APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance:
Yuhiko is a tall young man with a relatively thin build. He has dirty blonde hair that's short and doesn't really go past his chin, and has bangs that cover his forehead and are swept to the side. He has slightly narrow light blue eyes, and wears white rimmed glasses due to his nearsightedness. His skin is light, and there are no tattoos, scars, or markings of any kind.
As he was born into a wealthy family, Yuhiko is naturally always dressed very fancy and formal. He wears expensive suits, buttoned long-sleeve shirts, ties, loafers, and socks, even on casual outings. He does not like wearing anything that would be common on the average person. He dislikes casual clothing and other typical 'plebeian' wear. The only exception are clothes that are mandatory for him to wear, such as school uniforms. Even then, he usually pays an expert tailor to sew him an identical uniform with much fancier materials if or whenever it's possible to do so. Regardless of what he wears, however, Yuhiko's clothes are always neat and clean, usually never going out in public unless his clothes are literally spotless.
Yuhiko always has either a serious or a smug and arrogant facial expression. He hardly smiles out of genuine joy and cheer, and he always looks like he is looking down on others when looking at them. He tends to keep his arms crossed as well.
POSITIVE
✔ Levelheaded, righteous, ambitious, mature, hard-working, confident
NEGATIVE
✖ Arrogant, aloof, blunt, cold, overly serious, perfectionist
LIKES
✔ Money, success, recognition, the law, things going his way, tea and coffee, Books
DISLIKES
✖ Plebeians, being touched, having his time wasted, criminals, jokes, being called YuYu
Personality:
The first thing one would notice about Yuhiko is his arrogance and pride. He constantly looks down on people he considers beneath him, and hates having his time being wasted by plebeians, and also hates being touched by them as well. He is often cold and distant, preferring to be left alone than to be annoyed by the presence of others. And when he is forced to socialize with others, his bluntness can come off as uncaring cruelty at times. Having grown up in a rich family, Yuhiko has grown accustomed to getting what he wants. So naturally, he likes having money to flaunt around, and he enjoys things going his way, getting visibly frustrated when things do not. He's a perfectionist, so he has to do everything perfectly. Even the tiniest of mistakes will leave him completely upset and bitter.
That is not to say that Yuhiko is a bad person by any means. Far from it, in fact. He may be harsh, but is never tolerant of wrongdoings or unfair treatment of others. He has a strong sense of justice and is a stickler for the rules, making sure to never bend them unless absolutely necessary. Even then, he does so reluctantly. He looks down on those who break the law, even vigilantes. He is calm, serious, and mature, not being one to laugh at jokes or find such things very funny. Despite his wealth, Yuhiko is not greedy at all, preferring to make his own money over having it handed to him all the time. He works hard, and tends to not tolerate any form of laziness or slacking off. And even though he looks down on those he considers beneath him, Yuhiko does respect and show a modicum of kindness to those few that prove themselves to be his equal, or at the very least worthwhile and useful to him.
To best sum up Yuhiko, he is a jerk with a heart of jerk, but somewhere in that heart of jerk is a bit of gold. It's hard to find, but it is definitely there if one searches hard enough.

HISTORY
The Yuzuki family is one that has become associated with three things: Hard work, money, and success. Throughout the recent past, there has been at least one person in the family that has seen at least moderate financial success, working hard and running successful businesses in their time. Because of this, each child born into the family is given ridiculously high expectations. They will all either become successful individuals that are worthy of the Yuzuki name, or they are cast aside, disowned and stripped of the family name, and be forgotten to them. With failure not being an option, each Yuzuki child would aim to step up to the challenge, prove their worth, and live fulfilling and satisfactorily comfortable lives. Even the current head of the Yuzuki family, Ayumu Yuzuki, was living a successful life, currently being one of the bigwigs of a successful video game company. To be a Yuzuki was to strive to become the very best and brightest.
Naturally, Ayumu's son Yuhiko would be no different. His father would have high expectations of the boy. From a very young age, he would be given lessons from various tutors at home. The man did not trust his future heir to attend any commoner public school, lest he mixes in with those plebeians and jeopardize his chances of success. There were no friends to be made, and Yuhiko was not even allowed to play with his siblings. For Yuhiko, it was a harsh and lonely childhood growing up. He could not even count on the love of his mother to comfort him and ease the harshness of his father's strict teachings. She was often traveling abroad, absent from her children's lives for a vast majority of the time.
Most children could very easily have cracked under the huge pressure. It would have been understandable to become overwhelmed. But not Yuhiko. The boy was determined to not only meet Ayumu's strict and unfairly high standards, but to exceed them as well. To him, failure was not an option. Just like his father before him and Ayumu's father before him, Yuhiko strived to carry on the Yuzuki family legacy, to honor the family name and make his father proud.
Ayumu would be pleased with his son's progress. Yuhiko kept up with his studies, learning everything that was taught to him in a relatively short amount of time. Even during the mandatory breaks from his lessons that the boy was given, he was far more interested in continuing to read and study on all that he could, not wanting to waste any of his own time. Despite growing frequently exhausted and often on the brink of collapse, the boy did not quit. He worked hard and never stopped doing so. He even managed to teach himself self-control over his quirk that had manifested at such an early age. Ayumu became proud of his son. At this rate, the boy would be all set for life and eventually taking over his father's place at the company.
But Yuhiko had other plans. Rather than follow in his father's footsteps, he wanted to become successful in his own way. The moment pro-heroes began to hit the scene in Japan, Yuhiko already knew what he wanted to do with his life. He wished to join these heroes, help maintain law and order, and also have a successful business on the side that would help further his ambitions. He did not want his family's wealth to be the reason for success. He would do it all himself!
Hearing his son's wishes, Ayumu approved of his son's hard-working nature. It was good that the boy wanted to work hard and earn his own wealth, rather than be lazy and have everything handed down to him. So it was decided. Besides a small allowance to get him started, Yuhiko would need to get everything done himself. He would need to build and create his own future. He would need to prove himself worthy of the Yuzuki family name. And should he fail, it meant being kicked out, stripped of everything including his name, and being forced to live in the streets as a commoner. It was a harsh ultimatum, but that did nothing to deter the boy. Smirking, Yuhiko accepted this challenge. He was ready to show not just his father, but the whole world. Show them all that not only would he be able to rise to the occasion, but also surpass everyone's expectations and sit proudly at the top.
And so Yuhiko's journey begins. Having been accepted to UA, he is ready to begin the ascent to greatness, the walk on the path to heroism, the climb to the summit of success. Failure was not an option. To Yuhiko, success needed to not only be a certainty, but an inevitability as well. And he would do everything he could to create his future with his own two hands.
