APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance:
Aiden is a tall white man not particularly muscular or lanky. He is usually seen strolling around in black. Long black boots with rubber soles and mainly composed of nylon fiber cover his feet all the way to his knees, where he flips the fabric to have them reach just below. His hands, like his feet are covered in black nylon fiber gloves, tucked on themselves to keep them short. A short, short sleeved nylon jacket and black nylon fiber shorts complete his dark looking attire.
He is known to wear leather straps around both of his wrists and a leather collar around his neck. A grey T-shirt is tucked into a leather belt that is further connected to other tactical gear where he usually stores pouches and a variety of other stuff on his normal days or undercover.
His vigilante persona is more likely to wear a more japanese styled costume comprised of black open toed leather boots with tabi socks and black pants, stitched to mimick dragon scales. Long sleeves, brown gloves, a white sash for a belt and bandages around his arms. On his chest he is seen wearing a dark grey undershirt and a netter shirt on top.

Personality:
Aiden is generally cold and distant at first glance. He is mostly indifferent to others, not really caring what they do or think. He is a firm believer of personal freedom if said freedom doesn't impact other people in an overly negative way.
He is known to have a liking for weapons and explosives, enjoying the more technical aspects of their construction and function.
He does not conform to social norms or standards, as they are meaningless to him. He sees the government as despicable, manipulative overlords prone to corruption. As such, he is rather rebellious in nature, although he does not go out of his way to protest openly.
Due to his background, Aiden has grown to have an unhealthy lust for battle and blood. He craves a real challenge though never attacks if unprovoked. He does wish to help people and prevent the loss of innocent lives, but the end justifies the means is his usual approach.
While transformed he's a little harder to control, reverting to a slightly more feral, cat and mouse behaviour with anyone he interacts with. He is generally more fierce and brutal than what he would normally be while also easily prone to aggression.

HISTORY
Aiden is originally born and raised in America, straight from the bustlin' metropolis of Chicago. His father was a reknown Captain in the U.S Army, working in the Federal Bureau of Public Safety as a military tactics and training consultant after his honorable discharge from the army at his 56th birthday.
From a very young age, Aiden had been worked into a strict militaristic education, which turned him into a very strict yet well mannered person. Tracing his father's steps, yet not really at the same time, Aiden found a place in the city's police department with a dream to protect and better society. From threre, he picked up his passion and knowlege of anything that shoots or explodes. Exhibiting remarkable discipline and training, he spent his first three years in a SWAT team, until the first known villains emerged. Considered by everyone around him a prodigy, his first assignments had always been resounding successes. However, with the slow increase of quirkers...things began to change.
What followed was a steady decline of society as police officers were no longer able to safeguard citizens, after the few villaneous quirker attacks turned into common ccurence. On some quirkers, guns did not seem to work. This, coupled with all the subsequent attacks in Aiden's years as an officer really sent the whole continent into a craze. At first people were scared of their powers, but with more and more people suddenly lashing out without restriction the situation really put a dent in Aiden's idealistic view of the world.
A terrorist attack on the FBPS headquarters was the tipping point. Aiden's father had survived the sudden explosion, but had been badly injured and relegated in an hospital. Aiden of course, despite his young age, wished to pursue the villain after the deed, not caring about his wellbeing. Even though he had been prohibited any kind of action on the matter, he lowkey conducted some investigation on his own.
Eventually, though his contact and friendship with undercover agents, he had found out the truth. The perpetrator had made a deal with the government. In exchange for immunity, he would fork out nales and locations of each and every one of his associates. Aiden, of course did not like this at all. The guy had to pay, but he had no way of finding where he was nor make him pay. As long as he worked for the government he would be locked up in an office while those so called "Heroes" replaced police agents in active duty...usually causing more problems than what they fixed. Quirk on Quirk combat was highly destructive, causing millions of damage each time one of the pompous guys in fancy costumes swoop in to neutralize a villain.
A few months and he had left his position in the police. A fateful meeting with a guy named "Big-O" opened his eyes to the Lair of Darkness. It was basically a vigilante organization. Anything done there was highly illegal, but it somehow resonated with Aiden. Still, his time there was only marginal. Aiden was still searching for the guy of the FBPS and had agreed to share some of his knowledge in exchange for a...nudge in the right direction.
On his last meeting with Big-O, he was given a photo of the guy that had decided to send his father in a hospital. By now, it was no longer a matter of socal justice. It was a matter of retribution. Another year had passed, but Aiden had finally found out where the guy in the photo was hiding. Turned out, the guy was running a tattoo shop in japan all that time. It was finally time to make him pay for his crimes.
Aiden set off to the land of the rising sun to finally have a talk with the guy who had put his father in a coma. It was during his scuffle with the guy in his shop that he discovered his quirk. Being stabbed with an ink needle was all his arm needed to mutate into a vicious claw. Of course, having a hardened clawed hand proved to be quite effective against the other guy.
It wasn't all though. Aiden's quirk sent his whole body into overdrive, similar to a high octane engine. The adrenaline rush from the fight hit him so hard...and he loved every second of it.
No one really knows how that fight ended. The shop remained closed from the next day onward, soon to be thought abandoned by many. In the meantime, extensive use of Aiden's quirk had made him addicted to fighting. His own body craved more ink, despite the adverse effects excessive use brought. Thankfully, Big-O took Aiden under his wing once again and taught him how to control his own power, saving him from turning into a mindless beast.
Doing Vigilante work reminded Aiden of his time as a police officer, while also satiating his lust for battle. Once Aiden had finally learned how to keep himself in check, he began travelling the world taking on contracts as private security. Eventually, he found himself back in Japan, watching over the precious werehouse of a prestigious robotic company called Nebula Systems Dynamics in the region. While his work kept him occupated enough, he still craved fights and battling. So, on the lucky weeks where he was assigned the night shift, he found a way to roam the city and find some criminal to fight.
No one would even care if he beat those guys up, rite?
