"...BEGIN!"
The words echoed out into the training grounds. The air was wet with sound in the next few moments. Teams taking off, drones rolling out, and the eerie cackling of the intimidating teacher that was at the helm of it all. Misa... felt an odd calm come over her in the chaos. It was scary, and this was a huge moment, but with the stakes high she found that focusing on what was the most important seemed easy. She looked to Eddy and gave a confident smile, followed by an even more confident wink. "Let's do this thing, then! We should find a spot with some room to work around!" Luckily, for the sake of the plan, it seemed like everyone was eager to get started. Misa found a very close spot and the paper peeled off her body and started to build a cage quickly.
Would it hold against the drones? Were they strong enough to shatter her paper creations? It was hard to say, but... well, capturing them was the way to get the most points and Misa wanted to win. So if her constructs needed to hold out against the force of the drones then they just would. They had to. Misa had practiced her quirk in secret, since the use of quirks were illegal, and she knew that she wasn't capable of destroying her constructs. That didn't mean that they were indestructible, though, no. Far from it. They were merely made from paper, so enough force would break through.
"Eddy, maybe you can get their attention and try to get as many as you can to come to us? Don't take any risks, play it safe! We don't know what they're capable of." She was more worried about them both being safe than winning, though. She knew the teacher would likely not let anything happen to them but... well, Misa was a hero at heart and that meant that seeing anyone get hurt while she was around was considered a loss! "Destroy some if you have to. I'll come and back you up after I finish setting the cage up!"
She didn't know anyone else's quirk, but Misa had an idea that her quirk was one of the best suited for capturing these tin cans assuming she could hold them. They really did have a shot at winning this. All they had to do was shepherd them into their little trap. That shouldn't be too hard, right?
By the time the cage was built, Misa was pretty sure that it could hold a fair deal of them. She made it big enough that she couldn't make anything else but still had her wings for mobility. That's when she flied off to see what Eddy was up to and give him support.

Eddy should have known better than trying to formulate a plan before having a complete understanding of his opposition. He was expecting larger drones, the sort he could grasp with both hands and toss into their makeshift prison, but it appears that they were designed as more of a swarm-like threat, each orb not much larger than his palm. Sure, capturing them was more lucrative per drone, but this challenge would favor those with emitters or Quirks with otherwise high collateral potential. Misako may have them covered on that front, but as far as Eddy knew from his limited experience, his Quirk was better suited to going toe-to-toe with stronger opponents.
The short lad looked to Misako as she suggested they find a spot to center their strategy around, meeting her confident smile and wink with the blank visage of his scarf and opaque goggles. He nodded, though, letting her know that he was on-board. "That would be a good idea." He figured that Misako would know better than he did the sort of placement her paper cage would benefit from, so Eddy let her lead the way for the moment.
As Misako got down to business, putting the cage together, Edward took a deep breath and focused on that ambiguous "Yeti Energy" inside himself. He had a limited idea of how it worked when he kept it restrained to one limb as he had done while training in private, but now he wanted to let it all out. It was a cold sensation that spread through his body, and his breath came out like frost as he changed. He could feel his gym uniform tightening around himself as he grew, Eddy almost found himself being embarrassed by it, as he rarely wore anything that wasn't big on him. Mild feelings of discomfort aside, Edward couldn't deny that he kind of enjoyed the power he could now feel within his form.
By the time Misako told him to go and try to bring the swarm of drones over to her, Edward stood at a height, still short of Burabura, but taller than Rei, the only other relatively tall member of their class. He had grown a thick white fur over most of his body and his skin, visible mostly only on his palms and fingers, had turned a dark blue. Though it didn't show, Eddy was moderately confused, disappointed even. He'd figured he would have gotten bigger, but it was fine, he'd have to work with what he had.
"Yeah, I'm on it." He spoke with a slightly deeper voice in his new form. The transformed class president took off toward the swarm and, without much of a plan to take on an enemy like this, simply swung one of his large arms through the swarm, hoping to smack at least one of them out of the air and attract the ire of the rest of the drones. He had come to terms with the fact that he was going to taking a lot of hits from these drones, but he was certain he could handle it. If his attack landed, or at least pissed the drones off, Edward would raise his arms, bracing for whatever number of them might choose to attack him.

After she had set up their home base, Misa had left of find Eddy. She spotted him in the distance, still transformed and taking a swipe at a swarm of the robots. He was off to a good start! His swipe seemed to be enough to slap some of the drones right out of the air and to the ground, destroyed. So either they weren't terribly durable or the yeti boy was incredibly strong. Misa was pretty confident it was the second option, considering the boys size and overall look. "Good job, Eddy! Keep it up! We'll have a ton of these on us in no time at this rate!" Something that had seemed like a good idea at the time, but when the swarm seemed to notice Eddy and identify him as a threat they turned to face him. He raised his hands to defend, but Misa was still worried for him. She flew towards him, sacrificing her wings to build a wall to block at least some of the attacks.
Misa, now wingless, crashed to the ground a little roughly and rolled a few times. Only a few minor scrapes though, nothing serious at all. Especially with the instructors quirk combining with her own regeneration to heal her up faster. The drones that crashed into the wall would bounce off harmlessly. Good, they didn't hit that hard! Still, more than a few had gotten through to Eddy and as the construct disassembled and the paper returned to Misa, she gave him a once over. "Are you all right? It seems like we're lucky! They don't hit that hard, but they're real fast!"
Now wasn't a great time for talking, as it seemed that when the drones realized that their attack didn't work it only irritated them more. She could see even more swarms of drones headed their way! Uh oh! Her wing rebuilt itself as she stood next to Eddy. "It looks like we really irritated them! Quick, let's lure them back to the trap! It looks like they can't turn fast, so try not to go in a straight line!"
Misa trusted Eddy to endure any of the hits. With the way he had handled the first onslaught, it seemed like he was more than durable enough to handle anything thrown his way! So the only thing she would have to focus on is making sure the trap worked. She took to the skies, luring as many as possible after her to try to get the biggest haul possible. It was lucky they were so small! The cage that Misa had made, now that she was up close to them, would probably hold even more than she initially planned. As long as they could get them inside of it, that is. They didn't seem like the most intelligent creatures, so it was a nice and easy assumption that they could be tricked into it.
"Hey, hey, Eddy! Have you ever seen those bull tamers people? With the red capes? I can't remember what they're called but... think we could pull something like that off? Have them charge into the cage and I'll close it behind them!"

It seemed that his admittedly crude plan had worked to anger the drone swarm, as they turned their attention toward his growing form. As he deflected their initial counterattacks with help from Misako's paper shield, the back of his gym uniform split open, this thick white fur spilling out the large hole. It was only at that point that Edward recognized that it seemed his Quirk's transformation was still taking effect. He was now probably about Burabura's size.
"I'm fine." Edward dismissed Misako's question as to whether or not he was alright as he managed to swat one out of the air, crushing it against the ground. Their impacts upon his body hurt, sure, but thanks to his yeti form's thick skin, they didn't really do much other than sting. Still, if enough of them slammed into him at once, or if they maintained a steady assault long enough, he would likely be defeated, so that would be what he had to avoid.
Once Misa took to the sky, Edward turned around and began running toward the cage. Or well, he tried to. The yeti nearly tripped over himself immediately as he began moving toward the cage, having to scramble on the ground momentarily to get his feet back under himself. It was disorienting for the boy, having changed height so suddenly, even if his transformation was significantly more steady than others with similar size-changing Quirks. Most of those either lacked a change in proportion, giving the user a flat increase in size while maintaining their original body shape, or came with an inherent knowledge as to how to move in their changed body, but the ordinarily short and stout class president found no such instinct as he found himself in a much larger, beastlike, yet still humanoid form.
Of course, Edward would not let himself be too discouraged by such a stumble, even if it was a bit embarrassing. He took a deep breath, trying to ignore all the drones slamming into his back as he took off. He still wasn't too steady in his new body, but all it really took was one foot in front of the other and he was making progress toward the cage. As he ran, the shoulders of his gym uniform split open, confirming to him that he still wasn't done growing.
Eddy glanced up to see Misako attracting her own haul of drones in the air as she suggested how to get them into the cage. "Matadors. Yeah, I think I can manage something like that." Eddy soon made it back to the cage and took up a defensive stance in front of the cage's opening. To get both his and Misako's haul into the cage would require excellent timing on both of their parts, so Eddy didn't want to get too hasty and trick the drones into the trap too early. He would leave the timing to Misako as she was the one controlling the cage. "I'll wait for your signal." To keep the drones engaged, Edward swatted and punched a few out of the air as they charged at him, but let most of the swarm just slam into him over and over.
