Gym was filled with a lot of stands from various schools, varying sizes and displays. Momoko's stand was sized for normal human beings, though it was still slightly smaller than the others. To this end she had been thankful that she had managed to get some help in getting it set up, as a such a task would have been... time-consuming to say the least if it was up to only Momoko. She had her hands full in making sure that her display setup actually functioned; as her display was as barebones as it was, making sure that it all worked was the only thing she could put some effort into.
Momoko's table had small easels that held up small (around 20x20 cm) squares of fabric on display. Almost all were connected to a cloth-covered wire from the back, all of which lead to behind the table into a control panel of sorts that was held up upon two chairs that had been set next to each other. Below each easel was a label that gave an indication as to what its purpose was, both in Japanese and in English. The stand itself had a small banner attached from the front of the table that stated the theme:
Momochi: The Fabric of 100,000 Things
One was simply displaying the UA logo, albeit with a remarkable definition, with a label that said "Color display! Observe me!". Another was plain red with a label that said "Heat display! Feel me!", and one could feel it emanating comfortable heat even before their (presumably, and hopefully) hand would feel its surface. A third one was light brown and had a couple of extra strings keeping it on its easel tighter due to the fact that it was in a state of constant (albeit low-frequency) vibration, with a label that said "Vibration display! Touch me!". The fourth and final easel held a square that was plain gray and unremarkable, and was an exception to the other ones in that it wasn't connected with a cloth-covered wire to the control panel, but rather to one of the table's legs. It had no obvious characteristic like the other ones, and its label simply stated "Contact display! Ask for permission!".
These four easels were divided evenly to the far sides of the table, with the middle section reserved for a far bigger piece (50x50 cm) of fabric. Much like the fourth one, it was plain gray and displayed no obvious characteristic, but upon closer inspection was connected with proportionally far more cloth-covered wires than the other ones. It was also the one that Momoko was currently sitting on in its dead center, swaying faintly from side to side as she smiled and tried to parse out some of the more curious folk from the crowd. There was a label in front of it that said "Give me a request!"
Her sway and smile had a hint of nervousness to them, and not without a reason. What she had managed to scrap together was presentable in a sense, but the problem was that it wasn't flashy. Something like a grappling hook or some kind of supersuit would be something much more presentable. Or a... well, maybe not that one, not yet. That one would take more time, more materials, and possibly need some collaboration from others.
Regardless, the point was that what she was showcasing wasn't a finalized product of any kind. It was hard to make people interested in just pieces of cloth, as evidenced by the low amount of people who had shown up to take a closer look. "Maybe I should have added more zeroes after all... hmm?" The small girl stopped swaying as she recognized yet another possible visitor. Her smile switched gears one notch higher.
"Feel free to have a closer look!"
