Rain began to fall onto the south cargo unloading area, it was a decently heavy rain with no signs that it was going to let up anytime soon. Two men were standing atop a large crane overlooking the southern loading area. “Hey Shuhei. Got a smoke? I’m all out.” The taller one said in a thick Russian accent. His comrade just shook his head before pulling out a pack of the aforementioned cigarettes. “You know Sasha every time we’re on guard duty you always end up smoking half my pack. You really should start remembering to bring your own damn stash.” The one called Shuhei said. His tone was one of annoyance but still had a hint of lightness to it, suggesting that the two of them were close friends. He tossed the pack to him with a smile. “I believe that’s 4 packs you owe me now.” He said as he lit his own cigarette. Sasha let out a deep bellowing laugh in response to Shuhei’s comment. “Bullshit 4 packs. I owe you two packs at most. And besides I’m always bailing you out when you get into less then favorable situations at the club.” He said in a joking tone, giving the smaller man a playful punch on the shoulder. The two of them shared a laugh as Sasha gave the other his pack back.
-Minutes Earlier- Two men in fully black tactical gear made their way towards the Shinagawa Shipping Depot, sticking to the shadows as they made their way to the security fence. Once to the fence the lead man pulled out an aerosol canister out of a pouch on his vest and began to spray the metal fencing as his partner silently kept watch. After a few seconds The man spraying finished up and tossed the empty canister aside and pushed the now brittle section of fence over, making a hole just big enough for them to fit through. Once inside the depot the point man signaled for the two of them to keep moving towards the large crane just ahead of them. Silently they stalked their way towards their objective, stopping twice to let a couple groups of guards pass them. After another minute they made it to the base of the crane and slowly began to ascend the winding metal staircase as quietly as possible. Once up at the top they spotted two guards posted there and held up. “Overlord this is Delta 06, we have two enemy tangos posted at Overwatch Echo. What are our Rules here?” the point man said quietly into his comm. “Everyone not in Blue or matching known friendly Costumes is expendable. You have the Green light to engage any and all hostiles Captain.” A voice replied over the comm. “Copy that Overlord, Delta 06 out.” He replied. The man then pulled out his suppressed pistol and watched as his partner followed suit. “We have a green light Sargent, let’s take them out quietly so we don’t spook them before local authorities get here.” He said as the sergeant nodded. They both moved into position and lined up their shots. As the two guards laughed and smoked they had no idea that this was about to be their last few moments on earth. “On my shot.” the captain whispered. And with that two near silent shots went out and both Sasha and Shuhei’s bodies fell to the floor, their cigarettes still burning as blood pooled around them. “Nice shooting Sargent, Now let’s pull their bodies in and set up.” He said. After disposing of the bodies the Captain and Sergeant set up a lookout on the crane overlooking the South unloading zone. “Overlord we’re in position. Waiting for local authorities to get here.” The captain said. “Copy Delta, Hold fire until police and their friendly quirkers engage. Try and get eyes on the items in the two containers if possible.” The voice on the comms replied. With that The Captain looked down the sights of his AWM Sniper Rifle. “Think that’ll even do anything to them? I mean some of these guys can punch through reinforced concrete. What’s a .338 gonna do to them.” The Sergeant said as he looked through his binoculars. The Captain just laughed as he continued to watch over the area. “Trust me mate, these AP rounds can put down most of them. Just because they can punch through walls or can breath firedoesn’t necessarily mean that they can take hot subsonic lead going through their skull.” he said “Too right sir, too right.” The Sergeant said. “Nearly Show time...”
20 Minutes Later. A group of 20 or more SWAT officers were slowly making their way towards the gate, they were followed behind by two armored personnel carriers. “This is Sergeant Kirigaya, teams three and four are in position, waiting for the signal. Over.” said a middle aged man as he crouched down in front of the gate. Once he got confirmation over the radio the Sergeant had two officers cut the lock to the gate and swing it open. “OK Team 3 take the northern lading area and assist if you can. Team four we’re heading to the south. Keep an eye on each other and be safe. We have heros and some vigilantes on our side so if you run into a hostile quirker immediately disengage and let them handle them.” He said in a serious tone. “Our main goals are to capture the big players that have gathered here and secure any and all products and intel we can. And watch your fire while in there. We got confirmation that some sort of chemical weapon is here. Last thing we want is a stray shot to set it off and do God knows what. Am I clear?” He said as he looked at the men and women in front of him. “Yes Sir!” They all replied in unison. With that the two groups split and went to their assigned areas. As Kirigaya and his team moved in the sounds of gunfire and voices telling filled the air as other teams throughout the shipping terminal began to move in and engage. Once there they all trained their weapons on the criminals in front of them as they quickly moved in. “This is the police! Everyone on the ground now with your hands on the back of your heads! Make things easy on yourselves! We’d rather not do things the hard way if we don’t have to!” Kirigaya yelled as they walked towards the people standing there. It at first appeared that they were indeed were going to comply when a man popped up from behind a concrete barrier with a machine gun. The man began to rain down a hail of gunfire at the police, Kirigaya dove behind cover as he saw one of his officers get hit in the shoulder and leg. The officer crumpled to the ground screaming in pain. “Shit! Officer Down! I Repeat Officer Down! Someone get him out of there!” He yelled out to his team. He laid down some cover fire on the machine gun position, giving two of his officers time to grab their injured friend. As they dragged him back behind one of the containers where the rest of the police force had fallen back to, one of them got hit in the back as they rounded the corner. “God damn it! Sho! Are you good?!” He yelled as he ducked back behind cover. “Sho got hit in the shoulder Sarge. It doesn’t look too bad though.” Another responded through the radio. “OK, get him and Yuuta outta here, we’ll cover you.” He said as him and the rest of the team began to fire at the machine position. “Where the Hell are our those costumes!? We’re pinned and I got wounded that need to be moved!” He yelled into his radio. At this rate they were going to be overrun and either killed or taken hostage. The latter of which he very much doubted would be the likely one to happen. “Understood Sergeant, I have two on their way now.” the voice said.
[TL;DR] So guys, this is it! I hope you all have fun and I will try my best to make things as interesting for Y’all! So the details of what is going on in the thread are. First of all, the main goal above all else for the “Good guys” is to protect the officers there and seize the items in the two containers in the middle of the map. Villains you are tasked with simply beating the opposition and taking the shipment by any means necessary. Each team has several basic NPC’s that they can order around. The villains have 9 armed NPCs with one having a heavy machine gun behind cover. The Hero’s/Vigis also have 9 NPCs, 7 SWAT officers and 2 UN Special Task Force Snipers in a crane 100 Meters away from the area. The containers, other than the two in the middle, are each stacked 3 high. (Around 7.2M high) There also multiple chest high reinforced concrete barriers scattered around the area. This is going to be a 6 round battle that I hope will be entertaining for you guys! Needless to say that this thread is both Death enabled and Jail enabled, so be cautious but remember to also not just sit there and not engage each other. I will be throwing some wonderful curveballs at you occasionally to make things more interesting and keep things from growing stale. Fight hard Y'all! -Plus Ultra baby. Attachments:

"Yare~ Yare~" a soft feminine voice whispered from the shadows as a pair of mismatched eyes watched the ensuing firefight between the authorities and a group of highly armed and highly dangerous, aka highly entertaining criminals. It must had been an odd sight for sure, the childish features of the girl, alongside her dress made her clearly stand out among those bad guys, she could even play the role of a hostage and people would likely believe her without blinking an eye, at least if they didn't take into consideration the small fairy that fluttered around her like a butterfly.
One of the 'good guys' who seemingly belonged to the police exclaimed, or rather demanded for everyone to get on the ground, with hands behind the back of their heads, a demand that made Titania muse softly. "Not an option, this ground is dirty and Hachi-nee would get upset if Prim's dress ends up getting messy." Yet as she turned toward Primula she saw the girl looking bewildered as she had her hands raised behind her head. "DON'T LISTEN TO HIM!!!!"
Titania's worried exclamation made Primula lower her hands while looking at the fairy. "But that officer said-" But Titania was quick to cross both arms in front of her, as if to deny even the mere thought of listening to the police. "That mister wants to keep all the treasure to himself, not to mention he didn't mean you, he actually was talking about all those nice people nearby, you see those with the big bang bang toys, firearms they call them?"
Primula nodded her head sheepishly, seemingly starting to be convinced by the fairy. "W-We can't let them take away the treasure, We need to get Miss Hachi a present..." Meanwhile Titania peeked from near the container they were hiding at, musing softly. "I don't think it's a good idea for us to search for treasure yet Prim, how about you stay here for a bit, look there is a... Wait a moment."
Turning to follow Titania's gaze, Primula blinked in disbelief at the stranger who was beside them, but the first to speak up was Titania. "Fascinating~ Didn't think I'd meet a 'Vuath' in this world~" Primula tilted her head lightly to the side in bewilderment as fairy explained. "A Vuath is a race of spirits, like us fairy~" But it appeared Titania had caught an idea because she floated over toward the stranger. "This must even be a Lakelord! Can't you see how handsome he is, and all the frogs that follow him?" Primula raised a hand to her chin, seemingly contemplating this info: "You mean this mister is a prince? A Froggie Prince..."
Sensing Primula's quirk stirring, Titania inwardly mused a 'Bingo' in excitement as she watched Primula's phantasm attempt to done the, most likely a villain in a stylish garb fitting for a prince from a fairy-tale, even his frogs would have had a more regal look to them all of a sudden! "O noble Lakelord, please keep my dear Primula safe while I make sure we can retrieve some of the treasure we were looking for to turn into presents~"
And with a graceful bow the fairy fluttered away, leaving Primula to fidget lightly on the spot, unsure of what to think or do. A real frog prince! And so suddenly! After a moment of gathering her wits Primula attempted to steel herself enough to start talking to the stranger. "M-My name is Primula s-sir, y-your majesty?" The girl blinked, clearly not certain how to interact with the stranger as she gestured lightly at the container further ahead that was in the crossfire of the criminals and the police.
"Me and Titania are here to get our caretaker a present, but then scary things happened, lots of shooting and people yelling, is a war starting?" Poor Ed, he clearly had chosen the wrong time to get into this situation, or perhaps the wrong company?
Meanwhile Titania had fluttered toward the front of the container, concealing herself in an illusion where she could see one heavy armed police officer behind a chest-high barricade. Likely Heavily armed pesky humans from this world, but it did give the fairy a mischievous idea.
She knew that she couldn't stray too far from Primula, but all she needed was to merely be audible, and she had seen a rather fun toy before thanks to the clay girl, a toy she saw on some of the officers earlier! Searching for one of the nearby criminals who could possibly have one of those toys on them, Titania hovered over to the barricade where one SWAT Officer was hiding and in an almost gag-like fashion attempted to remove the safety pin on any explosive funsies she spotted before hightailing it out of there under the illusion of a phantasm, hoping that she would get out of the range of a potential explosion.
"Nothing more fun than starting a war with some fireworks~" Titania snickered playfully while hightailing it back to Primula. Primula in the meanwhile was clearly preoccupied with her new 'Lakelord' companion "Your majesty, do you think there is treasure to be found here? Titania said she heard people say there was treasure here, and clay girl also said there was treasure, but mister G mentioned only dangerous things are hidden here..."
Seemingly sounding a little dejected the girl attempted to gently scoop up one of the frogs. "Mister Froggie Knight will protect us, right? Worst case Mister G or Miss Hachi will save us, they are real heroes, like his majesty! I remember! In the book I read the Lakelord was a really powerful hero who tried to keep Titania safe! But how did that story end..." The girl mused softly, clearly distracted by her own imagination. Nonetheless, if it was up to Titania the time for talks would soon end, with a loud BANG, literally perhaps...
But now where was that little mischievous fairy? She could feel her approaching, but Primula couldn't help but have a bad feeling about this all...

Admittedly, working with the criminals now was a little bit awkward for Ed. After all, he had been trying to steal the stuff one of them had in advance before. However, The fact that these guys didn't recognize him just reinforced in his head how good of a job he had done with it, aside from the nuisance that was that slim jim fellow... Regardless, the way these criminals handled things felt way more familiar to Ed, so in that, he felt like he was more at his element. Seeing the folks hit the ground just made him think how much faster Savage would have probably done it, as his frogs croaked in agreement...
Or so he thought. What they were actually croaking at was the weird little girl that was accompanying them. Ed turned his big jawed head, looking as the girl pretty much did as the police asked... "I didn't know criminals had take your Nino to work days..." However a quick glance towards the frogs he had been training for this, and he shrugged. "I wouldn't miss a day like that, if you wanted to come with me... It's just so scary, and kind of dangerous..." He had seen enough of his frogs die since he had landed in Japan. This just felt way riskier than most of the other jobs... The frogs however continued croaking, as this miniscule glittery person floated around him. Some of the frogs shot their tongues out, trying to capture the fancy fly.
Ed however just looked at it, as he was clearly spoken to. "A vuath now?" Ed had no idea what the heck that was. The biologist in him sparked a bit. "Is that a frog of some kind?" Apparently it was a spirit though and He started looking immediately a little less interested. "Eh, fairies, bugs, what's the..." However, he didn't notice the little girl staring at him, as his form started to change freakily... His legs became a little bit longer, his head formed into that of a regular frogs, and now, he was even wearing a proper suit... But he was still squatting like a punk. "Hubbub." He only noticed this change, As He was called 'a lakelord'. "Que?" Was he just turned into a babysitter? Oh heck no, he got to do that enough already with Ryung! But then the little girl called him majesty... And he looked at her. "...Majesty?" He stood up, looking absolutely glorious. Even his frogs were all shiny! "...I've never been called a majesty before!" ...A mild pride on that praise swept him with it... The frogs croaked happily...
He couldn't help but croak himself, throwing his head cockily backwards. "Pfeh, war! Ain't nothing war about it!" He leaned towards the girl, his gentlemanly body type moving a bit freakily, back into his usual hunch. "Just Grabbing things is what my group would call it..." His back convulged, the more grotesque imagery hidden by the illusion, as another frog popped out... With all the shooting, it really felt like they needed more.
The girl however continued speaking about a treasure... "Treasure? It's a tool. A FANCY tool! And my friends would really like one of those..." If it was anything as fancy as the item he had seen previously, it would be worth the trouble. He started gathering his frogs, noticing the girl reaching for one. "DOOOOON'T Tooouch THE SaPO!" He gripped it before the girl could touch it, as he started stealthily climbing on top of the big crates like a freaky long limbed spider, placing four frogs in the different corners... And then came back to Primula. "These frogs... if they touch you, your muscles would be infected... It would make you so weak, that you couldn't even stomp an ant. Heck, your body would be so slow in sending commands, that it would probably have plenty of time to get away!"
"They are smart too... if any of those folks over there try to be sneaky... the frogs will sound! YOU HEAR THAT SENÓRS!?" He made sure the other criminals knew. "Whatever direction you hear croaking from, you know that's where those Ninos are!" The rest of the frogs however were on his back though... one he grabbed in his hand, showing it to the girl proper... "The problem is... the poor little things are fragile... And those people will try to kill them... Kilin, Kolin, kalin and kylin are trained but... not strong..." The frog in his hand was one of the ones he had just made. Sometimes stupidity was comparable to bravery. "If you want you can name this one!" He was a humble majesty... The other frogs were very curious about the girl as well, gathering on this freaky yet gallant looking frogmans shoulders to look. Clearly, something was beginning.

So uuh...good thing he came early?
Keeping an eye out during the auction was a pain in the ass. A hooded Brandon was here to fight and break shit, not to observe and lay around, doing nothing. Just watching them sell off big things to more and more criminals and horrible basterds, while he just stands by before getting the signal...god. It's boring. Apparently Alt is supposed to let him know, him being in the audience and all, but just staring at the field/building/thing the auction is taking place on with some binoculars isn't fun, nor is it really vigilante work. Not for him at least. At least have something happen during this, like, dunno, a big explosion or something? At the very least he can do somethin-
Thanks, brain. Thanks for saying that. On cue the giant explosion happened, globs of color went everywhere. If he were up front where the action was, he would have probably screamed in a higher pitch than usual. A high pitched yelp would have been embarrassing to let loose during this horrible explosion. He sets down the binoculars as he watches with a horrified expression on his face. Th-they were doing wh-what?! The hell was that?! Some sort of...Brandon shakes his head. If this was the signal they were told to act on, then he's gonna take it right now. No use waiting any longer, more risk if he did. Alt might get fucked up if left alone there, along with god knows who else.
Slapping on his helmet over his hooded head and carefully getting down from the crate he was watching from (if you ask how he got up there, he'll painfully reply "very carefully"), he slowly rushes up to the area he makes sure to look at his situation. Among the chaos and yelling officers and thugs and criminals, he makes some notice of what's around him: Tons of people surrounding some crates on both ends. This must be some important cargo...important cargo that has to go, no matter the co-oh fuck, an officer is near him. Brandon stops as an officer looks at him, then goes ahead to face the other criminals. "...Uh." So wha-what, are they are on the same side? He's wearing the same helmet from Tokyo5, so at the very least they know who he is. So why didn't they arrest him? Wh-wha? Wh-whatever. Right now, he needs to find out where that Alt guy is.
"OI, AL, ULT, ALT, WHATEVER YOUR NAME IS! WHERE YOU AT?" He yells out, as he looks around in front of him. Some officers notice him, as they aim their weapons to whoever dares get close to the merchandise. Seriously, why are they so obsessed with protecting this? It might as well get destroyed so nothing horrible happens like it getting stolen or something. He's heard some people talking about hurt officers, making him frown a bit. On one hand, these guys often attempt to arrest him for trying to do the right thing. On the other hand, they're trying their damn best to do the right thing. God, this is annoying. He readies up his scales as he readies a fighting pose. At the very least, he can get rid of any asshole shooting at them. He has that speed and durability to do it…
"Alright…'SHA!" he slams his fists together as more scale vents burst out from beneath his coat, as steam starts to pour out of it. "ILL TAKE CARE OF THOSE GUYS, I GOT SOMEONE BACKING ME UP" He grins under his helmet, as he rushes towards the front to take care of the people shooting at the officers near the ocean pier. Hopefully while he's screaming, he'll attract some attention and divert it to him. Hopefully Alt hears or sees him running in nearby to help him not die.
----- tl;dr: Brandon is running near the sea end to beat up some criminals, while also looking for Alt. Simple enough. he can't do much unless he gets up and personal.

Lucas was in a single word, terrified. It was one thing to be in the suit, to have a mask over his face and protecting his identity, that sort of freeing motion that allowed him to act however he wanted. Without it, it was hard to even think straight. But in such a packed crowd of other ne’er-do-wells, and villains of all theoretical shapes and sizes, the well-dressed businessman with fake-contacts ultimately didn’t seem to stand out too much, to his absolute relief. Oddly enough, it felt almost… familiar. It was strangely easy to put on a face as soon as he realized something important. To all of them, this was just business, and Lucas could certainly put on a business persona. It was all he could do, to simply watch and stare as the demonstration began. It was sick, how Mercury worked up the crowd, only to display the prize of the entire auction. The pièce de résistance, as it were. M.A.R.I.N.E. A biological superweapon that supposedly enhanced the quirk of whoever was subjected to it. Theoretically, a marvel of bioengineering, but at what cost? How many lives were suffered to the torment worse than that of Mr. Nakamura on stage? His body in both visible and audible pain. He stared transfixed from his spot in the crowd like a car crash one couldn’t look away from. Before they could explain what happened to non-quirkers when subjected to the drug, the man before them exploded in a burst of colorful goo all over. Lucas immediately grimaced, looking away at the sight. An innocent man, lost… If only he could have physically done something. But what was he to do? Leap up in front of the world’s largest conglomeration of villains at once to save one innocent man? Regardless, it wasn’t a sight he was ever going to forget, not in a long shot. Suddenly, lights flickered on across the entire area, engines painfully audible. “För i helvete...” As soon as the words police were shouted, however, Lucas suddenly snapped to attention. Was it time? Were the pro’s making their official move? The crowd immediately began to panic, pushing past everyone and trying to make their own ill-fated attempts at escape. Lucas quickly leaped into action, his eyes glowing extremely bright blue despite the colored-contacts he was wearing, pushing through the crowd and pushing people aside with nothing more than a single finger. His quirk aiding him in reaching his goal, one of the many shipping containers on the dock. Quickly pulling open the door with the aid of the quirk, he slammed it shut before anyone else could think to futilely hide inside. Perhaps any nearby villains would simply think he was a fool for hiding, and perhaps it was better that way. The fewer distractions he had now, the better. It was easy enough to bribe someone to smuggle in his suit, it was another to actually put it on in the middle of danger. He really needed a better way to do so. Strapping on his suit was easy enough, but it was time-consuming, time he’d rather not waste. Quickly tearing off the contact lenses and donning his helmet, Lucas quickly slammed the mask shut. Showtime. " OI, AL, ULT, ALT, WHATEVER YOUR NAME IS! WHERE YOU AT?" Guess that was his cue. Quickly bursting out of the container by yanking the doors open with his quirk, his eyes were shining an incredibly bright shade of blue as he dashed out. With a mental flick of the switch, activating the mechanisms within the torso of his suit to enhance his speed, he posed almost immediately, hands on his hips as he quickly tried to take a look around. Swat teams. He should have figured as much, considering the danger of the situation. Regardless, with a firm salute and a soft chuckle, he quickly took off towards his ally. Hopefully, the boys in blue had no qualms with their support on this one. At least, until the very end. Things might be different then. “I got your back Drag-On!” He yelled out, moving as fast as he can to catch up to him. After all, all that noise is hard to miss, let alone the steam. He wasn’t entirely confident that his quirk could deflect a bullet, but he was definitely about to find out with all the weapons flying about the area. Someone had to make sure this scum of society was put in their place and he planned on being at least one out of many to do so. As soon as he got within earshot, he’d quickly yell out to his teammate even as they ran. “Biological super-weapon! Nasty skit. Keep your guard up!” He didn’t precisely know where they were going, especially as it seemed his running wasn’t nearly quite as fast as Drag-On, but he was sure he’d catch on quickly. After all, it was only a matter of time before the fight began and he could toss some unprepared thugs out into the water where they'd be unable to cause anymore harm for the time being. TLDR: Watched the demonstration. Hide within a storage container to suit up inside his smuggled suit. Burst out to look at the scene and the swat, before chasing down his faster ally. Attempted to inform him of the M.A.R.I.N.E. in a rather basic wording. Quirk: E Rank Strength, Durability, Mobility. Abilities: F Rank Combat, Speed, Wealth.

Sergeant Krirgaya was still being pinned down by the heavy gun fire that was coming from the machine gun nest. “God damn it! How has he not run out of ammo?!” he yelled in frustration. He had no way out of his current position, If he got up and tried to run to the rest of his team he’d get gunned down, if he tried to get a shot off on the thug, he’d more than likely get gunned down as well. Out of the corner of his eye he saw two costumed figures run by near the edge of the dock. “That must be our backup.” he thought as pieces of the concrete barrier continued to be chipped away. “Hey Control. Do we have Comms set up with those two heroes?” He asked desperately. “Yes sergeant, I’ll patch you into them now.” The voice on his radio said. After a few seconds they confirmed that he was now connected to the two heroes’ earpieces. “Drag-On, Alt! We sure are glad to have you two here to support, even if you’re vigilantes. We’re honestly deep in the shit right now and would greatly appreciate it if you could take these assholes out!” He said as he reloaded his rifle. “Our targets are those two containers that are side by side one another. We don’t…..” The rest of the sergeant’s sentence was abruptly cut off by the sound of an ear splitting explosion that filled everyone’s comm pieces. Unbeknownst to the man, an unseen fairy had pulled the pin to one of his flashbang grenades on his vest. The resulting blast knocked his head violently against the concrete wall before he slumped to the ground, blood beginning to slowly stream from his mouth. “Shit Overlord we have another officer down.” The UN Captain said into his comm as he watched the scene play out in front of him. He didn’t know if the explosion had killed him or just knocked him out, but he knew for a fact that if he was still alive, he wouldn’t be for much longer if his fellow team members didn’t get to him quickly. “Sergeant Smith, do you have eyes on the tango with the mg?” he said to his partner. “No but I got a pretty good idea on where he is.” Smith said as he gadged the surroundings. “He’s just behind the corner of the container, aim five feet above the bottom and a foot to the left. The wind has died down enough to not play a factor, fire when ready Sir.” He said. The captain steadied his breath and made sure his heart was just barely beating as he squeezed the trigger. A deafening bang rang through the shipping yard as the .338 AP round flew at subsonic speeds through the metal container and towards the target. The captain knew he had hit his mark when the steady machine gun fire abruptly stopped. “Good effect on target.” Smith said as saw a pool of blood slowly flow around the corner. “Hey you two vigilantes, this is Captain Miller with the UN special task force. I took care of your MG problem but I don’t have any eyes on the other hostiles. That police Sergeant leading the group is in pretty bad shape. So focus on taking out or at the very least distracting the rest of the hostiles so they can get him out of there.” Miller finished saying. All he could do now is sit and continue to provide overwatch. One of the thugs was watching as a blinding white flash followed the sound of a small explosion. “What the hell was that?!” he shouted as he watched his comrade continue to fire at the concrete barrier. “Hey Igor! I think he’s down! Try moving up and we’ll follow right behind…” The thug said, the last part of his sentence being cut off by a loud bang and most of Igor’s head blowing apart. “Fuck sniper! Did anyone see where it came from?!” He yelled as he dove behind a container. “Hey Frogman! Any of your lil pets see where the fuck that shot came from?!” he yelled at Ed. He was panicking now, he had planned for maybe dealing with some cops and a hero or two, but not some asshole sniper that can shoot through metal shipping containers. He took a few breaths to steady himself and calm down. “Hey you two.” He said to both Ed and Primula. “I haven’t seen any heroes yet but we have to assume that they’re here since the cops decided to finally move.” He said as he peeked around the corner towards the cops. “I’m going to have a couple of my guys look to the right for that sniper. So unless you got any other plans that’s what I’m gonna have them go do.” He said as he signaled his people to move and spread out.
Suddenly the ship’s horn blared as it began to move. The two cranes that were hanging over by the ship were hit by the unloaded containers, causing them to twist and bend. The sound of steel bending and twisting filled the air as the two cranes came crashing down. Dust was kicked up as they slammed into the ground. One of the cranes’ arms smashed in the corner of one of the two containers causing several boxes to spill out of the container. After the dust settled several officers used the distraction to move up and take cover behind the crane arm. They were ready to move towards Kirigaya and get him out of there once it was less of a risk to do so.
(TL;DR) Titania was able to stealthily make it to Sergeant Kirigaya and pull a pin to one of his flashbangs on his vest. The resulting blast knocked him out and caused significant internal damage. Captain Miller was able to shoot Igor (Guy with Machine Gun) After the now moving Ship took off, it caused to cranes to collapse. One of which crashed into a container and spilling a few boxes of its contents out. Some of the cops have moved forward by the collapsed crane to try and get they’re sergeant out of there and to safety Sgt Kirigaya is in critical condition with serious internal injuries. The NPC criminals are waiting for instructions from the villains while they try and locate the sniper.

Ed could only hear the briefest of croaks, before the man handling gun in front was dead. Ed Lifted his frogs back towards himself in surprise... Guess it was a one for one. However, questions were immediately flying in his direction. Had his frogs seen it? "Of course they did, you imbecile! They aren't blind!" He lifted his head a bit, as the underside of his jaw bulged up briefly like a balloon. "KRRRR?" 'Did you see it?' The little ribbits of the frog over on top of the container were mildly panicked, but it was telling clear directions repeatedly. "Crrrane... The frog saw a flash from the crane..! They are high up! Over there somewhere!" He bit his lip as he pointed towards the direction where the frog was, and towards the big barrier... whatever snipers atop that thing were, it was gonna be very hard to get there... well, technically he could climb up and do something about it himself, but he would need to then trust these morons with the watch frogs...
"Very strong guns, if they are able to go through the containers like that!" That, and it meant that if he got shot... well, his head would probably not leave much more glorious image on the floor. "RIBBIT!" 'LOUDER!' It was about milliseconds with shooters around. But the problem was, they were pretty much the cornered ones, as long the snipers were around... The general came up to them, telling them what they were gonna do. "Siiigh... we cannot go grab it if we are cornered!" His eyes glanced towards the corpse, And his head nodded freakishly to the side in thought. A memory of the dog back in the park came to mind... the dog that bit one of his frogs to death...
"Do you have contact with them?" His underjaw nervously bulged up and down, with his hair flopping over one of his eyes. "If only we had a hostage of our own... We could get the snipers off our backs if that was the case... Just tell them... Don't shoot! Or these die! Could you... do that?! Tell them we know where the snipers are?" In case of the vagabonds, kidnappings were pretty common. Jean liked taking a look at funky quirked individuals. And Ed was the best for capturing said individuals alive. But he hadn't needed to do it in the middle of a war zone like this before! besides, the general could probably come up with way better way to handle it then him...
He looked at Primula in his princely form, as he gave a quick bow. [/font]"Sorry princess... but your mom will probably have to handle things here for a little while. The gun could probably be used again after the fear of getting your head blown off is over..." He was trying to be nice even if he was fearful... being called majesty was just too satisfying to ruin by being a jerk. "I myself... will go on a scouting run. Try to find those heroes. Don't worry... Like my frogs, I am easy to miss." He hoped to god he was! He was stealthy... and this disguise the girl had given him made him freakishly unrecognizeable... He should survive this... the frogs counted on him.
...But running blindly wasn't something he wanted. "Give them the warning first... then I'll go..." Lower the risk as much as possible. He gave one more word to his frogs... "BRRRR! KRRRR!" 'remember your orders! And remember me!' He placed two of the frogs down in front of primula. "If you have use for them... just don't hurt them... Nach, and cho are very, very new to this...! And listen to the ones on containers! they have good eyes!" He gulped... As the 4 other frogs on his back seemingly tried to lick the sweat drops. "Thanks for your trust..."
The frogs sat on his back, as Ed put one of the frogs in his mouth... it helped him keep an eye on things when he was concentrated on getting somewhere... Although, it was a risky position when he was this nervous. One more frog plopped out of his back, as he took off!
He was running quickly, and keeping very low profile. the slime on his hands and legs kept his steps very quiet, and the weird outfit given by Primula made him a very fever dreamish sight... maybe it would help them ignore him? He was rushing towards the northern twisted crane, to climb upon it, to place frog on it as a scout, and then himself just hide in the shadows of the twisted thing, waiting for anybody to pass by... Maybe he could try attacking if anybody was coming this way? Thankfully, the frog in his mouth prevented him from breathing too heavily...
Tldr:
- Ed tells everybody where the shot came from. - laments the fact that they don't have a hostage... Suggests faking one! - waits till warning is made and runs stealthily towards the northern twisted crane, to climb on it and place a scout, hiding for a moment. (E-rank stealth + maybe primulas stealth spell (I don't think they stack since same rank but...) + E-rank speed + D-rank climbing) - Leaves two frogs for primula to use as she wishes...
Frog counter:
- 1 frog watchman on each corner of the villain sides containers = 4 frogs - 2 frogs with primula. - 5 frogs with Ed = 11 frogs

Titania couldn't help but feel quite giddy as the flashbang went off during her escape, the chaos that it caused reminding making her snicker as she escaped back into the direction of the containers where the villains and her dear Primula were hiding. However, as she arrived there, shortly after Igor got killed by the sniper and the thugs were worriedly trying to figure out what to do about this newfound threat, the fairy arrived humming softly. "Seems someone went out with a bang over on this side also~"
Indeed, it was quite a bloody sight to say the least, fortunately not something that bothered her considering all the things she had experienced but... Hearing a sudden gasp from the nearby container Titania spotted the poor child looking at the corpse with widened eyes, disbelief and shock clearly visible in her expression. Who could blame her? She was neither a hardened criminal or a trained soldier, she was but a mere child, so the sight of a corpse was enough to make tears start flowing down her cheeks. "Of course, I forgot that you're a magnet for tragedy..." Titania whispered under her breath as she quickly hovered over to Primula's side, gently floating in front of her face as she whispered in a sweet voice. "It's alright Prim, I won't let the bad people hurt you... I'll protect you~" She whispered reassuringly, although she also was quite aware of the consequences being involved in this skirmish could have on the poor child's mind.
"For now Prim, I need you to leave things to me~ Have a pleasant dream, and once you wake up it will all be over and we'll have a nice present for Hachi-nee~"
And with those words whispered she allowed her power to overtake Primula's mind, just like on that day. Titania turned toward Ed, who seemingly had seen where the shot had come from, and had an idea of his own, however talks about a hostage did give her an idea. With her full control over Primula's mind, Titania allowed the girl's Quirk to stir into motion, covering Igor's body like a shell to make him look like an ordinary civilian, and then she started controlling the phantasm like a puppeteer.
"Be ready to deal with those snipers and a potential stirring among those uniformed fools once my trick goes through~"
Taking a deep breath Titania decided to peform an illusion by means of audial deception this time. "We know you're hiding there fools! Did you really think we came unprepared?! If even a single shot is related by you uniformed fools once more time we'll kill our hostages one by one!"
The voice of a hardened thug resounded through the air, masculine and clearly angry, but Titania wasn't done with her little performence yet. "We propose an exchange, the hostages for the contents of that container! Of course, you did kill one of our own so far, and a fair trade is a fair trade so..."
Soon a young woman clad in a simple business suit, an office worker stepped from amidst the containers, arms high in the air as if she surrendered, while at the same time she slowly and nervously stepped toward the side the police was on, at least till halfway when a loud 'bang' resounded through the air. A pained cry escaped the woman's lips as she collapsed onto her knees, an arm stretched toward the direction the police officers were at. "P-Please save... us..."
And then her body collapsed lifeless on the ground, blood continuing to pour onto the ground underneath her, remnants of Igor's actual injury. "It is up to you guys if more innocent people will die today or not!" The illusionary voice shouted, and with that done Titania hovered over to Primula's side who was absently looking in the air in front of her, clearly under some sort of trance while the two frogs remained next to her. "Nach and Cho hmm? Guess you will serve well as guards~" With a light woosh of her finger she turned the two frogs under an illusion to look like regular humans who were seated next to Primula. "Make sure not to move, if you see any heroes getting close to us from behind, feel free to make a sound~
----
Returned to the villain's side Used her influence on Primula to put her under a special mind control Meanwhile used an illusion and phantasm on Igor to fake a hostage execution, demanding the snipers to leave and an exchange of the container's goods for the hostages Meanwhile is having the frogs guard Primula.

Di-did they expect them to be here? How the hell did they managed to get into their comm system? Di-did someone snitch them out?! WAS THERE SOMEONE FROM THE INSIDE OF THAT INN THAT SPILLED THE BEANS AND SNITCHED ON THEM? WHO THE HELL DI- Focus Brandon. Right now, the very fact that they aren't going around to assassinate them or arrest them or hound them on the ground means that at the very least...at the very least they're on their side. For now. The moment they point their guns at him he is running away. Cargo be damned. He's not gonna be jailed for someone's dumb mistake.
He just winches a bit from this weird turn of events. He also winches from the loud interference caused by the explosion. His ears are somewhat ringing as he stops in his tracks, just in time as the cranes started to move and knock into the container. He stops to stare at the new merchandise in front of him, as some noises were made. Weird noises. Like...weird frog noises "I-is he alr-alright? Gahaaah...The hell...damn it...this isn't going well! Alt, keep your guard out, there's some weird noises coming around us!" Even an idiot such as Brandon won't rush towards frogs croaking. At least not while on the job. Maybe if this took place during a non chaotic moment.
Unfortunately, that means that even an idiot such as Brandon can fall for fake distress calls. Especially those created by an illusion. The loud voice that came out made a somewhat dark request: a body for a body. Killing someone for someone's death. If they don't give any cargo stuff then more and more people will fall. And with the bang emitting throughout the dock, they weren't messing around. Gripping his fist even harder, he grits his teeth. These basterds...how many more people are they gonna torture and kill off if they don't do anything? But they can't just give them the merch, otherwise they win! But if they don't, perhaps they will start shooting more officers, and then maybe start aiming at then. But if that happens then-GAAAAAAAAAAH THIS IS TOO COMPLICATED. He came here to destroy boxes and beat up people, not to participate in an ethical dilemma, and that's what he's gonna do. First thing's first: he has to think up something on what he's gonna do. Is he gonna get over that crane and beat up the people and then get to the hostage? Go around the crane out in the open and beat up people and then get to the hostage? Or is he gonna try to negotiate with the people?
"I'M GONNA GO THROUGH THAT CRANE AND KICK THEIR ASSES!" He aggressively states to Alt. "EITHER YOU COVER MY BACK OR YOU HANDLE THE NEGOTIATING!" And he rushes towards the crane, not knowing that Ed is on top. It's not like he's gonna climb up the long part, he's just gonna get over the treads and rush towards the people at the back.
tl;dr
Brandon is gonna ignore all frogs and rush up to the crane, attempt to get to the other side and start punching people.

His first question was immediately left without an answer. How in the world did they get hold of their communications? Was it so easily hacked that the police could do it in a matter of no time? Let alone whatever seemed to happen to the first individual who spoke, being followed by the sound of an explosion. It was all he could do to shake himself away from thinking about the pain he must be in. After Captain Miller spoke to them instead, Lucas shook his head a little bit. Giving them orders and relying on them when they were needed, but trying to arrest them any other time. Perhaps now was a bad time to worry about that. He'd yell about the hypocrisy at a later time. As Drag-On came to a stop, Lucas would slide over right beside them. Raising a hand and up to his helmet, pressing against where his ear was even though he didn't have to do so to activate his coms. "This is a secure channel. Or it was. If you can access it so easily, keep conversation to a minimum. The villains might also have done the same. We have no way of knowing, now."
Shortly after that, he heard the cry out for help, the hostage call. Lucas swore to himself. Just how many innocent people were supposedly here? This was an auction for villains, very shamelessly, anyone who was somehow still here had to have been either in disguise like him... or just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Still, he quickly shook his head as he tried to focus. More innocent deaths would happen if they let them get away with the items being auctioned off. He hadn't even seen all of it, but if there was anything even remotely close to the MARINE, then it was a bad deal all around no matter what decision they made. God, this hurt his head more than he even remotely used to.
His partner definitely seemed frustrated, shouting out that he was going to kick their asses and he could help or do the talking. There was definitely something to be said about beating the pie out of a couple thugs, but whoever was orchestrating the whole thing definitely could use a bit of distracting. At the very least, hopefully he could keep the eyes of the enemy long enough before Drag-On did his thing and eventually leap into combat himself if it came to it. "Don't worry. I got a plan."
Quickly running over towards the containers in the middle, Lucas's quirk enabled him to climb up onto it with incredible ease, flipping up onto the top. With an over dramatic pose, he yelled out loudly across the field. "Hellooooooo everyone! Villains, thugs, and general ne'er do wells, it is I! The Alter Ego Hero: Alt!" With a quick switch of his pose, he continued to speak. "It is my self-proclaimed duty to discuss the safe release of any and all innocent bystanders! Please, send a single individual to discuss the meeting in an orderly manner! I am willing to cooperate with you!"
Hopefully, their own self-proclaimed leader would head up to the middle to join him. Getting them away from the crowd would hopefully be dual purpose. They'd theoretically be the strongest combatant, leaving Drag-On to take on the multitude of thugs in the middle. Plus... maybe they'd forget about the sniper fire with his flashy posing moves and loud shouts of theoretical cooperation.
Summary: Lucas berates the cops for their usage of their coms, states that it might be compromised at any time now. Head hurting from the moral dilemma Leaps up on top of the crate in the middle, does some flashy poses and calls for a representative. Hopefully he's distracting enough to give Drag-On some room to breathe at the very least, or perhaps just draw whoever made the hostage call out.

The officers were extremely cautious as they moved forward slightly, with two of them going up to the partially destroyed barricade where there Sergeant lay unconscious and severely wounded. “I’ve got a pulse. It’s weak tho…” one of the officers said as they checked the sergeant's vitals. “Hang in there Sarge, we’re gonna get you outta here.” The officer said before returning fire back at the thugs. “Let’s get him out of here.” He said as he and another officer carefully lifted him up and carried back towards the barriers.
As they made their way to safety they heard over the comms that the villains had just executed a hostage and are demanding that they take their wounded and leave. “Fuck does anyone have eyes on the hostage?!” The officer now in command yelled out to his squad mates. “I think I see a dead body Karmanari! Where the hell did they hostages?!” A female officer called out as they held their fire. “I don’t know Nezu. But we can’t risk any civilians potentially getting killed. Hold fire until we get confirmation.” He. Said as he went back onto the radio. “All units, all units be advised we have a potential hostage situation please be cautious as we don’t want any innocent civilians being harmed.” He said as attend to the three wounded officers. “This situation is all kinds of fucked now.” He thought as he began to patch up his fellow officers.
Captain miller swore as he heard Karmanari tell him about the supposed hostage execution. “God damn it! Control this is Miller. We may have an issue. Apparently the hostiles just executed a hostage. Any chance of getting eyes on their position? We don’t have eyes on and neither do the local authorities.” He said as he continued to scan the area. He had some relief in seeing that they got the last wounded officer to a safer position. “Captain hold fire and wait for eyes to get on them. We’re redirecting a Hilo to your location.” Command responded.
“Hey Vigilantes. If you’re done bitching about the comms being used we have a potential hostage situation as well. So proceed with caution, I don’t know if their bullshitting us yet or not.” He said cool. He didn’t take too kindly to the tone one vigilante used with him. “If you can confirm that there are no hostages in play then by all means take those fuckers out. You're ...” the captain spoke before being interrupted by a frantic voice yelling through the comms. It was the voice of the chopper screaming that he was crashing. Miller stood up as he saw the smoking chopper spinning out of control towards them. “Shit we need to leave now Smith!” He yelled at his partner as he ran towards the spiraling staircase. Smith followed as the tail of the chopper smashed into the top of the crane. Smith and Miller were sent careening off the crane’s staircase as the chopper continued to spin out of control before crashing near the crates in the middle of the yard.
“Hey I think your plan worked Tinker Bell.” The head thug said to Titania. The cops seemed to have fallen for the ruse and stopped firing. “Let’s hope they decide to just fall back and leave.” He said as he moved over to where Primula was being guarded by the frogs. He turned to say something to the fairy when the wiring of a chopper filled the air. “Fuck do those bastards have air support coming in?!” He yelled as he and his comrades scanned the sky’s looking for it. “I see it! It looks like one of our guys somewhere else hit it!” A voice cried out. No sooner did they call out they witnessed it’s tail smash into the crane where they assumed the sniper was at. “Shit it looks like it took care of our sniper problem for us!” They called out gleefully. The chopper finally crashed in a head next to the crates that contained the goods they were supposed to be taking, smoke billowing from it. “Well now there’s that in the way of us doing our job. Two of you go and see if the pilot is alive! If they are maybe we can use them as an actual hostage!” He called out. Two thugs followed his command and began to move towards the crash.
(TL;DR)
The cops are complying with the criminals for now until they get confirmation that there are no hostages. Miller and Smith were trying to get eyes on the potential hostage situation when a helicopter crashed into the tower, they managed to avoid the tail of the chopper but were thrown off the stairs of the crane as they were fleeing. The thugs witnessed the crash and two of them are moving towards the crash site. The fate of the pilot is unclear at the moment.

Ed was all but concentrating on the journey of his own... running through the war zone was scary business. But, his ears were still sharp. He could hear the weird calls behind him. Hostages? Dios mio, they had found hostages! Ed grinned, with his teeth on his frogs back. That was his plan in use, whatever the hostage they had found was! Glorious! Desperate cries, gunshots! In this regard, he felt no regrets in getting away from there. This way, he didn't need to be there worrying what would happen to... Ed hesitated a bit in his steps. NO! Nach and Cho needed the experience! They needed to learn!
However, there was also a crashing sound behind him, which had him a bit befuddled... He turned to look behind himself, only to see a helicopter slamming against the distant crane! "GAHAHAhack...!" a swift breathe in and going mute again. Dangit. He got too excited about the sniper situation (atleast seemingly) getting taken care of without any sort of work. But, he did still have his own job.
The frog in his mouth went ribbit, as the other crane came into view... with that he climbed it up, and was placing frogs on it, when suddenly they started ribbiting! Like they had already noticed someone! He quickly took position to look at a weird duo... they didn't seem like cops... no, a cop would have been wearing an uniform... but out of these two, one was definitely wearing something flashier! A HERO!? ...that's bad. That's really bad! If a sniper could one shot a criminal, these guys probably weren't too different at close range! and thinking about it like that...
He grinned... Perfect chance to prove himself! If he could even take out one of these men, that would mean they'd have an advantage over the enemy! The people would praise him and his frogs for a quick take down, and for another hostage! And also... maybe he could bring him to the vagabonds... Show the guy to them like some sort of priced possession. Eds grin grew wider and wider...
When suddenly the guy shouted, making Ed flinch a bit... Ah, they were sending one of them to discuss about the kidnappings... Perfect. Splitting up would make this way easier for him. He proceeded to squat against the boxes, grabbing couple of the frogs into his free hands with the rest climbing onto his back, including the one that was in his mouth. With how loudly the guy was shouting, it was clear the guy was planning to charge... Ed took his own position. He waited... and then, as the guys form leapt over him, Eds legs pushed him upwards towards him, with his frogged hands in front. The guy was fast... But was he fast enough to dodge a frog leaping in reaction to him coming?
whatever the case was, he would most likely atleast disrupt him enough to not make it immediately to his co-workers. Ed would after his attack land, and try to hop away with a "Croak!", as the frogs on his back hopped and tried to surround the guy in front of him. "Oh, I know people like you... always ready for action... Ready to punch folks. But..." He licked his lips. "When surprised and weakened, you guys turn so desperate..." Man, Ed was surprisingly excited for combat now. If the snipers were taken care of, he didn't need to worry about it. He just needed to stay away from the politics in the middle... Oh yes he also needed to... "RIBBIT!" He bulged the little bag under his jaw. Hopefully the people back there remembered what the frogs meant...
Indeed, the frog at the northeast container on the map started croaking, that something was coming from his direction... but of course, nobody else spoke frog. The two guard frogs near primula were pretty much following orders... but when one of them heard the ribbit, he turned his head towards where the fight was happening and let out a slight "krrrrrr..." It was curious what was going on with its actual master... The frogs near Brandon meanwhile, would start advancing, even prepared to jump a bit if the the guy tried to dodge em that way... although they lacked Eds level of leg power to achieve it... Ed meanwhile went on all fours... he assumed the guy wouldn't stop here.
Summary:
- Ed hears a lot of things. Sees helicopter hit where the snipers supposedly were and feels a bit relieved. - Hears Brandon shouting! - Tries to intercept his charge by jumping at him with two of the frogs in front! if frogs hit, debuff hits. - Frogs hop off his back and try to surround him. - Informs the frogs back at the villain side about the vigilante. - ...one of the guard frogs hears it and looks towards it. - Up to you if Eds still in stealth for anybody. Brandon obviously sees him.

What a peculiar situation. For now the firefight had stopped, but clearly the fun was far from over! The first thing that happened was a fancy looking costumed fool-ahem vigilante landing on the crates that contained those juicy treasures she had heard of before. However, the way he was doing all those poses earned an inevitable giggle from Titania who couldn't help but be amused at the flashiness of the vigilante. He clearly was demanding negotiations, but for now, her attention was briefly drawn elsewhere, in particular to the sky where a distant helicopter was approaching the battlefield. At least for a while, for a projectile of sorts came crashing in the helicopter, sending it spiraling down onto the tower the snipers had been in! "One problem less to deal with~" Titania chimed softly, clearly entertained by this chaos. However, when one of the thugs addressed her, she turned toward the stranger, blinking in bewilderment. "Tinkerbell? What is that?" She hummed in bemusement.
Still, for now she was going to entertain herself with the vigilante who was trying to negotiate with the hostages. Her plan was quite simple really, considering the man's position she had an excellent opportunity to peek inside the container! Casting an illusion to turn Primula invisible, she motioned for the two transformed frogs to follow her, preparing for quite a show. The first thing she did was change her own appearance, an illusion cast upon herself to make her look more like one of the hardened thugs, and while she and the hostage frogs approached the container, Primula quietly walked behind the transformed fairy.
It didn't take long for the transformed fairy and her two hostages to appear before the crate, although to make herself look more threateningly she did have an illusion of one of those firearms in her hands. "I'm listening, but make it quick human, before I lose my temper." The transformed fairy stated coldly while allowing the stealthy Primula to try to sneak into the container.
After all, that was the place that contained all those fancy treasures! all they needed was to snatch one of them and they could leave to go to Hachi's home again! However, there was just one thing that Titania had underestimated, and that was the childish curiosity of the girl. Having found several vials containing a peculiar substance she had never seen before, Primula could feel her consciousness return back to normal, peeking for a label, and muttering softly. "I wonder if this is like Miss Hachi's honey... only one way to find out I guess..."
Removing the lid of the vial Primula took a little sniff from the vial and then hummed weakly. "Bottoms up I guess~" Bringing the vial to her lips she took a long jug from it, having drowned half of the bottle before she exclaimed loud enough for everyone near the container to hear her.
"YUCK! THIS TASTES NASTY!"
Did she... really just drink a vial of Marine? Already Titania could feel the urge to facepalm.
---------- Titania and her transformed frogs went to negotiate with the Vigilante on top of the container While Titania draws his attention, a stealthy Primula sneaks into the container while hidden by the illusion Is a naive little girl and drunk half a vial of marine...

AIght alright. Seems like a reasonable thing to do, if a bit corny in the long run. This guy seems to enjoy talking a lot. Maybe he likes hearing the sound of his voice? Perhaps. But its a smart move: focus all the attention towards the loud sound so he can sneak by and go beat up some assholes with his fists, then have him join up and together they can go save the hostages. Makes a lot of sense. They can handle the flashy looking guy while the hooded helmet yelling figure (yes he is paranoid about his identity, shut up they have access to their comms, he has a reason to be paranoid) runs by screaming and punching. That's the way it should be.
But fuck all that nonsense, the hell is that? It appears to be spiraling down from the sky, like its out of control or something. In fact...it is getting out of control. The hell?! Is that a helicopter? Wh-what?! What the hell? He stops as he stares at it. "The hell…" he mutters as it crashes on the other side, causing a lot of commotion from both sides. This was not planned, wasn't it? If so, how sick of them to use their own property as an explosion. Christ. All of this...why? It doesn't make sense at all, who the hell is that guy rushing towards him holding frogs.
He moves out of the way with a small burst of steam propelling him to the side. "The hell!? Who are you?!" Brandon yelled out while growing scales as he looks at Ed, who is...uuuh. Hmm. Alright that's a weird pose. All on 4 limbs. Aight. Whatever rocks your boat. "Anyway, who are you to judge? Of course people get desperate, if they're too weak during a life or death fight, they're gonna die! What are you, dumbass?" Says the dumbass, taking a somewhat literal stance on Ed's mockery. He readies a pose as he readies up more jagged scales over his body, with far more steam emitting out of him. In fact, it's about time to hit up the temperature. Can these frogs handle heat? Probably. Can this guy? Maybe. Can they see through it? Who knows...might be a good trick to use.
He'll use the steam to his advantage, regardless. He doesn't have a lot of strength, but he has a lot of fortitude, and like hell will he let some weird frog guy win this. He rushes in after emitting the steam, ready to deliver a punch.
Some noise is heard. Some woman's voice. Eh, he'll handle that to Alt. Can't go too wrong.
--- Brandon gets ready to throw down with Ed. Uses D-rank hot steam to mask his presence and burn frogs and Ed if possible, rushes in to punch him with scale covered hand.

Lucas couldn't help but sigh and shake his head. He was bitching about the coms? Did they even realize that they were breaking their own laws by officially working with them? He'd worry about it later, but for now his only concern was making sure that more innocent people didn't get hurt in this encounter. He winced as the helicopter began to crash, slamming into the crane. There went their sniper support, as well as possibly any aerial support. Not good. It was admittedly hard to resist just immediately leaping towards the crash and attempting to search for survivors. Everyone here knew what they were getting into, from the police, to the villains themselves when they decided to attend this auction. Anyone with half a brain cell would have realized such a major event would draw the eye of the law. Which... made it odd that they had innocent hostages. He still didn't quite understand that. He was in the crowd, it was full of villainous figures from front to back. Unless they just started murdering their own kind, which wasn't entirely out of the realm of possibility for murderous scum, he didn't rule it out either.
However, before he could continue to entertain the ideas running through in his head any further, a few individuals arrived where he was standing. As he outright walked down the crate and onto the flat ground to greet them, immediately his suspicions were raised yet again. If this truly was a hostage situation, then the hostage taker clearly didn't understand how this worked. Bringing the two hostages to meet the person fighting for their release was incredibly daring. Revealing not only their positions, but leaving them open for assault. If their sniper team was still in the works, they could have been shot immediately and the hostages freed... It definitely didn't add up, and he was going to get to the bottom of this. Let alone that very... teasing piece of information. Human? As if they weren't human? Or at the very least, didn't consider themselves human? Even more interesting.
His eyes practically glowed blue the entire time he spoke, keeping his psychic field up just in case any funny business happened. "Greetings! I am The Alter Ego Hero: Alt! I am the self designated hostage encounter specialist." He posed once more, definitely testing the burly thugs tempter before him, trying to in fact. That gun didn't scare him at all, not nearly as much as all the unanswered questions did, and Lucas would be damned before he gave up trying to solve the mystery. He could stand a straight on encounter, but this was making his head hurt.
"As you can see, I am unarmed, but I assure you, your weapon holds no threat over me." He waves his hand towards the firearm in Titania's hands. "However, you are more than welcome to discuss your terms of release. But I must admit, the good ol' boys in blue aren't here with me, if you catch my drift. But they are indeed waiting on my instructions to-" Suddenly, as if it was cutting through the metaphorical fog, a voice shouted out something not only incredibly confusing, but peculiar as well.
"YUCK! THIS TASTES NASTY!"
Nobody else from the S.W.A.T. had joined him this far ahead, nor would he imagine they'd be tasting anything and giving away their position if they were. That only left one available option in his mind. The hostages were a diversion. Enraged at being tricked and fooled by the premise of protecting people, Lucas acted. Without a single word, Lucas suddenly kicked forwards, propelling himself as fast as he could to practically slam into the figure of the burly thug before him. His quirk still active from when he kept his shield up, Lucas would attempt to grab his hands onto the waist of the man. With a quick heel turn and flick of his entire upper body, Lucas would use his quirk to fuel his movements to turn and attempt to toss the supposedly heavy man straight towards the the shipping crate itself.
Assuming he was able to do so, being no stranger to close combat he'd immediately attempt to close the distance again, only moving to try and place his hand somewhere on the individual at all, anywhere he could. As soon as his hand would hopefully even touch them, he'd activate his quirk with intense force attempting to suddenly crush down on the individual and force them down. A telekinetic force would begin to press down around them from all angles, threatening to cause lasting harm. "You are being placed under citizen's arrest! Any attempts at resistance will be met with retaliation. Now, tell me, who was that?" He wasn't even looking at the hostages anymore, too focused on trying to get the information out with his quirk, his psychic field entirely covering his body.
Summary: Thinking, and has to struggle not to immediately search for survivors from the crash. Very suspicious of the hostage situation, it simply didn't make sense to bring them up front into the line of fire, where they could be rescued. As well as the fact he was called "human." Began to speak, only to be interrupted by Primula shouting invisibly. Knowing it almost definitely wasn't the S.W.A.T. tasting something on the field so close to him, and angered by being fooled, he immediately reacts by attempting to grab Titania in their disguised form, and toss them at the wall of the cargo container. Attempts to place them under citizens arrest, using his quirk to crush down onto them, demanding information.
