APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance:
Kiersa stands at about one and a half meters in height when not in heels, with long straight blonde hair that comes down to her waist in length and cover some of her forehead as well. Her hair seems to almost stretch behind her a cloak. She has round eyes that are a soft green colour.
Her ears, when they're not hidden by her hair, are almost elven in appearance if one were to use fairy tale terminology. They are about eighteen centimeters in length from pointed tip to normal human lobe.
When she's not wearing a uniform, Kiersa prefers to wear a long green and blue dress with a white frilled lace neckline, paired with a pair of soft leather brown boots. On her left hand she wears a simple looking silver band on her ring finger, whilst on her right she wears nothing. No matter the outfit she will always wear that ring.

LIKES

DISLIKES
✖ At least three things your character dislikes!
Personality:
Due to her upbringing and work life prior to entering Yueei, Kiersa is somewhat of a door mat. She is very used to going with the flow and agreeing to other peoples decisions, whether they were good ones or bad ones. She never complained or raised her voice, taking the consequences of each action in stride and profusely apologising and doing whatever it took to fix whatever happened.
She tries to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, at times to her detriment. Even if she should know better from repeated events which would prove otherwise, she will still give someone the benefit on the off-chance that maybe this time would be different. A somewhat eternal and hopeless optimist you might call her.
That's not to say she doesn't have her limits of course. If she catches someone peeking or trying to cop a feel, she immediately reacts by blinding them with her Quirk... and then almost immediately apologising to the "victim" whilst explaining why she did it. Rather. Loudly. Same with anyone harming any animals, even spiders or flies.
Because her Quirk allows her to heal others wounds and injuries, coupled with her years of working as a maid from a young age, she'd even heal those labelled as Villains if she ever found herself in that kind of situation. Because its her duty to protect and serve others however she can.

HISTORY
Her father was a cousin twice removed to a relatively well-off banking family, the Owakasa's, who met her mother whilst he was undertaking a trade deal overseas in Europe. The two fell in love and returned home to Japan, where Kiersa was born as part of the branch family. This peace and happiness lasted for about three years until someone took up a grievance with the bank which turned fatal for her father when he tried to stop it... He paid for it with his life, leaving Kiersa and her mother alone.
The main family felt a pang of pity for the pair and offered her mother Tilanna a job to help keep the two afloat, as a live-in maid. Her Quirk was quite useful for this since she could repair any broken object, provided the object was the size of a plate or smaller. Kiersa for her part grew up with her two twin cousins as a sort of playmate. When she was old enough she went to school alongside them, and life continued on. As she got older though, she began to try and help her mother more around the house since the differences between the main family and the branch were beginning to become more apparent to the young girl. Her tasks usually involved cleaning her cousins room and fetching them drinks and such.
Rin, the girl twin, enjoyed having her own "personal maid" as it were, even if she was her own cousin. She would often have Kiersa attend her when she had friends over, in a cute uniform that she'd gotten for her. Ikasa, the boy twin, on the other hand would try to get Kiersa to not do his chores for him. School life was relatively normal, although Rin had a habit of trying to make Kiersa do her homework for her.
It was this way until Kiersa turned seven years old, and her Quirk finally manifested. Or rather, an occasion for her Quirk to reveal itself took place. The family had been out on a riding trip in the fields, when Ikasa fell off his pony and scraped his knee. Kiersa rushed over and put her hands on the wound to staunch the bleeding, when they began to light up, the wound slowly healing as she kept them pressed to it. It seemed that her Quirk had been a mutated combination of her mothers ability to mend small objects, and her father's ability to glow.
A week later after the incident and she was wearing a beautiful dress and being presented to the main families other friends as Ikasa's betrothed. The potential of having a healing type Quirk in the main family bloodline was too much to pass up. Ikasa's own Quirk was the ability to shoot rainbows out of his pinkie fingers, so Kiersa's Quirk was definitely seen as more desirable to pass on... and if it happened to cause a ranged healing beam mutation or such in the next generation all the better. Rin wasn't too chuffed with the notion of her maid suddenly becoming her sister-in-law however and brought it up with her father at the first opportunity that wouldn't embarrass the family. An uneducated maid suddenly joining their society, it would be a laughing stock.
That's when Tilanna suggested adding in to the betrothal document the clause that the wedding would take place after Kiersa had finished her higher education then. Which she would pay for herself, in order to spare the main family any embarrassment. This satisfied Mr Owakasa and silenced Rin for the time being. What neither of them realised that the contract was worded in such a way that Tilanna was the one who'd select the school Kiersa would be attending...
And so the pair continued to work, even as Kiersa was being groomed for her future life as Ikasa's wife with Rin taking it upon herself to put her future sister-in-law through every social trial she could come up with without getting into trouble or being caught. One day at school though, one of the school nurses had Kiersa attend a meeting with them, having caught on to Rin's schemes and knew a little about their homelife. "The trouble is you're still "just the maid" in her eyes... Have you thought about what you'd like to do with your Quirk in the future?" That question set off a spark in Kiersa's mind, and she started to ask her mother about what someone with her Quirk could do.
Eventually, Tilanna had saved up enough money and on Kiersa's fourteenth birthday it was announced that she would be attending Yuuei. She was going to become a Pro-Hero, and use her Quirk to save lives and try to prevent any more lives being lost like her fathers.
