and how the students... well it was not like much of them really mattered. Unless they proved to be useful to Yuhiko, he doubted that most if not all of them would even be worth his time. And he was not one who enjoyed having his time wasted.
At least Father did not tell me to try and go make friends with anyone. I'll be surprised if anyone here is actually worth my time.
Still, nothing was certain. Who knows, perhaps he would actually 'enjoy' his time here at this school. Still, that was not too important. At the end of the day, Yuhiko had one mission, one very vital goal. To become a great hero who would help uphold the law. He was not here to make friends. In fact, Yuhiko preferred not to socialize with anyone unless it was with those who could help further his goal. Anyone else was just plebeian trash who was not worth being in the presence of the Yuzuki heir.
Once the limo stopped at the front gate, Yuhiko opened the door and stepped out, walking to the school grounds. Looking around, Yuhiko crossed his arms and scoffed. Really? I honestly expected something fancier from such a prestigious school. Or were the rumors of this place exaggerated? Why am I even surprised?
Looking at the distance, Yuhiko spotted a building. Having reviewed a map of the school grounds specifically to avoid getting lost, Yuhiko immediately recognized it as the dorms. Hmm, as if I would ever willingly choose to sleep over at such a pathetic looking place. The Yuzuki Estate should be sufficient enough for me.
While he could just head off to class now, it was still a bit too early. There was time still. Yuhiko wondered if anyone would be brave enough to approach him, or if they could sense his aura of power and importance and knew to stay away. Honestly, he would be impressed if anyone here could tell that he was not among the ordinary yet still chose to approach him despite that. Yuhiko supposed that he would reward such bravery and allow such an individual to speak with him.
But would anyone be brave enough to try approaching him?

Kiersa went over her supplies in her brown shoulder bag one more time as she was exiting the school dorms, just in case she was missing something little or big for the days classes. She had her PE kit since that was the first class today after homeroom, her physics textbook, chemistry and her maths book as well. Including all the homework that had been assigned to them. She was a bit unsure about some of the physics though, mostly on the forces stage of it all. Kiersa would probably need to check with the teacher about those.
Speaking of unsure, it seems that someone maybe didn't know where they were going? Kiersa spotted a thin blonde boy wearing glasses over on the school grounds, looking about the place. "Maybe he's lost..." she mused to herself as she began to make her way over towards him. "Umm, h-hello there sir. I'm Kiersa Bec, of Class 1-B." Kiersa began, with a bow of her head towards the youth. "Do you need any help? Homeroom's first which is this building over here..." she asked, pointing over towards the main building, in particular one section of it where the homeroom classes were to be located.
She really hoped he didn't only speak English like Prism did... She hadn't found a good translation app for her phone following that particular debacle. A thought did occur to her just there that maybe he was mute like Miss Yang! Kiersa repeated what she had said, even bowing her head again during the re-introduction at the appropriate time, with Japanese Sign Language. Could never be too careful after all... Now she just hoped he used Japanese Sign Language and not the English one...

Luna would be heading out of the girl's dorms, ready to start her day with obvious excitement in every step. It was no secret that she was absolutely loving her time at Yuuei so far, learning so many wonderful things from the different teachers and even other students. She hadn't exactly made many friends so far, mostly just acquaintances, but she hoped to change that handily as time went on.
She only made it out to the front area before she noticed a Limo pulling into the front of the school. She cocked her head to the side out of curiosity, not quite recognizing the person getting out. Perhaps they were a student coming in just now? Oh, she could probably show him around after having taken the time to scout the place previously! It could be a really fun experience to show someone new around, and she could even net a friend out of it! This was a naive train of thought to have considering she didn't even know this person, but the happy-go-lucky Luna couldn't help but get excited at the prospect of making new friends around every corner.
This train of thought went on for a bit too long, with Luna not even taking action to approach the new student yet. By the time she came to, she noticed Kiersa one of the students from her own class already had made her way over. At that moment, Luna's ears flattened on her head as she felt like she wouldn't be needed any longer. But soon they perked back up as she realized that she could further her bond with Kiersa at the same time as this new kid! It was the perfect scheme!
With an excited look on her face, Luna waved at the two of them as she ran over, her sensitive ears twitching to listen to Kiersa's conversation with him. "Goodmorning Kiersa!" she talked to her classmate first, before turning her attention to the quite fancy looking new guy. Kiersa had already introduced herself as a student of 1-B, so it was a bit redundant to say her own class. "I'm Luna Mishima, same class as her, it is a pleasure to make your acquaintance~" the dog girl smiled, her tail wagging rapidly back and forth an obvious affront to her attempt to naturally interject into this situation showing just how excited she was to meet someone new.
She didn't quite know what Kiersa was doing with her hands, however, causing Luna to watch them obviously distracted. It was a neat little skill that Luna honestly had no clue about. This train of thought didn't take all that long though, allowing Luna to snap back into reality. "What class are you in? We can probably show you your room before homeroom starts later!" her upbeat attitude sort of exploded out of her as she was still way too hyper in situations like this. She didn't exactly know if he was even a first year, for all she knew he could have been a second year like Danica. But that didn't mean they couldn't search for his room together.

♔As Yuhiko continued to look around, he noticed someone actually approaching him. So, looks like there is someone brave enough after all. Interesting. Though whether or not this girl would actually say anything worthwhile was another matter entirely. Still, Yuhiko supposed that he could at least spare a bit of time, just as long as that time did not go to waste. Oh, how he loathed that!
"I see. Most intriguing." Yuhiko had no need for directions on where homeroom was. Enough studying and memorizing of the map of the school assured that he knew exactly where to go. Still, there was one thing this girl said that made these few seconds worthwhile. She was in class 1-B, same as him. That already placed this girl much higher up compared to most other students. After all, it was good to have information on those who would be spending the year in the same class as him. Best to figure out right off the bat who would be useful to him and who to avoid wasting time talking to.
But before Yuhiko could say anything else, there was already another girl approaching him. He resisted the urge to sigh. Fantastic. Were every student in this school nosy, or could they tell that he was special and were naturally drawn to him? It made sense. The weak were attracted to the strong like moths to a flame. So in that sense, it was understandable. Fortunately, Yuhiko's slight annoyance vanished once this new girl began talking with the first one. So they know each other. And it was clear that they were classmates, as the new girl would confirm after introducing herself. Another one to keep an eye on.
"A pleasure to meet you both." Naturally a lie, as he could not care less. But still, Yuhiko knew how fragile and whiny some people could be. So while he had no intention of being all cheerful and friendly (as only naive idiots did that), he would at least try to avoid being too blunt with his feelings. After all, if these girls did prove to be useful, then why drive away potentially beneficial assets with uncaring hostility?
"My name is Yuhiko Yuzuki, and I suppose I shall be joining you two in class 1-B." To the boy's credit, he was doing his best to sound as calm and interested as possible. But having been barred from contact with most others, he simply had no good social skills. He was raised to be a successful heir to the Yuzuki family, not a popular boy overflowing with friendship and joy. Still, he usually did not go out of his way to even pretend to care, so in his mind, these girls were extraordinarily fortunate.
"I already studied the map of the school that was given to me prior to my coming here. I'm more than confident in saying I can find my own way around. But I suppose it wouldn't hurt to get a tour anyway." Yuhiko casually pushed up his glasses with his index finger. "Oh right, I should probably let you know. I may come across as uncaring, uninterested, and blunt, perhaps cruel at times? It's not my intention to be rude. It's just how I was raised. Some seem to misinterpret my intentions, so I just wanted to clarify before anyone makes the mistake of misjudging me. Though naturally there will probably be those who will do so anyway."
Yuhiko was a bit surprised with himself. He usually never spoke to anyone for more than a few seconds. It was usually just solitude, with anyone who did approach him being told to go away, and that was the end of it. But then that was the life of a Yuzuki. The road to success was harsh and lonely. Not like most plebeians would understand, anyway. "But enough of that. Kiersa, Luna, why don't you two start the tour, and I'll follow?" Might as well get things moving along.

Kiersa couldn't help but chuckle as Luna showed up as well. Partially cus her tails wagging was ever so slightly brushing against her legs and thus tickling her, but she wasn't about to try and admonish her for that. She couldn't control her tail after all, and it was sort of a reflection of her personality and mood. So a wagging tail meant a happy Luna, which was very much preferable to an unhappy Luna. She could possibly, and quite literally, puppy dog pout for all Kiersa knew and if she couldn't handle a sad dog, how would she be able to handle a sad Luna?
But setting that aside for the moment as the boy began to introduce himself. Yuziki? Why did that name sound familiar to her? He went on to explain that he'd already memorised the map of the school and then gave a... very odd explanation as to his character. It was certainly intense if in an offhanded manner. That was when things clicked and she recognised the name! As he requested the two of them start the tour, she found herself bowing with her hands held in front of her. "Of course Master Yuziki." she said, blinking as a split second later she realised what she had just said.
Her face immediately turned completely red, her hands quickly coming up to cover it out of embarrassment. "S-Sorry! So sorry about that!" Kiersa quickly apologised, bowing her head several times. "F-Force of h-habit, I am so so sorry!" she apologised once more, before quickly giving her cheeks a solid smack in an attempt to get herself to refocus on the task at hand. Kiersa gave a light cough before gesturing towards the school building. "Sh-shall we?" she asked the pair, before starting to make her way towards the front door, her face still a shade of crimson.

With a cock of her head, Luna listened to what the boy had to say. Yuhiko was going to be one of their classmates! That made it a lot easier to make friends potentially if they were going to be in class all the time. "Ahh, so you're going to get to meet everyone!" she grinned at the idea that she was going to be one of the first few to actually interact with the new kid. It was always an exciting time to get a head start on meeting people.
That was when he described his personality a bit... it could probably come as a shock or concern. But honestly? This guy seemed to have quite a handle on the fact that it wasn't his intention to be rude to people if he ever is. Luna was a bit worried about how that was going to clash with Diego, however. Were the two going to butt heads or become the twin devils of class 1-B? It was hard to say. "Well hey, don't sweat it! If it isn't your intentions I'm sure we can let it slide. We already have to try and get along with Diego anyways, so we get a bit of practice." Luna smirked as she mentioned the other sort of... problem child in their class while nudging Kiersa who already knew about the boy. In all honesty, Luna didn't mind rude people all that much it was just a fact of life that some people were cut out to be different. But it was definitely not a secret that Diego said a lot of things that could be taken a lot worse than what Yuhiko has said so far.
Next, Yuhiko mentioned the tour and Kiersa immediately called the boy master and got a massive red tint to her face. Luna could only giggle and smile to herself at this cute interaction. She just wanted to pinch Kiersa's cheeks but instead, she decided to just nod along to the idea of continuing on. "Let's go!" she said excitedly as she ran up alongside Kiersa, making sure to give everyone a bit of space as her tail flicked about quite happily. It seemed Kiersa had a good idea of where she wanted to go anyways, Luna was there to provide friendly banter alongside the shy sounding girl!

♔After hearing Luna's words, the urge for Yuhiko to roll his eyes was strong. It was not like he actually wanted to go meet everyone in his class. Yuhiko was only interested in the ones that were useful to him. Anyone that could help him on his goal of becoming a great hero. Anyone else was just a waste of his time. "Yes, I'm looking forward to it." It was nothing short of a miracle that the boy managed to hide the sarcasm in his tone upon saying that. He almost sounded genuinely intrigued to meet the other students of class 1-B. Almost.
But then Kiersa spoke. Upon being called 'Master Yuzuki', Yuhiko raised an eyebrow. While he looked calm and neutral on the outside, he was feeling incredibly smug on the inside. Good, it looks like someone here gets it. Good to know that this one knows her place. Oh how good it felt to be referred to in such a formal manner! It always disgusted the boy when a plebeian spoke to him as though they were on equal terms with someone of his status. The thought of a commoner having the arrogance of believing so highly of themselves to think that they could ever compare to someone like Yuhiko! Only ones who proved themselves worthy deserved the honor of calling themselves Yuhiko's equal.
"It's fine, Kiersa. No apologies or bowing necessary. I've already overlooked it." Sadly, Yuhiko had to pretend that he was not in fact entirely okay with being called Master. A shame, but again, best not to drive someone away too quickly. It was best to learn more about his fellow students before deciding which ones were worthwhile and which ones were worth ignoring. But as for why the girl's face turned red, Yuhiko neither knew nor cared. It was probably irrelevant.
But now the tour can start. Crossing his arms, Yuhiko followed the blonde girl and the canine girl to wherever they decided to take him first. He was vaguely curious to see where they thought would be a good place to start the tour, but for now, he would remain quiet unless he felt the need to speak.

He said he'd overlooked it, but Kiersa was mentally screaming. She had managed to not slip up like that with anyone else she'd met here at this school, but at hearing a wealthy family name she'd slipped straight back into "maid mode" as she was now calling it. Her cousin Rin would be having an absolute field day with that if she ever found out! The blonde found herself rubbing at the silver band on her ring finger, taking slow breaths as they walked. "W-Well... first up we have the front doors." Kiersa began. "N-Not exactly a grand s-start, I know... B-But!" she declared, gesturing to not one single door that formed up the entrance to the school building itself, but three doors. Each one with a number on it.
"But, w-well... self-explanatory really. First years, take door one. Second years go through door two, and the third years door three." she explained as she made her way towards the door marked with a big one on the front of it. "They do all a-admittedly lead into the same main hall... b-but it helps in case of emergency, or the time of day for classes." she pointed out, trying and quite possibly failing to make it sound at least kind of interesting. "The h-homeroom classes for each year at l-least though are on the s-side of the building where the doors were p-positioned." she said as she began to make a left turn and head further into the school.
"D-Despite their size," Kiersa began to explain as they passed by several immense looking doors, "the d-doors here are a-actually quite easy to open a-and close. E-Especially since they slide to the side. Something that's caught out a few of our foreign classmates who aren't used to these kinds of doors." she added, trying to lighten her own mood with a bit of humour. She was slowly getting herself back under control and her face wasn't a crimson colour anymore, although the tips of her elf-like ears were still a little red.

Luna watched as Kiersa seemed completely out of her element. Constantly stuttering through her sentences and trying to point out things in immeasurably large detail. Maybe Luna should have tried to take charge in this scenario? But at the same time that wasn't really her style, either. She liked to follow along and watch someone else take the lead unless urged on to do so. This created quite the awkward dilemma in which Luna felt increasingly worried for Kiersa but also didn't quite know how to help. But there was definitely something wrong that needed to be fixed.
As they arrived at one of the massive doors to one of the classrooms, Luna couldn't help but smirk and place her hands behind her head. "Yeah, if they weren't built so well I would suspect some of the students to have ripped them off their hinges trying to open it!" Luna giggled at the prospect of one of the Americans or the Russian of her own class just yanking a traditional shoji door off of a wall in frustration. She hadn't actually noticed anyone have issues so far, but she didn't want to try and downplay Kiersa's comedy, as the idea was quite amusing.
Seeing as there was now a break in Kiersa's tour, Luna looked towards Yuhiko. "Oh, and if you haven't yet, I'd suggest looking through the club listings. There are quite a few of them and not all of them have their own rooms. So it can be good to know where to find them!" she winked at him as he seemed like someone who could get a lot of use or provide a lot to a club or two. However, if he would even want to join a club in the first place was an entirely different question.
At this point, Luna's eyes slowly drifted back to Kiersa, and while she seemed to be cooling off already it still didn't seem like this was exactly her forte. With a slight smirk spread across her lips, she looked at Yuhiko again. "You said you already looked over the map, right? Is there anything you're particularly interested in? We could do a speedy tour of all the stuff that matters to you and skip passed the stuff you don't care about!" a beaming grin plastered across Luna's face as she brought this up. In reality, it looked like Kiersa was going through everything piece by piece going as far as to explain the doors, and while that was okay... they would be there all day possibly when they needed to get to class later! The best-case scenario was to find out what this boy actually wanted to see and show him the fastest ways to get to each one. Besides, it gave him more input on their tour as they plotted it out.

♔Had it been anyone else, especially someone with a kind and empathetic heart, perhaps they would have tried their best to help poor Kiersa calm down and assure her that she had nothing to worry about. Yuhiko, however, could not care less. The most he was willing to go out of his way to do was not draw attention to the girl's words, as well as not openly insult her. Still, Yuhiko was feeling the urge to roll his eyes. Oh good, the front doors. How utterly fascinating. Even more so when she began to explain the obvious. Thank you for implying that I needed the lesson that every preschooler learns. I know how to count. I'm not sure whether to feel pity or insulted.
But of course, Yuhiko did have to attempt to not be overly blunt. He did already make that clear, and for his faults, he was at least a man of his word. "Kiersa, try to calm down. There's no need to be nervous. Just try to take deep breaths and relax. You're doing fine." A lie, but a necessary one in Yuhiko's view. If he could have, then perhaps a reassuring smile would have helped convey his message more effectively. But Yuhiko was not one to smile like that. He took pride in not being fake. With him, what you saw was pretty much what you got.
This is the most in-depth lecture on doors I think I have ever received in my life. I suppose that I can't overlook this girl's attempt at trying, sad as it is. With a nod that could easily be confused for one of approval, Yuhiko did his best to speak in a polite tone that was free of any condescension. "Thank you for the enlightening explanation, Kiersa. I'll be sure not to forget any of that." Not difficult at all, as it was all so painfully obvious. But hey, this was the closest thing to praise Yuhiko was capable of giving on a good day.
At least Luna was trying to help out her classmate. "I don't find that surprising. I actually saw a foreigner once try to push and pull on a sliding door, then gave up after two minutes and just walked through the wall. How inconsiderate of the brute, to leave a hole like that." Yuhiko wished that he was making this up, but it happened just yesterday as he was being escorted to a fancy restaurant. The huge muscular foreigner looked confused as several people frantically shouted at him. But Yuhiko only bothered remembering this because that commotion led to a delay, which meant that he had to wait outside the restaurant for a bit. How annoying.
Finally, the topic of discussion had moved away from doors. Now the subject was clubs. In truth, Yuhiko found most of these completely unnecessary. For the most part, clubs were nothing more than social gatherings around a particular subject. The Yuzuki heir had no time for such foolish things that held no interest of any kind. He preferred to be alone. Still, he needed to give some kind of answer. "I have looked into them, but in all honesty, most of them just aren't for me." As interesting as robotics are, Yuhiko didn't see himself needing to build tech. He was also not much of a cooking enthusiast to consider that club. And he would sooner choose death than ever think of considering cheerleading. The mere thought was a nightmare! "If I do decide to go for anything, it will probably be the Literature Club. I still haven't fully decided, though. In any case, thank you for your advice, Luna."
Yuhiko was genuinely surprised that he had not fallen asleep yet. Perhaps these girls weren't boring like the usual plebeians. Still, the tour had barely started. It was too soon to form an opinion one way or the other. But thankfully, Luna suggested something that immediately grabbed Yuhiko's attention. A speedy tour? Skip the filler? Now you're talking. Yuhiko half-nodded and half-shrugged. "I don't mind either way, but it would probably be best if I don't keep you two for too long. I presume you were busy? Anyway, the library caught my attention, so perhaps we should head there?"
On the way there, Yuhiko decided to do something he had probably never done in his life: Ask someone else to talk about themselves. Shocking, yes, but Yuhiko had an idea here. Seeing as most people (and not just commoners) from what he had seen just love talking about themselves, he figured that he could learn more about them. Try to get a general idea of his classmates. After all, if he was going to be stuck with them for the next couple of years, then it was best to learn now what they could do, and more importantly, if they were worth his time. Plus, he could use this and pretend that he was genuinely interested in getting to know them better and maybe even befriend them. It was a win-win for all involved!
"So Kiersa, Luna, what clubs are you two in? Or which ones would you consider joining if you're not yet in one?"

Thank God she wasn't alone in this disaster of a tour slash first impression! Kiersa made a mental note to get Luna a whole box of sweets or something as a thank you later for saving her butt, although she was mentally kicking herself for not considering the clubs herself. Why did she go on so much about the damned doors?! Yuhiko was at least trying to help calm her nerves... And a trip to the library before homeroom sounded like a fine idea.
"The library here is really quite extensive." she said as she began to lead the way. "E-Even though UA is technically a high school, the library has books on nearly every subject matter you can think of. At all levels." Kiersa explained, finding that talking about her favourite place in the school building was helping to relax her nerves. "A-And if you need help trying to figure out what would be most useful or helpful Mister Murakami, the Head Librarian, is very patient and helpful." she said, offering Yuhiko some advice. Especially since he stated a possible interest in the literature club.
Of course he then inquired about what clubs the two of them were in or considered joining. "W-Well... I've been taking part in Miss Haymakers meditation classes that she holds down at Dagobah Beach. She's in second year and quite nice." Kiersa started off. "A-And I've signed up for Miss Shindou from the third years weapons workshops. S-Since I have a more... w-well passive Quirk compared to the rest of my class, I thought it might help round me off a bit later on." the young blonde explained before sighing as she reached the next club in the list. "And... at mothers urging I... I'm going t-to try out for the cheerleading club..." she said quietly. "Confidence building and such..."

The new student mentioned that most of the clubs just weren't for him, and honestly, that was fair. Not everyone had the time or care for a club. "Understandable! Clubs aren't for everyone~" she would smile happily until he mentioned the Literature club. It was an interesting choice and sort of reflected the type of person he seemed to be so far. It caused Luna to nod happily, though she wouldn't put any more input into the subject, at least vocally.
On the subject of moving along on their tour, Yuhiko brought up if they were busy before all of this. As well as the fact he was interested in the Library. That was a prominent location that was easy to steer a tour towards! "Nah I was honestly just heading out onto campus when I saw you, couldn't help myself but approach the new guy~ So this is all I have to do till class starts." Luna stated this quite bluntly that she had literally no plans except go outside for school. Her mornings were typically like that, she was focused on schoolwork until their classes were out, and only then did she make herself busy for her own desires.
Kiersa seemed to have a nice handle on the Library as a whole, which meant Luna didn't have to dote on it herself! She wasn't exactly the most book-focused person. She loved to learn but didn't go out of her way to get new books for it, any medium of learning was fine by her.
That was when the subject turned back to clubs, this time with Yuhiko asking the two girls about their own interests in the clubs. That was a fair question to ask, with Luna turning to look at Kiersa as she answered. It seemed she had already gotten around quite a lot, which made Luna smirk. "Awww, Kiersa, if you want a friend with you I might come to check out the Cheerleading Club too, I think my energy could be well served there anyways~" the dog-girl's tail wagged back and forth quite rapidly as she spoke, obviously excited about the prospect of having at least someone she knows at the club beforehand.
But... what about herself? "I haven't joined any clubs officially myself... but I'm thinking about joining the Martial Arts club if possible. It is the most practical thing I can go into to ensure I can become a better hero. I love my Quirk but if I want to actually take people down safely, I need to have something offensive to do that. What better way to train up that skill than with like-minded people." Luna pumped her fist in the air, a lot more serious than the more overexcited way she was talking about joining Kiersa. Cheerleading was definitely on Luna's radar, but it was more just for entertainment. Martial Arts would have a physical effect on Luna's ability to be a hero as she went on, as it was about the only truly offensive option she had at her disposal.
"Aside from that, I suppose I could do well in the sports club? I'll look into it some more, but I doubt I'll be able to be a cheerleader and do sports at the same time if they overlap." she giggled and rubbed the back of her head. Her skills could probably work really well in certain sports but cheerleading probably fits her energy more.
With her side of the conversation done with, she turned back to focusing on getting their little group to the Library. That was their original goal after all, they couldn't get TOO sidetracked with clubs.
