APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance:
For a thief and a murderer Rose Canary is astonishingly beautiful white haired and red eyed woman who stands at a tall 5,10 and weights in at a slim and seductive 130 lbs. She also has extremely firm legs and arms due to having to handle the kick back of her guns and has a soft and supple C sized bust that usually hidden by the suits she wears. One of the notable things about her appearance is that she always wears charcoal black eye liner and ruby red lipstick.
In terms of clothing despite of her feminine appearance you will NEVER see her in a dress or skirt. You will most always see her in a suit and hat of some kind. Her go to is her villain suit which consists of brown leather thigh high boots with metal knee guards, dark great suit pants, a white button up top,a red tie, a leather zip down vest and a black cowboy hat. She has a brown holster on her right thigh which holds her sawed off shotgun and a holster on the back of her vest which holds her semi-automatic rifle.
To finish off her costume she wears a couple pouches hooked to her left hip and left thigh which she uses to hold the different bullets she makes using her quirk. She also wears a metal bracer/arm guard which protects her left arm from the kick back from her rifle and sawed off as well as a pair of black leather finger less gloves.
POSITIVE
✔ A team Player: Once she finds a gang she's willing to ride with she will be extremely loyal and will either ride or die with them.
✔ Sexually open minded: Deadeye cares not for a person's gender or physical appearance when picking a mate. She respects and finds power and skill attractive. If you can prove yourself skilled, competent,powerful and loyal you will most likely catch her eye for at least one night.
✔ intelligent: Due to her need of knowing how to case a joint or plan a kill as well as needing to know the composition of the different bullets or shells she must have a vast intelligence on various subjects including high society despite how much she hates it.
✔ Mentor: If someone a bit wet behind the ears joins up with her but shows great promise she will gladly go out of her way to help them mature in their craft so that they can rise into their own.
NEGATIVE
✖ Kleptomaniac: Deadeye LOVES to steal be it from a bank,jewelry deposit or even something as simple as a gas station. She loves the thrill and fun of a good hold up and the chase by the coppers or heroes that is soon to follow!
✖ No second chances: To Deadeye the "three strikes you're out" rule does not exist. The moment she finds out that one of those under her employ or in her team/gang has betrayed her she will not hesitate to blast them in the face with her sawed off shotgun even if they are in the middle of a heist.

She loves the thrill of holding someone wealthy up and robbing them for all they have or even more so a large bank or diamond exchange. If the chase that follows results in a mass shoot out and a ton of dead bodies with the potential of her own death then her blood will truly be pumping. In her mind if you're unwilling to fight for your wealth or life then you deserve to have them taken from you.
✔ Kids with potential: Due to own neglected upbringing by her wealthy high society Winer parents, Deadeye makes sure to take great interests in the young kids,men and women that show potential for the things she tries to teach them often acting as a motherly or mentor figure for them out of a subconscious need to give them a better life and longer lasting relationships then she ever had.
✔ Finer Foods: Despite Deadeye's hatred for high society and how stuffy and restrictive it is there is one thing that she does admit to missing about being a "lady" is the fine foods like high grade red wine,nice steaks and fancy deserts. If possible she will provide those things to her crew.
DISLIKES
✖ Anti-quirk groups:I think this is one thing that she can agree with all of the quirk users of the world on despite backgrounds. Those who choose to torture or lower the self esteem or rights of those with quirks just to make themselves feel better quickly find themselves near the top of her shoot list.
✖ Dressing in rags: While Deadeye would rather be caught dead in a dress that doesn't mean that she doesn't nice clothes. She loves wearing a nice suit,her work uniform or a nice gangster suit and hat. She hates the fact that when she has to go under cover she has to dress like a low class peasant in things like jeans and t-shirts and a wig to cover up her snow white hair.
✖ High society: Despite being raised as a "Lady" Deadeye truly hates the idea of high society living with every fiber of her being, She doesn't hate it because of the fact that they have money,but because of how they act once they have it. They use it to look down on others just because they can eat better then those who have to work hard for their riches. That's why despite the fact that Deadeye has a vast love for money and jewels she would rather work her ass for it doing what she does best and once she has the wealth she will gladly share it with those she considers part of her gang.
Personality:
Don't let Rose's beautiful face,grace and intelligence fool you! She is an extremely fierce,strong and blood thirsty sharp shooter! She however is a blood thirsty sharpshooter with feelings! One of those feelings that is at the very core of her being is that of loyalty. If you have done right by her or have saved her in any fashion she will gladly repay you by riding with you and being willing to die for you.
This sense of intense loyalty has lead to her being rather sexually open. She cares not for gender or sexuality,but for respect in one others strength,skill and loyalty. If you can prove to her that you are willing to do anything for your and her cause with great skill as well as stick by her side then you might get to find yourself in her bed.
Other part of the core of her being is her Greed! As a woman who used to be of high society she knows what it's like to have more many then she knew what to do with. The problem with that money was that it was freely given and then wasted as if it had no value on things like fancy parties that banned those of lower social and monetary standing from attending. Not only that but the high society she was born into also tried to rob her of all of her individuality which is why she pledged herself to robbing them all blind or gunning them down if she has to.
Rose isn't all harsh,money hungry and blood thirsty however. She does indeed have her soft side especially for kids or young adults that have no where to call home or who have been either emotionally or physically abused or neglected by their families like she once had. To that end, if happens upon a street urchin that shows great promise or skill she will offer them in a place in her gang and family.
Those in her gang would be treated to the finest things that she can provide such as steak dinners and the best wine or alcohol that they have at their disposal as long as they pulled their weight. That being said if she finds out that one of her crew stepped out on the gang or betrayed them in any way they will instantly get a bullet to the back of the head because rusted links get cut with no questions asked.
The one major thing that Rose hates about being a criminal is having to go underground and having to ditch her fancy suits or work uniform and trading them for mundane things such as jeans,sneakers and t-shirts. HISTORY
Rose Canary was born in the deep south of Texas in the year 2046 to two wealthy Winers named Charlotte Canary and Johnson who had made their wealth and achieved their high status by owning multiple vineyards that they didn't even maintain themselves! As soon as Rose was born her parents set out to fill her mind with their very own elitist views not only against the lower class,but against those who had the use of quirks often hiring them at extremely low wages to slave away in the Vineyards or for the quirkers entertain their snobby guests as if they were clowns or circus folk. It was truly disgusting and unfair but since Rose was but a small child she could do nothing about it.
Luckily for the young child she did have one friend in the society of snobs and assholes and that was her nanny and maid Clara Jones who would sneak young Rose to her room where she had a rather nice television which the two would watch old cowboy and gunslinger movies together. One night once Rose turned 5 years old while the two friends were watching one of Rose's favorite gunslinger movies the most amazing things happened! As the main gunslinger was loading his gun and was telling another character about the bullets giving Rose a good view her quirk activated for the first time as she without even meaning to began to pop the exact bullets from the film out of the top of her hands surprising both Clara and herself!
Rose had seen news that had those with quirks in it,but it mostly painted them as the bad guys just because those without quirks were scared! This made Rose angry because it made her remember how her own parents treated their own quirk having employees even though there weren't many like second class citizens while forcing their "fragile" daughter to attend a high class private school that was for the quirkless only and where she was forced to wear a fancy uniform which she hated. Despite her surroundings however Rose refused to let her parents mold her into someone so intolerant just like them.
As Rose went through elementary and middle school she would often get into physical fights against the snobby boys and girls who tried to treat her like a delicate flower who only depended on her parents money. Once Rose's parents paid off the school to not kick their daughter out they tried to come up with a way to curb their daughters temper and violent impulses and while things like dance lessons were tossed out luckily Clara quickly came to save the day by suggesting shooting lessons and while at first Rose's uppity parents were against it because it wasn't really lady like it was better then their daughter being disgracefully kicked out of such a high privilege school and so they made their daughter a deal that she could attend marksmanship lessons as long as Clara chaperoned and she no longer caused any fights at school and Rose agreed.
Up until Rose turned 18 everything aside from her parents still trying to force their high society manners on her and how they treated their employees seemed to get better. The day of her party while her mother and father got her fancy clothes and a frilly dresses Rose's one friend and true care taker got her something that she would carry for the rest of her life. She got her her very own pump action semi-automatic rifle with detailed gold muzzle work, a black and gold barrel and a black and brown curved stock. it was completely beautiful! So beautiful in fact that Rose for the first time used her quirk in front of both her parents and their guests both shocking and offending them to such a degree that once the party was over,the guests went home and Rose's parents thought she was asleep in her bed they had every single quirk having employee on the Vineyard arrested claiming they were using their quirks illegally.
Rose seeing this from her window quickly got dressed in the outfit that would become her criminal trademark that she had been piecing together the last four years,her new rifle and then used her quirk to fill her pouches and her gun will ammo and then headed to her parents room just as they were laying down in bed to sleep. As they sat up in bed and asked what Rose was doing Rose just glared at the people who had tried to mold her into their perfect doll of a daughter and took aim for their heads.
"What I have to."
Without another word and two flashes of her rifle Rose Canary was gone and "Deadeye" was born. Upon hearing the gunshots Clara quickly rushed into the room and saw both of Rose's parents dead and bloodied in their bed as Rose dug out a set of large keys out of her parents dresser. As Rose walked up to her and handed her the keys Clara instantly understood for the most part. She was to empty out her now dead parents cash vaults but..there seemed to be something more. Rose just looked out of the window with a sad sigh because she knew that the time with her closest friend was coming to an end.
"Empty out the vaults and bag it all up and head to the nearby air field. I am gonna have to leave the country after what I'm about to do next and so I'm gonna bribe a pilot to take me across the sea to Japan. According to the news people with quirks are becoming more and more common there. I'll meet you there in an hour."
Rose now calling herself "Deadeye" headed down to the local police station where all the quirkers had been wrongly imprisoned and freed them by quick firing on the cops before they could draw their weapons. Once that was done Rose headed to the air field where she gave her life long friend a tear filled hug,took the bags of cash, used some of it to bribe the pilot to take her all the way to Japan and to keep silent about the whole exchange.
As she arrived she realized a couple of things. She realized that the money she had stolen wouldn't last forever,that she actually loved the idea of robbing and killing for a living and that like in all the western movies she had watched as a child she was going to need both a reputation and a gang and so for the next 8 years of her life the woman formally known as Rose Canary but now known as Deadeye robbed her way through Japan and if needed killed only stopping for months at a time to let the heat die down. She did this for three reasons. First so people of the same mind would join her. second to keep herself fed and well taken care of and third because it was fun.
