<Crowd Control> Upgrading From: Type: Mutation Rank: E Description: Siegfried's quirk, Crowd Control, is the ability of forming and creating non-lethal, law enforcement sanctioned equipment through cylinder protrusions on the forearms and forelegs. The equipment he may create is limited to being no larger than the source of mental inspiration Siegfried takes, and can not be made to have extra benefits that the law enforcement equipment would not normally have. (Example: Spikes on a ballistic shield or homing trackers) The equipment created are typically connected to the cylinders, and thus aren't able to be separated from Siegfried. However, certain smaller equipment and creations can be separated or fired out from the cylinders like a cannon, such as gas grenades or smaller contraptions like entry tools. The Quirk requires the use of cellular components to recreate the objects Siegfried wishes to create, and as such can only be used repeatedly for a period of time before he must either recuperate the lost energy or begin to deteriorate his well being in straining himself to do so. Like-wise, once the equipment is created , they don't require energy to maintain. The Cylinders are the hardest part of his body, and are difficult to break without effort. (Stone like hardness) Effects: 1. Crowd Control - Ballistic Shield: Siegfried's first ever learned creation. A protective shield that Siegfried may deploy by having his cylinder open up and unfold for protection. It has the the size and weight of a standard issue ballistic shield, which is approximately half his height. (Waist up) Siegfried is capable of doubling down on the energy in forming the shield to double it's size, or a full body shield, though it is much more unwieldy and heavy, making movement problematic. The shield has a window for visibility, shielded by the same protective substance that appears to look like bulletproof glass. The shield's durability is a strong as Siegfried's connection with his quirk, which is stone. (Protective Shield / Durability: Rank E) 2. Crowd Control - Tear Gas: Siegfried's second learned creation. A mixture of the necessary ingredients to create tear gas lingers within the quirk cylinders upon Siegfried's body, and he may inject them into grenades which he may then either pull out and throw or fire out directly from the cylinders. The tear gas grenades are the same weight and size of a typical grenade, though the durability is more comparable to a lesser material, such as glass. Upon contact with a hard surface, the grenade with burst open, creating a fog of choking gas that lingers within the air in a dome that stretches about the size of a backyard pool in that area. The gas will last in that area for 2-3 turns before fading and will induce discomfort in the eyes and when breathed, though minor enough to speak and breath. (Blindness Gas / Blind: Rank E) Upgrading to: Type: Mutation Rank: C Effect: 1. Crowd Control - Ballistic Shield: Siegfried's first ever learned creation. The gas will last in that area for 2-3 turns before fading and will induce serious discomfort in the eyes and when breathed, though minor enough to speak and breath. (Blindness Gas / Blind: Rank C) Drawback: Because the quirk is attached to the users mental recreations of law enforcement equipment, any strenuous toll on the users mental state or severe impact on focus will force the cylinders to seal up or retract back to their base form. Siegfried will be unable to use his quirk again until Siegfried regains focus or composure. The items created are typically connected to the cylinders, and by proxy, like any other bodily extension, are part of him. If they are damaged or broken in any way, it would be the equivalent of a broken bone or injured body part, depending on the severity. Much like the four cylinders that are attached to his forearms and forelegs, each cylinder is approximately the amount of cellular components and energy that Siegfried may consume for equipment before he has to start damaging or straining himself past his limits. Thus, four creations total, as no specific creation requires more or less effort to make. If, at any point, his concentration is lost and the quirk weapon or creation is retracted, Siegfried has to spend another sum of energy to reform the same thing. He does not get any kind of discount or refunding of the energy spent simply because it was ended early. Anything that would highly damage or block passage to the cylinder protrusions would cease further production until Siegfried can fix the issue or seek medical attention. Larger amounts of rest and high amounts of food consumption are usually required after using Crowd Control, as he must recuperate the lost nutrients needed for the cells used to create the equipment. |

A rather simple looking baton, much like the inspiration it is taken from juts out from the cylinder almost like a nightstick. Using hyper accelerated and charges the electrons or protons within that cylinder, simulating a copper conductor for the baton. However, because Siegfried doesn't have proper control over actual electricity and it is more a substituted effect, it is of a much lower dosage, creating a more numbing charge that he can keep conducting for as long as the baton remains deployed. Strikes made with the stun baton dull the muscles of it's target, exhausting the target with hits designed for draining the stamina of opponents for subduing over specifically harming. (Stun Baton / Exhaustion: Rank F) Upgrading to: Type: Combat Ability Rank: E Effect: Siegfried's third most creation that he discovered in training.
