APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance:
Sapphira stands slightly taller than the average female and possesses a slender yet curvaceous body. She seems to take on more of her British traits rather than her Grecian ones, as her skin is pale and flawless and her head is filled with thick ruby locks; however, she does don a striking Greek nose, which Sapphira tends to be rather self-conscious about. Aside from that, the features she possesses most would deem to be quite beautiful. Her cheeks are tinged with a healthy shade of rose, and her shamrock eyes glimmer in the sunlight like a precious gem.
As far as fashion goes, Sapphira tends to opt for comfort rather than style. She is commonly seen sporting some combination of a hoodie or t-shirt and jeans or pants. Her long hair is typically tied up in a single ponytail and occasionally a braid or bun. She is hardly ever seen wearing it completely down, though one may catch her doing so at a formal event.

Personality:
All her life, Sapphira had been labeled as an introvert. She never wanted to go out to parties and was far more content with staying at home. It sometimes garnered her a reputation of being aloof or smug, that she was 'too good' for other people, but in reality she just preferred alone time. In her solitude, Sapphira could often be found tinkering with objects just to figure out how they worked. Soon, she began to apply what she learned from other items to her own inventions. In a journal she keeps close with her, all sorts of contraptions can be found which beautifully demonstrates her flourishing creativity and intelligence. Despite how impressive these seem to be, Sapphira is rather secretive about her work and quickly becomes flustered whenever someone inquires about them. It's not that she is afraid of her ideas being spread, but she fears being judged. That fear is what continuously holds her back from furthering her scholarly pursuits. Even though she desperately wants for her dreams to be realized one day, the fear of ridicule shies her away into the shadows.
Although Sapphira is cautious of her innovations seeing the light, she would like them to in order to better the world. Her goal from day one of brainstorming was to solve problems, especially if it related to humans and biochemistry in one way or another. Her moral compass puts her on a path to help others, but not in the ways someone with a quirk would be expected to help. She does not want to fight crime as a hero or vigilante, but she wishes to better the world through her mind.

HISTORY
Sapphira was the only child of a British professor and a Greek chemist. They had only lived in England briefly before Sapphira's mother landed a job in Japan. The small family moved to Tokyo and acquired a small apartment close to the school her mother taught at. It was a downgrade from the home they had in England, but Sapphira grew up not even aware of the difference. The only thing that stood out as unique was the development of her quirk. When Sapphira was six-years-old, her quirk manifested. In a stubborn fit, she thrust forward her hand and caused a dent in one of her metallic toys. Her parents were surprised, but fascinated. They immediately began discussing the possibility of their daughter attending U.A. in Musutafu. It was only natural, considering she possessed an exceptional ability, but it was not what Sapphira ended up wanting to do.
From a young age, Sapphira was intrigued by how things worked. She would endlessly inspect items from the inside out until she gained a solid understanding of its working. This fascination led her to developing trinkets of her own. Simple ideas became more complex, and before her parents knew it, Sapphira became a child prodigy of sorts. Her quirk enabled her to experiment a tiny bit with elements which only furthered the amount of content she was able to learn. As a matter of fact, that very quirk gave Sapphira an early introduction to chemistry-- a field that she rapidly fell in love with. She began to imbue her knowledge of biology and chemistry with principles of engineering, and it became apparent that biochemical engineering was her true calling. She began to come up with even grander innovations and kept them in a journal. She had found her passion, but her parents still wanted her to attend U.A. It is still undecided whether she will go or not, but often times Sapphira ended up succumbing to her parents' wishes.
