Progression<Shadow Monster Man>
Upgrading From: Type: Thematic Transformation
Rank: E
Description: "Shadow Monster Man" is a particularly "spooky" quirk that, upon activation, turns the user into a literal shadow monster man, more literally a jet black ghost that is surrounded by a flowing cape of shadows from the neck down below even his feet, which he can control at will, as well as being able to dissapear into the darkness itself for a set amount of time.
Effects:
-In his Shadow Monster Man form, the user is enveloped by a flowing cape of shadows from the neck down. His cape is:
As durable as solid stone.
Strong enough to crush solid stone.
As long as Kouta's normal melee range.
-At will, as long as the lightning is, at the very least, dim, the user can become completely invisible for a maximum of 4 turns, having 3 turn cooldown between reactivation.
Drawback and Weaknesses:
-Staying in the SMM form itself may not drain energy, though moving the cape as well as going invisible drains energy, draining more energy proportionally to the effort put into moving the cape/staying invisible. (The more effort, the more draining it gets).
-The cape is part of the user. Damaging the cape feels as bad as it feels to damage the user's very own skin.
-Though natural sunlight doesn't affect the user aversely, attacks that create light (Fire, Explosions, etc.) cause heightened damage to the user, with enough light being able to knock him out of his Shadow Monster Man form, as well as being able to cancel his invisibility and forcing him into a harsh 5 turn cooldown before shadows can gather again for his quirk to be used.
-While invisible, the user is not at all intangible, able to be hit by attacks just like any other.
-Staying in the transformation for too long is mentally taxing, taking the user progressively into the dark depths of human misery, turning him into a more depressed, violent and scornful person. This effect is reversed after a good rest.

The duration and cooldown of the invisibility wouldn't change since it is tied to the quirk. Transformations have a 4 post duration and a 3 turn cooldown, so please fix that and resubmit.

Changes: Spent 400 EXP to upgrade quirk from E to D, with the added benefit of speed to adhere to the new "3 benefits" rule

A few changes to be made here! - You haven't filled out the quirk type and rank in the template, so please put that in!
- Please organize your benefits section such that it lists the benefits one by one, and not more stuff that should be in effects! I.e., just list the Strength, Durability and Speed.
- Your Quirk currently has 4 benefits. Strength, Durability, Speed and Invisibility. You'll need to trim one down.
- Transformation Quirks no longer need timers.
- Both abilities should be listed under combat abilities, not life skills
Message me if there are any questions, and resubmit once the changes are made.

Benefits- Flowing Shadows - Speed"As fast as the very shadows", the user gains a tremendous speed boost compared to his human self, going from the average human to one who can quickly speed up to max speeds of 60 km/h. Dark Destruction - Strength-The prehensile cape that the quirk creates is much stronger than what one would otherwise expect, able to strike and damage, even destroy anything up to soft metals like bronze. Impenetrable Shadows - Durability-While it usually flows and flutters against something as light as even a breeze, unless controlled to stay still, it still has the durability of bronze, able to protect him from a wide range of attacks. Kouta is but a beginner however and, though he picked up the basics quite quickly, he is still new to the martial art, not even having incorporated the full capabilities of his quirk into it.

Your benefits section needs to be a very clear set of benefits FIRST, if you wanna give them flashy names that's fine, but they need to be like

Wyvern's Lullaby (Martial Arts) Rank: E Effect: After learning Dragon's Step, Kouta was quick to realize that, though the martial art's demanding nature of the human body and quirk was compatible to his physically enhancing quirk, there were fundamental differences, both in quirk and preferred approach to a fight that required him to branch out into his own style. Focusing on a style that is much less flashy and erratic, the user still retains the focused, powerful brutality of his old style, using it to end fights as quickly as possible. As well, thanks to the fact that he has not only improved as a fighter, but also personalized Dragon's Step for himself, he can now go toe-to-toe with a professional martial artist in raw skill.
