Kobayashi Clan
▼
♞
The Kobayashi clan is a very old, rich Japanese family who believe they are descended from feudal lords, meaning they feel they own Japan. In a twist of evil, though, the Kobayashi basically run the underground. Drugs and human trafficking, illegal Quirk experimentation; they do it all.The previous Kobayashi lord, Thundershock's father, ruled the clan from the shadows, never letting their presence known to the world beyond being 'another rich family'. It was through him that they first established control over various large corporations and businesses in Japan.
The current lord of the clan is the widely known villain Thundershock. He is the second son of the previous lord, and claimed his title by killing his older brother in battle. This was when the clan started to take a more villanous turn, dealing in drugs and human trafficking, anything that satisfied their new Lords lust.
While Thundershock did not lead the clan at all like his father did, the family still remains loyal to him. Thundershocks ideals of having a world made up solely of quirkers is a goal that most of the clan can support, and as such they have supported their leader.

Leader: Thunder Shock The Fraternity
▼
♞
The Fraternity of Japanese Villains, otherwise known in the underworld as "The Fraternity" is a loose knit group of active Villains in the Japanese underworld that share a core anti-hero ideology. The organization functions much like any ordinary brotherhood-society-fraternity in that the members are not obligated by the organization to one another, nor is there a formal leader of the organization. Members of the organization wear a black lotus pin or emblem to subtly symbolize their unity, though the organization operates largely in the shadows.

Members of the Fraternity actively work against hero society in one way or another. Their personal goals may or may not be wholly selfish or self-serving but they invariably act in opposition to the current order of organized and legitimized Quirker Heroes. The Code is considered to largely be a 'set of guidelines' and while not all villains adhere to it to the letter, they find that following most of the principles of the code provides long term benefits.
- Only a member of the Fraternity may give another individual a Black Lotus Pin.
- The Fraternity only gathers for social events, it never organizes exclusively to plan crimes.
- Members of the Fraternity support one another within reason.
- Members of the Fraternity actively seek out new Villains and support younger, inexperienced villains before inviting them into the Fraternity.
- Members of the Fraternity do not expose other members of the Fraternity except to other Members.
- Members of the Fraternity may use the black lotus emblem to parlay when missions overlap.
The support network of the Fraternity is believed to be spread throughout Japan and members use the network to avoid legal trouble, find new equipment, hire out henchmen and minions, and gain perspective that they otherwise would not have acting alone. It is believed that members of some of the larger villainous organizations are also members of the Fraternity and use the network for the benefit of their own organizations.

The Garden of Whispers is something you hear about more often in the streets, who would have thought that you couldn't keep your secret behind the flowers anymore. The most people know about it is the leaders name; the Garden started with a Daffodil, and seemed to grow into something much more. Most folk know that single flower; but could there be more lurking in the tall grass? Now that the garden has started to grow, you must be careful what you say or you'll find those secrets of yours traded like currency. This shadowy group plays in favors and information; just be careful how deep you want to go into the Garden of Whispers.

There is a bar in the back alleys of Tokyo that have an upstairs room, the fragile-looking stairs seem to not be used but it is, the room upstairs is made soundproof and here you can find Daffodil on specific moments or meet her or her fellow allies to learn or buy information. However, most important at the outside of the bar is a mailbox, or well you can only put something in, but you cannot get something out. This is for requests, it is hidden at the side of the bar and the mail or requests would be only able to be accessed on the inside. Daffodil has the key.
