 | Sonya Chernova aka Ishtar The White Queen of Villains is the current number one villain listed on Japans Most Wanted list. She is wanted for insurrection, crimes against humanity, murder, extortion, kidnapping, conspiracy, use of quirk in wanton violence, arms dealing, and other offenses. Ishtar believes that the only way to keep the world turning is to maintain a powerful villain society opposite of Hero Society, otherwise human nature will lead to its own destruction. |
| Plot Opportunities UA Students UA Students can have run ins with the villain as either friend or foe. She is more than happy to provide them with advice, learning opportunities, and even internships. She sponsors and provides support for students as well. She can provide genuine insight, advice, and a shoulder to lean on. She can also serve as an antagonist as Ishtar, a source of genuine and ruthless danger. Kidnapping plots are currently locked. Pro Heroes Sonya actively seeks out Pro Heroes to patronize, offering them funding, equipment, and perks as long as they act as walking billboards for her business. When not sponsoring Pro Heroes she can also end up tense situations with them involving dialogue and some danger. Vigilantes Ishtar happily provides vigilantes with weapons and gear if only because she makes money off of it. Otherwise, she dislikes most vigilantes and eagerly tries to force them to decide between Society and Chaos. Villains Villains who know Ishtar can actually approach her for help. She has been known to actively seek out fellow villains who have a problem if she has a known solution. Ishtar, however, has no patience for fools or betrayals and is more than capable of viciously hurting those who cross her. | |
