Herr Kunshu's Festival The first event has come to True Path, in the form of Herr Kunshu's Festival!! In this event, you will be given a temporary board to write and post within. While in this zone, you will have free access to use the cast of NPC we have provided; They're the workers at the festival. Create your own stories within the board, control the NPCs as you see fit (though stick to their personalities. Any character with a "*" next to their name should not be killed off or maimed! The rest of the cast you can do with as you will. Just remember, believable stories are encouraged!) After the initial period, where you can create your own posts and stories, staff will launch a finalé event, for which you must sign up. Depending on the sign ups, staff will have a look at the stories you created and incorporate the storylines into the event as best we can.
The idea of this is that you go do the things your character find interesting. Invite your characters friends, interact with the NPCs, simply have fun with it! If you decide to join for the event at the end of the period, your threads will matter for the happenings in the events! You help shape the event's story!
Any threads within the areas will be granted a double experience bonus! Creating interesting storylines and participating in the final event will grant you event points as well! Happy hunting!~
The Zones for this event are expected to be opened on the 15th of May! Threads are able to be started till the 29th of May, where the finalé will also be prepared! Till then, feel free to prepare your plots and threading partners!

Herr Kunshu, Festival Director & Owner (*) Herr Kunshu believes that there is a hidden magic in the experience of going to the festival. Treating the staff with upmost respect, he is often seen in all parts of the festival, interacting with the guests and staff. Kindhearted, when he comes across students or guests who have low funds, he's been known to allow entry without a fee on a whim. Having grown up in poor conditions, he is no stranger to the struggles of the lower class. Herr Kunshu is an expert in pickpocketing and will often display this skill as a magic trick. Although he does not keep anything he stole to himself, his keen eye catches thieves and other no-good's with ease! Despite this, he is more likely to try and assist them, than he is to shun or involve the police.
Sir Liam Montgomery; Beast tamer. (*) has worked with animals for his whole life. Possessing a stern personality and commanding voice, Sir Montgomery can oftentimes comes across as too demanding of his animals, even cruel at times. Deep down Sir Liam holds a respect and understanding for the animals, but he does not believe they belong on the same level as humans. This has translated into his view on mutations. Sir Liam firmly believes that animal-mutation quirks are an abomination, mixing the lower life forms with humanity. Humans have no place in the jungle and vice versa! Will not speak politely to students that possess animal-like qualities, can be relatively hostile to mutation quirks as a whole. Commends bravery and will let the worthy interact with his lions. Will only be found at the animal pens. Has a clear favoritism towards the predatory animals; The bears and the lions.Miss Velvet; Beast Tamer. Sir Montgomery’s third assistant and seemingly the only one who can work with him long term. She’s empathetic, kind and charismatic, a stark contrast to him. Velvet loves animals, especially her lions – sometimes more than people. This can sometimes get her in trouble with Sir Montgomery, and even put her in danger with the animals. Velvet will speak with more or less anyone, happy to share her knowledge and love for animals with anyone who’s even a little interested. Velvet will also try to defuse Sir Montgomery if he turns volatile towards those with mutations. Can sometimes be found wandering off if something has caught her waning attention.
Jinx; Snake Charmer (*) Jinx is a middle-age woman, snake charmer and fortune teller. She is calm, kind and friendly, possessing a soothing tone of voice and a suave fitting a woman of her stature. Fidgety, Jinx has a tendency to get nervous easily, stuttering. Jinx is however approachable and accommodating with pretty much anyone, but may come across as a little superstitious. Jinx more often sees impending disaster rather than impending fortune, especially with people who have a dangerous ‘air’ about them. Jinx will often be trying to find Herr Kunshu to tell him of the next disaster.
Skittles; The Assistant An orphan taken in by the festival, currently about fourteen years old. He runs around talking to pretty much anyone, being the ‘heart’ of the festival. Isn’t easily intimidated, but can act like he is only to prank somebody. Is somewhat a jack of all trades who assists everyone with everything. In general Skittles has taken on repair and maintenance duties, but he aspires to join the acrobats. Their daring feats has his heart pounding with excitement every time! Skittles has a strange presence. Whenever someone is being a coward, he will try to fasten their resolve! Of course that thirteen year old girl can beat the strongman if she tries hard enough!
Alfie and Lucky; Daredevils (*) A pair of daredevils, married. Stunts, explosions, things that look dangerous and make the blood flow. Both of them share similar personalities of having a bit of a screw loose. They do not fear danger, they embrace it, making a living out of making others wonder what could happen if something was to go wrong. They believe that the act is everything. They are friendly and approachable, especially with loose cannons! Often times, they will impart minor stunts to those interested. Will try to encourage the more timid ones into trying things, to make them fall in love with the adrenaline rush.
Basil; Juggler Specializes in balance, juggling, acrobatics and projectiles. Basil is somewhat of a timid individual who prefers to keep to himself, perfecting his arts, such as swallowing flaming blades. However, when he’s on the stage, he is professional and very entertaining. Will get uncomfortable in social situations so he’s not likely to interact with larger groups of people. Basil will be friendly to lone people who take an interest in him. Is also fascinated by people who use bladed weapons, given his sword-swallowing act.
Louise; Juggler Basil's counterpart, but many years younger. With a small frame, she is the one flying through the air for the trapeze acts. Being the study of Basil, she does what she can to make her mentor interact. Understanding his weaknesses and strengths, she often encourages the more agile of the festival goers to try out a bit of juggling and acrobatics. Lacking confidence, she is kindhearted and believes that the cooperation of juggling and team acrobatics build the strongest bonds! Louise is also a lesbian, and will not hesitate to flirt with the female audience, much to Basil's dismay.
Carlito; Announcer (*) Every festival needs someone who knows whats going on where. For the bigger events, Carlito's voice will echo throughout the festival from the loudspeakers. Having established somewhat of a festival radio, he will often be playing music of different kind. In evenings, Carlito is responsible for sorting out a dancefloor where festival goers can shake their rears! When it comes to music, tunes and being organized Carlito is on point. Anyone with a love of dancing or music will have their ears talked off. Due to being an announcer, Carlito has a tendency to interrupt people speaking; Not intentionally, he's just very excitable.
Harry and Marv; maintenance guys. When you think of them, think dumb and dumber. They're always stuck together like glue, trying to clean up any messes made at the festival, building the stages, etc. Harry is short, snarky and always angry at everything. Especially things not operating as they should. Marv is tall, chill and a little slow up top. Both are dumb as heck, but both are at least good at their job. Even though they’re equally likely to be cleaning up one of their own messes, as they are cleaning up someone elses mess. Harry dislikes people he doesn’t know and will often shout at them, especially if they drop things on the ground. Marv will probably give them candy, yet whether or not that candy should be taken is in question. Harry always shouts at Marv for giving people more candy wrapper to litter with; It just gives the two of them more work, dummy!
David and Goliath; Strongman and Conman (*) David is a small yet very serious and often angry individual. He’s Goliath’s handler, so to speak. Business oriented so unlikely to talk to people unless it makes him a profit. Anything of value or profit has his attention immediately. David is very protective of his prized possession - Goliath. Goliath is a strongman – very big, kinda fat, dumb, but strong as all hell. A bit of a monster. He‘s slow, but he‘s also very friendly and softspoken. Thinks of David as something of an older brother an listens to him, but at the same time he‘s sad he‘s not allowed to talk to people. Wants to interact with pretty much anyone. Can come across as a little timid despite his huge nature. Accepts any kind of strength challenge; Armwrestling, weight lifting, etc. Often getting money involved in bets. Has a soft heart, so those who appear poor or weak, he sometimes lets win... Will give good advice on how to maintain and grow strength!
Pennywise and IT; Clowns (*) The two clowns of the festival. They wander around, looking for anyone who seems to be having a poor time, old or young, to cheer them up. Their pranks sometimes go a bit overboard, become a bit too elaborate, but all they're looking for is a good time! They've got a fondness for delinquent characters; Those that seem unable to fit in. Enlisting their help to pull of pranks, you really never know what to expect when it comes to the clowns.[/font]

Animal Pens: Go here to interact with the animals and the handlers. Most of the animals are tamed and festival goers can get to pet and feed some of them at a price. There are strict rules, so don't let Sir Liam catch you doing bad things! Those with good animal handling will be praised for their skill!
Games Area: The place to go for the regular festival games. The booths are managed individually by whoever has set them up. Ball tosses, ladder climbing, gun booth. Show your skill to win your loved ones plushy animals! The most played games are bumper carts, the carousel and the enormous ferriswheel!
Training area: If you've become good friends with any of the actors behind the festival, they may invite you to the training area between rehearsals. Here they hone their skills, teaching their animals and more! Perhaps if you're lucky, the staff of the festival can teach you some valuable skills?
Performance Area: This is where you get to sit down and view something, eat popcorn and simply have a good time watching the acts of the circus! Chill with your friends!
