Helpless Rank: F Effect: Silence Yuri smashes one of his sound chambers into the jaw of his target. This causes not only damage to the jaw from his attack, but also causes a high pitched ringing in the victims ears from his chambers amplified whistle damaging the targets ear drum. This makes the ability to speak and hear coherently marginally harder for three turns until the pain and ringing stops.
Spending my 100 exp on this cause...Well why not?

Echo Chamber Rank: E Description: Around Yuri's forearms are two round, bonelike chambers filled with holes. Air enters these chambers through two ways, one is simply by air coming in through the holes, and the other due to his lungs having tubes that go through his arm and into these chambers and releases air when he moves his arms, the amount depending on the severity he moves them to the point that he can actually create short range air blasts by swinging his arms hard enough. As air rushes out the holes in the chambers, an extremely shrill high decibel whistle is released from them, enough to the point it can actually affect someone's hearing to the point of damaging their inner ear.
Benefits
Vertigo (Nausea Inducement): The shrill whistle released from his chambers is such a high pitch that having them swung close can actually damage a person's inner ear, causing a sensation of vertigo for three turns. The target's mobility is lowered for the duration. Rock Hard Chambers (Durability): The chambers are extremely strong and solid, being as hard as stone. Soundwave (Damage): A blast of sound out upon hitting something with his chamber, sending destructive sound vibrations into whatever the chambers are hitting.
Exhaustion and Weakness: Due to the fact his quirk is connected to his lungs, Yuri loses stamina very quickly in fights and easily becomes out of breath, making him unsuited for prolonged battles, especially when being forced to use most of his air in one attack. He also has trouble with ranges, his maximum range being short distance and thus needing to get close to be able to fight people.

Blast Rank: F Effect: Yuri actually swings his arms out as hard as he can, causing the air to actually shoot out from his chambers in a short ranged blast. This empties the majority of air in his lungs though, causing a similar effect to having the air knocked out of him after doing it.
Airwave Assault Rank: F Effect: Yuri actually swings his arms out as hard as he can, releasing a short ranged airwave blast that can reach around 7 meters. These airwaves are very high frequency, thus the strong blast of air combined with these sound waves are enough to break apart wood.
However, doing this empties the majority of air in his lungs, causing a similar effect to having the air knocked out of him after doing it. He also is very limited in his range given he can only create so much air for these attacks.
OK I swear this is it for a while! I mainly didn't like the wording and flavor of some stuff since it either came off as vague or didn't describe how it was related to a sound chamber so I mainly just switched some parts around in the description while adding some stuff to make it flow easier, and made Soundwave actually make sense as an attack. Then I just turned the air blasts in Blast to airwaves, gave it a described range and effect, and renamed it to Airwave Assault cause blast is lame af.

Airwave Assault (Range) Rank: F Effect: Normally, Yuri's range is rather short. While he doesn't need a direct hit for him to damage people with his sound, he does need to be at least within arms length in most cases. However, if he swings his arms with all his strength, he's actually capable of sending out ranged high frequency air blasts, managing to reach around five meters.
However, his access to this range comes at a cost, using the majority of air in his lungs, and staggering him as he needs to catch his breath. This is also nearing his max range, due to physical limitations of his body and quirk. (He's got a max range of let's go with E due to weakness. LOL CQC Scrub).

Helpless (Weakness) Rank: F Effect: Damaging the inner ear comes with a variety of issues, as does the host of issues that's sure to follow. Thanks to the mixture of nausea, vertigo, and just generaal unpleasantness all around, moving is a chore let alone actually trying to hit something all out. Thus when Yuri manages to damage someone's inner ear, they get a minus one to strength for three turns.
MOST people probably would have updated their profile BEFORE going into a dangerous combat thread with illegal, outdated techs that they can't use in combat. Well those people are COWARDS I say! As for what's being updated: -I updated nausea inducement to cripple (Look Yuri's been on holiday leave, he's got a workload from a few months back, he's gotta cram) -I played with his range ability again, turning it from a unique attack into a general range ability that does damage equal to what he normally does (aka I'm a goddamn sellout QQ). However, using his ranged attack still staggers him from how much air it uses, and due to his weakness I've preemptively limit capped his range to E. -And I finally refunded silence, replacing it with a weakness skill

Boy of Many Cloths Rank: F Effect: Yuri's obsession with cute clothing whether male or female has actually made him by proxy a somewhat decent disguise artist, able to slip into crowds or hide his identity from afar. Of course, he's not actually practiced in such works, only being good at it due to his unique style choices thus even a good look up close from a slight graze is enough to give his cover. While he has a variety of choices, his favorite disguise seems to simply be his black coat with the hood pulled up while painfully hiding his bow underneath.
