"I've decided, that I won't be coming to the festival." "Okay! I guess... I won't ask for any reservations..." "Whatcha say?" "I-I get it!" "As you dang well should. I just can't go around alone anymore, and since it's a SPORTS festival, I think we both know, you don't have any time to roll this grandpa around shopping!" "Yeah! It makes total sense!" "Besides, I would propably fall asleep looking at all the other kids trying to do their dang special magic tricks on stage." "Well, most of their powers are much more uh..." "Besides, this is YOUR chance to show off a little! Show them that YOU are the bees knees! I think you are big enough to do that alone. Don't need no babysitting mom or dad in the audience shouting your praises, if you catch my drift." "It's just you know, kind of lonely sometimes with nobody but my pals cheering me on." "Come on boy! It's gonna be on TV, directly even! I am gonna be sitting here and watching your matches. If you need that sort of encouraging, I'll just call you before they start! Or you call me, I might have fallen asleep watching the others." "I'll keep that in mind..."
Doohan reached his hand on Kirks shoulder, and patted it as strongly as an old man like him could muster. "Come on boy! This is a sports festival! Feel free to smile a little bit!" Kirk answered with this wide toothy smile, that almost looked a bit unnatural. "OF COURSE SIR!" "HAH! That's the spirit lad!"
Of course Kirk was excited about the sports festival. Just the idea of it seemed very much up his alley: Multiple schools coming together to have fun in a sporty manner! With own rules and everything! Of course, it was a hero school and the rules were gonna be plenty different from classic football and soccer for example, but immense workout and immense fun with friends was guaranteed! However, Kirk had this weird feeling in his gut, that he couldn't really do it at full earnest. His grandpa had told him, how he hated living here, and the only reason he still stuck around was, because Kirk was studying. So much so that he had told him, that whenever he felt like he didn't belong there, he would need to tell him in posthaste, just so he could leave...
And that's where sports festival came to play... This was a way for him to see exactly how well Kirk was doing. An image of how good he was... If there was even moment of slacking or a big failure of massive proportions, it would be a trip home for him. And naturally, Kirk didn't want that. He had to show what he could do, and make sure, that his grandpa had the best view of it possible. And that would make sure he would stick around, and Kirk wouldn't need to worry about it anymore!
However, for now, he was experiencing very distracting difficulties of a completely different variety! Before the actual big workout events, there were all sorts of booths for people to visit, be they from the clubs themselves, or just shops from the city trying to commercialize! And even Kirk knew the importance of commercializing! Especially for the sports club! They needed to make sure they always had enough people for big matches with other schools after all. And any people that were interested were a godsend. Heck, in their last soccer match, they needed to get people outside of the club in it, just so they would meet the quota! He didn't want to embarrass his club like that again!
So, with Tetsuko on hand (propably one of his trustworthiest bros with Darren), He had preserved one of the classrooms for his club to show off a little! Thank god the principal loved sports, othervise they propably wouldn't have gotten as much space as they would have needed to demonstrate what they could do... although, Kirk had actually been really smart from his own perspective this time. "Hey dudes and dudettes! Here you can have your first taste of the Sports festival in action!" Instead of a typical stand, over the door of the class they were occupying, was a simple banner with the tentative logo of the club (mostly cause Kirk had tried drawing it himself, with somebody else maybe trying to fix it a little bit) with the words under it reading "U.A sports: It's in the competition!" as well as a little podium for Kirk and Tetsuko to stand behind. The place noticeably didn't have chairs, mostly cause according to Kirk: "a sports club with the people sitting around would not exactly give a good image, you know!?"
The classroom had two decently sized soccer nets, a big bucket with assorted sports items, and another bucket for all the different sorts of sports balls for people to try out. To Kirks lament, it sort of made the room seem more like a distraction for kids than an actual sports room. "If only we had gotten the gym..." He tapped his fingers on the podium. "I almost feel like all of my homes for training have been taken from me, you know?" He chuckled in a fashion that almost resembled weeping as he hugged the podium. Sports fields were obviously taken, so that all the big events could be held, and gym was for the science folks. "Is support class really that big?! Maybe they could have taken a classroom instead of us..."
However, He proceeded to shake his head. Now he was just being a jerk. "Gotta just put Double the effort in getting some people in I suppose!" He flexed his fist up, as his eyes gleamed with determination. He would show em!

The hallways had just gotten so much colder.
People stepped aside in fear, disgust, hatred. Maybe a mix of two or even all of them though, at least for the time being, no one seemed to challenge the presence there, aside from a few whispers, the occasional "tsk". The eyes that stared, including some of the staff, it was all too comical, maybe even pitiful. The one coming was apparently quite the enemy to a lot of these people, even if some seemed confused to why so many were reacting that way, following on what the others were doing just in case it's something they should do.
Maximillian Tychus Kane, an infamous student for being the second one expelled from U.A., for his intensely furious racism towards the quirkless, joyful confessions of violence against them and, biggest of all, direct confrontation against a students and teachers, even having, according to word of mouth since pictures really weren't taken in that moment, blown a hole into the student's shoulder.
What they knew of him was that he was a violent, powerful racist that is better left unconfronted.
Maxi didn't quite mind that, those sores were still very much open, to the point where he had no desire to speak to those friendly with the quirkless, specially those he didn't already know.
Eventually of course, he reached a classroom that called out to his attention, unlike several he had seen by now, though it was its own name that actually got his interest. The sports club, having a stall. It felt reasonable to have one, even if it still was quite weird to him taht the sports club would have a stall. Maybe to show off the activities and not sell stuff like he was used to seeing since, after all, what would sports club members sell? Edible basketballs?
That's just silly.
Still, the sports club did bring a few names to mind, of people that probably belonged in a sports club. Like Darren, Eli.. totally Kirk, hell, Kirk might be the founder with the way he saw him when they met. Maybe he was there and, having taken kindly to that fiercely positive, energetic guy, he just felt like paying him a visit, give him a "hello". That is.. if he is there. To that effect, he stepped inside, a cold breeze invading the already cold room, the boy's glowing eyes being the first visible thing as he entered, a small, though shy smile on his face as he gazed upon two old friends.
"..Yo."

Post by Tetsuko Shindou on Feb 3, 2019 6:23:44 GMT -4
Tetsuko wasn't alone in her own attitude towards the sports festival. Like many students, her feelings seemed divided, twisted between two emotions. Anticipation and anxiety. As any sporty student would be, she was looking forward to the events and fun to be had within the event, all the potential there was to show themselves off to the world and clash against exciting allies in these other schools. Therein lied the 'anticipation', the belief that good, enjoyable things would come in her future. Opposing it, anxiety.
The Shindou girl could have talked for hours on end about the reasons she had to take this festival very seriously. This wasn't just fun and games, it was a debut of sorts, and first impressions were extremely important. This was the debut of the first Shindou Hero, the first Hero of Jikishinkage-ryu, the Hero granddaughter of Ryouichi Shindou. Every last title that could be applied to Tetsuko's debut came with a hefty weight upon her shoulders, and only one clear path to take in the upcoming events. To honor her family, to honor her duties, she needed to excel and succeed. Honor brought victory. Victory brought honor. Her doubts about her own abilities to achieve either was the source of her 'anxiety'.
Ultimately, her desire to tip the schools towards the more pleasant emotion was what led Tetsuko to try and become so engaged in other aspects of the Sports Festival. One such being the booth run by one of two clubs she engaged in. The only one she'd helped to found, in a way.
It was a worthy and effective distraction. There was no slacking around, even now, for if the Sports Club didn't get their butts into gear for this festival, what would they even be? Tetsuko knew as well as Kirk how important showing off thier club would be, considering how hard it had been to put together a team earlier... Plus, they were competing against other clubs for new membership, including the Cooking Club Empire, so it didn't hurt to put their own club out there a bit.
The ironblooded lass had been happy to help Kirk, not entirely sure what he had in mind, but trusting that he'd know what he was doing. This club was his own idea, after all. That being said, she had still had her worries when she heard it took place in an actual classroom... Hopefully, there wouldn't be any broken windows or any other kind of unintended accident resulting in damage to school property... Something like that wasn't the best for promoting their club's image.
Once Tetsuko had actually seen what it was, though, she was actually somewhat impressed with the setup. The nets were a fine way for people to entertain themselves or witness the skills of the sports club members, before asking Kirk and Tetsuko, behind the podium, any questions they might have. Speaking of which, once Kirk greeted any arrivals into the room, Tetsuko would also raise her own voice to tell them "If you have any questions about the club, feel free to ask us!" In her most dignified and stoic tone.
It all looked well and dandy to Tetsuko, but it looked like Kirk had his doubts, lamenting the loss of the gym and sports grounds as potential places for thier stand. Tetsuko chuckled along, patting him on the back in comfort. "It can't be helped, they needed to use our best options for the festival itself... We've still made the best of what we have." The swordswoman affirmed. The American lad didn't seem to think it made sense for the Support class to have the whole gym, and Tetsuko shrugged a moment, not sure herself on that matter. Maybe they were dealing with some heavy machinery or really big experiments? Whatever, Tetsuko wasn't sure what the eggheads over there were getting up to.
The sports club president wasn't to be dissuaded, however, and quickly came to the conclusion that he'd just need to put in more effort! "That's the spirit. Keep that up and we should be able to draw in some attention." Tetsuko said with a small smirk. This looked like a pretty solid setup to her, and given thier mutual desire to make this club work, she was sure they could have their efforts bear fruit. First, however, there was a different problem to deal with aside from what to do to entertain their visitors.
Well, maybe a problem wasn't the right description. But it was the first thing that came to Tetsuko's mind when that face entered the room.
The coldness was secondary to the sudden venom Tetsuko felt boil within her as Maximillian Kane made his entry. What was he doing here? Here to spout more of his vitriol, to throw a fit over his expulsion? Tetsuko's gaze towards Maxi was one of utter distrust. If Maxi considered her a 'friend', Tetsuko was entirely unaware of or simply unaccepting of this fact.
"Can we help you?" Tetsuko asked, bluntly and coldly. She glanced towards Kirk, deferring it to him whether or not he wanted to ask Maxi to leave or anything. The fact that this was Kirk's setup, and his club, was what made Tetsuko hold her tongue on the various words that she wanted to say to the racist disgrace that had waltzed on into this school. No matter Kirk's response, Tetsuko kept an eye on Maxi, turned upwards at him slightly.
Tetsuko was not the kind to forgive dishonorable behavior with ease... Maximilian had lost his chance to be viewed as an equal when he'd acted in the manner that got him expelled, thus, Tetsuko was in a bit of an unpleasant spot. Stuck with a boy whose action she greatly disapproved of, and who she did not trust one bit. It wasn't as though she hated him, no, her emotions weren't that strong, just her judgment.

He was curious about all the different clubs and meeting students during the festival. Things would be active and things would be happening all over campus so he felt this was the perfect time to finally reach out beyond his shell and try and make a few more connections. He'd been working his way around a few of the stands and what not when he wasn't supposed to be at the cheer leading stands. He'd wondered not long moments before into the sports club area this time. Bringing with him a medium tray of snacks with a few of what some the outer stands had been offering. He'd heard a few people would be in here so he thought it might have been a kind gesture to those fellow students manning their own clubs booth some snacks as well.
He came in the through the doors feeling a bit nippy but nothing too bothersome given his fur was very well insulated. He didn't wear any upper clothing as was the usual to those who'd seen him by now. His pants were still his cheer pants from working the cheer booth some earlier in the day. The colors of UA bright upon him as he walked his way slowly and steadily looking curious towards the booth and the third strange person they were talking too.
"Hi Hi! I wanted to come up and see the sports booth too! I've been trying to take in as much as I can while the festival is still going! Can you guys tell me how its been or more about our sports teams here?" He'd only really been involved in one cheering event but he was hoping that being on of the squad could have meant he'd be able to make friends with more of the sports members themselves as well.
"I brought some fried snacks for you guys as well since the food stands are a bit away! I got some fried foods and some health snacks too if your hungry! I wasn't quite sure what you guys might like so I just grabbed a few things." He wasn't really quite able to read the tension in the room as he walked in close carrying the tray and his tail wiggling lightly behind him as large ears perked up as high as they could constantly fidgeting and readjusting to all nearby sound. He was more focused on pushing that little bashful spirit as deep down as he could to try and make sure he had some fun and made some friends today! Hoping they'd accept his treats and tell him about more about all the sports the club participated in. He wasn't.... much of a sportsman himself. But that didn't mean he didn't like watching!

There was a fine line between boldness and stupidity. Returning to a place you’d been banned from to apologize could have been an admirable symbol of maturity. Returning after doubling down on your crimes, with little-to-no sign of contrition, however? Well, that simply walked so far past “bold” into “stupid” that the division vanished behind the metaphorical horizon.
Such hubris couldn’t be allowed to pass. Today, it fell to Mikky to correct it before a UA student acted in self-defense, or, even worse, UA’s little wayward son caused an international incident.
It certainly wasn’t hard to find the boy in question. Mutters of his arrival followed his passage, as clear of a trail as the condensation on the tile floor along the halls of UA. It ended outside one of the many classrooms. This room had been claimed by the Sports club, it seemed, by the banner on the door and the decorations within.
Mikky paused in the threshold, his tongue flicking out, tasting the air. It was tempting to simple call the boy out directly, forcing the inevitable. Junko or even Tsutsuji-chan probably would have opened like that. That had never been quite his style, though.
Despite his air of defiance, Maximilian Tychus Kane was quiet.
Curious, given the rumors Mikky had heard.
Was this actually an attempt at an apology?
If a fight broke out, it would be disastrous for UA’s reputation. And from the look of another student--Tetsuko Shindou, wasn’t it?--violence was in the air.
This would be best handled quietly. Mikky didn’t speak. There was no chance of anyone missing his presence, and most could probably guess why he was here, but there was little harm in giving teenagers a little slack.
He waved at Jiatsu, glad to have the excuse of having a Support Student to greet, and quietly slithered into the edge of the room, and picking up a baseball bat, giving it a few swings. He hadn’t held a bat outside of photoshoots, but that was enough to pretend to be interested in sports.
As he expected, there were some mutters of interest as students from other schools recognized him, and he flashed them a bright smile, pulling out a pen to sign autographs. He was only half paying attention, though. Most of his focus remained on Maxi and his former friends.

Tetsuko was supportive towards him as always. That was why she was his bro after all. However, there still weren't many visitors to the clubs stand, so Kirk was ready to give a little bit of an extra push! "We've got all sorts of sports for you guys to try out! Got basketball, baseball, football, badminton, floorball! All sorts of stuff, and you can do it for free here!" Sometimes you gotta show your hand, when hiding them doesn't encourage people to put their hand in.
However, it seemed almost like people started to avoid the place a little... And for a moment Kirk didn't have any idea why. "...Are people afraid of sport names here?" He said towards Tetsuko again, more as a joke posing a question, than an actual thought, albeit, there was clear level of worry in his voice. Less people, less potential visitors. Come to think of he was feeling like the hairs on his body were rising up. It was actually pretty cold. You'd think they'd have proper insulation for the building... and he remembered it being pretty good everytime he ran back in...
However, when his eyes grabbed a very familiar figure, Kirk couldn't believe his eyes. "Maxi!?" He couldn't help but grin a little bit. "Dude!" He walked over to the dude and grabbed him by the shoulders. "Man, It's been a while, that's for sure!" Heck, one of his arms outright patted him on the back. Although there was a minor shudder from him (he was sadly not very good at hiding that sort of thing), He let go, and gave him this friendly yet inviting look, without any doubt behind it. "You decided to try to work out a bit, hehe?" Maybe it was a little bit rude question, but it had a clear teasing tone.
Admittedly, Kirk had seen everything Maxi had said, and all the discussion in their chat. He had been mocking the quirkless and attacked even other students because of that opinion. He was clearly a bad person in that regard. However, it had been months since that had happened. If he did hate them as much as he did back then, would he even have come to a place like this? No, he had to be here just to meet his old pals again! And if that was the case, well, he knew he atleast would be physically competent to match up with him and Tetsu! "So, like I said, we have PLENTY of ball games! Which do you wanna try...!?
Another person entered the room... A fuzzy and short rabbit person with something in his hands. And he had questions! Questions to answer! "Oh! Oh yeah of course we do have answers! We have specifically a soccer team currently going, although we would need some more members for that!" However, apparently the snacks he had brought were for them. "Well, thanks little dude! or dudette?" It was very hard to tell with his voice and body shape. Only thing he knew was that he was clearly a rabbit. However, with him now in the room, Kirk snapped his fingers! "You came at a great time! Now, with you around, we can have teams of two!" He went grabbed some hockey like sticks and threw a ball with lots of holes in it on to the ground.
"Rules for the game are pretty simple! You just try to get the ball to the opposing sides goal! Although, I do not recommend tackling or anything of that sort, since we don't wanna get actually hurt you know!" He gave a look at Tetsuko. "What do you say, you and this dude, with me and Maxi against ya!" He turned and opened his hands invitingly. "What do you say?! You in!?"
In his hype, he didn't even notice the teacher that had slithered in... However, he did notice the people gathering at the door to look at him! "Maaan, I knew I should have asked Darren to help out too... Who answers the door during the match!?" And then his eyes grasped the man at the bat! "PERFECT! DUDE!" He didn't even seem to address him as a teacher. It almost felt like he didn't care about his status! "You wanna try floorball? I'd like to get a game started, but me or Tetsuko needs to be at the door to let people check the match out!" His gaze went to Tetsuko again... this time he had challenging eyes.
"TAN-KEN-PO!"
Kirk was the sort of person who always chose rock. And of course, the winner would be the one actually playing!

Maxi felt the venom and distance in Tetsuko, the way she looked at him, the way she spoke. The tone of someone who was clearly forced to be nice to the person whom she hated the most. Instability, resentment and an outright desire to beat up anyone who defied and annoyed him made him want to go at it and beat her ass for being annoying right away, his right hand feeling colder by the second, Maxi priming himself to get the first attack in.
That is, until he got ahold of himself raising his hand to instead pat Kirk's shoulder as he came by to speak to him instead, his hand going back to its normal cold, though not as cold temperature.
"Yeah. It has. Just wanted to see how you guys doing." Maxi spoke in a slightly somber tone, knowing that his presence was not wholly welcome, though clearly eased a bit that Kirk, someone who he actually was friends with (since he didn't consider Tetsuko as not much morethan Elise's girl), was still in good terms with him and even spoke to him right away. It was a welcoming feeling, to know the positive image and relationships he had were strong enough to suffer the extreme strain that horrible actions like his would bring forward. "Well.. It was more to visit you, I guessed you were here but.. I guess I can try, I am getting rusty."
If he apologized now, things would just get awkward so, instead, he decided to postpone it a bit, to instead enjoy his time with his friend for a while, turning his gaze to the various options on ball-based games. Ping Pong, one of the only sports he liked and played quite well, simply because of the agility in his hands. Pointing his left hand at one of the paddles and ball, he was about to use some power to bring it to him, just like he did out of sheer muscle memory -- that is, before he realized what he was about to do, being self-conscious enough to stop himself right there, instead walking towards it, picking it up like a normal person.
Turning to Kirk, the young britishman gave him a wink and a small smile. "Think ya can beat me?"

Theodore was a long way from home now- in a foreign country at a new school. He’d been planning to sit out and wait until next year to sign up for U.A, but since he’d skipped a grade in elementary school, his parents felt that it’d be a waste of time to sit around a whole year just to be a freshman in high school again at a new school. So here he was, transferring into Yuuei late into the second semester and trying to figure out his game plan. He’d only moved in last night and was already looking for something to help get him more involved in school life. Theo was no stranger to making new friends or large, social gatherings- but he’d kind of shown up in the middle of the Sports Fest and would be hard-pressed to find anyone that’d take in a brand new kid for their booth- which was understandable to say the least.
As he strolled down the hallways, he came across a classroom with a banner hanging above it. Below a makeshift logo were the words ‘U.A Sports: It’s in the competition!’. The caption elicited a chuckle from the young man as he took a step closer, listening in as two people seemed to be in the middle of a conversation- something about competing against one another. Once there was a pause in their back and forth however, Theo would step in from behind the door, waving to everyone still present. ”Hello there~” he called in a cheery tone, his British accent noticeable over his formal but slightly stilted Japanese.
The sports club and all its visitors would be greeted by a pale Caucasian man of average height with medium, chestnut colored hair styled to spike upwards towards the front. Despite looking to be 14 or 15 at most, the young man was surprisingly buff- sporting a hefty bit of muscle that someone would expect from a professional bodybuilder in their early 20’s as opposed to a young teenage boy. He was wearing a simple sleeveless white t-shirt and blue shorts despite the slightly colder weather, since he was somewhat used to lower temperatures from back home and had planned to stay inside for the majority of the sports fest rather than try to participate when he was still a brand new student.
”Pardon me for eavesdropping, but I heard about your club from the hallway and I’m interested” he explained, looking between the people in the room to try and discern who was leading the booth around here. ”Oh, my name’s Theodore! I was on the basketball team at my old school, but I enjoy pretty much any sport you can think of. I’m a new student here, and if you guys are looking for members, I’d like to join!” he said, getting straight to the point. The English lad was practically beaming- a mixture of mostly excitement over the prospect of joining a club and making new friends as well as a hint of anxiety over approaching so many strangers in a foreign country.
Assuming that nobody was blocking his way, he’d step further into the room after he finished his introductions, first approaching the strong looking guy he’d heard talking from outside the room- Kirk. ”Pleasure to meet you” he said as he reached a hand out to shake the boy’s- feeling slightly bad about interrupting them right as they were about to start a game.

There was no foreseeable reason in Tetsuko’s eyes that Maxi could be there, other than to cause some deal of trouble for them. It was just what he did, after all, being the bigoted idiot he was. If he’d really come to just say hi or make amends… Well, in Tetsuko’s honest opinion, he should’ve dropped to his knees at the front of the school and pleaded for their forgiveness. Not waltzed in here and acted like any of them could be in the wrong for finding him a disgrace. The way he looked after Tetsuko’s less than enthusiastic introduction had the girl internally scoffing. Was she supposed to be happy to see or something? To casually greet the boy who’d been so proud of harming innocents? What did he expect?
Tetsuko, of course, had no intention of starting unauthorised violence, but the same could not be said for Maxi. Luckily, Kirk was there to diffuse the situation. When he first greeted Maxi with glee, Tetsuko was honestly taken aback. Until she realised what he was doing. Keeping an idiot distracted, pacified. While it could be argued one would have to be a fool to start a fight in U.A. during the sports festival, Maxi wasn’t exactly known for his intelligence.
The swordswoman’s venom remained on her blades, sheathed within her own body until she needed them. For now, she let Kirk distract the other boy, though couldn’t help but scoff aloud when Maxi proclaimed his reasons for being there. To say hello? He thought he had the right to walk through those gates and just say hi? If he wanted to reconnect with old friends, he could’ve done it in his own time, outside of school, outside of the place he’d disgraced. Not that anyone with half a mind would actually remain his friend, Tetsuko thought to herself.
Her judgement, though internal, was still strongly manifesting within her. It was a rather ironic fate, really, that Maximilian, who had always considered himself so above the Quirkless, whose bigoted views had made him feel so superior, was now being looked down on himself. As nothing more than a bigot. Such was the fate of people like him.
The Shindou girl’s unease would be calmed by the arrival of others, fortunately. A fuzzy other student, cheerful and friendly, arrived without a care in the world or any sense of the tension in the area. They seemed to be innocently interested in the sports club, and he even brought snacks to aid. In other words, a good and caring student. Just what they needed to balance out the opposite elements that had entered. Of course, Kirk answered the boy’s questions, before suddenly launching into some explanation of a game!?
Her eyes wide in surprise at this suggestion, Tetsuko merely sighed as he asked her if she wanted to join in. ”We will need one of us to actually man the booth, you do realize…” Tetsuko uttered a bit coldly. Even if she believed Kirk’s friendliness towards Maxi to be done in the interest of the greater good, it didn’t mean Tetsuko liked the idea of just playing around with him like he wasn’t a common criminal.
Another arrival, even more fortunate than the last. ”Ah, hello Orlov-sensei.” Tetsuko greeted, stressing the fact he was a teacher. It was a relief to know some authority was here in case Maxi decided to start hunting Quirkless in the area again or something equally asinine. To do so in front of a teacher would be remarkably stupid, but, then again, as before, it wasn’t outside the realm of possibility with this particular lad.
Even better though, this teacher was being offered a chance to play. All Tetsuko needed to do to have the job of watching the door, which she found preferable to playing with a criminal, was beat Kirk in rock paper scissors. He always chose rock. So chose paper.
”Ah, that’s a shame.” Tetsuko uttered sarcastically once she’d lost her hand, before looking again at the present players. ”Don’t take up the whole room, leave some space for people to watch. Then again, not like this setup is going to draw current students in…” A not so veiled reference to the fact that not many of them would be pleased by the idea of seeing Maxi again. Nonetheless, there was another arrival, soon enough.
A Caucasian teen entered, cheerily greeting them all and proclaiming his intention to join their club, before greeting Kirk himself. ”You guys can play, I’ll handle visitors.” Tetsuko claimed, and once Theodore had finished shaking hands with Kirk, the ironblooded lass would address Theodore. She was the only other actual member of the club there, after all.
”Well, Theodore-san, we’d be happy to have new members. Currently the club’s got a football team - proper football - if you’re interested in that.” Tetsuko offered, a small grin on her face. Given he sounded British, she could presume he’d know what proper football was. As Tetsuko helped this visitor, she kept her eye on the game, on Maxi, on the disgrace who didn’t seem to accept he was one. Even with a teacher there, Tetsuko felt the unease, and as she always did when faced with uncertainty and anticipation, was already thinking how she might deal with the worst case situation if it arose...

He was caught off guard a bit slack jawed to see a pro even wondering around waving back to to the pro as he felt a little overtaken with bit of bashful nature as he did so. Wanting to speak up or perhaps go say hi but he felt a bit chocked up trying to turn back to the students at hand at least for the moment. Trying to remember the reason he'd come up to begin with after all.
He listened in as the larger student approached first saying they apparently had or at least were working on fully getting a soccer team for the school This was something he thought about from the cheering and it still made him want to see more looking to have a bit of gusto and intrigue as Kirk explained. His ears perked with a bit of cheer in his eyes. But his ears tweaking a little and his nose wiggling in light angst at the confusion as if it wasn't clear he was a boy. "It's a dude... and Yea I thought you guys might want some snacks since the stands were so far off!" He'd say with a bit of a smirk. Trying to appear helpful as he followed along with the explanation of the sports teams. Trying to keep up curiously with a finger to his bottom lip as he listened trying to take in all Kirk had to say.
He went to place the tray nearby the stand stuff so they could help themselves. Smiling back and forth at them as it seemed a game was suggested. Jisa took one of the sticks a bit curious about the game trying to stand where he figured he was expected too giving a slight nod and pointing as if to ask if he was doing it right. "Oh! I didn't expect anything like this... But okay I'll give it a shot!" Trying to see how this was all gonna work a bit shy himself trying to see how everything would sorta fall into place.
