Of all the places that Jack thought he would go, Mt. Fuji definitely wasn't one of them.
The dragon boy sat comfortably on the bus, snoozing peacefully as he awaited to arrive at the famous destination. He wore his basic hiking attire, consisting of a red, sleeveless shirt, black cargo shorts, and his usual bracers, necklace, gloves, and shoes. He made small little squeaks and snores as he slept, but nothing overly loud and obnoxious as to not annoy everyone. He'd honestly been training a lot recently, though in a much healthier manner than before. Without the chat constantly distracting him with socializing online, he'd quickly come up with a training schedule that didn't over-exert his body, but still managed to push it to the absolute limit. As a result, he'd gotten much better sleeping habits, and honestly didn't hesitate to take a well deserved nap if needed for whatever reason.
His life honestly quickly started to improve after he had left it. Without it, he'd quickly began doing everything he had sought out to do, including extra studying to make sure he was months ahead in terms of homework, which meant that aside from classes, he had plenty of time to do whatever he needed. It did, however, start to show on his body, both in a positive and 'negative' sense. While he body was toned and muscular, scales could be seen here and there on his arms and his legs. He tried to remove these scales, but it became quickly apparent that the more he trained and progressed, the more his body began to change permanently. It started with the giant wings on his back; who knows what the next, and hopefully final, stage of his mutation would amount to.
Nonetheless, he quickly jumped at the opportunity to go to Mt. Fuji. It was a good chance to test himself and his limits more, and to socialize more with his classmates in real life rather than texting. He'd been putting his best foot forwards when it came to improving himself, and he was highly excited to see what would come out of this trip. Maybe he was getting close to catching up to his sister...
It did help his comfort to feel a slight weight on his tail, for whatever reason. When he had initially felt it, his face had flushed into a deep red and he admittedly squeaked a fair amount, though not enough to wake the apparent person on his tail. Said person, of course, was the newest member of 1-A, Toki. The goblin girl was rather quick to get comfortable around everyone, and apparently she was comfortable enough to do something that Jack wasn't usually fond of, that being grabbing his tail while it was unprotected. However, she didn't neccessarily squeeze too hard on it or anything, so Jack decided not to bother her, as it did feel nice for a change.
As he slept, he had sweeter dreams of achieving his dreams of becoming the best hero, and being the image of himself that he wanted to be. Being at the top of his game...that was something that was required of someone with the title of Dragon King. Even if he didn't really get why he was given the title. He giggled a bit, having dreamt up a pretty lady giving him snuggles and pets as a smaller dragon. The dream world was a lot nicer than the real world, frankly.
