Quirk: Lightning Generation

Effect: Takumi can generate his own lightning by converting the ATP in his body. the more energy his body naturally produces, the more lightning he can create and the more powerful it can get. Takumi can increase the levels of ATP in his body by ingesting things such as sugar and caffeine. When ingesting sugar/caffeine to replenish his ATP, Takumi requires a few moments of rest to allow his body to absorb the substance and transform it into ATP. 

With his lightning, Takumi can do a multitude of things. He can throw lightning bolts, generate an electric barrier around himself, distort nearby electronics when he is outputting a charge. He can even absorb electricity to the degree equal to his quirk (I.e he could suck out the electricity from a battery and convert it into lightning) His only limit is his imagination and his current strength/control.

When his lightning strikes anything wooden or any form of cloth, the object may burst into flames from the intensity of the electric heat byproduct. When shot into any form of liquid, the electric discharge will linger, effectively electrifying the substance (electric glass o water!). When in colder temperatures, his lightning will not strike as hard as the cold will slow down the electrons in his lightning, effectively cutting it's strength in half.

Drawback:
Takumi needs a regular source of energy to be able to produce his lightning such as caffeine or sugar. Your body will always have some levels of ATP, so he can always generate lightning, but it's not very powerful unless there's a lot of energy there for him to use.

Overusing his quirk will result in electrical burns over his skin and complete exhaustion as he uses the ATP in his body. Overusing his quirk can be fatal if pushed to it's absolute limit. ATP controls a body's normal ability to function, so if he exhausts that his major organs will slow and start to fail (lungs, heart, etc)

Lightning is now able to create 'construct's' with his lightning, essentially just giving the lightning a shape (I.E, resembling a giant Dragon appearing above him).  When shot into any form of liquid, the electric discharge will linger, effectively electrifying the substance (electric glass o water!). When in colder temperatures, his lightning will not strike as hard as the cold will slow down the electrons in his lightning, effectively cutting it's strength in half.

This essentially has made Thundershock incredibly strong. Able to fight like a master martial artists, and disable you effectively through a series of grapples.

Effect: Thanks to his lifelong training with his father, being schooled and taught to be the next head of the Kobayashi Clan, Thundershock has become incredibly strong! Paid with his MMA Fighting capabilities, this makes Thundershock a very fearsome foe.
