I want to take him far away from this place Angelica liked to make sweets, even if she, admittedly, was not excellent at it. Her Quirk gave her an advantage in that she literally produced the makings of hard-candy from her finger-tips, and with the added bonus of healing the eater. But chocolate? Chocolates were not her strong suit, hence she had bought the majority of the chocolates she planned on giving away on Valentine's Day. That, and she did research ahead of time and was being sure not to give any of her fellow students (or teacher) the wrong idea about her intentions. They were chocolates for friends and "co-workers", not ones meant for confessing any sort of romantic feelings...
No, no that was reserved for a particular person.
Why Yojin, though? Indeed, it seemed she didn't have a very concrete reason for doing this, and Angelica was not the sort of woman to act without concrete reasoning. She hated to, in fact. Yet in this situation she found herself without any other options. Over Christmas her plans had not failed--she had still gotten to see a partial success during the film marathon--but they had not reached their goal either. And with the second year students leaving for England come dawn, she had no choice but to act rashly, and possibly make a fool of herself in the process with her...well, not poor, but certainly not professional chocolate-making skills.
She was not going to back down now, though. Not when she was so close to seeing this to the end, and getting a result.
[Angelica 🐌 PM@ Yojin:] Meet me behind the dorm?
A little past the start of lunch, Angelica made her way not to the cafeteria as one might expect, but instead to a secluded area behind the dormitories, protected from sight from the inside by the bathroom--which lacked windows--and the path in front by a row of neatly trimmed hedges. It was an ideal location for speaking to somebody alone, and with the vast majority of students still in the main school building, it was an even better location for such a meeting. The odds of anybody coming by or seeing them or hearing them was almost entirely zero. There was always the possibility of the odd sick student still lingering the the dorms, but why would they look here?
It was not perfect, but it was damn near enough.
So dressed in her school uniform, hair up in its neat little bun and white glasses perched atop her head--behind her antenna--Angelica waited, a hand-made, hand-wrapped chocolate held behind her back. She was not blushing, nor was she in any way twisting up inside. She certainly wasn't able to hear her heart beating like a frightened rabbit in her ears. She was fine; calm and cool-headed and a hundred percent collected.
If he didn't show up in the next ten minutes, though, she was going to be quite a bit angry, because lunch only lasted so long and she had homework to do and class to attend.
So he better not keep me waiting...!

自由自在 there's a million things he hasn't done; charming girls is one of 'em
Yojin liked hanging around Chimera’s sister more than he’d expected. Sure, Angelica was blunt, spikey, and rude, but in a weird way, that sorta helped everything. Yojin didn’t need to worry about screwing up with Angie--if he put his foot in his mouth, she’d tell him.
Loudly.
Today felt like a little victory in their friendship. Angelica had invited him out to get Valentine's day chocolate. It was like proof that he hadn’t botched things that badly, even if he’d managed to forget Valentines day entirely until the last minute. Still worlds better than how things had gone with Emi, or Rowan, or Ahri, or anyone else that he’d driven off with his blunt-as-a hammer tact. He wanted Angie to like him. Not just because she was Chimera’s sister, but because she was smart, and funny to mess with. It hardly mattered that this was all part of Angelica's scheme to have the entire school owe her a massive return one White Day--he'd done well enough to be included. That was something. And honestly, he couldn't fault her giving loaded gifts. He'd have done the same. It was a small price to pay for friendship.
Just forget the time he’d called her cute. That had been a mistake. Luckily, it hadn’t ruined anything, but…Gods, she teased him.
Yojin felt his ears burn hot at the memory, and tried to shove it behind. Easier said than done. His stupid brain was great at reminding himself of everything dumb he’d ever done.
It was one of the reasons he'd darted into the boy's bathroom after lunch to compose himself.
Yojin stood in front of the sink, and turned on the tap, thoroughly splashing his face with the iciest water it could produce, and then squinted at his reflection in the mirror. He looked...fine. He wasn’t great at judging his own appearance. Dull eyes, frowning face? A little stubborn smudge of ink. He reached up, rubbing at it. Hair disheveled, it had dried untidy from his sixty-second shower this morning (thank god he had remembered today). Matching black hoodie under his UA jacket, and a clean yellow shirt that he’d pulled off the floor after he’d forgotten to put it away. Better than usual, to be honest.
Appearence dealt with, he took a moment to try to mumble a reminder under his breath: (thank her, and go--don’t make it awkward, very simple).
God, he wanted a smoke.
Shit, he was going to be late.
Yojin turned from the mirror, fumbling in his backpack for chewing gum as he strode through the halls, making his way to the back of the school, the brisk spring air mercifully cold on his face. He was probably pale and chilly looking, but he was glad she’d asked to meet him out here. Inside still felt uncomfortable warm.
He stumbled as he rounded the corner and saw Angie standing there--calm, confidant, assertive, alone, composed, cute, and was suddenly aware of his mouth being dry, but didn’t fall, hands going wide to correct his balance. As he stepped closer, he grinned awkwardly, laughing at his own clumsiness.
“Well. You’ve lured me into your trap. Um. Hey Angie. Happy Valentines day.” He opened, mouth desert dry.

I want to take him far away from this place A few steps before Yojin had rounded the building and come into sight of her, Angelica's antenna had picked up the scent of faded smoke and knew he was quickly approaching. While she didn't know why he smelled like smoke so much--it may have been a products of working in the machine shop, or from his notorious "accidents" with his projects--it wasn't a bad scent. She was growing to like it to some extent. If she knew it was from him actually smoking, though, she would be far less kind on such a think and would have words for him.
Thankfully today was not the day she would learn about that.
Hopefully.
Angelica looked up as he came around, stumbling a little and laughing at himself. She smiled, too, warmly under her already pink cheeks. "Happy Valentine's Day, Hino-chan."
She brought her hands out from behind her body, and in them was a simple red box wrapped with a golden ribbon. She looked at it and back up to Yojin. She knew perfectly what she had planned out to say. No, saying it was far from the problem. It was simply the difficulty of beginning to say it--a genuinely new feeling for Angelica, and not one she enjoyed.
She stepped towards him just enough that she could hold her arms out to their full length and he would still need to reach a little to take the chocolate from her, but she didn't do it.
Not yet.
"...I must admit, I did a lot of research into the Japanese customs for Valentine's Day. I also did a lot of reading up on how confessions are handled here as well. For research. If my understanding was correct then a confession is intended to be a declaration of love, with the express intent of asking the other person if they want to date you exclusively. That feels very...fast, for somebody like myself, who is used to Western ideas of romance and romantic relationships." She drew in just enough air to keep going without feeling light-headed. "In the west we ask somebody to enter a romantic relationship based on attraction, and as the relationship grows, perhaps it reaches a point where 'love' comes into play. I personally feel much more comfortable with the idea of, well, I suppose 'beta-testing' a relationship, instead of diving straight into announcing love for somebody you don't know very well."
Angelica met Yojin's eyes for hardly a second before they went down again. Gentle thudding from beyond the wall indicated there were people in the bathroom, but again, there was no window to look out here and it was too loud inside for anyone to hear. So she was safe. This was safe. And she was completely prepared for any outcome that may come from this. It was, after all, a test of a hypothesis like any other.
She held out the homemade chocolates towards Yojin, still avoiding eye contact as her cheeks went from pink to red.
"...you...you understand what I'm saying, yes?"

“What?”
Yojin blurted the word out without thinking, amber eyes going wide, face slack in surprise, his hand hovering outstretched in front of him, fingers centimeters from the box of chocolates. Like a mouse suddenly reconsidering moments before it walked into the trap. Except, for him, the trap had already snapped shut.
Idiot!
That was not probably the response Angie was looking for. She’d clearly put a lot of preparation into her confession. It was just...she was so calm, so logical with her words. Like being attracted to him was a natural, reasoned, reasonable thing to do. To be. Whatever. He’d almost blurted out “yes” out of pure instinct, simply because of how confident she sounded. But--what?
Her!
Him?!
Yojin flushed, eyes flashing panic, his outstretched hand pressing against his mouth as he fumbled for a response. His mouth was still dry--even worse than before, and his tongue felt fat and heavy.
“Crap--sorry--I didn’t mean “what” like that--I mean--It's not--!” Yojin fumbled, stepping back. He realized he was looking in Angie’s face, expecting to see anger, or hurt. And he realized that he spent so much time dodging eye contact that it was the first time in this conversation that he’d looked at her. Really looked at her.
She was blushing.
And he realized he was hesitating not just because he didn't want to hurt her, but because he didn't know what he wanted to say.
“Angie?” He muttered, biting his lip, suddenly studying her with frantic intensity. Like she was a project he could learn. He shoved his hands in his pockets, taking a deep breath, amber eyes going calmer. Just looking at her, trying to unravel the mess in his brain.
He’d called her cute, but she was Chimera’s sister, and he spent most of his days in haze, spinning between classes, work, clubs, and sleep. He’d pushed anything like that out of his mind--not because he’d stopped being interested, but because he was pretty sure he was too big of a disaster at this point to think about romance in anything other than in pure fantasy.
But she still was cute. Sharp, short, delicate, but...regal. If he thought about it--and he was thinking about it now--he was pretty sure she was his “type,” a little teacup tyrant who’d challenge him and give him headaches and make him feel off-balance and excited. And, if he wanted to be coarse--he was seventeen, of course he was going to be coarse--she was pretty. Distractingly pretty. Even when he’d been thinking of her as Chimera’s sister, he'd noticed, he'd just stopped saying stupid shit.
Shit.
He didn't want to say no. At least, he was pretty sure he didn't.
Chimera will throw me through a wall.
A pang of guilt interrupted his musing. He swallowed, realizing he was in danger of falling into his own thoughts, and that Angie was still waiting for something.
“Sorry--I just wasn’t expecting--I mean.” Yojin tried to begin again, only slightly more coherent than his last attempt. “Well, you’ve got mebreathlessatlleast. Is it warm out here?Sorry. I’m just not used to people thinking of me--or the idea people thinking of me that way--and you’re--”
He gulped in the breath.
“Impressive. Ah. Shit.” Yojin bit his lip, cursing himself--that wasn’t the right word. “Smart. Clever. Articulat--Talk Good. And ah. Pretty.”
Yojin waved at himself non-verbally, as thought to say "are you sure?"
“And I’m--”
“Yeah.”

I want to take him far away from this place The downside to planning a possible response to every possible outcome was that one needed one of those possible, planned-for outcomes to occur to give a proper response. Thus, Yojin's blank-faced panic and frantic backpedaling left Angelica equally unsure what to say. She'd planned for a rejection--it would sting but she was young, and she would recover after some time, at least that's what she told herself--or an acceptance--though the thought of that one made her throat tighten up and her antenna twist in knots--or even just an unsure response. Something like "I don't know, you're my roommate's little sister" or "I kind of like somebody else".
This wasn't going according to plan.
And she was bad at improvising. .
Angelica's cheeks only burned hotted as she dug into his face with her gaze. He was on the defensive. So she had to be...
He's very cute when he's frantically excusing himself.
Bad. No. Focus. He's not doubting me, he's doubting--
Alright, I can work with that.
"Hino-chan, let me stop you there," she cut him off before he could continue, her words more a statement than a question. Angelica took a quick step forward and literally shoved the chocolate into his waving hand, pressing the side into his palm in a way that would force him to take it before she let it go. This close she actually couldn't see his face as clearly with her glasses on her head, so she adjusted them to being back on her nose. On the plus side she could see him better. On the downside, they were rather large, space-taking glasses, not really good for what she was about to do. Oh well. "You don't need to answer me right away. I will give you some time to consider my romantic advances. How about you give me your response on White Day? That's...plenty of time."
A small, sly smile spread on her lips. This had been her plan for an unsure answer, and it worked here as well: she would give herself a month's time to give him enough reasons to accept; she could similarly use the month to give him reasons to feel like he deserved to accept. It was perfect. She worked best on long-term project anyway. She just needed one thing.
"Though...I refuse to put all this effort into somebody without expecting at least some reassurance that it's worth it, so..."
She closed the distance between them, catching his stupid, babbling lips with her own before he could say anything else. It was a fast kiss. Hardly long enough for their lips to really, truly touch, but it was a kiss all the same. Not deep enough for her to know he tasted like the smoke he smelt like but enough to feel how dry his lips were, how harsh the winter was on them. Her skin never felt so dry--a side-effect of her Quirk, perhaps--so hopefully he would find this...pleasant.
She did. He was so warm. Though that may have been because he was blushing very deeply. Not that she minded.
Her glasses only had a second to awkwardly bump against his nose before she stepped away, her hand rising to press her long fingers against her own lips as she smiled wider, no less sly than before. "Allow me to say this again: I like you, Hino-chan. I would like to be your girlfriend. So give me your answer on White Day, if not earlier, and I'll accept it. Until then..." Angelica stepped away and began to move around him, moving like she were departing for the school grounds already, "I wish you the best of luck at the festival. ♥ "

自由自在 and then he wins at least two matches for some reason
Here it comes.
Yojin braced himself as Angie cut him off, his eyes dropping to stare at her hands. Shit. He’d fucked up again. At least this time he knew why--no girl wanted to hear a line of stupid, vacant prattling excuses after she’d just confessed. Hopefully she’d just rip it off, rip into him--maybe if she was angry enough, he’d avoid breaking her heart, and--
“Let me stop you right there.” She began. He kept staring at her hands. Soft and pink, slender, nervously twisting on the chocolates. She was nervous. She--
She stepped forward, pushing the chocolates into his hands. Yojin blinked, looking up despite himself. His eyes were wide and open, caught off guard.
What?
"You don't need to answer me right away.” She said.
That’s not how--
She was still blushing, and still looking at him with those goddamn giant blue eyes. She looked nervous, and determined, and not angry at all.
Yojin didn’t talk.
He just stared at her, remembering everything he’d felt just a moment before. He felt his heart hammering in his chest. His palms were slick with sweat.
She was giving him until White Day to respond. And…
She was stepping closer. She smelled like sugar, and her lips were parted, and his heart was hammering louder than he could ever remember it being before, except when he’d thought was going to die at the military camp, or facing down Thunder. Yojin felt frozen in place, like he’d been struck by lightning, still standing with his hands around the chocolate, afraid to say anything because his tongue felt too thick and heavy to move.
He’d never thought about this.
But she’d effortlessly slipped past all his stupid defenses.
Then her lips lightly pressed against his, and in that second, he knew that even if he was an idiot, even if he’d read Angie all wrong, and missed every sign, he didn’t want to be a fool forever.
He leaned in, kissing her back.
She pulled back in what seemed like an instant, and he almost asked if he’d done something wrong, but when he saw the blush on her face, he knew, somehow, that he hadn’t. His own face was burning too, and his heart was still hammering--hell, even harder than before. But he didn’t feel bad.
Quite the contrary.
“I--” Yojin began. He felt lightheaded, airy, like he’d just stepped off a rollercoaster. He had to say something, though. He squared his shoulders, looking her dead in the eye, cheeks burning red, and grinned like an idiot. "Wow. White Day. You're...something special. See you when I get back?"

I want to take him far away from this place It probably wasn't her first kiss, technically. She had grown up on a street with other children her age, and little girls kissed little boys to bother them, or middle-school children dated for a week and smooched once and it ended there. But Angelica couldn't remember a real first kiss before--one that might actually lead somewhere past childish pining. From the huge grin that spread over Yojin's face in a most infectious way she guessed he was having the same positive reaction she was. Which was good. Very very good. He was very red. He's so cute.Angelica nodded, smiling. "I look forward to it, Hino-chan."
A Month Later...Angelica was counting up the gifts she had received today with more than an acceptable level of anticipation. No, she had not gotten nearly everyone at U.A chocolates a month ago for the sole purpose of getting back thrice what she'd given--she did want to foster some manner of positive relationship with her fellow students, since they would all be potential clients or partners in the future--but it didn't hurt her sudden charitable streak at all. She didn't have a sweets problem. Really she didn't. Her body just required a lot of sugar to keep maintaining the sap that made her healing candies. So this was all beneficial to her work! She'd need to take the next few weeks to prepare for her coming second year, and what better way to do so than to stockpile the infirmary with as many candies as she could produce? And what better, better way to do that then to have a surplus of sweets to keep her Quirk going as strong as long as it could go? Brilliant. Still, she wasn't smiling as much as she could have been, sitting crisscrossed on her dorm room bed with the door ajar, several neat rows of candy on the sheets in front of her ordered by color and type. There was something she was missing from her "horde". Or perhaps it wasn't something that could be added to the bags of sweets she'd accumulated. I haven't heard from him today...he may be biding his time... Angelica didn't have a doubt in her mind right now that Yojin's answer to her confession--now a month old--would be in her favor. The two of them had been casually flirting with one another all month (and in her case, less-than-casually) much to the annoyance of her brother and their friends. She had a goal in mind though. If Yojin grew complacent with her affection level he might not want more than that. Or he may chicken out and decide that this was fine and that he didn't want to risk a deeper relationship regardless of what he, personally, wanted. Angelica popped a small candy into her mouth and crunched it between her teeth irritably. He wouldn't do that. He's a fool at times, and horrible with displays of affection, but he would at least be honest with me. Not hide until I gave up. And he has to know that I would just go and confront him anyway. He's not getting out of this.

Yojin knew he had no logical reason to be as nervous as he was.
Angelca had confessed to him first. He’d had nearly a month to think about the prospect of a relationship, to spend more time with her, to flirt, and to think, and plan. And he knew--hell, he’d known just about the day she confessed to him--that he wanted this. Angelica was smart, biting, cute, and intimidating, all of which were positives in Yojin’s book. Hell, he’d probably been crushing on her without releasing, burying it all in the vault of “Chimera’s sister, off-limits.” But now that vault was unlocked.
And on White Day, nearly a month after Angelica’s confession, Yojin was still terrified that somehow, he was going to mess it up, and she’d hate him.
As always, he’d put his trust in machines.
So while Angelica sat in her dorm room, counting her chocolates, Yojin peered furiously at the screen of his phone, using his fingers to guide a small roomba to the first floor of the girl’s dormroom.
This was step one. He’d already asked Angie if she was there, and if Tetsuko was out--he didn’t particularly care to have his confession ruined by a katana, as hilarious as it might be.
His fingers felt clammy on the screen. He swallowed, and wiped them on his uniform dress pants. It felt like his collar was choking him. Urgh. He wanted to check his hair, make sure he looked okay, but that meant turning off the roomba-control app, and….urgh.
So, slightly drunkenly, the roomba wiggled down the hall, until it finally came to a stop outside of Room 12, and beeped a symphonic fanfare.
Duh-duh-duuuuh!
Yojin stared through the camera, and his hand shook slightly.
Outside of Angelica’s room was a small roomba. Smaller than the average roomba, even, which is to say it was about the size of a tea saucer. The plastic casing has been carefully painted pink, and on the back, was a custom-molded, rubber-coated plastic shell, shaped in the artful curl of a snail’s shell. Little dangly, googly antenna completed the look. Finally, resting atop the shell, at an angle, was a heart-shaped box of chocolates, with a small post-it-note attached to the front. It said, very simply:
“Meet me outside.”

I want to take him far away from this place There was a noise coming from down the hallway, but it was one that Angelica had grown accustomed to in the last few months: the sound of little robotic tires moving over the floors, vacuuming up various bits of debris and dirt. The ever expanding army of roombas in UA's dorms were a staple at this point. And while she knew several other students held dread in their hearts over the little discus-shaped appliances, Angelica had no such fear. They were made by the boy she liked after all. And if Chimera had survived the last two years living among them then surely she would be fine.
What wasn't as normal a noise, however, was the small sound of synthesized trumpets that came from right outside her door. Angelica turned her head, brow raised, and stood up from the bed to quickly look at herself in the mirror on the wall before she continued. Yojin would be the sort to ignore the rules and go into the girls' dorm despite the warnings not to. She would have to scold him for that--no matter how sweet this might be.
At least she'd had the time to change out of her school uniform and into something a little nicer. It was still quite simple and professional; a white sweater and fitted dark jeans. Nothing fancy, nothing complex, but still more lax than her usual "casual" attire. She adjusted her cat-eye glasses.
Her face was irritatingly red. Damn it. She'd been ready for this for a month, but could still feel her stomach twisting up.
He's going to say "yes". I know he's going to say "yes".
This will be fine.
Drawing herself up to her full height she went to the door and opened it. Nothing met her at eye-level, let alone where Yojin's eye-level was compared to her own. Instead she had to look downward, and found, rather than a person, a little roomba. A specially decorated, gift-laden roomba. Her belly filled up with even more butterflies. It was a snail. A little pink snail with a purple shell, not unlike the silly little emote that her brother had made for her. It was very cute. And it had a little box of candy and a note on it. She bent down to pick up the box--grateful for a second that she was in pants, in case this roomba was equipped with a camera like many of his others--and read what was written on it. Her still flushed face cracked with a delighted little smile.
If this does have a camera, then it may have a mic?
Or it required steering, in which case, he can't be too far...
"This is very sweet," she said aloud, whether to be caught by the possible mic or possible Yojin lurking near by. She turned to place the candy back in her room on the small table by the doorway, then started, without pause, towards the stairwell. If he wasn't quick she could catch him, if he was, in fact, nearby.
She wasn't going to let him get too far away. If she wasn't going to be composed, then there was no way in hell she would give him a chance to compose himself, either.

Even with the protection of a few dozen feet of distance, and a camera lens, a burning red flush crept up Yojin’s face. The fish-eye view of Angelica’s dorm hadn’t been 100% clear, but her words had been.
Alright. Step 1.
Success?
He drove the little robot into her dorm room, fingers stiff and clunky, then put it to sleep with the app, before putting his phone in his pocket. Then quickly pulling his phone back *out* of his pocket, because he still actually needed it for the next part.
He didn’t want to count the time between Angelica answering her door, and coming outside, but he didn’t have a choice. Yojin’s heart hammered a frantic thud-thud-thud at what felt like a billion beats a minute, time stretching as he waited, staring at the door, heart in his throat. The door opened.
Yojin pressed forward on his phone.
The giant roomba he was standing on jolted forward.
Yojin realized it might not be Angelica, and he’d look like an utter twat if he rode up to some random classmate, dressed in his spring best, a giant bag bouquet of white day chocolate in his hands.
The roomba jolted to a stop as he pressed the button.
Oh, it was Angelica.
He pressed the button again.
The roomba continued to glide forward, until he was standing right in front of her.
One hand was sweating on his phone. The other was holding what looked like a metal egg. He felt utterly absurd. Why had he thought this was a good idea.
“Angelica. Angie. I--” He began, his words choking in his throat. “You look very--”
No, that wasn’t it.
“It’s white day, so I--”
Yojin bit his lip, rapidly feeling himself lose control of the situation.
In desperation, he pressed a button on the top of the egg.
It unfurled, blooming into a literal flower made of pieces of (wrapped, he had no skill baking) white chocolate, slotted into tiny mechanical joints he’d carefully made.
It gave him a second to catch his breath.
“...Yes.” He breathed.
Then, before his nerve failed him, he leaned forward and kissed her lightly on the forehead. Her skin was soft, and his lips felt dry and nervous. But it was the right thing to do.
“Your answer is yes.”

I want to take him far away from this place Angelica opened the door to the stairwell, turned, and immediately came to find not the sounds of Yojin scampering down the steps to get outside first, but instead him waiting for her on top of a roomba and moving towards her. A dignified startled sound escaped her as he came to a halt and she froze in place. Wait, no, she had been going to catch him off guard, not to be caught off guard herself. He'd said to meet him--
You little bastard.
The stairwell door clicked shut behind her and left them alone in it, her still holding the little box he'd left on the snail-esque roomba, and him holding an...egg? Oh, she was having a hard time thinking of words right now, and she had been preparing for this moment for a month. She hadn't expected him to get the jump on her like this.
And he was trying to talk, which was much better than herself, who was trying to think of what to say. He was dressed so cutely. She wanted to tell him that, and that she really adored the roomba, and ask what the egg was. But she wanted to let him finish his sentence first. If he even could.
Apparently that was too hard for him to do because instead he did something to the egg in his hand and it suddenly changed, parting into petals like the bulb of a flower. Angelica let out a small breath. What a clever little mechanism. That was a lot of candy as well. He'd made this for her? On top of the snail, on top of the chocolate, on top of even just being here...hah, she had said she didn't want to invest without having a good reason to, but she was starting to feel like her concern was entirely without reason. He was already investing so much.
My blood is rushing in my ears, I can feel my heart in my chest...I know exactly why this is, I know exactly what to say. But my throat feels too tight. He looks so cute when he's...
Yojin leaned down, and kissed her on the forehead, and her stunned, otherwise unflappable expression melted, cheeks going red and her spine going straight as she stared up at him with very wide, very bright eyes. She almost said "Really" but there was no point to that. She had known his answer before he even said it. She knew he would say yes. But even still, the knowledge of something and the experience of that thing was far, far from the same. Angelica ducked her head down for a moment and hoped that the way her antenna were wiggling and nearly tying themselves into knots wouldn't give away her lack of composure. Maybe if she distracted him?
...but she could only think of one way to do that right now. And maybe it was just because it was something she really, really, really wanted to do right now. But there was an issue.
She looked up at him again, lips pursed into a small pouty frown between her bright, bright, bright red cheeks.
"You," she started, voice a small, irritated sounding murmur, "You are too high up, on that machine, for me to kiss you if you are standing up straight. Rectify that. So that I...may."
"...ordosoyourself." Angelica mumbled quicker, squeezing the box to her chest, and, once again, waited for him to act.
